I called Bill's Pest & Termite Control and they we out to over house the following week. The Inspector, Jon, was on time and spent the time to tell me about the situation and the best treatment approach. I was surprised when he came back from his truck as a full estimate, printed in color and in a folder. The treatment was performed yesterday and the Service Technician was on time and carefully applied the treatment. After the service, he explained what he had done and indicated that we should if we see any issues prior to their follow-up visit next year. Great Job Bill. Thanks

We have used several pest control companies and had to call them back g or re-do applications. I heard about Blue Sky on Rosey Romero radi show and have been very pleased. They gey better results coming every 2 months than the othes spraying and dusting every month.

We recently moved into a new home and were in need of pest control services. We received a flyer on our door from Urban Desert. We called many other companies, but decided to try Urban Desert Boy, am I glad I did. Jose texted on the day of appt to let me know that his client directly before us had cancelled and to see if he could come earlier. He showed up right on schedule, took his time treating the inside and outside of our home and even pointed out a few items that needed to be taken care of along the foundation of our home with our builder. He was very personable and didn't hesitate to answer any questions that I had.

I am giving green house pest control 4 stars for their service to remove bed bugs from my house. I am basing this score off of their customer service, their overall service quality and their cost of service.Their customer service was good but they sometimes don't answer the phone or may take a 4 hours to a 1/2 of a day to get back to you. But they will get back to you. There overall service was just as described, they even came back 3 weeks after my third service spray when I thought I was getting bite again. By the way the price was probably the best part. They were hundreds of dollars cheaper than everyone else and I had 6 estimates. OMG I don't know how i would pay 800 to 1K dollars for a spray service that seems so simplistic. BTW I looked up the chemical after taking a picture of the label; I looked up the information from the manufacture, the chemical mixture seemed rather standard for the method of bedbug removal. I don t know why I would pay someone a couple hundred more dollars to spay the same insecticides around my house as for 20-15 mins three times.I hoped this helps some of you guys out. I would hate for you to pay a couple hundred more for the same type of service using the same types of insecticides.Joseph King

Alex is amazing and I am so lucky that I chose this company for my service. I called 2 other companies before him due to close proximity- and they were difficult to reach. I called Alex and he immediately contacted me back and set up an appointment to come see the issue that same day! He was very punctual, polite, and respectful in the house. He is also very knowledgeable in his field. I had (so happy to say HAD and not have) a roach problem and Alex diagnosed the issue and was very accurate in his estimate of how many treatments I would need. He is a very honest person because originally we were set for 5 treatments and because of his work i see no roaches after 4 treatments - I wasn’t sure if we needed the 5th and Alex, himself, stated 4 should be fine, gave me a recommendation for a household product, and set up treatment for every so months now for maintenance. He could have just as easily came in for that 5th treatment, I wouldn’t know any better, but he was very honest and has great integrity. His prices are affordable and worth every penny. I appreciate his services so much and would recommend him to anyone including all my family members. If you need an exterminator, Alex is your guy!

Manager here is a joke. He thinks just because he's what 45 he's a hotshot that is barely on the board of members. Don't waste your time dealing with these fools. They will lie to your face and waste your time!

Benito Ochoa was very efficient and provided knowledgeable feedback on termite issues and treatment. Benny did a very nice job on filling in the drill holes and was very pleasant to work with.

I have been extremely satisfied with the service I have received from Josh at Family First Pest control. He is always respectful and kind. I rarely see bugs around the outside of my home….and have never found one inside since I started with this company several years ago.

I have been a customer of theirs for almost 2 years now and I have not had a single bad experience! We started with them because we had termites and continued with them for our bi-monthly spray. Their office staff, termite professional, and bi-monthly technician are all very friendly and very professional. I was honestly even skeptical about having the spray bi-monthly (we had a LOT of bug issues so I thought we'd need a monthly service), but whatever product they use must be wonderful because since we started with them, our bug issues are gone! We highly recommend them for all of your pest needs!

We found the termite tube and called Western Exterminator for help! They have been great! Answered all of my questions and we've not had any more damage from termites since the treatment or from any other pests!!

Josh N. Came out to my house explained everything perfectly, and then did the job fast and efficient!

They came into my house and did an inspection and left all my lights on, left the windows open, moved all of my pots and pans out and then left them all on my counter without putting them back, and the simplest thing they moved my welcome mat and just left it there like someone threw it out-of-the-way, he took my mirror closet door off the tracks and left it off for me to put back by myself, lastly he turned down my AC to 72 and left it there and did not change it back. I came home from work early thank goodness and closed on my windows which was letting out all the cold air the AC was pumping out. Super unprofessional in my opinion. This man was in my house and left it a mess can’t believe how unconcerned he was about my home! NEVER do I want this company in my home again! We talked to the realtor who was working with them and informed them about the issues also.

Good sevice by John for my home. Chemicals used seem to help cut down on the pests within the home. My only issue with the company is the short 12 hour notice given the night before to service the home. This is not the most efficient way to conduct service

I would highly recommend this company. They were prompt, courteous, very knowledgeable and most important honest! They offer a guarantee, which we haven't needed because they were so thorough we haven't seen one bug... Definitely a top-rate company with fair prices.

I had a problem with pigeons nesting under eves of my roof, Watchdog came out and evicted the pigeons and installed barriers so they can't take up residence again, then they cleaned up the nests and the mess on my roof. All in all a job well done.
