Excellent customer service. I, admittedly, was a very picky customer and wanted everything done perfectly. They were extremely receptive, responsive, and friendly to my requests, everyone down from the service manager to the technicians that came out to do the work.

Re-Vamp Roofing helped me with a leaky roof, the job consisted of replacing broken tiles, replacing old flashing, and replacing the paper. They responded quickly and got the job done efficiently. I am glad I went with Ruben because he helped me understand what happened, and he had a fair pricing. Highly recommend using Ruben!

The salesman was very knowledgeable, made the process of getting my new roof and gutters picked out an easy process and answered any questions I had. The roof installation crew were efficient and got the job done In a day and just like clockwork the gutters were all installed right after. The only small issue I found after was some roofing nails on the driveway and staples and pieces of old shingles in the flower beds and grass that weren’t properly discarded. But overall good job and I’m happy with how it looks. Thank you guys!

Oscar and his crew were amazing. They showed up on time immediately got to work doing everything they said they would AND more (added vents where I didn't have any) to get me a new roof. I was amazed that they could tear off my old roof and add a new one, all in one day. Cleanup was superb and my new roof looks amazing. The crew was very friendly, professional and respectful. Not only have I used Contreras personally to take care of roof issues (and eventual replacement) but I have used them for SEVERAL of my clients and have been so incredibly impressed each and every time. We had damage to a roof vent due to recent high winds. It has been very difficult to get anyone out to repair it since it is such a small job. Curtis-C came through and got it done.
I just can't say enough about how professional they are even on a tiny job. From their scheduler Trish, to the technician Alfredo, they kept me informed as to appointment time, were right on time and got the job done quickly and efficiently.

Greg and his crew did a great job on my roof.......ventilating style roofing.....looks like something that will last about 30 years to come.....filled in areas of roofing that had been forgotten through several roofing companies in the past....I never mentioned it before they did the job and they found that gap on their own.....great job indeed...would recommend them to anyone that was looking to get their roof done.....great job!!!!!

After having several no shows and unprofessional people for my estimate, this was a refreshing experience!!! They came exactly when promised and gave me a great estimate with a 30 year warranty. Dunne Roofing Service recently completed a foam roofing project on my office. The project came in right on time, on budget and communication was clear from beginning to end. Various aspects of the project were explained prior to beginning, which kept delays and surprises out of the equation.

My roof was leaking so bad water was pouring in. Northgroup came over and fixed the roof. We have had numbers storms since the repair and no problem. The crew was efficient, clean no debris was left. I would recommend Northgroup to anyone that needs roof repair.

Today was no different in the quality 3 years ago. Three years ago, I called Hays Roofing to address a roof water leak. They arrived on time, determined, and explained the problem, made recommendations, provided a reasonable price estimate, scheduled an appointment for repair, arrived again on time and preformed excellent work that has created no issues to this day. All accomplished for the agreed price.

Because of the recent very high winds some of the Spanish tile's lifted and were blow around on the roof. The homes on each side of me had the same problem with their tiles. Less than 72 hours ago I called Hays Roofing. About 2 hours later I received a call from Jerrod Watson of Hays Roofing to set up an appointment for today. Today he arrived a few minutes early, walked the roof, corrected the wind-blown tile issue, identified two broken tiles on the roof that were far removed from the wind damaged area and asked if I had any reserve tiles. I did. Jerrod returned to the roof with two replacement tiles, removed the broken tiles, and installed the replacements. No charges were assessed.
