I’ve known Jeff and his team for quite a while now, and I’m beyond impressed with his work ethic, honesty, and ability to get the job done. We’ve all heard the nightmare stories of contractors, I know I don’t have to get into it but these are the guys you want repairing and maintaining your roof. Let me be clear about my prior post. I am less then 30 miles from them not 90 mins my wife works down town Phoenix so I am aware of the mileage to our home. Clearly the owner has been given miss information and could not return my phone call. Any company that can't service someone 30 miles from them without a trip fee of 150 bucks shows what type of business they really are. False advertising is a crime! Free estimates valley wide FALSE!! And make another false statement again about my distance from the shop. They are willing to LIE here don't let them work on your home. Find a company that doesn't need to lie and charge fake fees!

The great Monsoon of 2021 was too much for my rolled flat roof in Glendale, AZ. I enjoy waterfalls, but not in my living room. I contacted three roofing companies but elected to choose Lyon's Roofing as the company I would entrust with my business.

The estimator was professional and gave me several options to consider. I eventually decided on a foam roof as my best alternative. I watched a YouTube video that showed me the process that goes into a foam roof, which was very helpful to me.

Yesterday a month later, I noticed a loose tile, Devin came by this morning and took care of the tile for me. Really appreciate the service I received. I have a 20-year old 2-story house with a barrel-tiled gabled roof. Two of the upstairs rooms in the house have flat roofs above them, and both of those rooms had leaks. The roof portion that was gabled wasn't leaking, but considering the age of the house, I decided to replace it all. Kevin gave me an estimate and explained that they would remove the tile, strips, etc and go down to bare plywood, seal up any perforations, and then put a new underlayment down. They installed flashings, and furring strips , re-used the existing tiles (replacing any that were broken or cracked). They finished the entire thing in 4 or 5 days, and cleaned up the debris and hauled it away. Right after they finished the job, we had several straight days of October rain. I did not get any water in the house where the previous leaks existed so now I'm confident that it was well worth choosing Almeida Roofing. I'm very happy with their transferrable guarantee so that once I sell the house, the new owners can rest easy over their remaining portion of the 10 years.

If you want exceptional customer service then Castile Roofing is the company for you. Alex is so responsive, professional, and friendly. He and Alfonso promptly and honestly answered every question I had and were very thoughtful about doing it affordably. I have been searching far and wide for a company to repair termite damage on the trusses in my attic with no success. Castile Roofing was the first company to send someone out to assess and repair the damage. Chris was friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and even went above and beyond to inspect and repair other issues on my roof. They even sent me pictures of the repairs they made. So hard to find a good honest company that provides this kind of customer service.

I hired this company to replace a small 15x15 foot walk deck in December 2017. The project didn’t get completed until two month later. After completion it was obvious after the first rainfall that the slope of the floor was off and redirecting the water away from the drain causing dozens of gallons of standing water. . Keep in mind that this was never the original problem. At this point it became hard to get a hold of anyone in the company. Finally I got William to return my call. His reply to the problem was that standing water on my walk deck ( living space) was acceptable to code as long as it evaporated within a few days. That was not the case here, this water was planning on sitting here for weeks. I played by his rules and watched the water sit and sit and sit. I reached out to him a week later, finally he suggested a solution which was to cut a half inch ditch from a 3x8 foot space out of the floor to redirect the water. This part I don’t get because part of the original repare was to remove the old subfloor and replace it with new ply board but I thought oh well I’m sure they know what they are doing. Weeks later the crew showed up to work on the repair. They worked for a day or two then mysteriously abandoned the project. I waited about two weeks before I had to call the company and ask why they left the project exposed and abandoned. Several weeks went by before they would return and finally complete the repair. 6 months later when they finally “finish”and the final result looks awful... the epoxy was left with over a dozen 2 inch bubbles in the area of their patch up repair and the ditch they carved makes the area on the walk deck a tripping hazard. And guess what, The deck still holds water. I swore I would never do business with this company again or even want to deal with them until now. Last week with all the rainfall I have noticed my new walk deck by Patterson Roofing was leaking. The water has now entered my house and has caused damage all down my dining room wall. Now I’m left to repaint and deal with potential mold. I called and left a message for William four days ago and still have not gotten a call back. I feel like they have taken advantage of my patients and tolerance. I expect a call back and want the work redone. This is the last chance I give Patterson Roofing before it escalate this to the next level.

The owner Jack is very professional and provided a reasonable quote. He used quality material and professional crew led by him worked on the roof. I specifically appreciate time Jack spent explaining the process and answering our questions. I will recommend him to our friends and family.

4th roofing company we had come out to look at our roof. We decided to use Multi Pro on the spot. Kris is by far the most professional, thorough, punctual, communicative…all the words! As a long time home owner, with many projects under my belt, I can’t say enough good things about this entire experience!

Did a complete re-roof on my rental home in the Cove at North Canyon and I couldn't be more pleased. Showed up on time as promised, completed all the work sooner than expected and we had both a tile and flat roof to recondition and replace! Cleanup was done quickly and perfectly. All this, AND they were less expensive than most all the other quotes!! What a Deal. Try em, you'll love em!!

I'm very satisfied with the way that Stapleton Roofing addressed the replacement of my roof. They were very professional and very timely, even though my shingles had to be ordered.
