Matt Glover was a joy to work with! There was no pressure from him to replace my roof, but simply laid out all the details about the procedure, including working with my insurance company. The crew was on time, respectful of my property, and finished the job, complete with cleanup, in just over 8 hours. The roof looks great! Matt was a pleasure to get to know and fun to talk with, and very responsive. I highly recommend this company for any roofing needs.

Big fan! A crazy storm caused my roof to leak. Kris came by the same day to triage the damage and put a temporary fix in place, then worked with my insurance to get the damage evaluated and repaired. I ended up with a beautiful new roof. They even installed the roof in one day - these guys have a really fast and organized crew! Kris did all the back and fourth with my homeowner’s insurance for me and really reduced my homework. Highly recommend multi-pro for fast response, excellent service, and quality work.

We contacted MultiPro Roof Solutions after this summer’s monsoon winds caused substantial damage to our roof. Zachary came out and inspected the roof and walked us through the insurance process he was incredibly professional, honest, punctual, and above all- communicative with us. We have been having projects done around our home for about the last year and a half and I would have given anything for them to be as smooth as they were with Zachary and his team.
I have already recommended them to all of my neighbors!

Was super impressed with this company! Had roof damage during a monsoon in the summer. Zach was at my house literally a few hours after I called. He walked me through the whole process and helped me deal with my insurance company in replacing my roof. He was communicative throughout the entire process up until the completion of the roof repair. Literally had significant rainfall recently after the roof was replaced and had no issues! 6 out of 5 stars!

Ask for Zach and everything will be PERFECT. We had an insurance approved full roof replacement and everyone at multipro went above and beyond to fight for everything that insurance was supposed to cover and pay for. These guys know how to work with insurance companies on your behalf and did a perfect job on the roof. Zach spent half and hour on the phone with me before even coming to my residence and before I even committed to using the company and he went through every question with thorough detail. The owner Patrick was great to work with! I had a couple of concerns that I had expressed to the job super that he could not address and he directed me to Patrick. I was unsure of how that would go but I sent an email detailing my concerns and heard back in less than an hour. He 100% addressed my concerns and I could not be happier. The true character of a company shows through when there are things outside the norm to deal with (I admit I can be high maintenance) and Patrick and Multi Pro went above and beyond! We had a storm damage our roof as well as 3 other's on our street. Kris came out looked it over and got right to work on getting us set up to get it fixed. Very professional and so was his entire crew! I highly recommend these folks for anyone needing roof repair or replacement!

The most dishonest and unprofessional company... Don't even think about working with them. They ruined our roof, we had to hire experts to file a complaint. They are thieves. We had to rip out everything they did and redo the entire roof, it cost us double. Do yourselves a huge favor.. run a way.

On Aug 15th Zachary Tomlinson and his crew installed a new roof . From the first day Zachary assisted John and I through the steps to get our claim to our insurance company. Zachary is so friendly and professional and knowledgeable helping us through the procedure from start to finish. He even meet with our insurance adjuster at our house. The crew was so prompt arriving earlier and very organized and worked so hard until job was complete in 1 day. The roof looks great! Zachary is so an asset to this company! GREAT JOB ZACH and CREW.

I had many people stop by wanting to fix the roof it wasn't until Kris Chavez stopped by, for some reason I trusted him. He said insurance would pay for the roof and all I had to pay was the deductible minus $500 for putting the company sign in the yard and he would walk me through it. I believed him although my son didn't because he works for an insurance company. Everything Kris said was true and went accordingly. It was installed in a day and his team did such a good job and cleaned up perfectly.. I absolutely love it and Kris is great always got back to me. I would definitely will recommend Multi Pro Roof Solutions. Also thanks again Kris Chavez for making this such a great experience especially after how 2020 went.

A representative from this company (Jack ) came to my house and despite my do not disturb sign rang my bell three times eventually waking me up.

When I asked this guy if he was soliciting something he started talking over me and trying to give his sales pitch.
I interrupted him and referenced my sign and the had the nerve to just keep talking over me as if I hadn't said anything.

I want everyone to know what a treasure this company has in Kris Chavez!
He is the most professional, punctual, hard working guy we have ever had to help us with a construction issue. His team re-roofed our 2000 sq. ft. house in one day and did an excellent job. Personality is something money can't buy, and Kris was awesome. If anyone needs a roof replaced, I would highly recommend him, they just don't make guys like this anymore!!!!

Kris worked with us to file a claim with our insurance. He met the adjuster at our house for the inspection. He took care of everything from beginning to end. He was very courteous and professional. His crew arrived at 6am and started right away in removing the old shingles. Kris called to let us know when they were finished. They hauled away the old shingles and cleaned up around the outside of the house. Except for the beautiful new roof, you can't tell anyone had been here. We highly recommend Kris and his crew for any job!!

I called all over to get quotes for a new roof and Multi Pro Roof Solutions gave me a quote that I was very happy with. I called Patrick and he set me up with Hayden. Hayden took care of everything. Hayden was very Professional and friendly. He was on site throughout the day. They striped the roof down to the wood and put everything back together. He even replaced some of the wood that was bad. Clean up was fantastic. When they were done you couldn't even tell they were there other than the new roof that also looked fantastic. As you can tell I was happy with Hayden his crew and Multi Pro Roof Solutions.

I was struggling to get a roof repair quote. One of the companies I spoke to was Multi-Pro represented by Kris Chavez. He inspected my roof and explained that replacement was my only option. He also advised me to make an insurance claim because the roof had extensive wind damage. I told Kris about a negative experience I’d had with a different roofing company and he assured me that it could be handled correctly. I was a bit anxious but Kris assured me he would be there every step of the way and I’m so glad I listened to him! He did exactly as he said he would from talking on the phone to my insurance company to meeting with the inspector. I really needed that support and I got it from Kris 200% worth. When it came time to do the job I was impressed how the man in charge of the install came to the door and let me know they were here. Kris also came by and covered what to expect. The material was delivered one day and the job was finished the next day. The work area was left very clean. Kris came back after it was completed and went back on the roof to follow up with a final inspection. Kris was kind enough to be available each time I reached out to him and even if he couldn’t speak right away he let me know when he would be available and got back to me when he said he would. All in all it was a great experience and I’m ready for next monsoon season with no worries of shingles flying off the roof as they had been. My project manager was Kris Chavez. He first stopped by my house last year but it was just as I was headed back up north for the summer. I told him I would be back the first week in Nov. to my surprise he stopped by again in Nov !! While I was gone a storm I lost one of my ridge vents leaving a big hole in my roof. He went to the store a bought a tarp and covered it for me. Once I had my claim filed through Allstate he took care of everything from there. He was professional and polite. Very please with this company and would recommend them to anyone needing roof repair.

Roof replacement on approx 2500 Sq Ft garage. Very professional, responsive, excellent quality work and fast. Important point the crew did a fantastic clean up job. After the job was complete could not tell they were ever there except for the new roof, Great work by Kris and his crew.

I hired Multi-Pro after hiring a bad roofing company. Patrick and Kris were understanding to my situation and timeline. They not only listened but heard my concerns. They provided me with a comprehensive estimate and photos explaining exactly what needed to be done to repair and shingle my very neglected and damaged roof and structure. Worked with Rich at Multi-Pro and I can see why both he and the company are rated so well. I didn’t even consider that the insurance might help cover the cost of the replacement, but Rich was on top of it and from the very beginning he worked with the insurance company to get everything approved.
