Bobby and Andrew are darn good roofers. They did an amazing job on the repairs. They even explained the material being used and how they go about installing it. After they completed the work they cleaned up so well ya couldn't tell they were even here. I highly recommend Lyons Roofing to all who need repairs or etc. We don't regret making that phone call for help and I'm sure you won't either. Thanks Lyons

Lyons roofing replaced my shingles roof in Peoria on a double wide mobile home, I got 8 bids, Lyons was third on the price from lowest to highest, David was my estimator he was very patient with me because I know I'm very picky and Johnny my PM and Marvin's team did the work. I can say everyone was professional, respectful, and responsive. Roof looks amazing and we got two strong storms back to back in Peoria and roof held up great with no leaks. I was happy to pay a little more and get great work like that. Johnny is an honest rock star, crew forgot to reconnect a roof vent for my water heater and he came back and took care of it on his own two days after I paid the final bill. I definitely recommend them. Sorry for the long review, I just wanted to give credit where it's due. Thanks

We were very impressed with the team that removed our old shingles roof which had 2 layers. They were timely when arriving the first day too. They cover the areas around the house to collect the debris which was very helpful to keep nails and stuff together.

We had selected a roofing material and they could not get it so John quickly came to our home with samples to select a different product. We appreciated James in Sales too for his kindness and knowledge during contract signing and would recommend, Lyons Roofing, to everyone.

Lyons did a superb job replacing our roof, complete with new vents, ridge vents, trim, skylights, plywood where needed and all necessary extras. Everything was easy from contracting through completion. Project Mgr Eddie was great and communicated effectively. Materials Mgr Sam was terrific. They cleaned up all debris daily and did a thorough mail find with magnets. I highly recommend this company.

They gave me an estimate in Spring 2022 to replace both the flat & tiled parts of my roof. The tile, however, was unavailable due to supply chain delays related to the pandemic. They started my roof Oct. 3rd, and I am delighted with the whole experience. They cleaned up EVERYTHING daily, were early every day, worked like crazy in the blistering still 100+ degree heat, were polite & pleasant, and stuck by the original estimate despite having to replace ALL my plywood because mine was rotted throughout! They even returned a few days later to build up a portion of my flat roof for better drainage to prevent pooling! I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you Lyon’s Roofing for helping an old chick raising her young grandson out! Special thanks to Eddie Cortez, my project manager who went out of his way to ensure all my concerns were taken care of, and to Rudy who was so kind & thorough, explaining all the warranties & maintenance schedules! Quality work. I quoted a few roofing companies and Lyons was a little higher than the other 2. However, what Lyons offers more than made up for the difference. They added missing components that the original house was not built with and made sure new bird repellent equipment was installed new. The project manager inspect the quality of work daily and came back after my solar system was reinstalled to ensure no broken tiles or damaged was caused by the solar company. I would recommend Lyons as a great option for any roof replacement project, when you buy something that will hopefully last 20 years you want the craftsmanship to make sure that it does.

Lyon’s Roofing was absolutely the best! I had a man named Scott Slaughter come out to do a roof inspection on my 3 bedroom home and determined I needed a new roof (it was an older mid century home). They booked me for the new roof and called me and said they could get it done early! They were so quick and amazing with the new roof install and all of the workers did such a good job!

The roof on my rental property in Phoenix was leaking and roof had to be completely replaced due to age and condition. Lyons was prompt and professional in inspection and estimate and their price was more than fair. They kept in communication throughout the job sending many photos and updates. They were courteous to my tenant as well as my property manager and did a meticulous job both on the roof and on the clean up of the property. I can't recommend them highly enough.

From the initial estimate, we were very impressed with how thoroughly the examination of the existing roof was and the completeness of the description, terminology and cost explanation were. The estimator, David, was friendly, knowledgeable and professional and had our trust immediately. He also explained we had to wait a while before they could start the job due to shipping delays for all the required new and replacement roofing supplies which we appreciated so there would be no delays once the job started. When the job started on the exact day/time scheduled, the project manager, Eddie, showed up and gave us the detailed schedule and plan. Their scheduler, Abril, kept us posted on shipping and scheduling progress. She efficiently contacted us so we never had to wonder. The crew showed up bringing all the supplies which were efficiently and quickly unloaded. They began work and continued non- stop all day except for a short break for lunch. The crew was very impressive in their speed, skill and thoroughness. The dumpster they used fit nicely next to our driveway so at no time did we have trouble get cars in or out. Small detail but important one Lyons ensured. The job was finished on time and at the price and with all details spoken of initially. There were some nice extras they do standard we noticed afterwards that really made our roof well above what we expected. From beginning to end, working with Lyons Roofing has been a professional pleasure and an amazing trust-filled experience. Their work and all their people are superior in every way. Workmanship was excellent, the crew kept the project moving forward on schedule, and tried to minimize the mess on a daily basis. The Project Manager did a good job of keeping me informed and answering any questions. Overall, I was very happy with Lyons and would recommend them highly.

Bought our house two years ago and inherited the roof and warranty. Had some storm damage. Called Lyons Roofing and were treated as if we were the original owners. They made the repairs in a timely fashion and renewed the warranty. Communication was great.

Roof was done done efficiently, thoroughly, professionally and in just a couple of days. Repaired fascia wood and structure beams in car port also! They did a great job replacing all fixtures removed too! Thank you, for a great job!

I would not recommend this company for the reason they are completely unprofessional. I signed up for roof repair back in early November and was told the work would be done in 3-4 weeks. They did not even call within 3-4 weeks to schedule the service at which point they scheduled it 7 weeks from when I signed up and gave them my deposit. I was scheduled for this Thursday and then they pushed it out again another week. Not once did I tell them I needed the work done by a date. They continue to miss the date they provided. It's beyond frustrating as I have other services schedule to follow the work they do. 100% unprofessional. There is zero reason to treat a customer like this. Is my job getting pushed out because it's not as big of a job as other jobs ? If that's the case, just have a minimum job cost that you're willing to take on rather than treat people like this. I don't know if their quality is good because I haven't had the work done, but going to look to find another company.

I have used Lyons for two different roof installation jobs spanning almost 20 years apart. They are still providing the same high quality service today as they did back then. Keep up the great service!

As the monsoons started to hit us, I became aware of a new roof leak. Eddie came out and surveyed the roof noting a few areas that could be the cause of the new leaks. He also noted existing code violations that would be corrected while they were there. He quoted the project the same day and answered all of my questions. After receiving other quotes, we chose Lyons. The office scheduled us quickly, and finished in less than one week for a tile roof underlayment replacement of over 3k sf. The crew was always timely and tidy. I would highly recommend them to friends and family in the future.

I have used Lion Roofing for many years. They have always done all replacements and repairs with excellent workmanship. They have a great bunch of people who work for them and are very good to work with. They are the ones we always turned to.

The initial technician that came out to assess the roof damage was very professional and even told me what things I should purchase to patch myself until they could come back and do a complete job. On the day of the repair the crew arrived right on time first thing in the morning and completed the job in less than 3 hours. Very professional. Very quick. Would use again. :)

Needed to have a skylight replaced and some damage from the old leaking skylight repaired. Lyons Roofing were great! They replaced the old skylight, repaired the damages that had been done and left our home spotless inside and out. Even with the harsh winds and rain that we've had since they fixed our roof, there has not been one single drop of leakage. Thank you Lyons Roofing!

The office staff was helpful and I feel my work would never have been competed if it were not for them. The field, bidding & work on this job and a 2nd I was going to have them do was painfully slow, a lot of work on my part trying to get a response after waiting days and sometimes weeks and it was like pulling teeth to get anything done or responded to. I was very disappointed and did not move forward with them on my second job and needless to say, I will not use them again.

Solid performance, from initial proposal to project completion. Dealt constructively and professionally with issues as they arose. Very well executed customer-oriented communications approach.

My experience with this company has been horrendous. The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. To name some issues, tiles aren’t in line, they placed the replacement tiles that are a complete different color where we have to see them rather than under the solar system, I needed an itemized bill for damage from our solar company that they are covering and everyone I spoke with about it said it was something I would get however when I didn’t receive it, I asked to speak to a superior and was unfortunately connected to Shane. He wanted to do nothing but argue and raise his voice to me. When I asked repeatedly to speak with someone else to avoid the unprofessional conduct he told me over and over that he “is the end of the line and it stops with him”. At the end of the abusive call he stated he would have Scott send over what was already promised previously and hung up on me. No surprise after that encounter that I haven’t received it and have been ghosted when trying to follow up.

High quality work and a good value. Pretty poor scheduling by the office and project manager. We’d use them again but was disappointed this time around

Lyons Roofing is excellent and I highly recommend them. The estimator is a true roofing expert. We had a roofing leak. He examined the entire roof, suggested preventative maintenance and a specific fix. The costs was reasonable. The work was performed quickly. it rained yesterday and there was no leak. The work is warrantied. When the roof is replaced Lyons will include this repair . In all a great experience.

No one wants to put a new roof on their house and we were no different.
I contacted several roofing companies and finally decided on Lyon's. Why? Because, of their reputation, their professionalism, and I liked the way they presented their products and warranties.

When they started my job their crew was on time and got to work quickly. The job manager kept me in the loop every day and throughout the day as things came about. When you have an older house you expect things that need to be done, it's just part of it. The job manager would bring any issue to me and tell me what needed to be done and the cost as well. Not to mention I went on the roof and saw for myself. So that way I knew I wasn't being fleeced. We truly expected to have things replaced given the age of the roof.

During the demo and replacement of my roof, my neighbors would come over and comment on how fast they got the old roof on and the new one on. They were truly impressed. So were we!!

When the job was completed they came by for another walk-through, yes, I did get on the roof again, everything was perfect. If there was anything to question or change, they were right there to make it right. They were a bit more expensive from many of the others, but you always get what you pay for. We have been extremely happy with the job that Lyon's did and would recommend them highly. The warranty is fantastic and we won't have to worry about our roof again.

In our book, Lyon's is tops!!!

Professional, however a simple re- coating on a flat roof only carries a 5 year warranty from Lyons roofing . I have had 3 other bids from licensed contractors and one of them is the roofing company that did the last coat 10 years ago.
As the original home owner I assure my roof has been professionally maintained and re- coated exactly 10 years ago and has zero issues and is ready to be done again.

I had a roof done by Lyons years ago, and it was a good experience, so I called them when I needed another roof done. John, the estimator, came out and was extremely professional. I was happy to go forward and got all the required paperwork in place. I was told I'd be contacted by a scheduler in a couple of business days. That was weeks ago.

I have been given the runaround on the phone twice, today by offsite reception--not actually Lyons Roofing. The man who answered kept interrupting and interrogating me about details the company already has. He never took into consideration the reason for my call. Instead of listening or pausing for a second to hear why I was calling, he just kept interrupting to ask questions, and answered none.

The whole experience made me extremely uncomfortable, and I admit I lost my patience. I was already at the limits of my patience before this call, due to the complete lack of communication from Lyons Roofing. Why aren't they following through? Why do they have someone from outside their company interrogating customers? I expected so much better from Lyons Roofing.

Everything went perfect. Very professional and quick. I would highly recommend Lyons Roofing to anyone needing to redo their roof. A++ work.

Extremely competitive pricing with other roofing companies. Communication with inspector, project manager and office staff members was top notch. Everyone was on the same page. Worked with insurance company to ensure any unforeseen changes encountered were to be covered. Yes I would hire them again.

The contracted work was performed in a timely fashion at the quoted price. Workmanship and materials were good and the work site was left clean.

I asked Lyons Roofing to inspect the roof - which was 30 years old - and advise about the best measure to take. After a thorough inspection the conclusion was that the roof replacement was more economical than its repair. The whole installation lasted only three and a half days for a 1,539 sq. ft. house. The work was done by 4 workers who left my yard perfectly clean. I am very happy with Lyons Roofing and I would recommend them to anybody who wants a perfect work at a good price.

Excellent customer service. We lost a few mudcaps during a wind storm and Lyons sent Matt out to fix them and do an inspection. They did not charge us which was a big surprise. Thank you.

The great Monsoon of 2021 was too much for my rolled flat roof in Glendale, AZ. I enjoy waterfalls, but not in my living room. I contacted three roofing companies but elected to choose Lyon's Roofing as the company I would entrust with my business.

The estimator was professional and gave me several options to consider. I eventually decided on a foam roof as my best alternative. I watched a YouTube video that showed me the process that goes into a foam roof, which was very helpful to me.

Excellent communication before and during the project. The crew that came out arrived early and got to work right away each day. They worked diligently and even finished a day ahead of schedule. My roof looks beautiful, I originally had wood shake shingles. Lyons suggested a product that looks similar to wood shingles but has a longer longevity and it looks great.

The estimator was quick with 3 estimates/options for the tile roof repair. The crew was polite and respectful, they left the place very clean. It was done on time and looks beautiful. Lyons Roofing did the flat roof with foam some years ago, they did some touch-up repairs as well. I am happy with my roofing and feel confident that it will last for many years to come and should there be a problem, Lyons Roofing will be there.

Lyons Roofing did a great job from the estimate, to pre-planning meeting, to showing up on the date scheduled... to going above and beyond on unseen problems and solving the issues affordably and making the roof better than it was on the last replacement. Will use them again on a larger roof in the near future! Highly recommend them!

We recently had the underlayment replaced on our tile roof, and foam applied on the flat roof. The job was done well, and we are pleased with the results. Eddie Cortez was on top of the details in making sure everything was done right. He checked out every aspect of the work, even climbing back on the roof after the job was finished to paint some of the metal strips (flashing) so that they matched our house paint color, and made sure all the tiles looked good, including bringing in a close match on replacement tiles for some of our older tiles that were broken. He made sure there was a wide enough shingle path around our air conditioner units so that technicians could work around them comfortably without stepping all over the tiles when any AC repair work might need to be done in the future. We thought the professionalism of Lyons was very good, and Mr. Cortez especially.

At my request the roof was inspected and two weeks later it was repaired. They are an outstanding Company

Eddie is the man, this is the best experience I’ve ever had with a contractor. I was blown away by the professionalism, competitive price and quality of workmanship. They had my new roof complete in TWO DAYS!! I would say I’d use them again but I think this might be last roof I ever have to buy. Thanks again.

As a homeowner I wanted roofing quotes from several companies. Lyons Roofing was one of those companies. I will say the person who came out to estimate had a good attitude , very friendly as well. The issue came down to getting an estimate of $26,000 to do my roof, out of all the estimates this one was $14,000 more than the next highest one. This price is ridiculous couldn't even believe the person said with a straight face, and asked if I was going to sign a contract. Needless to say I won't nor will I ever use this company, and have passed this info to several people that had been interested. Overcharging is not something u should be doing.

They offered quality service for the price, and everyone from the project managers to the roofers were very professional. Happy to have gone with Lyons!

We couldn’t be more pleased with all aspects of Lyons’ service. Work was completed in 2 days and they cleaned up after themselves every step of the way. Other folks in my neighborhood are having roofing done and it is taking a week or two- and ours was 1 day tear down and 1 day replacement. The roof is beautiful and we have people stop and complement us on how great it looks.

I had my flat roof completely redone. Very responsive, very knowledgeable, great communication. The entire process was seamless. My job was scheduled in a timely manner, I was given a timeline and details of the process. Completed on time and project manner checked in daily. Came back for a detailed final walk through. Pouring rain for weeks after and no issues, no leaks. It was not cheap, but worth every penny.

Chose Lyons because the quote was comprehensive and because of warranty, albeit they were a bit more expensive than others.

Performed as advertised. Did not bat an eyelash when we wanted to delay the job by a couple months. Excellent communication, with endive available. Double checked everything and paid attention to the small details. Installation was equally excellent. Explanation of the work, reviewer of it, and responsive to our needs. Could not be happier.

Lyon's Roofing is beyond EXCELLENT, PROFESSIONAL, CARING & RESOURCEFUL. The workmanship is superb. It started on time and end on time. And when I added something else to the job, that is being done as well.

WOW - This is the first review I've ever left but I thought I just had to share.. The customer service that Lyons provided was unlike any other I've seen! I spoke with two different representatives at Lyons and they were both extremely friendly, patient and beyond helpful. They were unable to get a guy out in the time we needed them but they were generous enough to share other recommendations for me and I am beyond grateful! They went above and beyond. Being a Realtor in today's market it can be difficult to find reliable and patient vendors and I'm proud to say that I would happily recommend them to any of my friends or clients! I have Lyons come once a year to check for needed repairs. They are the best!

They did an excellent job of replacing my roof. In the process, they removed the old swamp cooler, solar panels and antenna. The project leader was always available to discuss details as the project proceeded. In the end he personally took care of miscellaneous details to complete the job. The crew did a great job of cleaning up every day.

I first had Lyons inspect my roof for sliding shingles. It was determined that it was best to replace the roof due to the instability. The inspection, quote, and signing of the contract were done professionally. the start was scheduled after all the material was available. I was called and given the date and time they would start the week before the start date. The installation of the new roof was done by professionally. They cleaned up all around the parameter of my house each day they were onsite. I would recommend this company to anyone who has roofing needs

We recently had our flat foam roof replaced by Lyons Roofing. Great to work with and so personable and nice. I was impressed with their professionalism and great work. The workers were great and the project manager kept us updated on everything that was being done. They cleaned up beautifully. After they were done, our project manager thoroughly inspected everything - even sending workers back because he was not 100% satisfied with one small detail. Our family hired Lyon's roofing for 2 jobs - a foam replacement on our son's flat roof on his home, and a full roof replacement on ours. We were very pleased with everything from beginning to end. They showed up when they said they would, cleaned up completely afterward. Highly recommend this great company!

I used Lyons to install a new roof and I really worried that I would have problems, as I had never had a roof install before. Well, all my worries were for naught. John my project manager was top notch and explained the entire job perfect. The workers ie Chris and Natividad were absolutely top notch, they really worked their butt off, answered all questions and were there on time and worked very hard in the hot weather. They cleaned up each day and left everything spick and span. If i had to rate these 3 workers on a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being poor and 10 being good I honestly would give them all a 15!!! Joe St. George came out first and inspected my roof. He made sure I understood the work that needed to be done and answered many questions I had about tile roofs. The crew for the broken tiles came and fixed the tiles a leak and did a roof tune up. They were quick and professional.Then came the crew to fix the patio roof also very quick. Rick Alexander did a follow up inspection and had the crew come back and replace the trim it was short in height leaving a gap. My thanks to Lyons Roofing -Joe - and Rick for a being everything you claim to be the best roofing Company in Az. You will get my business next time i have roofing needs.

I have had the patio roof replaced four years ago and the house roof replaced a six months ago. All I can say about Lyon Roofing is that they have went out of their way to accommodate to make sure everything was done right and they make sure that I was happy and satisfied.

I am EXTREMELY Happy with the New Roof giving me the BEST price in town. At one point, I was having problem with leakage on the patio roof, and finally was able to figure what the problem was when Lyon Roofing was in the process of replacing the roof on the house.

Now, the house has no leaks so far. I saw the other reviews. I was surprised by their negative reports. I just had to let everyone know that I went with a LOCAL company to do my roof, not these OUT-OF-TOWN roofing companies trying to get my business after the Hail Storm 10/2010.

The only thing that I was disappointed when I could not get their promotional offer, New Tablet. I was told that they ran out of them at the time. Other than that.

I am very pleased with the roof underlayment replacement that was done on my tile roof. Everything from the initial inspection, quote, roof work itself, and final inspection was first class. It took four workers five days of very hard work to complete the job (2600 sq ft house). I kept a very close eye on them and was extremely impressed with their quality of workmanship and attention to detail. Would definitely use again if needed.

Lyons Roofing was an excellent company I had the joy of working for them which Floyd Diaz. He's an outstanding roofer coworker and friend. He taught me so many things so I was able to progress in the roofing industry. He was always going the extra mile for the company and his coworkers. My foam roof needed recoating and after looking at a number of companies, decided to go with Lyons. Not only was their price the most competitive, from start to finish, they were extremely professional and cordial. Beyond disappointed. Over 2 weeks ago I had someone come out to do an estimate for us. After reviews online and word of mouth recommendation I was super excited to see what Lyon had to offer. We have some damage on the roof but we were really wanting quotes to redo the entire roof. After an entire week with no estimate I called as I thought this was really strange. The women I spoke with said they have been busy but she would put a note in that we needed our estimate ASAP. Well guess what..
We are now over 2 weeks still no estimate. I could never trust this company to actually show up on time to do work if they can't even get me an estimate in a timely manner. Super dissatisfied, something must have changed from the time of the positive recommendation I received.

The staff were friendly and did a thorough job. It's 110 degrees outside and I've noticed our garage is very comfortable now. It was unbearable prior to the roof being redone. The gutter manager was very impressed with the work that was done. The flashings were done properly and he was impressed that they used the bird stop that had the larger weep holes which is more expensive and hard to find. They used 40# felt double layer as we requested. Many roofers were only using #30. Thanks for the great job!

Hello I am the Facilities Chair for a small Lutheran Church. Earlier this year we hired Lyon’s Roofing to Seal and Foam our Churches 20 year old roof. We had some bad leaks and the roof was stained in multiple locations on the ceiling below.

Project manager Julie Moore got on the roof, surveyed the condition and submitted and easy to read bid that not only included pictures of the areas they were going to service, but also an easy to read breakdown of the costs.

Of the 4 bids that we received Lyons was the most professional, easy to read, and priced competitively. We chose Lyons for the job.

We even had them return a month later to fix issues we had with 2 modular buildings that had roof leaks for years. Julie got on the roof again and came up with a solution that fixed the problem for only $300/ building. I was impressed.

Over all I am completely satisfied with the professionalism, product, and service that Lyons provided. I would highly recommend them to every one.

We have not gotten our roof done at this time. However, we are scheduled to have it completed soon. However, Tucson Project Specialist, Dave Hinshaw was great. He was efficient and and professional at our initial meeting and the reason we chose to go with Lyons Roofing; after receiving quotes from tons of other roofing companies. We had an emergency with this last storm. We called them the morning after the storm. They got all of our info. Said we were in the queue to be called back. That evening we hadn’t heard anything. Tried to call again. Left a message. The next day. Still nothing. Called them again at 3:30 in the afternoon. Had to give all our info again like we never talked. The guy was not rude or anything but told us that some time next week we would get a call. I have rain water pouring into my attic making my sheet rock fall into my house. This place is a joke. Told the guy on the phone that we would just find someone else. We have already wasted 2 days trying to get this thing fixed.

Inspector was very knowledgeable. Repairs were performed by folks with over 13 years' experience. All work was guaranteed for 2 years. Would recommend.

I'd like to post a 5 star review for Lyons Roofing. I've used this company several times in the past few years and have found them to always be very responsive and professional. During the rain we had this week I had a pesky leak in my garage in an area where they had previously worked. They responded right away and spent several hours tracking it down and repairing it. It turned out the leak had nothing to do with their previous work but, nonetheless they refused to charge me for the repair. Kudos to Jeremey, JT and Matt. Great customer service guys.

Our experience began with a professional and insightful follow-up for Lyons roofing to submit a proposal to do a complete repair of our 40 year-old clay tile roof over our main home and re-roofing of our flat patio roof. The proposal was thorough, carefully throughout, and fully discussed during the proposal visit and final acceptance visit.
The actual roofing job was done by an exceptionally gifted group of three experienced roofers, led by a job foreman who continually exhibited care, thought, and pride in doing the best job possible. This foreman communicated with us, the supervisor, and safety officer regularly, yet consistently exhibited leadership in doing the job properly and much better than the original roof that lasted 40 years with only minor leaks. We have never been more satisfied with a large, important job as this, constantly feeling that we certainly got more than than our money's worth and constantly were great full that we selected Lyons for this job. Plus, we continually were in awe of the roofers expertise and competency. Everything that we expected to be done was done, and even much better than expected. I came to Lyons by research, after firing our prior Roofer and having an utter mess of a leaking, ponding flat roof with many issues. Lyons was so busy that I had to wait months for them to be able to quote my job and take on my project. It was worth every minute of the wait.
From Katherine in the office, to Ananda in scheduling, to my on site estimator Terry, to my Foreman Jeff and to the hard working crews who completely tore off, rebuilt and refoamed my roof... there are not enough words for your competence, professionalism, constant contact, pride in your company and your jobs and for the care you took of me and my home. Respectful, competent and complete. The job was violent in its tear off, tricky from prior incompetence and nerve wracking. But Lyons always does it right. They have roofed other neighbor's homes as well and everyone raves about them. There are so many reasons they have the incredible reputation they do. I am so grateful to them and love knowing I have a wonderfully sound and solid roof over my head. You couldn't ask for a better roofing company.

We had damage to our tile roof (tiles torn off) from one of the nasty storms we had last year and Lyons Roofing did the repairs. The young man who came out for the initial inspection, Jeremey, was very knowledgeable and personable. He found another area of concern on our patio roof where the previous roofer had not properly transitioned the tile roof to our patio roof which allowed water to get under the patio rolled roofing and damage the wood underneath. I had never noticed it, but you could see the water damage on the fascia. I was super happy with the completed work. The repair crew was on time and did a great job. Just had Lyons Roofing redo my entire roof including adding a few solar tubes to add light to the windowless hallway and a great team for booth the roofing work and then for the install of the solar tubes. Floyd and Ricky Bobby (the team that did the tubes and actually had to enter my house for the work) did so carefully and were engaging the entire time adding to the level of comfort with the team. Great job and I will certainly use them again/recommend them.

I've used Lyons Roofing three times over the last few years. Once to seal coat our foam roof, once to totally replace the foam roof which had been damaged by hail, and another time to replace a tile roof. Each time was a very good experience. The project leaders were responsive to questions and our concerns, and the work was done on schedule and on budget each time. Lyons also came when I called about some minor roof damage caused by tree branches and fixed the problem under warranty. I found the office employees who answer the phone to have very positive attitude and to be eager to help.

After an exhaustive search of roofing companies following the discovery of ceiling leaks from the roof itself, we settled on Lyons. Why? They serviced our area (New River), sales rep was knowledgeable (Thom) and while not the cheapest, they weren't the most expensive either ($16k-$40k). There were a few snags along the way, related to communication and supervision BUT the company did EVERYTHING to make it right. They were responsive & responsible. The actual roofers worked their hearts out, doing their best to be sure we were satisfied as did the project Manager (John). Go with these guys if you can, they charge a fair price and want to do a great job. We didn't get a ride in the helicopter, but hey maybe you will! ;-)

After considerable time researching and vetting other roofing companies, we chose the Lyons team based on their honesty, knowledge and communication. Another HUGE factor was the the People involved and how they went above and beyond. (Graham, Jeff, crew etc.)

We had Lyon’s Roofing come out and repair our roof and replace some tiles damaged by recent storm. They even inspected the whole roof for us! From the first phone call to the final repair, The Lyon’s Roofing folks we’re polite, professional and friendly. We recommend Lyon’s Roofing for all of your Roofing needs! I just used them for the third time. I had a small leak in my roof and the sales person came out to take a look. He said it was an easy fix and took care of it on the spot. The kicker? No charge. Try getting that service with any other roofing company! Lyons will always have my business.

One of the edge tiles had fallen from a high section of the roof onto a lower portion. We called Lyons and they came out within four days. Jeremy was the representative. He found the tile that had fallen off and re-attached it to the roof and replaced one broken tile that had resulted from the edge tile falling onto it.. NO CHARGE! Great service and building great good will. Would not only use their services but would recommend them to anyone.

Everything went well. Some issues but were resolved quickly.

Thanks to a pre inspection by Lyons during escrow, there were no surprises. The inspector and I were on the roof and I could see what needed to be done. After close and of course a patched leak by the previous owner started to leak again. I was put on their list and within days their men were there to put on a new foam roof. The tile portion was deemed to be fine by the inspector. If or more realistically when I have an issue with the tile portion I will definitely call them. During the foam process all of their employees were professional, kept me informed, 2 new pieces of plywood (flaking, and rotted), and new insulation in that area (insulation saturated with water) were required to do the job properly. The previous owners did a lip stick job with a handyman rather than a qualified roofing company. A slight design flaw was also discovered and corrected while I was renovating the kitchen. I could see a small ray of light. Their project inspector fixed that as well Thank you Lyons, my roof is now sound and water tight and thanks to your pre inspection while in escrow, there were no surprises....I definitely recommend Lyons Roofing.

The whole crew from this company seemed highly skilled and aware of their duties in advance. Every one was working in a great coordination and their teamwork got the work done in a fast time. Our wooden roof is now restored completely and we are happy with the way it looks.

Eddie Cortez and his crew exceeded my expectations! All the workers were courteous, very skillful (they knew what they were doing) and worked 10 -12 hour days. I am so relieved to know that I will NOT have any leaks when the summer storms come this year.

I am giving 2 stars before overall the roof looks good, however, their customer service is far lacking what it should be. I feel they've become so big, they can no longer give customers the attention needed to provide a good overall experience.

In 2018, our roof like many others got hit with that micro-burst and our insurance told us it's better to just get it replaced than fixed. We ultimately went with Lyons because they were a RosieOnTheHouse recommended contractor.

I'd like to state up front. There was nothing big that went wrong. This negative review is the result of many, many small incidents that built up to an overall bad experience.

Also, due to character limits I cannot go into detail on each, but will just list a quick list of everything they failed to meet good customer service on. Anyone can feel free to contact me directly and I will expand on any bullet point with more details.

Our problems started with getting in touch with them.
• Initial estimate was lost in their spam folder. Multiple times they took days, if not weeks to respond. One time, I had to reach out to them several weeks later for confirmation of start date.

This continued on from the start to finish of project.
• No phone call before they showed up 1st day (I was told there would be a heads up before anyone arrived)
• Project ran several days longer than estimated
• Roofers came at odd hours including 530 am with no warning
• Satellite antennae cable was cut
• Debris left behind after work was done.
• Large stack of unopened boxes left in driveway for days after work was done.
• Roof looked great except 2 parts. Small bubble in one spot and issue with metal stripping along flat wall.
• Project manager showed up for final walkthrough but did not contact me while there.
• No final walk-through with PM.

Even after project ended, we had issues with billing.
• Pre-Lein notice sent to house before actual invoice.
• Invoice sent on a Friday with a deposit on it that we did not make
• Accounting adjusted invoice with no explanation how deposit was put on invoice
• They failed to run the payment for the invoice after asking them twice. (got a temporary spending increase only valid that day)
• Next day, asked why they didn’t run payment. Was given an excuse that didn't make sense.

We asked for these concerns to be escalated to a manager, which more problems occurred
• Manager kept focusing on the 2 parts of the roof we had concerns of, kept ignoring everything else

He eventually came out to look at roof and while out there.
• Stated the small bubble in roof was not there. Said the damage to the metal sheet was normal
• Damaged a shingle with his ladder
• Talked in a very dismissive manner to me during our conversation
• Asked What are you looking for exactly after I finished telling him all my concerns
• Tried to put the whole thing back on me, saying his people complained about me being difficult to get in touch with
• Never once apologized for the overall experience being subpar
• He never followed up since he left

He did agree to send the project manager back out there to look at the metal sheet. He came out on a Friday. The PM came back out the following Thursday, a full week later. Giving praise where it's due, he did correct the issues with the metal sheet while he was there. It looked 100x better than how the actual roofers left it.
I left a review on Facebook that same day (before he showed up). I got a VM from a lady named Pepper. More kudos where it's due, she did apology for the overall experience and asked me to call her to discuss the whole thing.
I returned her call the following Monday and left a VM for her to call back. Have not heard from her since…

So in summary, their quality of work on the actual roof is good. They aren't perfect but no one is.
Their horrible customer service though should make anyone consider other companies. Especially when this place prides itself on customer service. The cost vs how we were treated caused us to never go with them again.

I called Lyons Roofing to repair a leak and they were able to get out here for a free estimate the next day. Dustin was very professional, and friendly. He was able to patch the leak and replace a roof tile same day. Also, explained to my husband how to seal additional small cracks and where they were located. Will definitely be calling them back when it's time to replace our roof. Thank you Dustin!

Didn't use them. I had another company do the roof repairs because I was told you were booked out till September. I needed the roof repair done sooner.

I am a professional remodeler. I have worked with hundreds of different sub contractors on thousands of different jobs. I have come to value and appreciate my great subcontractors more than they will ever know. Having said that Lyon's is my go to roofing company. They have such an organized process, are responsive, do what they say they are going to do, and their quality is excellent. If there is ever an issue (rarely) I can count on them to make it right quickly. They are everything I look for in a great subcontractor. Thanks Lyons - you rock!

We hired Lyons Roofing last December to do some roof maintenance for us before we put our home up for sale. They gave us a great price, and got the work done right away. Their crew was on time, and did a great job. The house is now under contract, and the inspector for the buyers had some picky little things he noted on the inspection. Dustin, our salesman, came out and resolved all of the minor issues noted on the inspection - for free.

This is exactly how you treat customers. We are now customers for life, and we have told all of our friends and family about our experience with Lyons. Even our real estate agent has added them to his recommend list.

From Corey the salesperson, who demonstrated his concern to be sure we got the best roof possible, to Johnny the project manager who insured all was done right, we felt we were in good hands. I called in today for full roof replacement estimate. Lyons have poor customer service. One lady answered the phone and with out warning another one jumped in. I though was getting help, but the second lady said, the other lady had to leave. I had to provide the same information again to the second lady, which is not convenient to me. The people might do good job or bad, I do not know, but their customer service needs to go through a business environment training.
I do not need to be treated poorly, because I am customer and bringing to them job.

Eddie was outstanding in following up when we ran into a supply problem with obtaining the HOA approved tile. Had his people finish up the job on a weekend rather than waiting around to finish.

Great company! The workers are awesome, efficient & kind. The project manager was very communicative and made sure we always knew what was going on. I have used Lyons Roofing to replace entire roofs on 3 of my homes now. I have had two houses with shingles and one Home with tile. Two of the properties hey sprayed foam on the flat portions. They are professional and did a great job every time.

The final work looks fantastic, they did a nice job with reroofing my house. But I was told before the job began that there would be a contractor walking me through every step of the job, explaining to me what they're doing. I was also told that I would get to go up on the roof with the contractor and have everything explain to me. As it ended up I did not see a contractor until one day after the job was done.

Crew was prompt and professional. Answered all of my questions throughout the process, and explained where the original roofers had made mistakes. Attention to detail was excellent, and the roof tiles were cut with such precision they actually look better than before. Highly recommend.

Lyons does not stand by it's work. The warranty they provide is useless because they do not stand by their work when your roof leaks, and it will. Floyd was out to do my patio and my walk deck. He answered every question I had and was very knowledgeable. After talking to Thomas and Floyd I had 100 percent confidence in Lyons Roofing. They did a phenomenal job and I cannot thank them enough.

Since March 12 we received the inspection, and since that day we still waiting for the financial estimate. First was because they have the wrong email address, Now they have the right one and we still waiting. It’s like they don’t want your business I don’t know. Very des appointed.

I had a small project and they worked me in at a very busy time. Quick and professional and a good value too.

Of course you have to wait till the long rains appear to discover that a roof has issues. So yesterday, when they hit, so did the drips. Called Lyon's roofing, Paul, the president of the company came himself to inspect. Very prompt, knowledgeable, traced where the water was coming in from the roof, and we set an appointment for repair. Very pleased with response, as I'm sure they were swamped. Will definitely recommend.

The crew were such hard workers who were true craftsmen. They were very conscientious about cleaning at the end of each day, showing up reliably and performing a quality job!! We were very pleased and definitely recommend them!

Lyons replaced our roof in 2016 and were quick to respond to requests for repairs in 2018 and 2020. We had one lingering issue that required several phone calls, but I am satisfied overall with their commitment to getting it right.

Floyd the technician was awesome. Called the day before to reconfirm, was courteous and efficient, emailed me the paperwork I needed. Everyone at Lyons was awesome. Highly recommend!

Had them bid for a new tile roof for our home. The estimator was nice and said he would have both bids ( 2 different types of material) by the end of the day or next day. 4 days later, no bids. I called on Thursday and he said I’ll get it to you Monday and that he was busy.

Monday comes and I only get one of the bids and it is 40% higher than another top roofer for the exact same material and work! I called and asked why and he reduced the bid by more than $4k. I asked when he would have the second bid for the other material and he said “ tomorrow”. It’s been 2 weeks and I never heard from them again.

If you can’t get attention to buy from them what is it going to be like getting service if something goes wrong. Too big, too busy in my opinion.

Lyons Roofing was great. They were very professional and prompt. They showed up when they said they would and finished our roof in two days!

Paid $550 for a roof tune up which on the phone would be replacing the missing shingles and fixing the leak on the rolled roofing of my patio. They came and replaced the shingles(look great) but then the guy never asked where the porch cover was leaking so when he said he was done I was like did you guys remember the porch cover. I can show you where it leaked to make sure and the guy said no need it's all sealed up. Then it rained and sure enough its leaking from all the same spots so I called and apparently that is not covered under a roof tune up even though on the phone before the job was started it was said that it will be taken care of. Not very happy with my experience after that.

We had our courtyard area tile redone. Matt & Max did a super job! They completed the tear off and placed the plywood, underlayment, flashing and battens; loaded the tile on the roof. The second day they came back and laid the tile to finish the roof. We have a 6 color blend and they mixed it up so it looks beautiful! They cleaned up as they went along and were polite and respectful, checking with me as they went along to make sure I was happy with what they were doing.

Called the company a week ago to schedule s small roof repair, stalled to give me an exact date and time just to email me today that due to storm damages they prefer to do work on larger obviously more lucrative jobs. Well done, I own 20 rental properties and manage tens of accounts for clients properties...they will NEVER get another shot

Overall this was a great experience. I was a bit bummed that one of the corners of the fascia was not totally lined up and left about 1/4 or so off. Johnny came back out and repaired and then went above and beyond to prime the bare fascia wood too! The roof is beautiful and everyone was so kind and friendly. I provided water to the roofers and they appreciated that. They were nice too!

These guys are amazing. I called mad an appointment the came out 5 days later, and they patched my room same day and with in minutes. The technicians were kind and professional. I will deff be using then again in the future thanks Matt Reinhold.

Since my roof was replaced l have had nothing but troubles. roof leaked and now shingles coming OFF(they blamed a storm. lol no one else's were touch and if a misty rain did that, clue ... don't use them). The cleanup up was horrible Nails all over and debris.
Think twice before using this company.
Finally got someone out. He said he would do good will repair. lol. now believe it or not shingles on the other side of roof are lifting. still no storms or rain to blame.

I had 2 roofs done with Lyons. The total $16,003.00. Out of that I had to call to find out when the roof was getting installed on 16th ave. I was told they saw my name, but assumed it was already done since they didn't realize I was having 2 roofs done.

Regardless of what your estimator told you, I was never told I'd get 3 tab ridge shingles to go on my 30yr dimensional shingled roof. To use shingles that are NOT a complete match is downright deceptive. ANY consumer would assume they are getting a like ridge to go with their field shingles.

When Mark came to do the final walk thru, I explained about the ridge. He told me we'll take care of it. I assumed that meant without an additional charge to me, but...nope...that'll be another $180.00 per Craig and Paul. REALLY...after $16,000.00 you wanna dink me for another $180.00 REALLY? Satisfied customer? No, not in a long run.

As part of a re-roofing project, Floyd Diaz and Bobby LaFrance recently installed a 13 solar tube for light in a very dark and awkward part of our home. Floyd shared his thoughts on placement and was careful to avoid hitting any critical supports or rafters. The end result was a well placed solar tube that solves our lighting issues. The job we completed efficiently with careful attention on cleanliness. Great job!

I asked how much they charge for an estimate and the lady said she didn't know and in order to tell me she needed my information and if I would be a new customer.
