Our roof was in really bad condition. They had to replace a lot of plywood.Randall addressed all the bad areas and did a Great job! We will recommend this company to everyone we can.

Ron did our bathrooms and kitchen. In both cases he exhibited attention to detail, and cleaned up the messes left by other contractors. His work is precise, and he does his best to provide his customers with quality work. I highly recommend for any jobs you have that need doing.

Had a leak in my roof. Saw Ironwood Roofing on Google and they had great reviews. I called Chris and he came to look at the leak the following day. He had his crew come out and get started right away.

They certainly lived up to their 5 star rating. My roof is no longer leaking and Ironwood Roofing fixed it in a timely manner for a reasonable price. I highly recommend them to anybody in the valley looking for great roofers.

They are so helpful!! The roof was redone almost a year ago. They came out and took a look and made sure everything was okay after a beekeeper showed us that their was a hole in the roof only to discover their was not. They looked everything over and now the rain is here and we are completely leak free this year!! Thank you so much!!

I had leak issue with my roof and had no idea that all the wood underneath the tiles was rotted. It was a mess. A friend recommended Stapleton Roofing to me so I had them out as well as a couple other roofing contractors to look at my issue and give me estimates. I am so happy that I had Stapleton Roofing out. Not only did they give me the best estimate out of the four companies I had out but they took the time to explain how my roof ended up this way and what kind of action I could take right now. The even offer financing too. When Pat, the owner, was explaining how my roof had gotten in such bad shape never once did I feel like I was being lied to or over pitched. Pat and his staff were a pleasure to do business with and I now have a nice, new roof on our home. We feel much safer knowing that Stapleton Roofing got the job done right. Surface Masters did a wonderful job on remodeling the swimming pool and deck at one of my properties in Phoenix. The crew took extra careful attention to protect my landscaping while working on the remodel .They went above my expectations and provided excellent quality and great service I highly recommend Surface Masters if your looking to have your pool redone.

Randy was knowledgeable, honest and was insistent on doing quality work! He repaired and recoated our elastomeric roof.

We called to have our roof repaired after we discovered a leak. We were initially told someone would come out Friday. Then Friday turned into Sunday and from there we have not heard anything. Even after attempting to reach out to them for a third time we haven't heard back. Very unprofessional

Fast responses, and a job well done

I am writing this review to warn others not to do business with Mr. Lonny Casanova or his company “AZ Roof Repair Guy”. Mr. Casanova is not licensed, does not have a bond, indicates on his proposal that he only accepts cash, and has no address for his business on his proposal. I should have known better than to do business with him after seeing all these warning signs.

After inspecting the flat roof portion over the garage/kitchen of our paradise valley home, he provided a proposal to reseal all the existing bull work. On the morning that he arrived to do the work I asked him to show me a sample of the material that he was going to use. The material was a match to the adeso self-adhesive membrane that was already on the roof, so I told him to proceed. He told me it would take 3 men all day for the installation. An inspection of the roof after his repair revealed that Mr. Casanova did not replace any of the old material and only applied some tar at various spots and was only at our house for two hours.

Prosource was a non-optional selection by my realtor to provide a roof inspection. The service was performed quickly, but they were unwilling to receive any payment besides Credit Card, for which they tacked on an additional 4% fee. They gave me an option of mailing in a check, but they were unwilling to certify the work was done for the bank inspector until they had received it and the check had cleared. They knew I was on a timeline, so there were no options besides paying. The fee for processing credit cards is expected, but it is 1.25%-1.5% above what other vendors charge, and with no alternative payment to get around the fee?

You can tell that customer service and satisfaction isn't really a priority here.
