Allstate Roofing replaced my roof back in the spring of 2021 and recently repaired some shingle damage from the installation of a new HVAC unit. As someone who works in the construction industry and knows the value of competitive bidding, I got 6 quotes from roofing contractors in the Phoenix metro area. Allstate Roofing's proposal provided the best value, by far, and proposed Roofing products with material and workmanship warranties much longer than the others Roofing contractors. They were not the cheapest of the quotes I received, but my past experience tells me that you don't want the cheapest contractors because they have the cheapest materials and subpar labor. I was very impressed by the professionalism and experience of Brad, Chad, and the other installers as my roof was repaired. Throughout the process, they answered all my questions to my satisfaction and really proved that they cared about the quality of the installation. I would definitely recommend Allstate Roofing to anyone in the valley looking for a contractor that provides a high quality service at a very reasonable price!

We had some leaking issues from the past rain we had in February or March. We had 4 different roofing companies come out and quote us on our roof.

We ended up choosing Angel's Roofing. From the moment we spoke on the phone, I felt trust, confidence and respect from Alberto, owner of Angel's Roofing.

I was able to ask him any questions and he answered with facts and details of what would happened if the roof didn't get fixed right away.

Unfortunately, we ended up going into quarantine and didn't get our roof fixed until September. Him and his workers did an amazing job with our roof. I highly recommend his company.

After a storm we found several tiles missing. We spoke to TRM Roofing (Mr. Bryditzki) and scheduled a time for inspection. He recommended to rework the roof. They had to replace several planks that had already started to rot due to water damage. They saved me a lot of money and damage that could have happened if I would have decided to just replace the missing tiles. I now have a new roof and worry free. The crew did an excellent jod under the leadership of the on-site supervisor Victor. During the process Victor made himself available and gave me updates and explained the steps taken. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction. They finished the job in a timely manner. They cleaned up everything as if they were never there, very clean. Very bad. Did not show up on the scheduled time and kept you waiting at home for the whole day as he continuously lies. Delayed for one month without any improvement. We fired him but have not get the money for the material back although we have requested many times.

same experience as the other reviewer. paid a down pmt in dec 2017 someone came out a couple times in jan 2018 and did some work but it was not completed. I was told numerous times for months that steve would be out to finish and never showed, always had a excuse. filed complaint w BBB roof still never repaired. monsoons damaged any work that was done in January. I have an open complaint with az registrar of contractors they are past the due date for repairing our roof. I hope their license is revoked. no business should be able to get away with this. DO NOT USE this business!

Daley Roofing did a complete recoating of my roof with a 10 year warranty. 1 year in and we have had 4 separate leaks. When Jimmy came to the house he was very defensive and told me that he was not responsible because there had been some problem in the roof that he coated over and the 10 year waranty only would cover if there was a defect in the materials (ie pealing off) but not if there were cracks. It took 4 phone calls and a certified letter threatening to lodge a complaint to the contractors board to get him to come back to the house to repair. That repair was not successful and again he is not returning phone calls (3 times).

They came out and totally redone our patio roof it was good for the most part but it is very hard to get someone back out to fix a leak that we've been having we have a 5 year warranty and yet we cannot get Jose to come and fix the roof first time we try to call him he said he got into a car accident which we understood second time we called him he set up a time and we waited and it was a no-show third time did not even try to call or get back with us so all in all it's a hit or miss you choose
