I hired this company for a rehab project thinking they are legitimate. Then I found out that the person performing the work is not actually licensed and the person named Jason Munoz just pulled a permit but left unlicensed workers to perform the job and they took $6000 and left the job undone . And when I called to ask why they disappeared. He said he has no idea who's performing the work he just pulls permits for random people and started cussing me out.When I told him this is illegal and he's being recorded he hung up . I will post the audio recording and will be sent to the city and the tx plumbers association for further investigation.

Called them to change out a couple faucets, fix a shower head and repair a dishwasher supply line. Frank and Isaac came out the same day and did a great job. Very friendly and did an overall great job. I can recommend!Originally I gave these guys 5 stars. However I changed to a 4 because it took 3 tries (I hope) to fix our sink where I had them install a disposal on a new sink. They didn’t charge for the last two times . Hopefully the 3rd guy new what he was doing.

Just moved into our house in New Braunfels, and needed some warranty work completed. S&S Custom Homes and Remodeling hired a third party to dig the trench for the potable water line supplied to the house. Upon inspecting around the house, the potable water line was noted above ground, and the outer protective sheath was damaged. Even though Stafford was not the contractor that installed the line, they came to our house and accepted the additional responsibility to correct the potable water line. Also, S&S decided to take it upon them self to modify the hot water piping to allow for series connection of the water heaters. In this case, the non-licensed plumber working for the builder used the inappropriate materials to make the change, and also, disconnected the hot water supply to the sink in the process. Stafford came and corrected all of our issues without any hesitation or questions. They were extremely prompt and professional. A special thanks to Frank Gonzalez (Master Plumber) and Andrew Escamilla (Apprentice). Also thank you to Danny Mireles (Assistant Manager) that we have been in contact with through the entire process. I highly recommend this group!

I needed a new hot water heater on short notice. Reliable Plumbers San Antonio was able to sent someone to do the work. The plumber quickly and efficiently completed the water heater installation and left the place clean! Very satisfied

Paul installed a gas line to my stove and had exceptional pricing and efficiency in doing the job. When I discovered a gas leak outside, I called him, thinking it was related. He immediately contacted me and got me into his schedule. It wasn't related and was an outside line of CPS Energy. He was kind enough to educate me on what to do next and what financial responsibilities CPS would have in fixing the leak. When I asked him what I owed him for the visit, he didn't charge me. So impressed by his master skills, honesty and generosity of time. He's great!

Our kitchen sink's 2 valves were leaking. The boys arrived n repaired it n also installed a new faucet. All are done. The installers were Did a wonderful job. They also took pictures of before n after works. This action is proof of work well done. Thank you. Ben

I have a really hard time believing the negative reviews because my experience was the absolute opposite. We had a great experience with Andre's Pro Plumbing, Joaquin and Andre were very friendly, upfront and honest. I was worried that my plumbing issue was going to break the bank but after many quotes with other companies, I went with Andre’s and I’m glad I did. Their service was incredibly affordable and their knowledge and ability to thoroughly explain what the problem was, made sense and me feel comfortable with their recommendations. They were on time to our appointment and I really appreciated that. I’ve sent them over to a couple of friends who needs some help and they were happy as well. I would highly recommend Andre’s!
