They were very professional from the initial visit all the way to the finish. Devin did the first inspection and estimate. He let us know the problem spots and the proposed solutions. He had options from a simple repair to an entire new roof. They have good communication on the project. The work was completed. We did have one issue with a wind turbine. They came back to inspect and replace. They are willing to work to make sure you are happy.

I have been very happy with KY-KO since I had them do my complete roof, shingles and flat, years ago. Since then, they have kept up with maintenance and thus extend the warranty along with it. I get the same people and they know the deal. Highly recommend.

I received a few quotes and kyko was the most transparent and detailed roofer I dealt with. The crew was professional and picked up at the conclusion of each shift. They worked a Saturday to finish in advance of a rain storm. I’d highly recommend.

I interviewed three roof repair companies to fix a leak in my tile roof, one of which was Ky-ko. Of the three, Ky-ko gave the most thorough and responsive inspection and quote.
The work was done as promised and I was kept informed of the progress as well as the general condition of the roof.
The leak is fixed, I am relieved, and will be having them back before monsoon to update the rest of the roof.

I had the opportunity to use Ky-Ko roofing for repair of a water leak which, in the great scheme of things was probably a minor job for them but was a world class project for me. I was very impressed by the fact that they made me feel like this was their top priority from the initial inspection and estimate through scheduling and repairs.
The company staff was patient, sympathetic, understanding and most importantly knowledgeable in explaining every step of the process and providing advice as well as alternatives that could expedite the repair and meet various HOA and neighborhood requirements.
The crew who came out to do the repair took great care in moving around on the roof so as not to crack any of the tiles and, in my opinion went above and beyond simply doing the job when they found two additional potential leak locations and, instead of just replacing the underling cut out the wood, replaced it, and THEN laid new underling so the potential problem was eliminated. This commitment to quality, and not cutting corners in my opinion truly distinguishes KY-KO roofing.
Without hesitation, I recommend these folks if you want the job done right.

They sale you a Cadillac but you get a Chevy. Just don't expect a KyKo truck in your driveway... it looks to me like they just subcontract it out. I personally had a problem with a couple things and they did finally correct everything but I just expected way more from this company.

1 month later I had some issues with a rat coming into the roof vent and into my vent fan in the laundry room. Ky-Ko had their best man, Oscar, come out and take care of it. He found the roof flashing around the vent was not up to par and got it taken care of. He also went ahead and checked the other vents. I really appreciate their customer service who still believes the customer is always right!

I could have given them a 5 star rating but here is where they messed up: 1. they removed all the tiles and flashing very quickly but left all the vents open over night (maybe 2 nights). Could have just at least layed a tile over all open areas so that rats, birds, etc.. would not enter the roof. 2. just had the flat roof over my garage redone by another company but the workers thought this was where they should lay out all their tools, extra tile and take breaks. 3. the fllashing on the vents was not reconnected correctly (see above). Just glad we caught this early before I had a real roof rat problem.

We contracted KY-KO Roofing after 5 other bids. They offered a special rate which is normal in the business as an incentive to hire quickly. They were contracted to do a commercial roof, old ceramic tiles of which we had to match, as well as a insulation from to cover a patio and HVAC duct. They showed up and knocked the job out. They were very responsive, respectfully, and got the job done within one week. I would recommend KY-KO any day.

We reached out to several providers. Just based on their responses, we would have selected KyKo. But this review is based on performance, and we couldn’t have been happier with this company and its people and their performance through the entire process and subsequent interactions!

Ky-Ko repaired our flat top roof decking in Arizona. They sprayed foam to seal the cracks. They were very professional and clean. All cracks are sealed. We will use Ky-Ko in the future if needed.

Ky-Ko replaced an old patio roof. The customer rep who came out to give the estimate was very nice, professional, and responsive to my follow-up questions. The work was done earlier than originally scheduled, and the job was completed in half-a-day. Everything was completely clean when they finished. Very happy with the job.

Working with Ky-Ko Roofing was a very positive experience, from the 1st phone call - to completion of my roof. I chose them after having 3 other roofers come out. Oscar’s professionalism and knowledge, based on his experience as a roofer, made me feel comfortable and confident that Ky-Ko was who I wanted to go with. Marvin and his crew were always there on time and did a very thorough job. When the underlayment of my roof was removed, it exposed a considerable amount of damaged wood, due to drainage issues and age. The drainage issues were corrected and my new roof looks great!

The Ky-Ko team, from sales to the office staff to the roofers, were phenomenal. Timely responses to questions, return calls, and working with our insurance company was excellent. The team of 10 that tore our old roof off and re-roofed (all in one day!) were unbelievable. They worked together, did a professional job and cleaned everything up. The prep work they did was amazing, even covered our pool. I think we found 2 roofing nails after they were done. Stellar and reliable roofing company. Highly recommend Ky-Ko!

To be clear I purchased the house with the roof under warranty so I can't speak on the installation process. Using the warranty I have had generally good customer service experiences. Only once was there an issue but it was probably just because I happened to call during a really busy time. A manager reached out to me later to clarify the issues.

I am very happy with the final result.

In addition, David the Superintendent did a great job overseeing the project from start to finish. He was very informative about the process, and his final inspection of the job.

Ernie the Senior Field Technician/Area Manager met with me originally. He took the time to explain how KY-KO will bring your roof up to code, and how the work is actually done. The job was done just how he said it would be done. That's transparency!

Arlene in the scheduling department kept me updated on the lead time for the materials ordered for the job, and stayed in touch until a start date could be determined - great follow up.

My roof was 27 years old, and now looks like new. I am no longer concerned about what might happen when the rain storms come.

Horrible experience. Communication was poor from the get go. We were told that we were on the schedule for the first week of January. The date passed and I made calls to the office and was told I would get a call back. No call was received. I called repeatedly and was treated very rudely by the individual who answered. Eventually we're were scheduled and the job happened. Two folks showed up did the work and left without any communication or follow up with myself or my wife. After checking the work I discovered it was not done. We mentioned water damaged sections and we're told they would be replaced. So I called the office and was greeted by the same rude individual who proceeded to argue with me about what was supposed to be done. Eventually the what and why was made clear. That it wasn't communicated from the beginning is unsatisfactory for a company that is Crazy About Quality. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.

- Edit: We were told that a crew would be scheduled to remediate our issues. This has not happened. Review updated to one star since they got their money and I'll be fixing the issues myself.

This is an amazing company of professional people across their staff! From the initial appointment, to the inspection (sales), job completion, and billing, I could not be more satisfied. The Ky-Ko team was excellent...from the estimate, the power wash, the repair of a crack, installation of 2 skylights and 2 layers of spray covering. And Oscar's visit to check the job today was extremely interesting. He inspected the roof, sent me pictures of the job, provided me his card and ensured me to call should any concern arise. He was respectful, kind and very personable....a great representative of the company. We used Ky-Ko in 2005 and again this year...and we'll continue to call on Ky-Ko.

We had some trim tiles replaced on our roof after some bad weather had taken them off. Ky-Ko was easy to work with. The staff was friendly and pleasant over the phone, the initial roof check was free and they had somebody over to fix our roof within a week. Oscar L. was professional and informed me of everything he was doing and what the process would be. He made sure it all looked good and left me some extra tiles just in case. It was very quick over-all process! I would recommend!

We didn't have a very big job- but of all the roofing companies we called, Ky-Ko was the most responsive and thorough with their initial look over and quote. They kept in touch while trying to source the correct tiles to match ours and their final work was very detailed and solid. The people who came out were very nice and efficient as well. Would use them again and also recommend highly.

They came when the said they would. We have a flat roof. Two other companies wouldn’t call back. They did a great job, they fixed the problem areas, and gave a us a new roof coating. They fixed all of the problems that came up. Thank you KY-KO Roofing for doing such a great job!

In the past, I used KyKo to replace the roof on our old home and make repairs on our current home. They did a great job. However, during the last monsoon storm we lost several shingles off our roof. I contacted Kyko twice and was told someone would come out in a day or 2, only to have a no-show each time. Conversations with them sounded like they were just not interested in small jobs, only big money projects. Helping homeowners prevent major damage by offering to do small repairs is what leads to big jobs later. This is where they failed. With more monsoon storms on the way, I gave up on KyKo. I called another roofer this morning and they came out the same day and repaired my roof. They will be getting my business in the future, not KyKo.

KY-KO did an amazing job replacing my roof last summer. They came in with their team and did the whole job in one day. Their professionalism was was shown throughout the day by each member of the team. They replaced a lot of the wood that before the shingles were put on, but checked with me each time to make sure I saw the need. Just recently I found a vent pipe that was no longer in use and they came out and pulled it, covered the hole and put new shingles on, and it was covered by the warranty. I am thrilled with the look of my new roof and my experience with KY-KO. Thank you for your help yesterday Oscar and to the original crew last summer. If you need roofing work done I highly recommend you call them for a bid.

Ky-Ko Roofing did an absolutely superior job replacing our roof. The job was completed on time and at the price originally quoted. Communication with the company representatives was outstanding. Most impressive was clean up at the end of each work day--no nails; no mess!! I highly recommend this company.

Ky-Ko redid my roof a couple years ago and I've had a great experience with them. Have had a couple different employees come out to do inspections since the install, and everyone I've dealt with at the company has been wonderful. Most recently I met Oscar, who was particularly courteous and helpful. He kept me well informed during his visit to my house and is just the kind of guy you would want working on your home. Thanks KY-KO for doing such a good job. They worked on the back half of the roof and let me know when they were going to start, that it would take an extra day and when they completed the job. The day after the job was finished, KY-KO came out and inspected the roof to make sure the job was done and completed properly. Everyone was very professional. I had the pleasure of working with a team of highly knowledgeable, caring, and professional group of individuals at KY-KO Roofing. All that I spoke with, whether in person or on the phone, exceeded my expectations in customer service.
One gentleman in particular, Oscar Linares, helped to put my mind at ease with his continual updates /progress of the job being done. If an unseen issue came up he was quick to address and correct the situation. He was very personable but upfront in our interactions. He was easy to speak with and demonstrated to me that he has a lot of pride for what he does, the wonderful work that his men do, and for the company overall.
I am grateful for everyone's help as well as the financing options that were open to me. The overall price for the repairs and partial rebuild of much of the roof was very fair and came in below other competitors. The look and quality of my new roof is wonderful. Most of all, I don't have to worry about leaks and continual unseen damages to my roof and rafters when (if) a storm(s) moves through the valley.

Ky-Ko roofing responded immediately to our request for an evaluation and estimate for repair to our roof. Three days earlier, we had called another company recommended by our builder who originally installed our roof, but after two days of getting sent to a voicemail for their scheduler and a promise they would get back to us but never did, we called Ky-Ko. Bruce came out the next day for a first look and finding nothing obvious, he asked if he could send out a tech to do a water test. Oscar came out 2 days later and did a water test, found the problem, took pictures, and was able to get us resolution immediately, We were very pleased with the professionalism and courtesy of both gentlemen and their timely response. My experience with KY-KO's representative (Mr Jimenez) was very professional. He responded promptly & was very customer-oriented. He even went over and above his duty to help fixed my roof (a leak that was not repaired properly by another contractor) prior to the scheduled date. If not for Mr Jimenez, water would have leaked from the same area, as it rained a day after he fixed it. I would strongly recommend KO-KO for your roof repair as I had researched a few other contractors and KO-KO was my best choice.

Perfect. There are a few people who go above the expectations of a company. Oscar and Alan did a fantastic job in rectifying a slight problem. The roof looks beautiful and I would recommend this company without any reservation. The price point is excellent and their reputation is sterling. Oscar especially paid attention to detail on all the process. What else can I say.

I had four companies come over and give me a quote. Ernie was by far the most informative, knowledgeable and the only one who sat down, pulled out a calculator, and itemized the quote. Everyone else just pulled a price out of thin air. This whole shingle roof repair was easy and the crew did a great job, they were on time, they clean up after. I was informed the whole way through. I can’t even begin to tell you how much we appreciate this company!

We have had them out multiple times over the past few years due to Monsoons and they are without doubt the most honest and honorable company I have worked with.

Our first experience was water on a ceiling after a Monsoon. They came out and inspected and showed us that it was a fluke, the way the rain hit the roof and with the force it just somehow got in the ceiling. There was nothing wrong with the roof and they said NO CHARGE. We had the ceiling repaired, all good.

Another time for a tile repair, nice and simple.

And most importantly this past month. We found tile on the ground one morning and knew it was from the storm the night before. I called them immediately and they inspected and scheduled repair. Absolutely perfect They finished the work and my husband saw a scratch where the repair was done and told the repair man. He did tell us he didn’t do it but his supervisor would look at it and send him back if necessary. We were 100% sure they had, who else was 12 feet in the air exactly where the tile was replaced? As it turned out, I had asked our landscaper to cut the very tall tree shorter so when they came to repair the tile it wouldn’t happen again and they had room to work.

The Ky-Ko supervisor came the next day and as it turned out showed us multiple spots that were scratched on both sides of the house. That said , it was clearly the landscapers accident. To our disbelief, Ky-Ko said “no problem” we will send someone out to paint it for you. Which they did the very next day. I can’t even explain the work ethic and culture of this company. They are experts at what they do and go ABOVE AND BEYOND for customer satisfaction!

I am sorry this is so long but I don’t even know if it’s long enough to tell you how much we respect this company and how great full we are to them.

What they provide is just something that is very uncommon these days. AWESOMENESS!

I don't know that anyone wants to buy a new roof, but everyone will have to at some point. I'm so glad we went with Kyko. They were the most friendly and personable company to do business with, extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the process and did amazing work on the roof itself. Our family feels so comfortable knowing we have a well built roof over our heads.

Had a small repair job recently following damage from a fallen tree branch. The job was done perfectly. Looks like new! KY-KO also did all roof work at my home 5 or 6 years ago. I was also very happy with their work at that time. I give them high marks for the work that was done and for their excellent customer service.

Oscar came to do a warranty repair, he was wonderful. He showed my husband the problem and proceeded to fix it right away, he discovered another potential problem that he also took care of.
This is a top notch company with excellent employees and customer service. Kyko installed a roof on our previous house also and did a superior job.

Had a great experience with Ky-Ko Roofing this past month. They completed the tile portion of the roof followed by foam on the remaining sections. Guys that came out to do the work were good. Work on my foam flat roof is barely acceptable (if it even is) based on ROC standards. Had a horrible time with the office staff throughout the project. Very poor communication with us. Cleaning of our existing foam roof was not scheduled due to sales person not specifically stating it in the contract. He always said it would be cleaned (power washed) before new foam was applied. When I called about it, the project coordinator in the office acted like it was my fault because I signed the contract as is, and never called the sales person to figure it out. I had to call our sales person to tell them what happened and get things corrected. Scheduled the final coat of sealant and nobody showed up that day because it was cloudy. No calls to tell us they wouldn't be coming, or when they would be. The only reason they are getting two stars instead of one (zero if I could) is because of the 12 months same as cash financing available. They certainly were not Crazy about Quality with our job!

I had the underlayment of my room replaced (the regular 20 year maintenance). From quote to installment KyKo Roofing was professional to deal with. The guys accidentally broke a window (something slid off the roof and hit it); the project manager let me know right away and checked in with me periodically as I got it and the screen replaced. They promptly reimbursed me, even hand delivering me a check. They were punctual, tidy and worked with me and my solar company. The final product look nice and updated. I am happy with how everything turned out.

Great service! We just used Ky-Ko to do some repairs to our roof after a pretty bad storm. They were responsive on getting us a quote. Quote was reasonable (we received other quotes too), the crew turned up when they said they would and were quite efficient on getting the job done. Cleaned up the area when they were done. Thomas was a great crew chief as were everyone else I talked with.

Recently we had an addition built by another company and that experience did not go well so we're a bit leery of home improvement companies. Several weeks ago one of the monsoon storms knocked shingles off of the new roof and we started calling companies for estimates. The first company said the entire roof (old and new) needed to be replaced and quoted a price around $11,000. KY-KO was our second appoint and Joe Jimenez was a breath of fresh air.

He conducted a thorough inspection on both sides and gave us great news-the roof is fine. There were actually two layers of shingles on the new side so the missing pieces won't be an issue until the original roof is due to be replaced in another year or two. Joe was honest and even took the time to explain different types of roofing so we can upgrade when we replace.

We definitely feel that he wasn't just out for the sale and he will serve the company well. Next year when the old roof need replaced, we'll just re-do the entire roof (and possibly cover the porch as well) - of course with KY-KO Roofing.

Do not waste your time with this company. I got an estimate & then the representative wouldn't return my texts or emails for over 10+ days, even after I told him I wanted to give them my business. Then I contacted the marketing manager on Monday, who assured me my signed estimate would be taken care of immediately & someone would contact me regarding scheduling my repair. After having a signed contract in hand for FIVE business days, NO ONE at this company attempted to contact me. What poor customer service. I should have learned from the first representative. Shame on me. Don't make the same mistake. Take them off your list now & save yourself the trouble.

Reviews are written for very good service or very poor service, this is for poor service.
We had a new roof put in , by Kyko, in FebMarch of 2019. After the first good rainfall, we had a major leak that flooded the kitchen. After several phone calls and several visits by employees, they mistake was discovered.
Now some 7 months later, after a good rainfall, we have a catastrophic leak, in the same place as the last one. We are about to lose an entire kitchen. This would include stove top, oven, MW all the cabinets and an entire wall of drywall (30x20 ft).
A mistake of this size should NEVER of happened, we now are in limbo waiting for a KYKO employee to show up.
I thought we picked a good company, that would get the job done right the first time. I was wrong.
Now after 2 leaks and 2 times at fixing this problem, what are we to post??
I can not advise any person to use this company!!
Yes, there is still an opportunity for this issue to be fixed for good but I lack the trust in getting it done

Reasonable prices and professional attitude was the keystone of my experience with KY-KO. The job boss, Rudy, was great. Good sense of humor and hard worker. He always let me know what the plan was. Most rain storms were passing Glendale by, until they started the roofing job. They always buttoned the job up before going home. They kept me up to date with weather possibilities and how it would effect there timeline. Bruce was great during the bid process and the lady at the office went out of her way to keep me informed.

KY-KO was resonant priced and began the job much sooner than anticipated. There was an issue with one of the employees, but after it was rectified, they worked hard and got the roof done in two days. Other than the employee issue I had a wonderful experience and would recommend KY-KO to others.

Our Arcadia home was in dire need of extensive roof repair. Lots of wood replacement and 3 layer tear-off. KY-KO promise that the work would be done with the utmost care of garden and landscaping that is all around the perimeter of roof. They tarped off everything and cleaned up daily, the carpentry was done with precision. And over all a great experience. Job was walked twice before install and inspected afterwards for craftsmanship and cleanliness. Super Good Job KY-KO

Oscar was very professional, explained everything and was able to match my broken tiles perfectly with just a couple pictures, replaced many broken tiles and secured some that were loose. I’ll also be using them for another home I own. Fair prices and great service, I highly recommend!

From other reviews it sounds like Ky-Ko does great work, IF they actually show up. Unfortunately I was among the many customers who got a no-show for their appointment. Maybe business is too good?
My experience was: I made an appointment for a roof repair estimate about 2 weeks out. On the day of the appointment, I took the morning off from work. When the rep didn't show up, I checked messages on my various phones and had a voicemail from Joe on my least used number saying he was having truck problems and may have to reschedule. So I called Joe back to talk about rescheduling. No answer, and his voicemail was full, so I couldn't leave a message. So I texted him. No response. So about 90 minutes later after waiting for a call back, I called the main office to reschedule. Rather than making a new appointment with another rep, they instead said they'd leave Joe a message to call me back. Not helpful! I didn't have a chance to protest. The receptionist got off the phone too quickly. I waited the rest of the morning, and Joe never showed up or called me back. What a waste of my time. And it's been 3 weeks and still no contact from any Ky-Ko schedulers.
To add insult to injury, a couple weeks after the scheduled appointment, I got a letter from Ky-Ko's marketing department asking for referrals. Seriously??? Ouch.
I turned instead to a small family-owned business that was referred by someone else, and I'm happy with the estimate I got, so maybe it was for the best that Ky-Ko stood me up.

I had a roof leak on my soon to be 4 year old home. Had Joe come out to look at the issue. He called me in advance and was also able to come early. Was very professional and fixed the issue fast. It was a small job but he took the time to Be thorough and walk the whole roof looking for any other issues. Joe also took the time to educated me on my style of roof and what to look for in the future. Thanks for the great work.

I will recommend Ky-Ko Roofing to Everyone. It was such a pleasure dealing with your Company, From the Salesman that did the Initial Inspection and Sale. To the Financing company that helped me. plus the Installers that worked through a very hot and Humid conditions and did an awesome job . They all were very Professional and Pleasant . I had 3 other company repair my patio overhang, only to find out it wasn't fix. They came out, gave me a quot that was great. Then finally it was fix and never any more leaks. Then I had them out to replace my home roof. Couldn't be happier with the work they did. No leaks in my home or my patio. This company is the best and I highly recommend them. Top notch!!!

We called because of several areas on our 8-year-old roof that had broken tiles and a large area that had been un-tiled from wind damage. The free appraisal of our roof was extremely clear, very detailed with photographs and written descriptions, and the quoted price was much better than we had anticipated. The scheduling and service were quick and efficient, and the individuals that came to perform the repairs were very courteous and just as detailed and considerate as the gentleman that quoted the work. I heard about them on the radio and they lived up to exactly what they say...and I will use them moving forward, as well as recommend them to anyone that ever asks!

I am in the process of purchasing a townhouse, have an accepted offer, and are in the process of doing inspections. I called KY-KO to see if they could come out to do an Inspections Report/Estimate of Repairs that would need to be done, so I could provide this to the sellers. This is something my Realtor said could be done, but when I spoke with Randi (their scheduling person) she was extremely rude and short with me. It honestly seemed like she was annoyed by my questions and then she started to put up road blocks, to simply having someone come out to do an estimate, so we could provide documentation to our seller. I am not sure what this company's philosophy is, but customer support and obtainment is not one of them. Randi was rude and extremely unhelpful.

Ky-Ko puts on a good roof, workers are polite, and Owner's son is very polite and knowlegeable. I found their office to be a bit disorganized, and just an FYI, they automatically place everyone on a Preliminary Lien Service notice, which was an unpleasant surprise to us, since we were not disputing our bill, but apparently their protocol. If it weren't for that and the lack of warning of such notice, and the somewhat chaotic office staff, I would have given them a 5 star review. Be proactive and don't wait for them to get in touch - they'll send you the preliminary lien service document to file a lien on your property before you even get a final bill. I don't agree with this protocol personally.

Oscar L showed up to do our repair and he was thorough with going over what he saw and did. He was professional and cleaned up the job area. This area was damaged by a contractor and Oscar made me feel confident that we won’t have a leaking issues again in the future!

Ernie came out to evaluate our roof problem on our patio that was caused by a previous construction company. He suggested some options for repair that included foaming the room (very small flat roof), however, he was confident that the leak was caused by a poor job of caulking areas that could easily leak. He assisted in sealing the area with an industrial caulk and provided suggestions for me to further water proof the stucco which needed painting. He was fair, honest and happy to help and didn't charge a dime. Great experience - thanks Ernie!

KY-KO was to come by my son's home yesterday (10/20/18) between 11-Noon and never showed up. Called the day before to confirm but didn't bother to call when they weren't coming. Certainly didn't leave a great impression. As my son said, makes the roofing decision easier.

I just had a great experience with Kyko Roofing. The install last March with Dean Klatt went fine. Over the past year some of the flashing popped up the shingles. Allan Garcia came out took a look, and had the three areas buttoned down with a permanent fix within an hour. He was polite and personable. I have and will continue to recommend Kyko Roofing. Their bid was competitive and a year after the install, they quickly fixed the issue I had. They stood behind their work.

My service technician was Oscar Linares. He was extremely knowledgeable and took pictures of my roof and chimney and showed me where the problem was. It wasn't the roof leaking, but most likely water getting in the holes left by a shoddy job by the previous homeowner of attempting to put up a satellite dish. He even called 10 minutes earlier that his scheduled time to say he was in the area and asked if he could come early. Who does that? I was very happy with Ky-Ko, and Oscar.

They were on the roof the day after signing the contract! They offer financing which is rare, and worked with the budget for the project. The job was completed in about 5 hours and they cleaned up everything including running a big magnet around to pick up all the small metal parts and nails. Great experience all around.

I just needed to redo my original roll roofing over the back porch so they put foam on. They were very fast and efficient when they worked on it. They covered all my backyard furniture to protect it. They took pictures to show me how things were going so I didn't have to climb up myself.
When they came out originally for the inspection, they found some broken tiles and offered to replace them with some spares I had from when the house was built at no charge.

Ky-Ko repaired my roof in March 2018. In February 2019 the exact area leaked again. The person that did the original repair came out and did a water test. He seemed to have found the area which was not the roof. We had that area repaired and a few weeks later the leak occurred again. I again called Ky-Ko. The test was performed again in the roof area. The problem spot was discovered and repaired. Ky-Ko does do a good job of respecting their warranty and supporting their customers.

Had to call multiples times and leave messages asking to get a callback to schedule a repair. Never got a callback and finally was able to speak to someone after I continued to call their office. It’s been four weeks since my estimate and can’t get any documentation sent to me. I can’t get ahold of the person who did the estimate or someone at their office. It’s a shame because I have used them in the past at my last house, and they were awesome.

These guys offer the recommendations needed. Very good work. Liked them from the estimate to the finished work. Had other offers but no one beat them. Very honest and reliable. Would definitely use them again. Also offer interest free financing. What a deal!!

My initial experience when they replaced our roof was fine. However, we needed some maintenance performed which was not under warranty. After the work was done and the bill inventory completed I found out they charge for travel time. Explain that! I have never been charged for travel time before by other companies. The charge for travel time was not discussed with me when I scheduled the repair. The manager tells me everyone charges for travel time, but in my experience, which has been relatively vast, I've never been charged before. Needless to say, not happy!

This is the second roof job I have had done for a property within the last 4 months, they are reasonably priced and do a fantastic job! The roofers all know their job and complete it quickly. Will definitely use them every time I need roof work done on one of my properties.

Great experience! KYKO was on time for every appointment, the lowest estimate of three, pulled off the old, flat roof and put on a new one with a 10 year warranty! Twice the warranty of the other companies. Even fixed some broken and shifted tiles on the other part of the roof. KYKO is fantastic!

I decided 5 years ago that when it came time to replace my roof, it would be Ky-Ko that got the job. They had come to my home to evaluate a leak and were the ONLY ONE of 3 roofing contractors that DID NOT recommend a roof replacement at that time. In fact they then referred me to a contractor who repaired my roof satisfactorily (because Ky-Ko doesn't perform roof repairs.

When I contracted with them, I expected the same fair treatment, quality of workmanship and excellent customer service. I can say that Ky-Ko roofing exceeded my expectations in all areas. And it wasn't without it's challenges. We had one issue which needed to be corrected and I was concerned as to how they might handle it. It was handled no questions asked and required no small amount of effort on the part of the team working the job.

Ky-Ko did great work and I would highly recommend them from the person that came out initially to the guys that did the work. I think they could use some help in their communication in scheduling as I had to call them multiple times to confirm the install dates. Every time I called I was made to feel that I was a burden.

I called to get an estimate to repair or replace my roof with Ky-Ko, but the person that schedules would not schedule with me because I would be at work, but due to the fact that I am a widow and I have to go to work. I would not be on the roof with them, and they wouldn't be coming in my home, I would be able to stay in contact by phone at all times. So I had to go to another roofing company.

They came, went right to work, they finished and cleaned up

When my roof started leaking, I asked a couple friends who I should call and was told Ky-Ko. They had their roof done and so did one of their neighbors and both were extremely happy with the job done. I called and every person I have spoken with and met has been more than helpful and answered all my questions. Someone came out to the house twice before the actual day of work to check on what was needed. They showed up on time and tore off the old roof and replaced 3 pieces of plywood and sprayed on the new roof. They did a beautiful job of cleaning up after themselves and even covered my pool with plastic to keep out any debris. Came back the next day and sprayed the 2nd layer. Great service. Wonderful roof. Now if it would just rain so I could listen to the rain on the roof and not dripping in the bucket!

I am so pleased with KY-KO Roofing. They let me know exactly what to expect and when, and followed through according to schedule. Plus their customer service is over the top! I definitely recommend them.

Marvin and his crew did a super job redoing my tile roof. I didn't realize how shabby it had been until they got through with the job. The entire crew were good people, worked hard and got the job done despite the occasional rain storm. Figures that when I get ready to re-roof, Phoenix would start acting like Seattle. I couldn't be happier with the work that was done on my house.

They do not tell the truth, their web page says 100% guarantee, but they write NO WARRANTY on their estimates. The labor charge for the time they were here is about $500 per hour. Roof leak after two trips still not fixed.

They have done a few repairs but after 31 years it's time to lift the tiles and replace the really old underlayer. Wouldn't trust anyone else. Their work has always been exceptional

Let me be clear about my prior post. I am less then 30 miles from them not 90 mins my wife works down town Phoenix so I am aware of the mileage to our home. Clearly the owner has been given miss information and could not return my phone call. Any company that can't service someone 30 miles from them without a trip fee of 150 bucks shows what type of business they really are. False advertising is a crime! Free estimates valley wide FALSE!! And make another false statement again about my distance from the shop. They are willing to LIE here don't let them work on your home. Find a company that doesn't need to lie and charge fake fees!
