I can't say enough about Phoenix Roofing and Repair! We had brought in another company in the summer after a roof leak. When the first company completed the job, the roof leaked even more. After fighting with them for over a month, I brought out Phoenix Roofing for a second opinion. Jesse spent two hours on the roof taking tiles apart and locating the issues. He came down with many pictures and solutions. Phoenix Roofing is very reasonable and did an amazing, neat, beautiful job on our roof. There are no more leaks, and I can finally rest easy again!

The guys at Phoenix Roofing and Repair are awesome. I had them do 18 roofing repairs for a community I manage. Jeff and Josiah are really responsive, and knowledgeable about really anything, but especially when it comes to roofing, Management, insurance, and more. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

The guys at Phoenix Roofing and Repair are professionals. They’re honest. What a relief to have found a roofing contractor I can trust and understand. Our home is everything to us… and it was scary to have the storm damage we did… Finding genuine people, who happen to be roofers…? Our experience taught us it wasn’t the damage to our home that was troubling… it was the fear of it NOT being fixed properly, timely, and honestly. Lucky we found them! They’re just REAL.
I strongly recommend this company, they worked on my behalf with the insurance company. They are highly responsive and professional. The craftmanship on their work is fantastic! they installed a new roof, including the boards beneath the shingles on my house. I had roof damage on my home last year and met Jeff Guthrie and his brother Josiah who came with a solution. They made the entire experience easy and effortless, actually. Dealing with insurance can be intimidating and they helped me understand and walk through the process with confidence. I would highly recommend using their services. My roof was done in ONE DAY! With an extremely clean job site the whole way through. (Not even a nail left behind).

Been having a problem with all roofers telling me that they can fit me in next month, so I've started out by asking
How backed up are you?
received a reply back saying that they weren't backed up at all.
UNTIL I told them what I wanted... all of a sudden, they're backed up since I don't need a whole new roof.
Unprofessional AND not very intelligent to send me both of those statements in texts so
he can't even PRETEND not to be a jerk.

The best part was they educated me on the process up front and I knew what to expect every step of the way.

We had never met Josiah, Jeff, or Mike before we started our roof...but we feel like we picked the best roofing company to take care of our roof!!
We had a lot of logistics to workaround. I will only be able to understate the difficult task that was required to replace our roof. To start, we had a shake shingle on the front and asphalt composition on the back. We did not want to lose the shake shingle characteristics of our home. Josiah, Jeff, and Mike were patient and diligent with helping us find a roofing material that would maintain the integrity and look of our home. Decking had challenges and needed a good plan to overcome the hurdles it offered. The shake removal was extra messy to take off and clean up. The roofing crew did a fantastic job tearing off and cleaning up. When the roof was finished, an unexpected problem was noticed. It was a difficult task to resolve. They listened to our concerns and were very resolute and punctual in dealing with the issue.
They worked as a team, following up, overseeing the project, addressing concerns, and solving problems. The Crew, Project Managers, and even the Owner were very respectful and ready to get to work. We have a gorgeous roof!!!

We learned about Phoenix Roofing Contractors a Pro West company from my cousin who is HOA president in Sun City. She used them for her whole complex and said what an amazing job, overall communication, professionalism, knowledge and craftsmanship for replacing roofs. Jeff and Josiah Guthrie’s with Phoenix Roofing Contractors came highly recommended and so happy with our new roof!
I called them and they came out and did an inspection and discussed all options. If you have experienced storm damage it is worth your time to have them come out and do an inspection. You will not be disappointed. They have years of local expertise and provide peace of mind in such a big home project. Great project management and coordination of all steps of shingles being dropped off at the house and our roof was done in one day! now we have a beautiful new roof and we picked a color that complimented our house color and feel confident and provides peace of mind that our home is now protected from top down. The shingles they use are very high quality and can’t say enough about the quality product overall that they deliver. Many thanks again to Jeff and Josiah Guthrie for all your expertise and guidance.

I’ve been a handy man for years doing roof, paint and drywall repairs. When some branches came down from my tree and damaged the roof this summer the insurance agreed to pay for the replacement. Typically I’d do it myself but I don’t have the energy I did decades ago. These guys had a crew show up at 6 am and they were done by 6pm. In 110 degree weather that’s no small feat. I couldn’t have been more impressed and they did a good clean up. My only complaint was at a bush that got trampled during the process but they had a landscaper come the next day and replace it. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again although in my 60s now hopefully I’ll never need another roof!
There are alot of roofing companies in the Valley and these guys are as professional as they come. I highly recommend Jeff Guthrie. Professional, excellent communication and fair prices.

They have done roof repair work for several members of my family. Always professional, on time, on budget with very knowledgable technicians using the best equipment and materials. I wouldn't use anyone else for repairs or total roof replacement!
The gentleman were very kind and loaded with helpful information, I was given wonderful resources for maintenance. They completed the work very quickly and effectively too! Very respectful and professional I recommend these men before any other if you have the option!
