The owner, Jack, came out to do a roof inspection and he was AWESOME. I am by no means knowledgeable about roofing, and as a young woman I am often brushed aside or treated with contempt by professionals in the home/auto/repairs industries. When I find a business that has amazing reviews I tend to choose them because I know other people have had a positive work experience, and that is exactly what I got with Phoenix Roofing and Remodeling. Jack took the time to fully explain everything to me in detail and was so patient with my questions, and his knowledge and friendly attitude instantly put me at ease. The pricing was more than fair, and well worth the attention to detail and expertise that was provided. I highly highly recommend using Phoenix Roofing and Remodeling for all of your roofing needs!

Jack and his team were fantastic! I have a flat foam roof that was in need of repair. I had several large areas where water was pooling, cracks, and overall aging. Honest, professional operation. Jack was so helpful in identifying what was wrong with our facia and he took the time to explain the best way to fix it - which, by the way, did not include using his services. Jack's advice backed by years of experience in both roofing and with insurance, was very informative and extremely appreciated. These guys were great! They were able to schedule us in quickly and repair the roof leak around the AC just in time before the heavy rains. I needed some concrete tiles repaired and Jack the owner of the company came out gave me an estimate and returned to do the work himself. It was a pleasure to meet a man of integrity like him. After our roof was damaged by hail we contracted with Phoenix Roofing to completely replace our wood shake roof. After the demo we had to have new decking laid before they could shingle. Our roof was steep and complicated but the crew did a fantastic job and we are thrilled with the results. Bill was attentive at every step of the way. His professionalism and responsiveness was first class. The crew always cleaned up after each day. We highly recommend Bill and Phoenix Roofing.

The fact that I didn't use this company's service is a testament to their integrity and professionalism. I had a roof leak that caused water damage to our house and had three different roofer inspect and troubleshoot the damage. I couldn't be impressed with Mike. He took the time to explain possible causes along with different options to remedy the issue. He explained exactly how I could repair the damage myself as it would be a very simple fix and not worth the cost of his company performing the work. Still, he provided me with an estimate, which was less than half of one of the other roofers. To address the drywall damage from the leak, he referred me to a drywaller directly so as to save me additional fees his company would have to charge. Mike provided truly incredible service for absolutely no cost.

I had a very good experience with Phoenix Roofing and Remodeling after last month's rains. They were the first to come and evaluate the leak and give an estimate for repairs. The price was reasonable and the job, a combination of tile replacement and flat roof repair, was done quickly and efficiently. I especially appreciated time Jack spent explaining the process and answering my questions. The crew cleaned up very well afterwards too.

Amazing! The people, especially Mike, are fabulous. They gave us an estimate in a day's time. It was not the highest or the lowest of our quotes. They took pics of all the issues. The roof replacement was done on time and the communication throughout the process was wonderful. They even helped organized the removal and replacement of the solar with an outside business. This is a very tough job, especially in AZ heat. These people worked very hard and provided pics of the finished project. It looks great! I would recommend them for your roof replacement.

Phoenix Roofing and Remodeling has completed a few jobs so far at my house (one that is occurring as I type this review) and I'll have them do my upcoming bathroom remodel as well. I called Jack to come out and take a look at our roof and he squeezed us in within the hour. He was very professional and helped us diagnose the issue and gave us a great estimate. Would defiantly work with this company again in the future if need be!

I contacted Jack to give me an estimate on a small roof repair. I had previously contacted 3 other roofing companies and 2 no showed me and the other blew me off after they came out to look at the job. I suspect they just didn't want to deal with the repair. Jack came out and gave me a rough idea of what needed to be done and also had another of his roofers come out and look at it the same week. There were 2 possible options for the repair and when the roofer came out to look at it he was actually able to fix it on the spot. Jack called me to let me know and said this repair may hold up just fine but if not we can then proceed with the more expensive repair. Jack then said that there was no charge for the work they did and to let him know if any problems develop. Jack was so honest and kind and I'm am so appreciative that he actually took the time to help me and I will definitely be calling him again with some other remodeling projects I will be working on. I would highly recommend Jack and his crew.

We’ve had an intermediate small leak in our roof. I called Phoenix Roofing & Remodeling to have it looked at. The owner Jack came out to inspect our roof & was able very quickly identify the cause of the leak & fix it. Jack was very down to earth & professional & did a great job.

These guys are awesome. They just put a new roof on my house and built a patio overhang. The finished product is great. They showed a lot of character in dealing with the insurance claim specialist after the claim was initially denied they met with them and looked closer. After a meeting with PHX R&R and the insurance adjuster the insurance claim went through. I think the claim was accepted in part due to how professional and polite they were in pointing out some 50/50 items on my roof to the insurance adjuster. To finish it off they got my roof done for me before Thanksgiving and in between rain storms. Thank you Phoenix R&R!!

Phx Roofing and Brandon helped us replace our roof and fix a leak from our skylight. Brandon took great care of us, even though it was during the monsoon season and I'm sure extremely busy. He replaced our skylight, fixed our roof...other roofers wouldn't even give us a quote because they wouldn't touch the skylight.

Overall, couldn't have been happier. They did great work, took good care of us and kept us updated the whole process. Would definitely use them again in the future.

Nothing but great things to say about Phoenix R&R. Jack was always responsive and engaged with our project, even though it was probably one of the smaller projects he was managing. We felt like we were his only clients! He was flexible with our timelines and availability, and was responsive when we called, e-mailed or texted him. I can't remember a time he didn't respond to one of our messages on the same day. He never tried to over-sell us, or up-sell us on products or services. We told him what we wanted done, he gave us advice on what things that we could probably do on our own (to save money), I'm not sure all contractors would do that. Reliable, available and holds his sub-contractors to high standards. He was at our house checking on progress regularly. We can't wait for the next project he can do for us!

I met with Brandon Brawley and I would say he is punctual, professional, very likable, and very knowledgeable about roofing. He showed samples of the dimensional shingles and explained how those materials would be installed. Though my project is on hold right now, I highly recommend his services.
