Best Solar Panels in Phoenix, AZ

I recently purchased a home that had a solar system, but no information about it was available to me from the seller. As part of my 10-day inspection process I contacted Pep Solar to inspect it. I chose them based upon their A+ BBB rating and their proximity to my property.

I spoke to Diane at Pep Solar and she helped me determine that it was probably still under warranty. She gave me the information I needed to contact the solar company who installed the system and offered additional help if I needed it.

Even though I didn't use this company for the inspection, the service I received from Diane convinced me to write this review for anybody thinking about putting solar on their home. This is the level of service and professionalism that I would want from a company performing work on my home. I highly recommend Pep Solar.

Couldn't be happier with the service Greg provided. He knew what he was doing and I was so skeptical. Greg designed a system that is actually producing better than he proposed. Nice panels, great installation. Easy approval from APS. I even produced more electricity than I used so APS sent me money! Didn't expect that.

They have a salesman in charlotte, North Carolina and run my credit for the double amount without my consent! His Name is David Tucker be ware of him!

Do not use this company. VERY UNORGANIZED!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Employees do cocaine ON JOBS at customers homes, in their truck. Employees with several DUI’s and suspended licenses. No background checks done on employees for customer safety. They steal employees from solar city. Do you want these people at your home? On top of that, they will RUIN your roof. Tile stays broken leaving your roof exposed. If you want to hire a company with RACIST managers, this is the company for you.

They installed the solar this past December and my new meter went online December 30th. The installation was completed in 2 days with a bare minimum of disruption to our daily routines. Every aspect of the process was handled by these guys, and could not have been easier. Everyone who worked on the project was courteous, friendly and efficient. The job site was left clean when they finished. If you are interested in going solar, by all means, call these guys. I am thrilled with mine! You won't be disappointed.

Adam Martinez was my sales rep. He was very professional and helped me through the whole process. He made it a no brainer. I’m looking forward for savings and no high bills on the summer time. OnPoint is a amazing company.

From day 1 it was such a pleasant experience, dealing with my Sales Rep Michelle Davis.
She explained everything about Solar to me and what her company had to offer as well as helping me with the financing, they had a good program for that as well.
I had done my homework prior to making my decision to go with Rooftop Solar and had spoken to 2 other companies before making my decision that this was the company I would give my business to. My project manager Danielle T was Awsome, she was in contact with me the entire time, great at communicating through emails and a couple of phone calls which she returned always the same day. Their customer service was the best I've had in a long time.
Overall a great experience.

i called today to get an appointment on a home generator, and the guy wouldn't even come out to my home to give me a quote on a $15,000 -
$20,000 purchase! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

I can not begin to heap enough praise on Universal Solar. From beginning to end they have been professional, easy to work with and very communicative. If you even think about getting solar, you should call them and let them come explain everything to you. My system is up and running and I'm so happy!Thank you!!

Sneaky and dishonest!

This company is the BEST when it comes to solar system installations. I did quite a bit of homework before selecting a company to go with. Aneva provides you with everything you need to know and follows through to the T on everything they state will be done. The panels are very high quality, and they also provide a free app to monitor the solar production real-time. I've had my panels since the beginning of September (delivered ahead of the estimated installation date) and I am confident they are performing just as they should be. I am seriously considering on adding an additional panel or two, or a battery back-up system.
I had my roofing company come back to make sure everything with my roof was still perfect after the solar panels were installed. The roofing company was astonished at the quality of work and said they would start referring customers to Aneva.
Last, but certainly not least, Aneva's costs are very much in line with what solar systems should cost, while other companies are charging many thousands more for less efficient panels and mediocre installations.
I will end this review the same way I started it - this company is the best when it comes to solar system installations!!

Solar panels

One of my solar panels was damaged in a storm several years ago and finally stopped working. It was causing issues across the system. Unfortunately, the original installer did not reply to emails or voicemails. Luckily, I found Solar Fix! Mike was extremely helpful, he listened to what I wanted in a replacement panel and he found a great match. I would highly recommend!

Run from this business. FAST.

Sadly.. Two men showed up at my house to sell me solar. This is something I wanted more than anything. After I signed all the documents one could no longer met with me. I had some questions I needed to address. He set up appointments and never showed up. The other guy (who I felt really bad for) was in the dark about everything. (If he was my rep I would have never backed out because I'm sure he would have come when he said he would) but after the 4th no show >and time missed from work I backed out.. I was told the whole time I had that option and I would not be charged (well I got hit with a $750 bill) and am now being told.. my word against his and he told me about it.... sadly I have no solar and now a bill.. and no help from anyone (as I had no help before.. this is why I walked away) here posted are just two of the messages of many.. the sales team let me down with lies and now a bill... (don't back out and everything will be fine)

Don't work here. The VP of Operations likes to work on a side business while on company time along with running personal errands and even mountain biking while on a meeting. The VP of Operations also has been aware of employee's bringing firearms to work and placing other employee's in danger. The company claims to care about their employee's but they don't. There are various safety issues in the warehouse and the majority of their employee's are miserable. They have a horrible retention rate and keeping their employee's. Stay away!

Constant calling from spoofed phone numbers. Attempting to sell solar energy. Caller hangs up or becomes rude when you ask them to place on the do not call list. Already filed an unwanted call complaint with the FCC/
