The crack was at the valve body. It was discovered after I had done everything to stop the leak, working on it for several days, replacing seats, etc. Joe finished the job in record time by replacing the valve, but did not inform me that clean up (sweeping up after cutting thru the sheetrock) would be charged sepateately ($150.00!).

Bad shower valve. Called Steve (incredibly nice guy) who was kind enough to get someone out here ASAP as the water to the house was shut off. Grant came and told us our options and then replaced/repaired what we needed. Explained everything in detail. So impressed with this company. Hanging their business card over my old plumber's!

Recommend 10/10! I contacted them on the weekend for my parents and they scheduled me accordingly to my availability. Lou and Adam were amazing. They came with their own shoe covers and a positive attitude. Lou assessed the issue immediately and was able to give us a quote. They cleared up the misinformation I was given by other companies and said they could start the job that day. Both were very attentive and kindly answered the millions of questions I had. My dad is super picky and old-school when it comes to his ways. He was on the phone the entire time and had me double-check everything. But Lou and Adam were so cooperative when it could have been annoying (which I dearly appreciate). They labeled everything clearly and made sure it was cleaned up. My dad was even happy! We also love the company's mission and background. I now know who to call for any plumbing issues and will recommend to others.

Used this company to help my mother clear a drain that was backing up in an older Sun City home (1960's) and was worried about sewer line issues that are common to the area. They scoped the lines, cleared it out, and took care of it professionally and with ease. Had another clog pop up soon after, but they came out and took care of it free of charge! Great company!

Been having water pressure issues throughout home, called Accent and they came out within a few days so right away. Jim Baker the technician was great, he was very knowledgeable and explained the issues with the plumbing. He was also very through and made sure it all my issues with the plumbing were addressed.

Man, these guys were the best! We had a *tricky* water heater replacement to do. Joe gave my husband the rundown of what it would take and some options for the least amount of demolition. (Seriously, it was a tough job that could’ve resulted in demolition of cabinetry.) Joe and Robert came mid-morning and spend the better part of 8 hours working on our issue. They were professional, THOROUGH, and worked with incredible integrity. The pricing was very fair as well! We are so grateful for 2 Good Plumbers! We’d absolutely call them again. (Though, they may not want to come back! It was a doozy, folks.)

Hired them to install two remove two toilets and install brand new ones. Showed up on time, did not leave me waiting for weeks. Also installed brand new shut off valves. Everything works great and looks great too. Cleaned up afterward. Great experience.

I don't normally write reviews, but I have to give Stefan (Owner of Simba Plumbing) credit where credit is due. I hired him to first replace the polybutylene piping with PEX under my driveway that connects my house main to the city main. Stefan did such an amazing job, I called him back and hired him again to relocate my entire plumbing stack in the kitchen, as we relocated our kitchen island. This required cutting the concrete, relocating all the pipes to their new location and the filling in with cement. His work again was impeccable. He kept a clean job site, very thorough, and professional. Lastly, I just hired him again, to remove and replace our new Soft Water system. Stefan is professional, honest, and a hard worker. If you're looking for a plumber you can trust, has great prices, dependable and just an all around good person, hire Stefan. You will be happy you did. I will hire Stefan again for all of our plumbing needs.

I have been using Parker & Sons for years. They are not cheap, but they are trustworthy, knowledgeable and thorough. Joe Hayden came out in response to a concern that unhealthy sewer air was getting into the house. After getting background information, he explained what he could do and what it would find. I was extremely satisfied, and my issue was identified and resolved. 100% worth the cost. Thank you.

This used to be a reputable company. They are now engaged in business practices that are primarily concerned with extracting as much money as possible from the customer. They have partnered with a restoration company, setting up fans that are not needed in order to earn kickbacks from the restoration company. We had a small flange that was starting to leak at a toilet. The plumber wanted to charge $6000 and tear up the house. Who are you employing Deer Valley!! A handyman later made the repair for $300. Greed and taking advantage.

I've been using Option One for a few things around the house now, so I decided to go with them again for a big project that requires toilet replacement and would cost $2000+. However, the crew did not show up at all on the day of the service without any call/updates. So I had to call the office for an ETA. At first, they couldn't find my name, my appointment or any record of the services done at my location. Then later on, they found the appointment, but the tech informed me that they got held up at another job all day and won't be able to come out at all. So they had to reschedule me for another day, which throws off my schedule. I work in healthcare so it's very hard for me to get a day off to be home, but the office/tech did not even bother letting me know the situation until I gave them a call. The lack of professionalism is very disappointing. Unfortunately after this project is over, I won't be recommend this place to anybody.
