Best Roofers in Phoenix, AZ

My landlord hired these guys to fix the roof a couple of months ago. Took them a few missed appointments to show up, and when they did, the inspection was minuscule at best. They fixed the leak, or so they assumed. Except that it's leaking WORSE now! Finding someone else to actually fix it this time around.

If you are in need of a roofing specialist in the Valley, make these guys your first call! During our home purchase inspection period (a critical, time sensitive moment in the process) Brown Roofing was able to squeeze us in for a roofing inspection, provide a thorough quote that helped us in the negotiations on the purchase, and then w/in a week of moving in they were out to get the repairs to our roof done in one visit! So professional, reliable, and helped cover us (no pun intended!) through what could have been a much more stressful experience.

Recently we had an addition built by another company and that experience did not go well so we're a bit leery of home improvement companies. Several weeks ago one of the monsoon storms knocked shingles off of the new roof and we started calling companies for estimates. The first company said the entire roof (old and new) needed to be replaced and quoted a price around $11,000. KY-KO was our second appoint and Joe Jimenez was a breath of fresh air.

He conducted a thorough inspection on both sides and gave us great news-the roof is fine. There were actually two layers of shingles on the new side so the missing pieces won't be an issue until the original roof is due to be replaced in another year or two. Joe was honest and even took the time to explain different types of roofing so we can upgrade when we replace.

We definitely feel that he wasn't just out for the sale and he will serve the company well. Next year when the old roof need replaced, we'll just re-do the entire roof (and possibly cover the porch as well) - of course with KY-KO Roofing.

The repairs estimate was in our budget from this roofing company. They assured me that even in my absence the work will be done properly. I had to go out for a meeting. I was relaxed as they were in touch with me all the time while I was away, on the repairs work.

I would recommend this company for a roofing job. They are a good value and do a great job and the team is very nice and respectful and got the job done in a timely manor. Very please with how it turned out and the whole job went. Would use them again but hope I won't need to for a log while! :-)

We had storm damage to our roof and called Multi Pro. Next day Hayden from Multi Pro came over and helped us navigate the process with our insurance company which helped out immensely. The whole process from start to finish went smoothly and the workmanship was excellent. Clyde showed up unannounced, looked at the roof and gave me a reasonable bid. The repair consisted of a one inch bed of black tar paste and a common two-by-six from Home Depot that didn’t match anything else on the house. The worker did not inform me that the job was done nor that he was leaving. I just get a call to pay. Horrible work and customer service just as bad. Had several other companies come out to give me quotes to repair the bad job that Hardacher did. They were all very surprised! Buyer beware! You get what you pay for sometimes.

After thorough consideration I picked the company with the best reputation -Stapleton Roofing. The job took about a week and went very smoothly. All Stapeton employees were helpful and highly professional . They demonstrated concern for me and my home and never took short cuts. Stapleton's bid was very competitive and honest. My experience was excellent from the start. Korbin was a top notch salesman very knowledgeable about the whole roofing process. The project on my house took the expected 2 weeks. The guys always arrived on time and for at least 3/4 of the 2 weeks worked 10 hour days. They always cleaned up at the end of each day and were always polite and professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to install a metal roof
