If you're searching for a roofing company that truly does it all, look no further! I had the most wonderful experience with TSM Roofing after a terrible battle with my insurance company. TSM stepped in and took the stress off me in order to get the roof I was entitled to. They came out within 48 hours, and swiftly took on all the responsibility with challenging and ultimately winning the battle with my insurance company. Once we got the go ahead, TSM scheduled solar removable and replacement and completed my roof in under a day! I was blown away by the professionalism and communication in their ownership, efficiency and cleanliness of the workers, and overall integrity of the company. I could not be more satisfied with my experience with TSM; I will be referring to everyone I know!

Our roof was 15years old and it was pretty well worn AZ heat isn't kind to roofs we also either needed it repaired or replaced to comply with our insurance companies rules just bought the house. I had gotten 9 different quotes from different roofing companies, all of them to me and what I've experienced in the past were way too high, so much for some of those online sites where you get multiple quotes TSM came recommended by another contractor as one of their favorite roofers to use, so I gave them a call. They came out, spent plenty of time on the roof inspecting it and when they got the quote back to me I was shocked in a good way, it was inline with what I had figured it should cost and way cheaper than the other licensed roofers, the only one that came in about the same price was unlicensed and uninsured, nope, our insurance states anyone working on the roof must be licensed or they will not cover it or any damage inside caused by storms or water leakage

The day of the job the crew arrived on time supplies had been delivered the day before, and started working. I had figured it would be a full day job but they had 8 people working and everyone was coordinated with what their specific job was and all worked together perfectly. And to my and my wife's amazement they finished in 3.5hrs, flat, simply amazing, and the job was perfectly done. Now this wasn't a super small job it was around 2k sqft including our shed, which we also had done.

After everything was completed they cleaned up the whole area and you would have never noticed they had done anything unless you looked up at the roof.

So if you are looking for a very fair and honest company that is licensed , that also backs their work with a 10year labor warranty this is the company you want to get, I would have absolutely no problem having them do more work for me in the future.

From the beginning of the process I felt I was in good hands. They scheduled the appointment and I had called 2 other companies before I called TSM. I was honestly expecting to go with another company but their process and communication made the decision to use TSM easy.

Dustin came out and assess our roof situation. He explained what was going on and gave recommendations on how to proceed. The communication through out the entire process was stellar. First class all the way from start to finish. He has a great attitude and did everything he could to make our job be a quality experience. After the Oct 2022 hail-storm here in Scottsdale, our roof really took a beating. My husband contacted three different roofing contractors as per insurance instruction, but didn't have that 100% level of confidence that he likes to have. He was noticing one sign in most all of our neighbor’s yards for TSM Roofing. By chance, he was outside and noticed a guy on our neighbor's roof; his name was Tyler and he was one of the owners of TSM Roofing. My husband asked him if he could do ours afterwards and we made an appointment for the following Monday. He was on the roofing marking the storm damage, taking photos and writing the estimate for some time. When he came down he said that if we wanted to hire him, send him the insurance point of contact and he could take it from there. When he sent us the estimate later that night, his attention to detail was tremendous and his estimate was competitive. Due to his professionalism and his customer service skills, we hired him on the spot. He started working with my insurance and a couple of weeks later we had a beautiful new roof and their cleanup was sensational. He was on site and his crew completed the roof in one day. Sheldon was a great help through the whole process of putting an insurance claim in for my roof . Not only did he meet with the Insurance Adjuster on the day of the inspection, he also did many follow up emails to ensure that the insurance company had everything they need to get my roof replaced. TSM Roofing was the perfect choice when it came to get a new roof for my home after sustaining storm damage. They worked with my insurance company to make the process simple and easy for me. They were very professional and explained things clearly and in detail. The entire roof replacement and new roof install took less than a day! My new roof is beautiful and compliments my house well and the product used is definitely a quality shingle.

TSM roofing did an amazing job from start to finish. I contacted 3 companies to quote my 3.000 square foot roof. Tyler was the first to come out and give me a quote. When I compared all 3 quotes using the exact same materials Tyler’s TSM quote was significantly lower than the other two companies. Not only did the crew arrive on time to start the job but they had 8 or 9 guys on the job and and knocked it out in 2 and a half days. Two of my neighbors commented to me that their roofing contractor took a full week and they only had 3 or 4 guys on their crew. The foreman of the crew took pictures and showed me two areas where the wood was bad and needed to be replaced. I also had several broken tiles that were replaced. At the end of each day the crew cleaned up the area around the house. The office staff, Courtney and Carolyn were a pleasure to work with as well. I know three other people who have used TSM and all have had a great experience. I like knowing that I have a 20 year transferable warranty and I also like the idea of supporting a smaller, local family owned business rather than supporting one of the overpriced large companies. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend TSM Roofing.

We had a bad storm in our area (Dewey, AZ). Our roof had damage. We called several roofing companies to get inspections and estimates. Dustin Denmark came out and inspected to roof. He was knowledgeable, personable and honest. He took pictures of the damage. He found that along with the visual damage, there was underlying damage to most of the roof. He went the extra mile to document everything, He tarped the roof to avoid further damage. He met with the insurance adjuster and they inspected to roof together. The adjuster authorized a roof replacement. We were so happy as we had heard that many residents were only getting repairs. The roofs in our subdivision were rumored to have been put on in a substandard manner. The work was schedule and completed in a timely manner. The wind storm of October 2022 did some pretty good damage to the shingles on the north side of my roof. I called TSM Roofing, by chance, as they were close to where I live. Sheldon came out, inspected my roof, explained what I could expect if he handled the repair job. I had confidence that he knew what he was talking about. He explained the process and provided many details that I had not considered when needing to deal with an insurance claim. Thru the next 5 months, Sheldon handled everything with the insurance company, including providing more information to support his position that the roof needed to be replaced, not just repaired. 2 weeks ago, (it took around 5 months), I had my roof completely replaced, fully covered by my insurance. I am 100% certain that if I had tried to do it myself or if I used a door knocker, I would not have had the same result. Tyler from TSM roofing gave us a fair and reasonable estimate for an entire roof replacement. He supplied all pertinent information with shingle choices brochures, explained about GAF shingles being the best product to use for any roof. The workers delivered all materials the day before installation. They arrived in early morning the following day to start removing all existing roof materials. With 8 or more workers the entire job was done in one day finished by afternoon. We had 5 other roofing company estimates, none compared by price or to the professional and efficient way Tyler presented his work and the job done. We now have a beautiful new roof, no more worries about flying shingles and a 10 year workmanship guarantee!

Our roof suffered some wind damage that peeled up a good sized portion of one corner, maybe 6x8 feet. The insurance adjuster came out and agreed to a roof replacement due to age/heat damage. The roof was only 12 years old and the heat damage was most likely due to inadequate attic ventilation.
TSM was my 1st call as they are local and had good ratings. Sheldon came out to inspect the damage and he provided me with an explanation of what to expect from the insurance company and timeline of repairs if I should choose TSM. I left him to do his inspection and when I returned I found he had removed the damaged portion of the shingles and installed a temp patch at no charge. That was enough for me to go with TSM.
We got a more energy efficient shingle than previously installed, upgraded our attic ventilation and most importantly (to the wife) got a better color all at the same time. I couldn't be happier with their service and highly recommend TSM.

Tyler with TSM Roofing was awesome. I had to replace my roof and was recommended to them by a family member. The guys that came to install the new roof were very nice and worked fast. From the very beginning TSM was friendly, informative and attentive to my wishes. They were patient waiting for a previous building inspection to be finished and then promptly set a date for roof installation. I had seen TSM Roofing installing roofs on homes in the area. This was the only company that I seen that was working up to my standards. I’ve been in the new home business for 41 years. Tyler was punctual at our first meeting and answers all of my questions. The crew showed up on the day that they were scheduled. They tarped the ground and bushes for the tear-off. They did an excellent job of cleaning up. I wouldn’t hesitate one second to call Tyler to roof another home. I am very pleased with this company.

Nothing but an awesome experience and service. Called Monday morning and scheduled to have our roof looked at. The office said we can have someone out there the next day. Dustin showed up Tuesday and advised we had some broken tiles and a few other repairs. He said he would be back in about a week with the needed supplies. I told him that would be just fine. I get a call the next day from Dustin saying that he will be back out again as he was able to track down some tiles and he would get everything fixed. Talk about service! TSM roofing is a professional business and will compete with other roofer's estimates. Very thorough, and crew with a strong work ethic. Excellent work and all work accomplished exactly as described with quality materials. Highly recommend TSM roofing. Update: After 1 year after roof install, there were roof leaks on 2 different occasions. The first response was timely and thorough . The second time a leak occurred there was no call back or visit. I was forced to take care of the leak myself due to another rain forecast. My warranty is good on paper, but not action. I will take my roofing business elsewhere.

TSM Roofing did a great job on my home repair. Dustin took a lot of before & after pictures so we could be sure of what was repaired. Everyone was very friendly. We had a little trouble communicating the official repair date and I wasn’t informed the new tiles wouldn’t match the existing ones, but other than that the work looks solid.

We have 2.5 year old home, a five year roof warranty and an out of business roofing company! We had a leak above our master bath shower. After a quick call to Sheldon, he had Dustin come out immediately! He didn't only take care of the leak but replaced a few additional broken tiles! TSM did an amazing job! We would definitely refer them to friends having roof problems !

We have a roof over our back patio that was covered with rolled roofing. Since this material deteriorates under the Arizona sun, we decided to recover with galvanized metal roofing.

We now have a new roof that looks great and the process was completely painless for us! Just wanted to share in case anyone else is in need of repairs/replacements.

Tyler with TSM was by far the most professional, courteous, and took his time explaining all different options and product choices as well as answering all questions. His quote was also very competitive. My issue was I needed the job completed ASAP. Tyler was able to make it happen. This company was great from start to finish. From the inspection with Wendell, I immediately noticed a vast difference from the other roofing companies that came out to inspect. He took the time to explain things, answered all my questions, and the bid was fair. Communication from the start was great and on the day of my roof install, the team showed up as scheduled and we had just trimmed all my trees so had piles of tree debris in the yard that we planned to cut up and put in my garbage. Benjamin offered to put the piles of tree debris in the dumpster they brought for the roof debris. The crew worked fast and were efficient and the job was completed much sooner than expected. After the roof was installed they cleaned up after themselves and there was no mess left behind. Above and beyond from start to finish. So glad I chose this company. I had a good feeling about them from the start and went with my gut. Would definitely use them again. Thank you for everything!

Odd. That sums up my experience. Date was changed twice, not a big deal things happen but odd. Workers showed up at 5am when we weren't informed they would be there that early, odd. Nobody came to check the work that the workers did and I had to call and specifically ask for someone to come and check it, odd. Last but not least, we spent 11k on a roof and all we got was a printed thank you card. You couldn't even take the time to hand write it or sign it? Odd.

I took a while posting this because I didn't want to give a bad review but the more I think about it the more I wanted to write it. I chose them because they are a family run business. But the whole experience was just odd.

These guys are professionals. They did our house in 1 day. Well organized, equipped, the crew were like a machine, everyone new their job, also very neat, clean and protective of plants and surroundings. They have my vote.

Called Tyler for quote on Tile roof (underlayment replacement), His quote was very thorough. Most detailed of any company. Their quote detailed the differences in products, and provided the details that a homeowner would care about, and left out the unnecessary details. The quote was very competitive, and the work was performed very quickly. From quote to job completed it was a total of 2.5 weeks. Overall, we are very happy with the communication with the company, and the work performed. Would recommend to anyone looking for quotes for a full roof replacement in the phoenix market.

I contacted TSM Roofing on 01/04/21 to get an estimate on repairing my roof on my mobile home. The receptionist was very nice and told me up front that they would not be in my area til the following week. In the meantime I contacted two other companies that had been referred to me by a lady that is in a Life Group through my church Central Christian Church in Mesa. One company never called me back. Another company came out on 01/07/21 and told me my roof was in bad shape but they would get back to me with an estimate for the total roof and for fixing the area where rain was leaking into my home. I got an estimate from that company of $3600 to fix the whole roof and $500 to fix the area where rain was leaking in my home. Yesterday 01/11/21 Dustin Denmark from TSM Roofing came out and said my roof overall was not bad and the area where it was leaking would not take much more than some sealant to fix. He would talk to his boss and to Ashley who had referred me to this company. I got a message from Ashley a few hours later that TSM was going to come back out yesterday and seal the area and they were not going to charge me anything. I was overwhelmed and extremely grateful. Dustin came out later in the afternoon yesterday and sealed up the area, gave me pictures of the area he fixed and said if I have any problems don't hesitate to call them. I can not say enough good things about this company. I'm 76 on a fixed income and I feel the first company that gave me an estimate was trying to over charge me. While I didn't expect to have the job done for free {I would have paid something} I am eternally grateful and blessed that TSM did the job and I will not hesitate to call on them again for any future roof problems that I might have.

On Dec. 14 & 15, 2020, TSM replaced our underlayment under the tile roof. Tyler was the company rep that we worked with from start to finish. Their bid was competitive and exact. Before we moved into our home we knew our patio roof needed to be replaced so, I contacted TSM for a quote. I recently had the pleasure of having TSM do my roof. We had a micro burst move a bunch of tiles and other damage. Not only did they come out and inspect it he worked with the insurance company and got it all done even when our insurance company was taking forever they were understanding. When our insurance company sent us the money The work was done right, done fast, and for a great price and a really nice experience. So would I recommend them, ? percent! It’s a nice thing when you can still find people that do what they say there going to do.

We called TSM Roofing to come and give us aestimaten of replacing the underlayment of our tiled roof. They came out gave us an estimate, the quality of material was very good, they also gave us a date it could be done. The day they were supposed to start they were punctual and the;y completed the job in 3 days. They cleaned up the place and the next day you could not tell they had been there it was very clean. We are very happy with them.

Sheldon Murphy, owner, came to give a roof replacement estimate for my wife and me and our roof-mate on our duplex building in Sun City in mid-March. His estimate was the first we had gotten recently but his price was so good and he was so personable and responsive to our questions that we both signed contracts on the spot. In ten days Sheldon's large crew came early morning and worked until evening to nearly complete the entire job! Because TSM uses their own towable dump trailers we didn't have a trailer in our driveway overnight. The crew protected our grass and bushes well with large drop cloths throughout the tear-off and re-shingling. A crew member went over both yards with a magnetic tool to pick up any stray nails. Sheldon was on site the first morning and for the finish-up the following morning. I can't imagine a roofing project going any faster or more trouble-free, or with a better result. A very big thank you to Sheldon and his crew.

This company was our rainbow after the storm. We needed help after several issues with our home. We recently had issues with another contractor and lost hope with contractors, but Tyler and his business are not like the others.

We called early one morning and he was at our door step in less than an hour. We explained to him that we had a time line to complete the project (1 week) and Tyler and his company made it happen. After all the other issues we had finances were tight, but TSM offered many different options to complete the job. Any questions or concerns we had TSM answered and answered instantaneously. We are more than pleased with the customer service, time it took to complete the project and the how it turned out.

TSM came out a couple days later and and the work done in 5 hours may even less! We were shocked and the neighbors we in awe at there pace. Have nothing but amazing things to say about this company. Awesome service! Our roof was destroyed during the monsoon season. Not only did Sheldon come out and place a tarp to prevent further damage, he helped battle with the insurance company to ensure the repairs were done properly and wouldn't let them cut corners. Dustin at TSM Roofing was excellent to work with! My roof leak occurred in Oct 2018 during some heavy rains. I called multiple companies but TSM was the only one to return my call. During this busy time they were able to come out that same week to provide and inspection and estimate. Dustin also placed some tar down to prevent in further leaks in the meantime prior to repair. The repair was only 2 short weeks after the estimate. Dustin and his team were professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!

I contacted Sheldon and he was at my home as soon as the following day to assess the damage to my roof. His estimate for repairs was on par with the estimate given by my insurance adjuster. We had our roof replaced on our house, last year.
We have had 12 roof leaks. Every time it rains we have another leak that they have to come and fix.
It rained yesterday and a new leak appeared.
Now my ceiling has 12 water stains. They admitted they made mistakes when doing my roof!
We paid $14000 for a new roof and now it leaks more that it did before it was redone. Now we have to spend money and time to repaint our ceiling.
When I call they all seem to be very irritated and short with me, like I’m bugging them. Very unprofessional.

My first impression of Sheldon Murphy was very positive. He was quick to return my phone calls and he kept his appointments. I found him to be personable, knowledgeable and responsive to my individual needs.

Sheldon replaced flat rolled roofing on a room addition, and he reset a number of rake tiles on the main roof and replaced any of the cracked or broken tiles he found. His work was top-notch and so was the clean-up when he was finished. The price he gave me was very fair ... much lower than a quote I got from one of the big boys from Phoenix.

I would like other folks to know that I have had a great experience with TSM Roofing. I called TSM and spoke with one of the owners Sheldon Murphy. He was able to quickly respond to my roof leakage issue. After the next rain, we discovered that the leak had not yet been found despite Sheldon's best guess as to it's origin. I called Sheldon and he came over immediately to resolve the issue. It took a few hours to find the issue but he persisted until he found it. This was an extremely difficult leak to find but Sheldon never gave up. We have since had several days of rain and NOT ONE DROP has leaked through the roof. It is rare that you find someone like Sheldon that stands behind his work like he did. I strongly recommend TSM Roofing for any roof issue. I could not be more satisfied with TSM Roofing.

Sheldon the owner is one of the easiest person to work with when it comes to such an expensive and job for home upgrades. The price was more than fair, logistics was on point, and the work done is exceptional. We opted for upgrading our ventilation system to an open ridgeline and the price was still lower than some of the other quotes I received. We were out of town when a high wind partially twisted our roof wind turbine off. We called TSM roofing from our of state on a friend’s recommendation. Although their English was limited there was always someone that understood. When they were done on the 2nd day, they swept, picked up everything in the yard, and came in and cleaned my skylights. Dustin meticulously examined my roof spending much more time on it than others that had looked at it. This was not an easy problem to find. He showed me pictures of the problem he found and explained the remediation process. Price was less than two other estimates, he did the work immediately and showed me pictures of the results. I could not be more pleased.

Highly recommend, they drove out to my in laws 2 hours from Phoenix, gave a very reasonable estimate and got to work the following week. Reliable, good prices, easy to get ahold for questions, and did a great job. It was nice being able to trust someone to do a good job when you can't be out there yourself.
