Stonecreek Roofing

I had a 22 year old roof and was concerned about possible damage due to monsoons and other rain. I called stonecreek and they got back to me shortly to set up an inspection. They had a price with warranty that was better then the other 5 companies I talked to. I had the pleasure of working with Jerry, he was amazing and always quick to respond when I had a question. The workers were fast and professional and finished in 2 days. They replaced my roofs underlayment and well as some broken tiles and concrete. It's such a relief to have it done and they even had financing which was very helpful. Makes this your first and only call.

Stonecreek was wonderful to work with! The salesman Dan was very helpful and professional. There was an issue getting the color we originally wanted, but they helped us pick a new color that we ended up being very happy with. There were one or two small miscommunications during installation, but they were resolved immediately. The crew did amazing work including a near spotless clean up job. The salesman came back a few days after and walked the proper, answered all our questions, and finalized our warranty paperwork. Sarah in the office was also a delight, and stopped by our house mid-project just to make sure everything was going smoothly. Good company doing good work and really caring about quality. You can’t ask for more than that.

JR was great to work with. He helped me work through my insurance claim for hail damage. Communication was great and the roofing team was kind and respectful of my property. They did a great quality job and kept me informed of all steps in the process. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Stonecreek Roofing is the best construction company of any kind I have used in a long time. They were courteous on the initial call, showed up on time for job, left the area cleaner then when they started and were very professional but yet still treated me like family. The rates were very competitive to many other quotes I had received. I will definitely use them in the future and can confidently refer them to my mother!

My roof had storm damage. My patio roof was falling apart from termites. I found out from my next door neighbor that Stonecreek replaced her roof. They did a good job and no complaints.

I take that back. There was one. The roof on the house was fantastic, but the patio roof was even better. To me, way better than anticipated. They used a lot more wood supports than before.

Jerry was great during the quote process, but i can't say enough about Sarah, the project manager, so terrific and caring, she's a real gem. Kind, patient, and very knowledgeable, she guided us through a very difficult roofing project with steep pitches, 6 dormers, 3 fireplaces, numerous valleys, many vents and specialty appointments, and a large flat roof as well. Their crew treated our home with respect and thoroughly cleaned up daily. We couldn't be happier!

Great service, and prompt as can be! We needed our roof replaced after a few storms and overall just needed to be updated. A girl came out after hours to discuss the options. We even walked the neighborhood to compare how the shingles would look. The contract was short and simple and they really took care of everything with the insurance. The insurance initially only approved the front of the house but they worked out a deal to get it fully replaced. Once the check was issued they came by and followed up. I'm happy with the process and customer service I received.

I wish I can give more stars. This company went above and beyond my expectations. My home got hit by a storm shortly after I left for a 4 month tour. JR took care of me 100%. When my patio cover was destroyed and dangerously flopping around, he sent one of his guys over to dismantle it for safety. Even before I officially gave him the green light to go. That company earned my business by being polite, Courteous, professional and always there to answer my questions. Its hard traveling for work and not being able to supervise major things going on with your home. You can trust these people 100%. He also worked with my Air conditionong installer to make sure the job was done and i was happy. 500% recomended by me. I would hire him again but the warranty on the roof is superb.

The price of the job (roof replacement) was on the lower part of the expected range) It is too early to judge the workmanship. Time will tell. We had the roof totally repaired as it was 20+ years old and we started to have leaks. Sarah came out and inspected damage and gave us a quote for partial or total repair and update. We chose to total repair.

Took a few weeks to get on the schedule. Overall only 3 days to do the work. Crew did a great job and cleaned up daily and when completed. Pretty noisy when work being done so you might want to get out a few hours each day while the work is being done. All normal and expected.

These guys did a great job repairing our original old concrete tile roof. In addition to the fundamental necessary fixes to underlying wood and such, they improved on the original installation with a much better underlayment (hard to do worse than the old felt, of course), and added flashing and bird stops.

They were professional, friendly, and very fast once they were able to fit us into their busy monsoon-season schedule and get started.
Their price was also a good value, comparing against quotes from other local roofers (though obviously this was going to be an expensive operation, regardless).

We were very pleased with their work and with the overall experience, and would certainly recommend them.

I called on Stonecreek Roofing for a close friend who lives just outside of Phoenix and was not comfortable finding or speaking to a roofing company about possible storm damage to their roof. Carrie took my call and took the time to hear me out, listened to the concerns that my friend had and then recommended that my friend provide a good day and time for a roof inspection. So, that's what we did and the entire process was very smooth and super professional. As it turns out, there wasn't any storm damage (big relief!) but there were some areas of concern on the roof that were repaired fairly easily. Stonecreek roofing is a great professional company. My roof need new shingles as well as plywood sheets replacement. They came in and did a thorough job. And kept me updated as they went. I am an out of state owner. Communication was vital for me. They also took lots of before and after pics. Aileen was so helpful through the process. She even came out and checked the work out and explained everything to my daughter as they walked the roof together. JR was my first introduction to the company. He was so helpful in explaining the type of underpayment they used as well as the type of shingle that is best suited for the hot Phoenix weather as well as the high winds during the monsoon season. Stonecreek Roofing did an amazing job from start to finish. We had contacted the insurance and they said that they were not going to be able to fix it due to the roof being old. They contacted the insurance, Sarah came out with the insurance to have it inspected again. Thankfully Sarah was able to prove that the roof had hail damage and it was just a great experience throughout the whole process. They were great from start to finish. Organized, finish looks great for flashing, edges and birdstops, and mortar on tile joints, clean and done quickly. You are not on the roof watching the work as it is done of course but you get a feeling of how they work and the finished product looks so professional, that it adds to your confidence about the whole job. Every member of their staff that I dealt with was always professional and on top of the details.

One of the many inspectors or such dropped by my door to sell me in a roof inspection due to damage caused by the October 2018 storms. I normally don't buy into solicitations/salesmen nor do I put up with them (looking at you Cameron), but I went ahead and let them inspect and they found damage enough to warrant what they believed to be a new roof. My insurer and their inspectors had to battle it out and determined to replace my roof. I figured it'd be a good time to get this done before I get my solar panels later in July.

During the process I had very helpful and attentive points of contact throughout the entire process. They were very responsive to my questions. However, the initial crew that was sent to do the job were not any of those things. This crew had an issue with showing up on the correct days and actually doing the work properly. A 1.5 day job turned into 5 days, for example, and instead of calling to tell me that they need to reschedule, they never did work on the scheduled day. Note that the scheduled day was good for me because I work from home on that day. This was frustrating, but they did show up the next day to start the work. I'm not sure what the issue was with the crew, but they seemed to be very uncoordinated and rushed. They didn't bring the crane they needed for AC twice and another point of contact tried her best to figure out what their problem was in showing back up to resolve some of the remaining parts of the job. I did come home the final day to see the job finished, but they had left such a mess with everything that it unfortunately increased my disappointment with them. It was at this point I knew I had to push back my solar installation.

Frank showed up to do the final inspection, which I'm not surprised he found issues with the job right away. He ensured that he would make sure the crew came back, fix all of the issues, and overall do the right thing. That's exactly what happened. Frank went above and beyond to make sure that the work was going to be completed correctly and every outstanding issue resolved. Because of his attention to detail and ethic, it's nice to know that my roof is now in good shape for my upcoming solar installation and that any issues I may come across, he'll be there to make sure things are taken care of.

This is the ONLY Roofing Company I would recommend to Family, Friends and Neighbors. They were phenomenal from the moment Cameron knocked on my door to the warranty review! They handled all the communication like pros, timely updates, friendly staff!! They even provided an ADVOCATE, Sarah, who was with the project from beginning to end and was even on the roof with the adjuster! They delivered more than expected, were extremely efficient, clean and amazingly thorough! I will shout their praises from my new rooftop!!!

From the beginning of the process to the end, Stonecreek Roofing impressed! The estimator listened to my needs and gave me a competitive bid that included what I needed, and nothing I didn’t. Stonecreek communicated timelines and arrived when they said they would. I would recommend getting bids from other companies , if they will even call you back, and then getting a bid from Stonecreek. They will get the job done on time, and it will look great!

Sarah came back out, and did a re-inspection, and identified and documented additional damage which was approved by the insurance company. Quality of the shingles and workmanship were great as well. They came recommended by a neighbor, and did a great job, so when the quote was *lower* than two others I received (1 was 3x the price!) I pulled the trigger. A total roof replacement in only 2 days, and looks beautiful. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Amazing experience. Everything from start to finish was done professionally and quickly. Our roof was completed early and I have never witnessed a crew that worked harder, seemingly non-stop. Good:
- Communication with the office staff & sales people was amazing
- Scheduling was speedy
- Work performed very well

Bad:
- Cleanup was exceptionally poor (including some gasoline spilled that was covered with lavender cleaning solution, many nails not picked up)
- Took a day longer than was promised (total 3 days)
- Warranty that was received was not the same as promised (promised 10 years from Stonecreek, paperwork says 2 years)

Overall, a good experience.

I contacted stone creek as it was highly recommended by my insurance (which thankfully didnt have to go thru).

Frank came out to my house and was great. I explained I was worried about my roof being exposed to nature with monsoon coming. He came on a holiday to place a tarp over the roof just in case. They matched our cement tile roof almost exact (sun fades it over time so of course wont be exact)
They arrived promptly and placed the tiles up. I was filled in with a phone call every step of the way thru the procedure. Overall a great company to deal with and would highly recommend them.

This company and I share a mixed history. They replaced my roof about last year. I’m still having some issues after they put in the roof. I woke up this morning to find quite the flood in my bathroom. There are ridges on one part of my roof where they worked. Also there were some jobs that were never finished that were promised. I suppose my biggest issue is that I can’t always get somebody to reach out and respond to me when I am having trouble.

This company took advantage of my Mother who is elderly and disabled. Before she had a chance to research their company and see past projects or see reviews of past customers, before she had a chance to shop around and see what other companies had to offer in comparison to what this company was willing to do, before she was even able to show me the details of this project and how this company was qualified to do the work, they coerced her in to signing an agreement to have them do the work. Initially they told her that the insurance would cover all of the work and seemed willing to accept the amount the insurance approved of to get this project done.
But they lied to her and had her pay $1,000 down, said it was for the insurance deductible. The insurance company paid over $10k and now they are calling her like everyday asking her for more money.
They didn't give her the color shingles she requested and most likely used materials that were discounted or cheaper. They left all sorts of debris all around the house and spilled tar on the side of the house my Mom had to call them back out to the house to clean up.
This company is NOT
ethical in its dealings with senior citizens and
we will never have them do work for us again.

The finish results are beautiful. The employees work really well together. To be honest we did have issues with the electricity. The ac machine was misplaced for a moment but they did fix the issue.

Stonecreek completed a beautiful new roof for me last year. They did an extremely good job. We have been through multiple hard rains and the thing has held up like a champ, and even if there was a problem, I am sure they would help fix it quickly. I worked with Sarah Mead on the project, and she was awesome in helping design the roof. I found them through the GAF website, because I wanted an authorized and certified contractor to install my roof, and Stonecreek is that at the highest levels for GAF. There is a big benefit to using a certified installer when it comes to what warranties you can get with GAF. I talked to multiple other contractors and Sarah and Stonecreek were by far the most knowledgeable about the shingle styles, colors, as well as the complementary products that make up the roofing system. Their pricing was competitive. I highly recommend Stonecreek for an asphalt shingle roof, especially for GAF shingles, though they have expertise and certifications in other products.
