Patterson fully re-roofed my house 5 years ago. Last month, part of the roof fell apart in strong winds. I asked them for a repair and the cost. After asking me several questions, to which I replied, they ghosted me completely. Now I have to find a better company and pay hundreds to fix the shoddy work that they don't stand by.

UPDATE in response to business owner's comment. I replied to your last email on Feb. 17, 2023. You ignored it, and I followed up on Feb. 21 and Mar. 8 by email, no reply from you, and it didn't bounce back, so you did indeed receive a message from me. I'm glad to furnish copies as proof. But now you give me a phone number that you didn't answer and cannot accept voicemails because the mailbox is full. I affirm that I do not recommend this business.

I really liked how professional this company was. I had gotten 2 other quotes and Patterson roofing came in significantly cheaper than either one with complete honesty on what needed to be done. The end result was a job well done for a great price.

We used Patterson Roofing recently for three of our branches. One being storm damage and the other two being leaks. William was responsive to our requests and all repairs were completed timely and without issue.

Our experience with Patterson Roofing was excellent. From start to finish, William and his team were communicative, caring, and professional. This company goes above and beyond for their customers. William took time out of his busy schedule to meet with us multiple times. The actual roof replacement was extremely efficient and the team made sure to clean up every shingle, nail, and debris. I cannot recommend this company enough!

Patterson Roofing was the 1st of 3 estimates I received for a full roof replacement. William was very thorough, showing me a sample of the products being used & explained what would take place.
The next 2 companies not only didn’t provide that level of detail, but they were both significantly more expensive.
Patterson Roofing was able to complete the job in less than 2 days. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roof work.

My roof leaked in the strangest spot, Will came out and gave an very fair est. for the repair, it did end up being slightly more but only because the repair ended up being larger. But it needed to be done because the previous owners roof replacement was done wrong and cut corners and obviously ran off the with claim money. They inspected the rest of the roof and at this time everything seems good, Will and his team made it right. They scheduled me in during the busiest week ever and were on time, clean, friendly and got the job done efficiently and quickly. They are a trusted team not only from what I experienced, but lol the neighbor grandma gave them lunch that day. I just found that out. I highly recommend Patterson Roofing, they are in my address book for when I need a new roof. I fully support locally family owned businesses, they are my first go to for everything.

From start to finish, Patterson Roofing did a great job. Fair and complete quote, finished the job at the time they said they would be done and installed very well. They did a great job with clean up also. I would refer them to anyone.

I cannot think these guys enough for helping me out with what I need it last minute a storm hit my roof and took down 20 tiles and they were so efficient and so fast so organized I am so happy to use them And I will continue to use them in the future best roof company ever

Patterson Roofing was very professional and kept us informed every step of the way. They worked with our insurance company as well which was a big help. The cost was very reasonable and they did amazing work. The workers were respectful of my tons of plants which was much appreciated because I know that they have a job to do. They also left us with some leftover shingles just in case which they didn't have to do. I much appreciate all of the work you did for us. Thanks!

I needed to have the flat part of my roof recoated and I have a small section of my roof that has tiles that also needed to be done. I obtained 6 quotes. I chose Patterson, who was not the least expensive nor the highest, however, the owner, William Patterson, was very knowledgeable, took pictures as well as getting on the roof with me to explain problem areas and how they would address them to repair before the recoat. The team for both the tile section and the flat recoat showed up on time and were very professional and friendly. They took precaution to avoid overspray and cleaned up nicely after the job. Once the job was complete William Patterson got on the roof with me again to take a look at the repairs and the complete job. It looks great and I feel assured that my roof is all set for the next 5 years when a recoat will be needed. At that time I will hire Patterson Roofing again. Great job!! Thank you William!!!

Love a roofing company? Yes, finally! William was on top of everything during the entire process. His quote addressed our actual issues and he didn't try and oversell the job. His crew was incredible, cleaned the job site thoroughly at completion and were very professional. They exceeded our expectations in every way. I would recommend this company for a roofing job. They are a good value and do a great job and the team is very nice and respectful and got the job done in a timely manor. Very please with how it turned out and the whole job went. Would use them again but hope I won't need to for a log while! :-)

I had a 12,000 square foot re-roof job done at my Paradise Valley home by Patterson and it was mired in trouble from the beginning. Delays, horrible communication, and the worst part was that the workmanship and finish were very bad. We also had workers showing up at random times in the evenings without notice walking on our roof which made us concerned. Owner offered (in writing mind you) to fix the poor quality finishes to only backtrack because I wouldn't remove my online reviews (have that in writing too). Professionalism and integrity lacking here. We regret choosing Patterson roofing. Now we need to pay another firm to fix his mistakes. But if we do, they won't honor the 15 year warranty we paid for. Buyer beware!

William did an excellent job at my house! He knew exactly what I was asking for. Before he started working they knocked on my door let me know! Once they were done did the same! No mess nothing, it’s like they weren’t even there! I definitely recommend him he’s great!

Patterson Roofing replaced the roof on my 20 year old house. The bid was competitive, the work was done quickly and the property was left spotless. I am very happy to give them my unqualified recommendation.

We noticed a leak when it rained in December and William came out on NYE to determine the cause and provide an estimate. He had the work scheduled the same week we requested which was, luckily, just in time for the week of rain in January.  William is affordable, professional, and provides quality work.  I've referred him to several friends and they all agree!

I hired this company to replace a small 15x15 foot walk deck in December 2017. The project didn’t get completed until two month later. After completion it was obvious after the first rainfall that the slope of the floor was off and redirecting the water away from the drain causing dozens of gallons of standing water. . Keep in mind that this was never the original problem. At this point it became hard to get a hold of anyone in the company. Finally I got William to return my call. His reply to the problem was that standing water on my walk deck ( living space) was acceptable to code as long as it evaporated within a few days. That was not the case here, this water was planning on sitting here for weeks. I played by his rules and watched the water sit and sit and sit. I reached out to him a week later, finally he suggested a solution which was to cut a half inch ditch from a 3x8 foot space out of the floor to redirect the water. This part I don’t get because part of the original repare was to remove the old subfloor and replace it with new ply board but I thought oh well I’m sure they know what they are doing. Weeks later the crew showed up to work on the repair. They worked for a day or two then mysteriously abandoned the project. I waited about two weeks before I had to call the company and ask why they left the project exposed and abandoned. Several weeks went by before they would return and finally complete the repair. 6 months later when they finally “finish”and the final result looks awful... the epoxy was left with over a dozen 2 inch bubbles in the area of their patch up repair and the ditch they carved makes the area on the walk deck a tripping hazard. And guess what, The deck still holds water. I swore I would never do business with this company again or even want to deal with them until now. Last week with all the rainfall I have noticed my new walk deck by Patterson Roofing was leaking. The water has now entered my house and has caused damage all down my dining room wall. Now I’m left to repaint and deal with potential mold. I called and left a message for William four days ago and still have not gotten a call back. I feel like they have taken advantage of my patients and tolerance. I expect a call back and want the work redone. This is the last chance I give Patterson Roofing before it escalate this to the next level.

Above and beyond! After fixing the leak by the eave, they also painted the underside. Owner also personally came back and took care of a minor detail that was missed by his nice crew. I would suggest to call them first for any roofing needs.
