The sales rep, Jimmy, was great. He was thorough and explains all my options for my flat roof. There was a wait for the work to start and I had active leaks during our monsoon season. Scott came out and did a temporary patch on the leak spots until the roof could be fully repaired/replaced. Once work began, it was quick. They were good with communication, the warranty is great and they have a good payment option.

I am 100% satisfied with the work done on my roof. The workers were busy from the moment they arrived until almost dark. In fact, one evening it was dark then they cleaned up after themselves. I was very pleased with their commitment to getting the job completed. I cannot say enough good things about Brad Robertson. Brad is the person I met with when getting the quote on my roof. From then on, he took a personal interest in seeing that the job was done well. He was there every day checking on the quality of the work and the diligence of the workers. He pointed out a small issue that was never mentioned by other prospective companies. He was and is a great representative of your company and the excellence of service that you desire to extend to your customers.

These guys did a great job repairing our original old concrete tile roof. In addition to the fundamental necessary fixes to underlying wood and such, they improved on the original installation with a much better underlayment (hard to do worse than the old felt, of course), and added flashing and bird stops.

They were professional, friendly, and very fast once they were able to fit us into their busy monsoon-season schedule and get started.
Their price was also a good value, comparing against quotes from other local roofers (though obviously this was going to be an expensive operation, regardless).

We were very pleased with their work and with the overall experience, and would certainly recommend them.

Kevin and his crew repaired shingles that had blown off and came back to find a leak that had been pledging the building for over 5 years. Kevin found 2 areas that where probable leaks were. He repaired both and charged me a reasonable price!! I will never call another roofer!! (We have even used Kyko roofing; paid a ton!)

Horrible service

We recently had damage due to strong straight line winds. We called them first thing in the morning and they were there and completely done by noon. Amazing!

My roof was not leaking but it was 24 years old. The thought of someday repainting high ceilings was not appealing so I had budgeted for a replacement. I got multiple estimates and checked out all contractors with Az. ROC. The five bids I received ranged from high to temptingly low. I wanted to save money and go cheap but didn't sleep well. After thorough consideration I picked the company with the best reputation -Stapleton Roofing. The job took about a week and went very smoothly. All Stapeton employees were helpful and highly professional . They demonstrated concern for me and my home and never took short cuts. Stapleton's bid was very competitive and honest. Vertex installed a metal roof on our cabin in northern Arizona. We previously had an asphalt shingle roof and wanted to upgrade. Research and the Vertex presentation convinced us a Vertex metal roof was the way to go.
