Had a great experience with Scott roofing. Had a tear off of the old roof shingles, old skylights and wind turbines were replaced with a new ridge vent instead. They covered our pool and other areas to contain debris from the tear off. They had the patio, new skylights and an entire roof expertly redone in two days. Project manager Justin was very easy to talk to in regard to the progress and any other questions I had. Every contact I made, whether it was Alice in the office or Kurt the bid estimator, it was very professional and friendly. I would recommend Scott Roofing.

I have a very large roof and switched from tile to shingle, everything ran like a well oiled machine, even with rain interrupting occasionally. The crew knew exactly what they were doing and did it well. Quality of the work was outstanding, and site manager Nick stayed in touch and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. Shout out as well to Brad with sales, he answered all my questions and represented the company very well. They weren't the cheapest of the 4 quotes I got, but you get what you pay for and am glad I made the choice I did.

Inspection and estimate were given promptly. Work was done timely when promised. Roofers were diligent in their work; worked quickly; cleaned up. Caused us minimal disruption. Great job.

My 20-year old roof at my rental property was showing signs of wear and tear and needed a new underlayment so I hired Scott Roofing to do the new installation to replace my old roof. They did a great job, kept me informed of the progress and sent photos.

I scheduled an appointment and was able to have someone out within the week. John called earlier that morning to see if we could move up the time as he was running ahead on appointments. I agreed and he came out and assessed the roof. No current repairs were needed but he did provide a suggestion related to the new installed a/c and the materials used around the seams.
John took his time to explain every concern I brought up. He also gave advice about extending the length of the roof life. I will definitely use Scott roofing in the future when I need to replace my roof or any other needs.

Our next-door neighbor (who lives in two-story home) noticed some roof tiles askew in our home and notified us, so I called Scott Roofing for a repair estimate. Sal Corona arrived on time of the appointment, and discussed the problem and the age of the roof, and set about to do the inspection. Once he was finished, he showed me pictures of the rook damage which luckily just required re-setting a few rows of tiles back in place, which he completed without charging me anything. A less reputable roofer would surely have made the issue seem far worse and charged me a pretty penny. Instead, Sal Corona demonstrated Scott Roofing's great reputation for integrity and great customer service. My roof may not have needed service today, but it's 17 years old so I will DEFINITELY call on them in a few years when I need to replace it. If you are in need of a reputable roofer, look no further than Scott Roofing.

Had some tiles move due to a storm. Called Scott Roofing and the dispatcher was beyond friendly a very helpful. They had estimator come out (John Johnson) and he went up to look at the damage. Came down about 15min later with the roof tiles moved back in place and the broken tiles repaired. He was the nicest guy and very friendly. He told me we were all good and what had happened. If a team was to come out it would be about $400 and was way beyond the help I needed. So he saves me so much time and money while being very friendly and helpful. I would recommend Scott roofing to anyone and everyone. Thank you so much for your help!

Outstanding service!
I had multiple roof tiles come loose from wind. Had another roofing contractor come out and tell me I needed 6 tiles replaced and he could do it for $350 cash.
Call Scott Roofing (dispatcher was great) and she set up a free consult. When the estimator (Sal Corona) came out and climbed on the roof told me that the membrane was good, I only had 1 broken tile, and he proceeded to put the remaining tiles back in place. He came down, gave me the broken tile, and told me where I could get a new one for free. He then instructed me how to install the new tile. And he didn’t change us anything! Wealth of knowledge, customer focused, and honest. You can’t ask for more.

From beginning to end, every aspect of getting our porch roof repaired was excellent. The office staff was pleasant when taking my calls. The estimator was prompt, clear and thorough and offered options which was greatly appreciated, and, there was no pressure to choose one option over the other.
The on-site supervisor was prompt and professional and pleasant to communicate with. The 3 roofers were also prompt, thorough and took appropriate precautions to keep the area free of debris, and completely cleaned up the surrounding area at the project completion. Finally, payment was simple and contained no surprises outside the original estimate and scope of work!

Years ago Scott Roofing talked me into replacing a sub roof for $5000+ . Next rain, the same leaking happened. They sent a guy out who showed me a picture of a small Crack at the base of our parapet wall that contained the ac. He said he would fix it for $300 cash!!!
When I called the office to tell them what their guy said, they put my call on speaker and laughed.
These commercials with these 2 buffoons cracks me up. Two idiots driving around pretending to recognize their poor workmanship.
We laugh like hell watching these two bozos driving around in their ridiculous tv ads pointing to the supposed roofs they 'fixed'.

The work looks high quality, but the rains and years will tell. They are pricey, but we wanted the warranty. Two big negative surprises. They charged us $176 dollars for a half piece of plywood. The other surprise is there metal trim was only 3 inches and we needed 4 inches. Friendly workers that cleaned up well.

My husband and I had our roof replaced just before Thanksgiving by Scott Roofing. Based on past experiences with other companies, we had only average expectations for the quality and service we would receive. We just wanted to say how surprised and pleased we were with the results and service provided by the superintendent, and the crew that replaced our roof. We really appreciate them, as it is difficult many times to find excellent contractors. They surpassed our expectations with their efficiency, thorough work, quality of work, politeness, and professionalism. They were also very willing to answer any questions we had and was clear and thorough in communicating information. We hired Scott Roofing to re-roof our home last February after it was in poor shape from lack of repair and exposure to the elements. Scott Roofing is professional all the way, from the estimators to the final inspection--great to work with, office staff is very responsive, workers are fast, clean and efficient. Only issue might be that their estimate may come in higher than your Insurance coverage, due in part to using high quality materials--you get what you pay for! A week after installation, we had the 9th rainiest day in Phoenix history, and we're totally dry inside...nice work!

i was looking for roofers and found Scott from reviews..being in the same home for 30 years, we have been thru 2 previous roofs and never quite satisfied with the quality of roof installed. Scott's staff were all responsive, knowledgeable and courteous . We did only a built up patio roof, but with our next entire home roof replacement we will select Scott. If your looking for a roof replacement and plan to sell your home, this probably is not company you want, since you probably will get a lower quote from a smaller company. But if you want quality, plan to stay in your home for years, and a responsive contractor with long term warranties, this is the roofing company you want. You get what you pay for...

I had the flat roof over my covered patio replaced along with the downspouts. Every facet of job was very timely and professionally done. The inspection/quote was able to be scheduled 'next day' through Home Advisor. Glenn came out and spent an hour or so on my roof. Diagnosed my leak problem and gave me a reasonable quote on the spot. He explained to me that a scheduler would be in contact within 2 days and that they would provide me with a two week window sometime within the next 6 weeks (weather and crew availability dependent) to get the work done. The scheduler called the next day and set my two week window about six weeks out. Said a foreman would be in touch a week out from the job to coordinate specific dates and time. Two weeks later Scott, a foreman, called and apologized for short notice but said he had a crew available the next day if I was ready. I was and they came on time and ready to work. They worked in a highly professional manner and kept me appraised of progress and what they were doing continuously. The entire crew was professional and respectful of my property and belongings. They finished the bulk of the work in a day and scott the foreman returned a few days later to complete the final cosmetic touches.

I must say that I was highly impressed with the knowledge and professionalism displayed by everyone at Scott Roofing that I interacted with. I strongly recommend Scott Roofing for your roofing needs. You will work hard to find a better, more professional company.

The sales rep, Jimmy, was great. He was thorough and explains all my options for my flat roof. There was a wait for the work to start and I had active leaks during our monsoon season. Scott came out and did a temporary patch on the leak spots until the roof could be fully repaired/replaced. Once work began, it was quick. They were good with communication, the warranty is great and they have a good payment option.

I wanted to take a moment to comment on the exceptional performance of Alex and the team that re-roofed my garage recently. I employed Scott Roofing some years ago when I had the house re-roofed and was very pleased with the results so my expectations were high. Mr. Davies and his crew exceeded even those expectations. The roofing was excellent, but the crew went beyond that. My garage, yard, and driveway were almost spotless in the clean-up that was completed. Additionally, the crew even removed some branches I had laying in the yard that I had cut away giving them access to the garage. When I contacted my neighbor to ensure that their yard had not suffered from any of the falling debris, they indicated that the crew was “very sweet” stopping by their house to see if the clean-up was to their satisfaction.
I am impressed and wanted to be sure their thoroughness was recognized.

This is the second roofing company I had done business with I must say they all were the best and I know who to call when I have roof issues.

Impressive, well-organized team. Materials, labor team, and leader all arrived within minutes of each other on scheduled day. Communication was good. Site clean. Marco returned afterward to button things up, found a couple things to finalize, and did the work himself, preventing any need for scheduling another visit. Very satisfied with the attitude and quality of the work, and the warranty seems solid, so if any issues come up once the monsoon gets going, I'm sure they'll jump to address that too. The team seems to care that their work is seen as the best around.

I do not know the names of the guys who did the work, but they showed up on the correct days and at the times that were specified. The best part was when I came home to new, finished patio covers that looked great and there was absolutely no sign they had been in my back yard - all of the debris etc. had been completely cleaned up and my gate was closed and latched, which was very important to me because I have 2 dogs! I will be using this company when it comes time to do the full roof on my house and would highly recommend them!

My home’s roof was damaged in an August monsoon storm. Damage was enough to require re-roofing. I had used Scott Roofing Company in 2011 to re-roof my patio, and they did an excellent job (the patio roof was not damaged in the monsoon storm). I decided to have Scott Roofing Company do my home’s re-roofing. They did a superb job, and I would most certainly recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

We were very happy with the work that they did for us. All of the employees were friendly and pleasant to deal with, and they did a good job cleaning up the work area. We have used Scott Roofing twice now. I would recommend this company.

Called for an estimate to fix a leak in my roof. Agreed to meet between noon and 1pm and even offered to give me a 30 minute heads up call so I knew when to leave work. Day of the visit and I leave work to be home at noon and I see the Scott Roofing truck driving away from my house at 12:06 as I'm about a block away. No warning phone call, no phone call to say they were at my house. I called their phone number and I was forwarded to Maggie 's voicemail to reschedule my estimate. I don't feel like they want my business at all.

Follow up: I had called and requested a reschedule and they haven't returned my call in over 2 business days.

Scott Roofing did a very thorough job on our vaulted tile roof. They went out of their way to locate replacement tiles for our 40 year old roof. They returned several times to ensure every detail was to our satisfaction.

In 2005 we had a leak. Found Scott n the phone book and called because they were family owned. Very pleasant to talk to and was accurate in scheduling. The estimator, Earl, was a pleasure to work with. The explained the roof repair, the benefits, financing options and expectations. Great job the whole way through.

Got started on the job pretty quickly, within about a week, the production crew were friendly. The construction supervisors were very nice and informative, and quick to get in touch with you, about any issues, i.e. like needing to postpone because of inclement weather.

It was my experience with Bob that made me decide to go with Scott Roofing. The first reason I chose your company was because Bob was the ONLY estimator that walked, measured and diagramed the entire roof. Your competitors only focused on the area that I had a problem with. The second reason was Bob’s willingness to check at the bone yard to try to find matching tiles. Your competitor’s didn’t even offer. The third reason was that Bob took the time to sit down and go over everything in detail. He made me feel like a valued customer, and I didn’t feel pressured to make a decision on the spot.

I had gathered three bids from your competitors and Scott Roofing was not the most affordable. However, after talking with Bob and comparing how he approached his bid against your competitors, I felt more comfortable going with Scott Roofing and paying the higher price because I believed that my repairs would be done correctly.

The project these guys did for us was done very professionally. I really appreciated how the safety supervisor was so involved. We have our tenants in and out all day and he made sure everyone was safe and cautious of the work getting done.

I am in the process of selling my house. I needed to have some roof repairs done. I called Scott roofing and spoke with a customer service lady and expalined in great detail what I needed done and the time crunch I am in. She said okay, and schedule my estimate for today 4/8/16. The guy who came said we cant do this, we only do large jobs, and would have to charge me over $1000.00 to do the few repairs I needed!!!!! Their Customer Service Sucks!!! I will NEVER Recommend this company!!!! They wasted my time as my husband took the day off of work for this!!!! If I could, they would get ZERO STARS from me!

Scott Roofing was wonderful to work with and I was surprised when their estimate was about $500 lower than a previous unlicensed roofer. Everything was clearly explained and was very easy for me as I was out of town when some decisions had to be made.

My landlord hired these guys to fix the roof a couple of months ago. Took them a few missed appointments to show up, and when they did, the inspection was minuscule at best. They fixed the leak, or so they assumed. Except that it's leaking WORSE now! Finding someone else to actually fix it this time around.

We are very pleased with the level of work performed by Scott Roofing. They started the job exactly when they said they would, and they finished in the time they gave us. They also went out of their way to tarp our roof prior to the start date due to another round of storms coming our way. Everyone with whom we came in contact were very friendly and knowledgeable. This is the second time we have used Scott Roofing (a different part of the roof), and we will use them again on the last remaining portion of our roof with which we have not had any problems.

Existing home: They cant give me a quote from a review of my permitted plans for 300sf added front porch and a walk of the existing home to reroof entire project? Ive been in industey 30yrs and never heard of such a thing. If i sait until porch is built then we will be waiting another 3-6wks undried before they can come out. Preconstruction services are terrible here. Spoiled.
