Ron did our bathrooms and kitchen. In both cases he exhibited attention to detail, and cleaned up the messes left by other contractors. His work is precise, and he does his best to provide his customers with quality work. I highly recommend for any jobs you have that need doing.

They are so helpful!! The roof was redone almost a year ago. They came out and took a look and made sure everything was okay after a beekeeper showed us that their was a hole in the roof only to discover their was not. The even offer financing too. When Pat, the owner, was explaining how my roof had gotten in such bad shape never once did I feel like I was being lied to or over pitched. Jason was very fair with the bid to replace our 25 year old tile roof. He gave us a choice of what material we wanted and we went with the best. His crew showed up on time and worked hard for the 4 days they were there. I will definitely recommend Arizona Native Roofing to anyone needing a new roof.

We called to have our roof repaired after we discovered a leak. We were initially told someone would come out Friday. Then Friday turned into Sunday and from there we have not heard anything. Even after attempting to reach out to them for a third time we haven't heard back. Very unprofessional

Horrible company that does not stand behind there work. I've had multiple leaks on my roof under warranty. They will keep giving you the run around and will never come out with multiple excuses. I would recommend staying far as you can away from this company. Terrible is the way I put it. The roof has been leaking on children for months. The owner does not return phone calls and his wife Patti calls with multiple excuses. The ROC has been contacted and hopefully I get some sort of resolution out of it. Please stay away from total roofing. Reggie is a con.

Paid to have a leak fixed on roof. Leak was not fixed. Company won’t respond back. Do not use

Prosource was a non-optional selection by my realtor to provide a roof inspection. The service was performed quickly, but they were unwilling to receive any payment besides Credit Card, for which they tacked on an additional 4% fee. They gave me an option of mailing in a check, but they were unwilling to certify the work was done for the bank inspector until they had received it and the check had cleared. They knew I was on a timeline, so there were no options besides paying. The fee for processing credit cards is expected, but it is 1.25%-1.5% above what other vendors charge, and with no alternative payment to get around the fee?

You can tell that customer service and satisfaction isn't really a priority here.
