RENCO has taken care of my roof since 2010 when they stripped it & put on a new roof, they also reseal it for me every 5 years. I have a small section of tile that they installed new underlayment. I have recommended them to my friends and clients since 2010 & continue to do so. The are clean, professional & do a great job. I've never had a leak.

Fantastic work by Renco! Customer service is first rate and they always go above and beyond. Very friendly and down-to-earth people. I've used them for about 15 years on various jobs and repairs. Pricing is more than fair, and quality of work is top notch.

I have had Renco Roofing do my roof repairs for many years. Renco was always prompt to return my calls. When the roof got older, I had them put a new roof on. They have always been great to work with! My property was left clean when they finished. The roofers were very respectful.

I contacted this company for a quote. Scheduled an appointment for 10:30am on a Wednesday. Joe contacted me on Tuesday at 5:00pm to confirm the appointment at said time. Come Wednesday at 9:23 am Joe calls telling me he can be at the property between 9:30 to 9:45 am because he is running early. My problem, I don't live at the property 2) I don't want the tenants disturbed. We confirmed the appointment at 10:30am for a reason the previous evening. When I showed up to the property by 10:00am, Joe is quick to tell me he kept knocking on the door to no avail, gave me a quick verbal plan for the roof, told me I would get a written quote and off he went.
Not sure this company is able to follow instructions. From my experience with Joe, I gather they do what is convenient for them no regard for detail. Not sure I will be doing business with this company based on my first impression.

Had an on-site quote for a full roof replacement. Sales rep said he would email me a quote. Quote never came. I called sales rep and spoke with him live once and left a voice mail once requesting the quote. Still no response and no white form the sales rep. Called the office to request the quote. They promised to reach out to rep and ensured I would receive the quote. No one ever called or sent the information. Unacceptable. Plenty of great companies out there but clearly no this one. Pass on this one for poor customer service and lack of response.

RENCO Roofing - Excellent Experience. The last several windstorms have done a number on my roof, lots of loose tiles and so some repairs needed to be made. I called several companies but of the ones I contacted, RENCO Roofing responded the quickest. Lars came out, explained the problems, outlined solutions and gave me a very reasonable estimate. The repairs were completed quickly and very professionally.

I used Renco on a prior home a few years back and had a good experience so used them again when we had storm damage this fall. They do a greta job and are very professional. The process was smooth and when the workers finished they pointed out what they had done. A few days later I got a call and they came back to inspect it as part of their quality control process. So impressive! I've had other contractors recently that we have had issues with that could have been prevented by following the type of process Renco uses. Keep up the great work guys!

Our experience with this company was mostly good, but in the end a substandard topcoat sealant really hurt Renco's review with us, because it is the component that determines whether the roof will last a long time or oxidize within a few short years and need early replacement.

Some good points: Renco's bid was neither the lowest nor the highest of the 5 companies and 4 different types of roofing materials we considered. However, they were the ONLY contractor willing to take the old roof off before putting the new roof on. In fact, the salesman said that's the only way Renco is willing to do flat roofs, by tearing off the old roof first. And because we had a 20-year-old torch-down roof that was leaking in several spots, this was the only thing that made sense to me. Why would all these other companies want to install a roof that costs $10-15k or more right on top of an old, leaky roof that has blisters and buckles from 20 years of Arizona heat?

Workmanship was good, but not excellent. The Ripout crew was excellent. The Foam crew was amazing. The Topcoat, as previously stated, was terrible. At first I thought it might have been the topcoat crew that was to blame, but then I realized Renco's standard application process simply does not use enough topcoat material. I've asked the salesman, the foam crew and the topcoat crew how much sprayed-on elastomeric it takes to achieve the industry standard (~15 mils thickness) on a rough surface like polyurethane foam. Nobody knew the answer.

I can tell you from experience that Renco has a standard topcoat application rate that does not account for very rough areas, extra porous areas, and other hard-to-fill areas. And besides, various tradesmen I've spoken with say elastomeric should be rolled on for best results, not sprayed. So... while I was re-painting the parapet wall caps after roof installation, I also had to buy an extra 5 gallons of high quality elastomeric and re-seal several areas where the elastomeric topcoat was so inadequate that foam roofing material was still showing through after Renco had supposedly put down 3 coats (yeah, the topcoat crew came back out a second time, and it still wasn't right after 3 coats).

Renco may warranty the roof for 5 years, but I've been told by many reliable tradespeople that if you take care of these polyurethane roofs correctly, they should last practically forever. We didn't pay $12,700 to have the roof last only 5 or 10 years due to a substandard topcoat which would cause early oxidation and subsequent failure. So... I have and will continue to do everything in my power to make sure this roof lasts a good long time. And I'm sure it will last a long time, as long as I am the one doing the re-coating that is required every 3-5 years.

I'm glad we went with Renco for a number of reasons, but buyer beware. Inspect their work and don't accept the job until it is done absolutely right. If your topcoat looks uneven, get some good elastomeric and re-coat it yourself with a high-nap roller. Protect your investment.

Renco Roofing was referred to me by several people who have used their services and loved them. I am very happy with their work. They are professional, courteous, and very good. I attached a few photos to show their work. The photo of the home plus roof is my home. It illustates the clean lines of the roof, the attention to detail like dying the white cement red to blend in with the tiles, and the near perfect alignment of the tiles along the roof. For comparison I attached a photo of part of the roof of neighbor's home that has just been reroofed. Notice the contrast of the white cement with the red tiles, the crooked alignment of the tiles on the roof and the choppy roof line.

I live in an apartment. Renco was redoing roof and removed my satilite dish. No cable all day with no warning this was going to happen! Was reinstalled while I was gone, got home to see only a few channels! A guy from Renco came and tried adjusting the dish, unfortunately I got no call telling me he was coming so when I got home It was worse!! Had NO channels! He did come back next day tried to adjust but had no luck!!! I sit FIVE DAYS WITHOUT SATILITE!!! BEFORE DIRECT COULD COME!!! MIGHT NOT WANT TO MESS WITH SOMETHING YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT!! MAYBE TAKE A PICTURE OF DISH SO YOU GUYS CAN MAYBE PUT IT BACK IN SAME SPOT!!! AS FAR AS THERE ROOFING! THEY CAME BACK FEW DAYS AGO AND PUT COATING ON! ALL OVER SIDEWALKS FROM DRIPS!!

Spent $25000 to have the roof redone. We have more leaks now than before. New storm, new leak! Fixing the leak a week after you call, is the only consolation.

The Sales person told repairman wrong materials for repair this past Monday. Roofer said he'd call & would back Monday pm or today Tuesday with correct materials. Did not call or show up. Has ignored my text & phone call. Remodel of upstairs bathroom on hold until roof repaired. Waited over a month to get a date for repairs & salesman ignored my request for a date. They have a contract with our Association & obligated to use them. Have recommended to Association that they find another Roofer. I could overlook the delays if they had the decency & professionalism to return my calld.

The team that came out to replace our roof, and re-seal our flat roof were great. They pulled all the tiles and underlayment, put down new felt underlayment and replaced the tiles in about 4 hr. total. They did a fantastic job of cleaning up all the nails and trash around the house. The second team that came out for the flat roof were just as professional. And even picked up a few things the first group missed. The only negative thing I could think of, is Renco should have someone on each of there teams that speak English. I had a question and had to call the office to get the answer. Great job would recommend Renco for your roof repair.

The work was a roof replacement at our residence. The initial job walkdown was with MIck of RENCO. He was professional, knowledgeable and available for follow up questions even after the work initiated. The scope included both foam application and tile replacement. I was not present for the foam application, but I was present for the tile work. Jose is the production manager. He was available for phone calls and face-to-face at our house during the course of the work. He is very professional and answered all my questions just prior to and during the work. I came to understand that his father, Polo, was the senior member of the work crew. I spoke with him daily during the course of the work. He was very professional, and the crew did a quality job. The work was completed in a timely manner. RENCO gets my recommendation.

If I could give negative stars I would. I am appalled that this company is in business. My condo association chose Renco to reroof our buildings. The roof was replaced in February and when it rained the 23rd, it rained in my house in multiple places. Needless to say, there was extensive damage that the Renco rep tried to deny was their fault. Fast forawrd to now and my roof is still not completed. When I call Renco, I am told it will be done this week... 2 weeks ago. Today I was told it will be today. It really is despicable to get a run around like this especially when the leak stems from their shotty work. Do your homework prior to using Renco.

Having a new roof installed is a major task & financial investment. For me, having trust & confidence in a company & its staff is a vital part of the decision-making process. I just had a new foam roof installed by Renco Roofing – my 1st experience with a foam roof/flat roof. Every step of the process was handled by the responsible Renco Roofing staff in a professional, knowledgeable & thorough manner to ensure that the installation was a high-quality job done reliably in a timely and efficient manner. All the staff had excellent communication skills – providing information, understanding, and responding to my concerns and questions.
Jeff the project manager made sure I understood what the current condition of my existing roof was, what specifically would be done to install a foam roof including rebuilding problematic scuppers, and what the various options were. He provided the diverse range of information clearly in a language I could understand with the detail I needed to make decisions that I was happy and confident about taking.
Chris who supervised the demolition/removal of the old roof and installed the new roof & 1st coating was exceptionally dedicated to ensuring that the work was done skillfully at a high level of quality by all the team workers. Chris kept me informed as the work progressed and even returned on the weekend to complete a small part of the work remaining to make sure that I was not concerned about it. The job process was efficient, careful, and respectful of my property - the surrounding area was cleaned thoroughly and all debris immediately removed. Dillion who did the 2nd and final coat answered my questions and informed me of the work when completed.
For quality control, Renco Roofing sends a separate staff member to inspect the job several weeks after completion – this step done by Flint gave me an extra level of confidence in the work.
At each step in the process – from the initial inspection of my existing roof and proposal for replacement thru the final quality control inspection – the Renco Roofing staff displayed their expertise in a knowledgeable and informative manner giving me the confidence that I have a professional high quality long-lasting new foam roof to protect my home. I look forward to having Renco Roofing rebuild my upper walk terrace later in the year – I am sure I will be just as happy with the work and end result.

Had a very positive experience with Renco Roofing. From the initial meeting with the Sales person to obtain an estimate, through the actual installation (very good crew), to post job follow-up. They were professional all the way. THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO! That is rare in this world, but so nice to know there is still a company that actually comes through!

Poor quality ,work not done well . Gaps in flashing lifting shingles and supervisors that will not follow up and managers that lie about fixing the issues . I would avoid this company

I've used Renco for years, and they do amazing work. They're honest, reliable, and dependable. They return phone calls promptly and on this last visit it was a quick repair and they didn't even charge me for the visit.

I honestly cannot recommend them enough. If you have roof issues, I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

I just had my roof replaced and I am very happy with the work RENCO roofing performed. The process went very smoothly from initial inspection to completion of the work; the work crew, led by Polo, was very good and cleaned up each day prior to leaving my property. RENCO Roofing came out to do our roof and we've been quite pleased. There were a few hiccups along the way but Devon was amazing to get everything taken care of. Lars came out 2 days after we contacted RENCO, super nice guy, he went over everything we needed to know so we went a head and scheduled for them to replace our flat roof.

They called us day before the scheduled day to confirm the job and what time they would arrive. Mark and his crew worked on our roof from 5am to 3, they got it all done in one day!! Very clean, covered everything around our house ( car, pool, patio furniture etc.) to protect it from over spray, to make sure it didn’t get anything on it.

We went with this company because of the good reviews and also how easy and knowledgeable Lars was. We are very happy !! We would recommend this company to anyone who’s in need of a new roof! Mark and his crew gets stuff done!

As for price, I’m happy with what we paid, could probably have found lower, but we were not looking for a Groupon deal, wanted a solid company that stands by their work.

Our experience with RENCO Roofing was stellar! Brett Raisanen performed a thorough inspection of our roof and provided a detailed cost estimate. The roof was 22 years old, so it was time to replace. The crew that did the work arrived on time, very efficient and professional, cleaned up and hauled away the debris and completed the whole job in just a day and a half! Wow! Brett followed up the next day and reinspected the roof to make sure everything was done properly. My husband and I couldn't be happier. We highly recommend RENCO for all your roofing needs!

Roof recoating for the flat portion of my roof is coming due in about two years...and there's very little question in my mind that RENCO will place the bid that earns them the job. They've been around a long time and are extrmely trustworthy. Highly recommended.

We had our roof repaired by RENCO Roofing. On 10 December, we noticed some water damage on our ceiling. On 16 December, Jari Marjanen, who was wonderful to work with, came an inspected our roof. He found the problem: the material used underneath the title roofing was faulty. He gave us a quote to fix the material.

The quote was the most reasonably priced out of the other quotes we had gotten. And the quote included fixing the entire roof section, not just the area around the material.

They came out on 23 December and fixed the roof. The crew was easy to work with and very clean.

I'd recommend considering RENCO Roofing, and I'll be keeping their information for the future.

Detrick came out yesterday morning and power washed the flat part of our roof. He arrived on time again today to put a coating on since it was due to have that done. The problem was last night we had a major dust storm with lots of wind and we have a pine tree in both the front and back of our condo. Our courtyard was full of pine needles so I thought it might need to be power washed again.

Detrick went up to look and said he could blow it, sweep it and he had other things to clean the roof as I didn't want a new layer of foam on top of all the pine needles. He got all the pine needles and cones off and then was able to re-coat the flat roof today as scheduled.

Derrick arrived on time, was polite and explained what he was going to do. He then showed me photos of the finished product. He said someone would be out to inspect his work before final payment was due. Apparently Renco Roofing wants to make sure the job was satisfactory before paying in full, which was very reassuring.

In 2014 we were doing a remodel and in the middle of it, our roof began to leak really badly. It ended up that we needed to replace the flat roof completely and they re-coated the other part of the roof.

Last year when Renco came out to inspect our roof, they patched it and told me I could go another year before re-coating the flat part. This year Lars reminded me of what he said last year and so I went ahead with his recommendation.

Our contractor recommended Renco Roofing and we have been happy with their work. They arrive on time and give a fair price. I have had no leaks since they have been caring for our roof.

We just had Mark and Crew from Renco Roofing replace our old roof with a new foam one. They were great fabulous job clean neat and very pleasant. We have another section of roof to do and they will definitely get the job. We highly recommend them. Thanks for the great job

I had a walk-deck repaired/redone by RENCO. First of all, there aren't that many companies who do walk-deck repairs. Second, if they don't use the proper process (I recommend the Pli-Dek system), then you'll be having it redone in fairly short order.

From the 3 bids I received they were in the middle. A price I feel was fair for the very high quality work they did.

Great communication, professional work team, and they had it done on time. I would definitely recommend RENCO if you need this type of roofing work done.

Lars, is by far, the best. He raises the bar for customer service. Last year, when he first came to our home to price a foam roof, he spent a substantial amount of time with my husband and me helping us to identify non-roof related leaking problems, going to great lengths to help us find the right product needed and where, as a non contractor, we could purchase the products. The bid for the foam roof was competitive, the work was scheduled, they showed up when they said they would and completed the job to our satisfaction.
We just called Renco this past week concerning the tile roof overhanging our entry way. Lars came out to access and determined that the roof may or may not be our problem. Rather than trying to sell us a job that we may not need, he provided some sealant and proceeded to help my husband seal some wood beams that may be causing the problem. If we end up needing to replace tiles, or the tile roof, we will definitely be using Renco.

Renco has done 2 roofs for me. Highly recommend Lars as their representative. Both jobs were seamless. All emails and all phone calls weer answered. Good job and great clean up afterwards.

I had RENCO roofing guys working on my tile roof at Glendale AZ 85308. They did no question ask excellent work. The attention to details was outstanding. No cutting corners, just right and the place was left clean. I will use them again. Richard D.

I called a couple of different companies to get quotes on replacing our back patio roof that was ripped off during a storm. RENCO was the only one who called to verify appt, showed up on time, did proper measurements and had the quote back to me in a timely manner, and the whole job was done for the original quoted price. The installer was on time an did a great job. They really were easy to work with from beginning to end. Would highly recommend them

Today Yari, estimator, stopped by to look at my roof. On one of the ridges, I had one tile that had come off and was laying on the roof and several surrounding tiles had loose nails. He went up on the roof, re-installed the tile, replaced the nails and checked the entire roof. He then came in the house and told me that the rest of the roof looked fine, but since it’s 18 years old, in the next 2-5 years, I would need to think about having the underpayment replaced. He explained the entire process, gave me a rough, “balllpark” figure (for my future financial planning). He also told me the areas I should expect to possibly see water leaks in the next few years.

Yari was prompt, personable and extremely knowledgeabe. He took the time to fix the roof and inform me of what to expect in the next five years. After all of that, he charged me nothing. That’s right—$0.

I am so impressed with Yari and his customer service and will not hesitate to call Renco when it’s time for the underpayment on the roof to be replaced. In fact, I just called a friend to give her Renco’s information so that she has it for future reference. She just recently needed a roofer and was not happy with who she hired.

I cannot say enough positive things about this company and Yari. In fact, the girl in the office (Shaila), was incredibly personable and friendly as well. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and immediately set up an appointment for me, all with a smile in her voice. What fantastic customer service. Thank you.

I am a real estate agent in the valley and I work with a lot of contractors daily. The last roofer I was working with stood me up and we were close to a closing, I got recommended to Brett at RENCO roofing from a friend of mine and after explaining the issue to Brett he went out the very next day to fix the issue at no cost since he felt the job was to small to charge! I can tell that he cares a lot about costumer satisfaction and well now I have a new roofer for life. I will highly recommend Brett at RENCO roofing to anyone.

This company did a great job on our roof.

What a wonderful company! They communicate professionally, were prompt, and very willing to answer all customer questions. Brady went above and beyond to assure that my questions were answered and my roof serviced thoroughly. I was very impressed with Teemu from Renco Roofing. His customer service was outstanding. He was a very nice professional young man. He knows his job very well and stands behind his company! When it was time to do the roof his crew showed up everyday, and cleaned up at the end of the day. They actually finished the roof a few days early! I was very impressed with this company and will refer them to everyone!

I called Renco for some roofing repair issues based upon Yelp and Google reviews. They came out to my rental property and quickly fixed the issues. They were very prompt when it came to addressing my concerns and I will be using them again in the future.

Had Renco come out and replace my foam roof. It had 3 layers they had to remove. One being gravel. Have to admit, I came home from work to a total mess!! But the crew did their best to clean up. Them the project manager, Adam came back and did the repairs. All in all, I'm pleased with the results. Renco may be more costly than the dude that drives by looking for roof repairs, but these guys really came thru! Thanks Adam!!

Being as I’m a resident of a current complex they are repairing and I am hearing more of the noise on because I am on the second floor, these are my complaints.

They are blatantly dropping heaving items multiple times. I understand repairs but are you trying to add more things to be repaired in what you are dropping not to mention just because you are repairing the roof does not mean that you need to go out of your way to drop items all over and by a tenants window. Not only am I and probably several others working from home right now but this is uncalled for. I have family who works in construction and who even agree from the videos I have sent them. I mean dropping and being so darn loud I have had pictures fall from the wall. If the tenants are informed you will be on the roof at 8 am then why are you on the roof at 6:45 am???

We solicited several bids to re-roof our home. It had a tile roof that was over 20 years old. We selected Renco based on Yelp reviews, interactions with sales staff and price.

Keith, from sales was excellent. He met with us several times to answer questions. We are the type of customer who reads the contract and marks it up. Keith/Renco negotiated revisions with us. They also developed a plan to replace the roofing membrane while reusing most of the existing tile. None of the other bidders offered this option, which saved us a good deal of money.

Renco was ready on the date specified in the contract and completed our roofing project in 3 days. The crew assigned to our home had all worked for Renco for a number of years. They worked well together and appear to have done a fine job (next rains will tell). The yard was cleaned daily after work was completed. We bought them pizza on the last day. Job well done - Thanks Renco!!

Renco Roofing was highly recommended to me by a reliable contractor who always uses and refers Renco to anyone looking for a new roof. They were on time, courteous and did a wonderful job cleaning up the job site each day. I would gladly refer them to anyone!

I have worked with and known the families who own Renco for over 4 years now. I have always heard rave reviews of their work on various roofs and have referred them to all of my friends and family in the need of a roof. Well, it was finally our turn. We had a pretty bad leak on the roof, which was discovered during a monsoon storm. I called Brett with Renco and asked for him to come over and look at our problem. He was over to our house that same afternoon I called him. Never at any point was he trying to force us to replace the entire roof. In fact, he gave us an option to just fix that certain problem area, which was about half the price of a new roof. Well, the roof was over 20 years old.....so we figured we better do the whole roof. They quoted us a competitive price that we were comfortable with.

Brett and Brady told us the exact morning they would show up and an approximate time. We were very happy to see their guys show up ON TIME and immediately start working, even in the 105+ temp. They were very polite and always picking up debri that had fallen off while doing the tear off. They tested EVERY piece of ply wood on my roof for bad pieces, I mean EVERY piece. All I heard for most of two whole days was hammering on the ply wood. Thankfully they checked EVERY piece because we did have several rotten pieces that needed replacing.

Our roof is now complete and looks FABULOUS!! We are very happy with the work that Renco performed. We have recommended them to all of our neighbors who comment on the roof. If we ever need any roof work done on my home or any of my rental properties, they will be the one and only person I call. In fact, do you travel to New Mexico for work? I need a new roof on a house over there.

As a member of the Board of La Vida Buena HOA, I observed with gratitude the work that was performed by Renco to restore the roofs of our 27 buildings. The Renco crew performed admirably in every respect. We all especially appreciated the great responsiveness to questions and requests. We grew more confident in Renco as the work progressed over the five months of this big job. Despite working during the searing heat of our summer, Renco completed the job ahead of schedule. For all of these reasons, I recommend Renco to any other individual or company needing a roof replacement.

Joe Fox and his coworker were very polite, explained the issues and fixed the roof leak in a very timely manner.. They cleaned up the area of debris and sealed the scupper area after repair. Thank you! Would highly recommend these guys again!

I solicited quotes from 3 contractors and RENCO was the low bid. The work was done in a timely manner and to specifications. Unfortunately, there was a mishap when a nozzle head came off the sprayer, causing some overspray onto the house and patio stone. RENCO responded well to remedy the situation. If not for this mishap, I would have given 5 stars.
I would hire RENCO in the future.

Renco was hired by my HOA to repair my balcony. To date almost 8 months later they have not resolved many issues. I currently have a negative slope to my balcony and standing water when it rains. They did not re-install the drain. They were very sloppy in applying the surface, splashing on my windows and door frame. Renco sealed the door to my storage closet shut. They have not provided to me warranty or maintenance information. In addition, they were extremely poor at managing the project by not giving me proper notice, they leaving my balcony furniture out in the common lawn area. Renco charged the amount they estimated even though they did not perform all the work on the estimate.

It's been a rough couple of years, so when my shop's roof began to leak I wasn't happy. Fortunately I called RENCO as a second estimate. We have used Renco for roofing for many years and you just cannot go wrong using their services. This time we had them put in gutters on the house and the barn and it was flawless. The installers were courteous, left the job sight clean and made recommendations that improved the appearance and function of the gutters. Most importantly they did not laugh about the terrible job I had done when I installed the first gutters (the ones they replaced).

Many roofers will say they are cheaper and some will offer special deals and make outrageous claims about their warrantees but here is the deal on all that.

The warrantee is only good if they stay in business, under the same name and registration. Look for honest people doing quality work, like Renco, and the warrantee will also be valuable.

Cheaper is a bad measurement in roofing bids because the quality of the materials can vary so much. And then there is workers compensation and product liability coverage they can cut corners on. Each of those can end costing you much more than you might have saved getting the cheaper quote.

Materials is obvious - cheaper materials means work that will not last or might leak, or worst case blow off in a big storm. Renco will be happy to tell you what the difference is between what they use and what you might buy at Home Depot for example. Both quality products but the stuff Renco uses will last longer and be out on professionally which makes a difference.

Insurance is less obvious but might be more important. A company that is cutting that corner clearly is not concerned about your home or your safety. If they have a bad event they may go out of business to avoid the legal issues, or hem not being covered might fall back on you the homeowner of somebody gets hurt. Basically people who are Wlidcatting roofing are putting you at risk and saving a few hundred dollars is jut not worth it.

In the end it is best to get work your family must count on done by professionals who do not cut corners. Call Renco and will love the results.

After giving me a new roof, we had a very difficult problem. In the end Devon worked very, very hard over several weeks to fix the problem, drywall and paint the area. Looks like new. And Richard is definitely the nicest and most professional employee they could ever have.

My hoa hired this company. They started my building at a reasonable time after 7am on a weekday and finished my building before 5pm. They came and notified me of a concern with my ac unit and wanted to make sure it was working properly which it wasn't. They stayed about an hour after they had completed the roof to fix my ac unit and make sure it was blowing cold again. All the guys I spoke with were polite and friendly.

Destruction and Frustration will follow. My HOA hired them to reroof our condos. They did not tell us they would start work at 5AM. The only notice we got was what days they will be doing which buildings. There workers are very sloppy & leave a mess. Things like trash from there lunch. They broke many of the A/C units in the buildings and the more I talk to others in our community, I am hearing the same story. I have reached out to this company many times to inform them of the damages there works have caused to many units. I have discussed my unit with them over the last 2 weeks and to point... no one has called me back or offered to cover the cost. I write this review so that others will know how they do business. I would recommend looking to another company. The money you will save in repairs will be worth your time going else where.

Renco did our total roof (removed all old foam and coatings) in 2012 after we had hail damage ... their team did a great job ... no mess from removing old roof and the new 10 year roof is great. The family is dedicated to good prompt service and give us routine inspections annually to see that everything is holding up to expectations.

Do not hire Renco. I am sure they bid low but it is not worth the money you save. My hoa hired them to re-do our condos. They have destroyed landscaping, left their personal garbage as well as debris and roofing nails all over the property. They have parked their truck behind my car twice so when I went to leave for work, I could not. When inquiring them to move the truck, BOTH times I was told rudely they could not move the truck until work was completed. Truck was only moved when I demanded it and I was late for work. Do not make the same mistake we did!! You get what you pay for!!!!

Needed a leak detective to help figure out a leaking window. First place I contacted automatically went to fixing the roof (thousands of dollars). Brandon from Renco came out and deduced that a woodpecker had pecked a hole in the pop out above the window and that was where the rain was going. He filled the hole and that was that. Saved me headaches and lots of money. Honest company. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my roofing needs.

The section requiring repair now appears like new. I have found over the years that Renco provides dependable, courteous, conscientious workers. Will and Joe were proud of their work and cleaned up the area nicely.

They did a great job re-foaming my roof. They stand by their work. Someone always comes by after job is done to see that everything is done to our satisfaction. They had to alter a minor problem I caught 2 months later and they promptly fixed it.

They arrived on time and completed the work as agreed. No issues with the roof except for a small leak in our skylight during a monsoon storm. They came within a day and took care of the issue. Very satisfied.

This company did a great job on my roof as well as they were the only ones willing to help after the rain storms in October, 2018. All other companies apologetically told me they could get to my roof in May of 2019. Renco got it completed in January 2019. These guys are excellent.

I had to cancel my appointment due to a conflict but they were easy to deal with and responsive. I will consider using them when my schedule opens back up.

rained and leaked in ruining my property. They did my neighbor wrong as well. They knew they lost a piece of the ac unit that they moved to do the roof and left without replacing it. It was summer time. Over 100 degree temperatures. She was so angry and had to suffer for a night needlessly without the offer of a hotel for the night.

Renco has repaired my roof twice and has repaired the roofs of friends and family. My favorite thing about them is that they are trustworthy.

Save yourself some time and skip this company. Their bid was 5x the next best bid I received. That is not an exaggeration. Why so greedy? Perhaps they thought i was an easy mark?

I have corners that are folding upThey told me edges would lay down when warmed up but have not but am giving them the opertunity to fix it n have bin call in to make it correct they got tar all over n came and cleaned it all off so they do what they say they are going to do very good people to work with n deal with if there is a problem they work hard to correct the problem until u are satisfied would hire them again

Who ever drives your company truck with the license plate CCAB431 is a very inconsiderate driver I watched them speed up and cut off a vehicle trying to merge on to the interstate when there was plenty of room for them to merge into the left lane and not have to cut them off. Sloppy contractor. Did work on unit next to me (hired by HOA) & oversprayed orange foam roof spray onto my unit party wall, plus some on my NEW roof AC unit. Damage to my unit & never repaired!! Renco caused this & I am horrified they have not corrected their overspray.
