We had 15 windows and two sliders replaced by Desert king. Daniel the sales manager was very informative and knowledgeable. He was very responsive during the ordering process. The installers David and Donovan were awesome and did an amazing job installing our windows. Our house looks like a new home, can’t wait to see how much cooler it is this summer. A year later we decided to replace the remaining windows in our home and are very pleased with the results. They covered all the floors in my house that they walked on and cleaned up nicely when finished. I was impressed the attention to small details. I had a fantastic exp with Dwayne and team. When I first called they were prompt in getting out to measure and give an estimate. Just had him out to do the install and even though we had one of the toughest patio doors to replace, it was no match for him lol! He worked until the job was completed and to not only my satisfaction but his perfection too! Our slider was off prior to him servicing our door and he went above and beyond to adjust it as well. Top notch service and workmanship. Will for sure use him and his company again for any window needs and will refer him to everyone!

Two windows wouldn't lock and the master arcadia door stopped locking. We had all of our windows replaced by Krasiva Windows. Michael was the sales rep, who came out and demonstrated their product. We were so impressed with not just the windows but with Michael. We felt compelled to do business with them. On the install date it was raining and I was sure they would cancel. But they still showed up, and on time! Ready and willing to replace the windows. The installation team was superb. They took care and were patient. As I had two kids running around. One of which, who put their fingers in the silicone and touched all our furniture. They calmly and patiently fixed the silicone and instructed me on how to get the silicone off our furniture. They could have let me deal with fixing the silicone and the mess on my own. But they didn't. They went above and beyond. That is customer service at it's finest! We have had our windows a few months now. And I can say, they have helped considerably this winter in keeping the heat in, and the cold out! They even help keep the sounds out! We're excited to see what the Az summers hold for us
