I called 1st Call AC and Plumbing to get a second opinion. Who knew this was a thing? The technician, Marco, came out (same day!), was on-time, courteous, professional, looked over my environment and gave me a straight-up, honest 2nd opinion which can be rare these days. I was so impressed that we are considering a full replacement of our units in the future and I cant think of anyone else who i would want leading this for me than Marco. I have lived in the SA area for over 20 years and this was truly the best AC field technician experience i have had. Thank You So Much Marco!

Fantastic and quick job! No way could we have done this ourselves. Tried all the home remedies didn’t work. He was in and out within 15 minutes getting it completely cleared of the hard water calcium deposits filling our master shower drain. Highly recommend!

My water softener broke and the carbon and resin clogged my water lines to the house. Mitchdiagnosed the problem and was determined to get the job done! Other companies were called but he was the only one willing to understand my financial situation and did all he could to meet my financial needs. Not only did he get the job done but also saved me money! He is understanding and is willing to help out in anyway. Highly recommended!

I've used Will's All Pro several times in the past so it was a no brainer for me to call them out to look at and fix my toilet flange. They have always been responsive, professional and reasonably priced. They sent someone from Goettl, I guess a recent acquisition. He was here 30 minutes and quoted me $900 for the repair. All he had to do was was just to look at the job and give me a quote, as I had already removed the toilet, and the old rusted flange.Needless to say the price shocked me! If they would have been reasonable I wouldn't have hesitated. I'm out the 69 bucks for him to come out here and give me a quote, but at least I'm not getting ripped off.I won't ever call them again.

Rockstar Plumbing is the best plumbing company we’ve used, ever…and we’ve gone through most of the big companies in San Antonio. David is professional, knowledgeable, prepared, hardworking and honest. He has a binder with pricing for all jobs, no pricing from off the top of the head. His rates are extremely reasonable and the job will be done with up to date knowledge and materials. Also, he will not try to sell you services you don’t need. I highly recommend this company and David.

Our water heater was not working, so I called Sears Home Warranty to place a service call. Sears could not make it out that day, so they sent Premier Plumbing Services. On Wednesday, December 7, 2022, Ruben from Premier Plumbing Services came out on the service call and determined that we needed a new water heater. Ruben told my husband that we would be responsible of paying an access fee of 335.00. It would cover having them take the new water heater to the second floor, then bring the old water heater down to the first floor and the disposal fee. We understand the disposal fee, which Ruben said was 50.00. We cannot believe we were going to be charged 285.00 to bring the new water heater upstairs so they could install it and bring the old one down! Ruben was not making any changes to it; he was only installing, it exactly where we had it before, with no modifications. Ruben advised my husband that he would have to return on Friday because the water heater was not on stock and would have it by Friday. My husband was told if the water heater would have been in the garage we would not have been charged that access fee. We would only have paid the disposal fee.I tried to switch companies, but Sears did not let me because Premier Plumbing had already started the service call. On Friday, December 9th, they came to install it. I was unsuccessful in getting someone to help me bring the old water heater down and the new one up stairs. Ruben asked me; so you really want to move them yourselves? I replied, yes. Then he replied, I can pick up my equipment and will come back later. I agreed, then he proceed to say...I will go do another service, but I can't guarantee that I will return today and we don't work on the weekends. I replied, then you pretty much have my back against the wall because I can not be without hot water for another two days... Just do what you have to do.The new water heater was installed, but Ruben could not get it to ignite. He said he needed to change a part (ignitor) to see if that was the reason that it was not igniting. He changed the part and was able to ignite the water heater. I should not have allowed him replace the part, I should have asked him to replace the entire water heater considering it was supposedly new... but I didn't.After he left; I was reviewing the receipt more closely, when I noticed that Ruben changed the disposal fee for 50 to 95.00 and lowered the access fee. The total still came out the same 335.00. Then, I remembered Ruben commenting that he should be charging more for the disposal fee. I assume that he changed it so Sears Home Warranty could see his disposal charge. To top it off, Ruben said to me, as he was walking out of the house, I would not be able to take cold showers. I would rather rent a motel room or go to a friends house to take a hot shower. I replied, unfortunately, we had no choice but to take cold showers.I believe that we were taken advantage of; due to the fact that our water heater broke during cold weather. I would not recommend this company to anyone. We have reached out to Cinch, who is the company that handles Sears Home Warranty, to put a complaint. If that doesn't work we will look filing a dispute.

I called after getting my foundation repaired and was told that the static test failed. I typically call a different plumbing company that is bigger but also probably the most expensive. I had seen City Base Plumbing while driving around town and thought i would give them a try especially since they have good reviews. My initial call was answered by Melissa ( i believe that's her name) who was very helpful in getting someone out to my house quickly. Luckily they had a cancellation that morning so Rudy and Mateo came to provide an estimate. Rudy was very knowledgeable and completely understood my situation. He was patient when I asked questions about the estimated work and made sure I felt comfortable in understanding what was being done and why. A day later, Angel and Mateo came to complete the job. They both were very courteous and mindful about disturbances as Angel noticed I was working from home. He was very patient while i was on phone calls and dealing with other issues, while trying to get the job done. He is also very knowledgeable and provided details and pictures/videos of the leaks he found and offered a few options to work around my budget if it was needed. Mateo didn't do much talking :) but he was very diligent and stayed on task and worked pretty quickly. Angel and Mateo made a great team and I am happy with the results of their work. I would definitely call City Base Plumbing again!

I NEVER leave reviews. But I had to post something about A&M Plumbing. This has by far been the best plumbing service we’ve ever used. We had a water leak and had to turn off water to our home. With little ones in the house, being without water is about as bad as it gets. I called first thing on a Monday in a complete panic. The office staff were friendly and said “Don’t worry. We’ll get out asap.” That is exactly what I needed to hear. Within an hour of calling, a plumber was on site and fixing our leaky water heater. Our floors were soaked and and there was apparent water damage. The plumber fixed our leak, gave us a great recommendation for a restoration company and made detailed notes of what happened and what was repaired so we could file a claim with our insurance. I’ve had a home warranty for years and always get different plumbers. No way will I settle for anyone else other than A&M in the future. Thank you!!

I had a Rheem warranty claim on a hot water heater. They came out the same day and did the repair. Knowledgeable about the products they sell and the service they require. Joey and a associate came out and did a very fine job. No reservations what so ever. They are at the top of the list if I need service like that again. Thank you both!

Paid an expensive hourly rate for a tech to chisel out a hole in my stone wall with a hammer and screwdriver. No power tools on the truck apparently. Charged me $700 to put a hole in my wall on both sides and tell me they weren’t able to find the problem. They proposed to continue tearing up the house to locate the leak at the same rate. I stopped them there to assess what we should do next. They then left me for days with an active leak running out my wall without a follow up or recommendation. Repeated calls sometimes found the receptionist who would promise me Roland would call me. Roland never called me, refused to call me even after expressing my frustration of no communication. Finally I called his tech (Joe) who came through and tried to help me out out of sheer goodness in spite of his company. I hired a separate company to easily locate the problem and still gave Rolands an opportunity to fix it. Their quote came in at triple what I ended up paying for a superior plumber who did a better job than they were proposing. New guys opened a different hole in about 5 min what Rolands guys charged me something like 3 hours to do by hand with a screwdriver. Roland will not admit to mistakes, will not call you back, will not try to help you out. They have no leak detection equipment. Every tech I have had come to my house has been great, he has good workers, so I left 2 stars as I appreciate that. I’ve had success in the past with them clearing my clean out line and another small job. But they charge too much for what they do, there’s better plumbers out there for less. I would never have written this review if Roland or someone else would have just tried to communicate instead of leaving me stranded. His techs should have rescheduled if they didn’t have the necessary tools for the job (I overheard them stating they lacked them) instead of gouging me hourly. And Roland should have owned up to that and given me some slack on the repair quote. I hope the office stops telling customers Roland will call them back for fear it will cause someone an aneurysm ?.
