HIGHLY recommend this company. Excellent service! I had an emergency situation with my front door lock and could not get into my home. From the moment I spoke with them on the phone, they were there within 20 minutes. Gary showed up with his wonderful wife Adele as this was after hours and proceeded to fix the lock with another employee Alfonso. I can't begin to express how grateful I am for their quick response, professionalism and great care for my situation. I have owned three antique malls in the past 15 years. The number of situations with locking things and maintaining security is crazy! Jeff has always been there for me and I wouldn't use anyone else. Having the new location nearby us on Indian School Road (in a former antique store, no less) is wonderful.

Wow! Not sure if this guy was having a bad day or what, but may be one of the rudest people I’ve spoken to when inquiring about a service. I called the original number and he said he would have his partner call me back. The second man I spoke to had no customer service, extremely rude and didn’t sound like he wanted to do the work at all!

Our front door lock mechanism broke making the door unlockable. Phoenix Lock & Locksmith responded promptly and the technician installed a safety lock as a temporary measure. He picked up the necessary parts when available the next morning and expertly completed the repair. We were very appreciative.

Jeff showed up incredibly fast and went above and beyond ..great patience even when I accidentally locked my keys in my car again right after he had unlocked it! Uhg
