I recently had Roof Installations install a shingle roof on my home and I couldn't be happier with the results. The crew was incredibly professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Josh and his team provided a quality roof at a very reasonable price and I would highly recommend them. They were honest and upfront with me throughout the entire process, which I really appreciated. I feel very fortunate to have found such honest and reliable people to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Roof Installations to anyone in need of a quality roof at a reasonable price.

If you need someone to repair your roof than look no more. I called because we noticed some tile on our roof that was about ready to call and within two hours give or take Josh had it repaired. He also took the time to repair other loose tiles along with checking the rest of the roof for anything that looked abnormal! Price was very affordable and I’m left as a very happy customer! Mikku & Sons complete a roofing job on my home and I couldn't be more pleased. The job was started and completed in 2 1/2 days and the crew did an excellent job. I am so pleased to share my experience with Mikku and Sons. They fixed the leakage in my house and added some new pipes down through my kitchen roof. My husband accidentally broke a shingle in our roof because he tried to get the flying saucer toy for Dobby ( our dog). My neighbor recommended Mikku and Sons because they did a great job with their roof. I contacted them immediately because I was afraid that more shingles would fall off the ground due to the wind. I was hesitant to ask for help for my roof. It's been a decade and since then, I have not done any maintenance for the roof thinking that it's gonna be costly for a repair . After a bad storm, our roof had maybe a dozen tiles that were damaged. We were referred by a friend and Mikku & Sons Roofing came out within a day to repair the roof. They even brought matching paint to paint the cement joints! They were speedy, professional and went above and beyond! Highly recommend!

Recently I had the pleasant experience of working with Mikku & Sons Roofing for storm damaged Repair on my house. The team was incredibly proactive and accommodating . They promptly arrived to cover the affected area and collaborated with our insurance provider all throughout the repair We particularly valued the expertise of Josh and Devin We would not hesitate to Recommend Mikku and Sons Roofing for any roofing requirements, and would be delighted to employ them Again

As much as I want to give five (5) stars, not able to due to the lack of follow through

Actually, it started out as five (5) stars, only for the customer service to decline the second day into the project and for up to two (2) weeks afterwards.

Pros:
** Estimate was competitive, if not slightly below other quotes I had received
** First day of project, not only did they show up on time, they were early...this fact I was very helpful it would continue through the next day
** The first day the team was focus and getting it done

Cons:
** Even before the project started, I requested an call the day before because I have six (6) special needs (medical and behavioral) dogs, needed to plan a pet sitter...that call did not happen
** Second day, a gentleman came by driving the company truck to drop of replacement roof tiles. I asked when the team would arrive because if I could save money with the pet sitter, that would be great. He made a phone call and I was advised someone will call me shortly with an ETA..it was 7:00 AM at this point
** Second day, same gentleman I asked if there would be a roof inspection after the project was completely, not only did he say that there would be one, he shared what would occur. He even noted he saw a few items that needed to be addressed as he could see from the ground.
** Second day, four (4) hours later, the call never came, at this point it was 11 AM, I called the office and asked for an ETA. I was told to call another person, that person's VM stated he was on vacation, I called back to the office and it was stated I would receive a call within the hour
** Second day, a hour later, no call, I sent an email through their project management tool, that was answered, ninety (90) minutes later the team showed up to complete the job. At this point it was close to 2:00 PM, which meant I could have save a lot of money with the pet sitter
** Week after I sent an email through their portal asking if there would be a final inspection. Here was the response: Hi Kelly, Yes I will be stopping by beginning of next week.I will let you know what day before I come I responded back to let me know day and time so I could have the dogs secured
** Two weeks after above response, I sent a follow-up requesting when would the final inspection occur....never heard back

What started as wow, this is awesome, ended with disappointment due to lack of communication, follow-through, and I have to wonder based upon these gaps, what may be missing, other than what the gentleman pointed out on the second date, on my roof?

We have a flat foam roof. After being disappointed with our previous roofing company, we asked for competitive bids to resurface our foam roof last year (2021). We selected Mikku & Sons Roofing to do the work and glad we did. Josh and Devin arrived on time for scheduled appointments and all work was done to our satisfaction.
No leaks, even after above-average rainfall. We recommend Mikku & Sons to all of our friends and neighbors.

We have had excellent service from Mikku & Sons Roofing twice. Three years ago we had a roof leak in our shop. I called Mikku and they came out that same day and made the repair (no more leaks). With this good service, there was no one else to call to give us a new flat roof on our house (roof over 20 years old). Our entire roof is covered with solar panels so it was considerably more effort for Dion and Mike to put down the new roof. We were kept up-to-date on the progress and the project was completed in a timely manner at a reasonable cost.

Fantastic service! We had roof damage, Devin took care of us right from the beginning. The job was done in the time they told us, and communication was very easy. I did get other quotes form a few other roofing companies and they were competitive! I highly recommend!

Got an estimate in May from Ben. Proposal was accepted. Even was set up in some system called Buildertrend. However, despite a few emails, nobody from the company ever followed up for a repair date. Matches some of the comments I’m seeing about follow through. Disappointed. Would avoid going with these guys due to follow through. Apparently didn’t want the business.

On December 16 Ben came out to inspect my roof because I found a leak. Ben spent about 45 minutes to an hour inspecting the roof. When he was completed, he showed me pictures of the issues he had found and explained the repairs he recommended. I had other companies inspect the roof and complete estimates. On January 11 Ernesto crew started repairs. They completed re pairs on January 14. I was very impressed by the quality of the materials, work, professionalism. They picked up trash every day before they left. I am recommending to the other houses in my housing development.

Devin and Joshua were great to work with and the roofing team did a fantastic job. They were able to schedule our roof earlier and the job was completed in less time too. Communication was easy and they were always responsive. We have already recommended them to our neighbors. Thank you!

As a small time landlord I prefer working with trades that have a good reputation and are recommended. That's how I found Mikku & Sons. They have provided prompt and complete services when I've called on them for my rental needs.

We recently sold our primary residence and there were a few small repairs needed on our tile roof. I called Joshua and I soon had a quote and a time frame. Even though Phoenix had experience the wettest July on record (they were swamped) they were able to fit my small job into their schedule. They got the work done within the escrow time frame and smoothed the process for everyone on our end.

I will continue to use and recommend Mikku & Sons going forward

Mikku and Sons did our roof in 2018 and it leaked within 6 months causing water damage to our ceiling drywall. We let them know, and they sent out on of their personnel who said he couldn’t see a leak or any issues, and they would not cover costs for the damage inside. We called again and asked them to send someone else. He found the issue and fixed it by caulking a couple different locations. He also said their warranty and guarantee does not cover any interior damage. What good is a warranty if their poor workmanship causes water damage inside your house? Issue is still not resolved.

Worked every day for a week, completed the project and cleaned up afterwards. Smooth process, good work, quality materials reasonable price

Mikku & Sons recoated my flat roof a few months ago and did a fantastic job. They found hail damage on my roof and worked with my insurance company to cover for the damage. This family owned business is great to work with. Brothers Caleb, Devin and Joshua are professional, friendly, very knowledgeable with good customer service skills and excellent quality workmanship.

Mikku and Sons recoated my flat roof. I was very pleased, but they weren't done. I was out of town a couple years later after some storms. They inspected my roof and found hail damage. They worked with insurance and were able to recoat with even better material.
They also recently repaired some damage to tile roof sections over porches on my home.
I think them the best flat roof coating company in the Phoenix area, among other roofing capabilities.
Count me pleased.

I needed to make some roofing repairs before I tried selling my house so I called four roofing companies for a quote and really felt like Devin from Mikku & Sons was a cut above the rest. He gave me a very fair quote & was able to work around my timeline & I can’t say thanks enough. The work was perfect, the final walk thru for my house went perfect, and should I ever need roofing repairs, Mikku & Sons will be my first call I make.

In 2015. We were referred by our realtor and had negotiated a new flat roof, to be credited by our home's sellers as part of the sale/purchase of our home (detrimental reliance). Not only did Mikku & Sons not honor their own price (with our making no alterations or change to the scope of the job they quoted or to the time line for the actual work; and the contract had no open terms), they immediately raisied the price after our contract closed, costing us additional money. The quality of the roof work was far below any acceptable expectation. Our roof has had multiple problems since. Leaking just being an obvious issue. Ponding water, poorly sprayed foam- inadequate coverage in many areas and completely covering conduit and gas lines that shouldn't have been foamed...
I could go on.
We were contracted for a 5 year warranty but after their multiple failures to respond to requests for or honor warranty work, let alone the lack of maintenance of any kind, we terminated our relationship with them, before the end of the warranty term. That term would otherwise still be valid as of this review, Sept, '19.
I consulted with multiple roofing companies and I won't print what the professional assessment of our roof was. But multiple other companies documented the roof with photos and offers to support further action if we chose. Suffice it to say I am grateful to be done with this business and am in the midst of a complete tear off and redo by one of the most competent, well regarded roofing companies in the Valley.
Mikku & Sons failed us and disappointed us in EVERY professional way possible. They win my personal award for the worst professional/home contractor business I have ever dealt with in my life.

Thank you Mikku & Sons, I had a new roof installed last year and there were a few warranty items that needed attention, Josh responded quickly and then documented each warranty repair that had been done and even supplied pictures so I didn't have to climb on the roof to see that it was taken care of. On top of that, they came when they said they would come. Unbelievable!! Thanks for the amazing experience...

Mikku gave me a very reasonable estimate and was able to schedule and complete the work promptly. Yesterday a month later, I noticed a loose tile, Devin came by this morning and took care of the tile for me. Really appreciate the service I received. I highly recommend Mikku for any roof work you have.

The repairs estimate was in our budget from this roofing company. They assured me that even in my absence the work will be done properly. I had to go out for a meeting. I was relaxed as they were in touch with me all the time while I was away, on the repairs work.

Had them put on a new roof for us. It has leaked now 3 times in 2.5 years, and they have been either slow to respond or unresponsive to our calls to have it repaired under their warranty. Lack of response has created ceiling damage, to which they also have not responded in our request to fix.

This company gave us a fair price to fix several tiles on our roof. They were professional and timely and did a quality job in repairing the damages.

Company does excellent work. Great value for the price. Josh wSvery professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of the job.

This company was such a delight to work with!They replaced our underlay on our tile roof and installed a new foam roof on our flat roof.We had several bids that were a little lower but decided to go with them and are very pleased with this company's quality of work, our roof looks great.
