The most expensive house cleaning I have ever had. I’m in the wrong business

I had the Move-Out Cleaning completed by Maid Easy. Simply put, not the greatest service for the heavy price. Only half the fridge was dusted on top. Tops of some plugins had heavy dust. Inside oven barely or not at all touched. I had to touch up some spots on baseboards where maybe a dry cloth was just run over. All corners of baseboards needed a touch up. It wasn't a terrible service because it did save me alot of time, however, after I had time to actually look, I still needed to do a good bit of work before returning the rental house. For the price, I expected alot more. Staff was friendly but seemed very rushed. Don't let them have you sign the inspection sheet until AFTER you check everything. And check things thoroughly on your terms during inspection because that was also very rushed. Leave early Friday for employees I guess. Lesson learned. Neighbor asked me to get their business card as she is moving in a couple of months, I did not, because I cannot recommend to a friend.

I called today needing someone to come today, I was quoted a great price for what I needed done and they were here within a few hours! Lupe and Carlos did an amazing job! They were very professional and personable! Thank you Merry Maids... 5 stars for sure!

So kind and accommodating. Cleaners are always on time or offer to come earlier. They do an excellent job every time and are customer oriented. Very grateful for them!

I love having Maria clean our house. She has become like family. She cleans my house the way that I would if I had time. I never have to ask her to do something again or better. She does it the best way from the beginning. I travel often and I am comforted by the fact that Maria is so honest and can be trusted. She is hardworking and I have never even seen her pause for a break.

Our dogs somehow know when it is Monday and often sit at the front door waiting for her. She is sweet to them and takes care to pet them and talk to them and makes sure that they always have water before she leaves. She is so loving to my elderly parents and helps them carry their luggage into the house when they come to visit. She is such a joy to have around with her always cheerful smile and disposition. You get such a bonus when Maria is here: A sparkling clean house and she always says God Bless You when she leaves. It doesn't get any better than that.

My regular team, Marilyn and Jose, are wonderful. I really appreciate their trustworthiness and their conscientious nature.

We have been using Arizona Cleaning to clean our home for about two years and have been delighted with their service.

Our cleaning team has always been reliable, showing up within the scheduled two-hour arrival time frame. They are professional and continue to do a beautiful, thorough job cleaning our home and have been respectful to us, our home and belongings. When they are done, our home smells fresh and clean. I can understand why they have some clients who have been using their services for more than ten years.

On September 28, 2020, two sweet smiles rang my doorbell. Sylvia and Gloria with Maid Brigade had show up for our appointment. They were to help me clean areas that I am unable to clean. They immediately took to task and cleaned and shined my bathrooms, including the most difficult task of removing hard water spots from glass shower doors. They cleaned high ledges and the blades of ceiling fans, they shined light bulbs and cleaned the hanging lights and chandeliers in my home. They were pleasant, sweet, professional, happy and thorough. Before moving to the next room, they would ask me to approve the room they had just cleaned. Very good job...I was so pleased and very impressed.

They are an amazing company! I've had them clean my house for almost two years now! I would highly recommend them!

My daughter hired them to do the stuff I have little time to do (my 3 and 5 yr old granddaughters live with me and workingfull time) in hopes of hiring on weekly basis. Two women showed up that seemed very nice. (I live in a 2 bdrm 2 bathroom apt). Was required to leave $275 cash before they started for a 2 hour time slot, which was the 1st thing they asked about. Told them I just wanted bathrooms cleaned, Apt mopped, vacuumed and dusted. It was beyond horrible. I only have 5 or 6 small shelves and not one was dusted. Only one bathroom was cleaned and it wasn't the one me and the girls use. I cleaned the tub and dusted myse later that same day. They did mop and vacuum lol. I wouldn't recommend to someone I didn't like. Please look for a better company like I'm going to. Pics on Yelp
