LOVE THIS COMPANY!!! They are amazing at what they do, they are honest and reliable. The owner Fernando really took care of my family of 6 and offered to find a place to stay while they repaired our outside plumbing. He kept us informed throughout the entire process. They will always be my first choice and would recommend to anyone needing a plumber.

We used Ambition Plumbing through our home warranty company. Once their company was assigned, they were able to set an appointment promptly and the techs arrived during the specified time. The work was completed and we haven’t had any issues since! Highly recommended for plumbing services!

I called Roto Rooter about a broken faucet that wouldn’t shut off, they said someone would be out no later than 8:30pm. Then at 8pm they called and said that nobody was available and they wouldn’t be coming out. Then I called Ambition, and they came right out and did an AWESOME job. I would recommend.

Highly recommend Ambition!! Fernando and the whole team who helped on our issue were professional, informative, and honest about our issue and what they could do. Ended up having to tunnel under our house to fix broken pipes. It was a long process but they kept in communication with us every step of the way. To Whom It May Concern.the plumer Name fernando he is absolutely not a Plumer he is somthing alse , not honest very agrissive and rude . he ask me to remove my car from the garage just so he can get in , he skip from the job by find any reason . all what he did take picture for 3 minute and not even diagnoset the problem on my water heater and he walked out , he waist my time by make me waiting 5 hour. end up i have to call another compay to fix my water heater, don't call this AMBITION PLUMBING & DRAIN SERVICES again .

I had been told by A&A plumbing, that I needed a new hot water heater and I needed to pay them 3100.00 for them to fix it. To make a long story short (Don't use them! Another, separate review for them), I called Ambition Plumbing. Fernando fit me in that very day and came back with a detailed list of solution options. He began by explaining that I did NOT need a new hot water heater. I had a leaking hose that had to be replaced, and the water that had accumulated needed to be cleaned up and dried. There was an electrical issue that needed to be tended to and he gave me the name of an electrician that he recommended. He even took the time to personally coordinate his work with the electrician's work by calling him. His fix cost less than 200.00 and it was done promptly and Fernando was thoroughly professional! I can't say enough good things about the whole experience. Fernando was honest and straightforward with my options. He explained my options clearly and even took the time to put them in writing. It may come to pass that I eventually will need a new hot water heater, but at least he was willing to make sure I did not pay for something that was not necessary--until it is. I will use his company's services from now on and advise anyone to do the same. His honest work ethic combined with the utmost in competence is RARE and I am thankful for it!

This company is a life saver! We were having issues with low water pressure our water was almost non existent. Ambition Plumbing.... Lives up to their name!!! On a holiday weekend, 9:00pm I had an emergency plumbing situation. I received a call from their dispatcher, Jessica who assured me they were routing one of their technicians to my house. Fernando showed up an hour later. He took some time to assess the situation and identify the problem. Very positive and customer centric. Straight shooter and started the work. He was diligent and when he left, the problem was fixed, I feel with quality. I feel good about this company and will recommend them to friends & family. They deserve every bit of the 5 stars given in this review.

Fernando and his team came to my home to repair our heater when another company sent from our home warranty provider Fidelity gave a totally different description on what needed to be repaired to the point of out of pocket expense would be $2,741dllr plus the insurance would pay another $740. Obviously I was being scammed, my heater does work only problem a piece replacement and it will be good as new. Fernando is now issuing all the information to describe the problem plus is reaching out to Fidelity to assure the other companies irresponsibility and leaving things worst than how they where, leaving me more than 2 months to get this fixed. Súper recomendable and will actually change warranty providers to where he can again give me service. I am happy we came by Ambition Plumbing plus his team súper profesional, fast acting and great attention.The day they came I was so grateful that I literally cried just by thinking I was not to spend all that money and how there are good honest people in life still. Although I did not physically use this business they were referred to me by my home warranty Co. Fernando called me and I explained my emergency and he explained to me what I expect of professional people. He was upfront with me and said they don't do that type of repair. We had a major problem under our yard. The sewage pipe was broken and had roots coming into it. Sewage was seeping out into the soil. The toilets and drains were backing up. Ambition showed up quickly, late in the evening! They were able to get things functional quickly and then addressed the bigger issues. I'm located out of the country but Ambition worked within my time zone restrictions to call me overseas often to keep me updated.In the end, the city needed to get involved to fix things on their end but the city refused! Ambition appealed to them and kept after them until they agreed to fix the issue on their end so that Ambition could finish the job.These guys never cut corners, helped me understand everything that was happening, and got our major problem resolved. Even though I am out of the country, they called me often and emailed pictures throughout the process.Trustworthy and professional!

I had a GREAT EXPERIENCE with Fernando and Chris . They fixed four toilets and my tubs . We have been having a terrible time with the toilets flushing slow and the tubs draining and noisy leaks . They arrived on time put on shoe covers and mask and got to diagnosing the problem. I love when people work in teams and there team work was awesome . They finished quickly so that I could continue my day . I would definitely recommend them .

Sam and Chris were kind and very professional. They came on time, located the problem within 5 minutes, made sure I didn’t have to wait to have my repairs done, and communicated with me about what was being done the entire time. Sam also smelled gas around my water heater and made sure to test for a gas leak which was not the service we called them in for, so the extra effort was much appreciated. It was 6:30pm on a Friday night and we had a pipe leaking behind our wall and had to cut off water to the whole house to stop it. I tried calling other plumbers who either didn’t answer or told me they could come out on Tuesday. I called Ambition Plumbing and they told me they would be at my house in about two hours. Fernando was prompt, knowledgeable, and worked quickly. He not only fixed our pipe but gave us a run down of how to proceed with our house insurance. I don’t know how to do this kind of stuff, who really does? But Fernando was kind enough to explain and recommend someone to help with our insurance.

Fernando and Ben from Ambition were amazing. We called them out for a second opinion on a leak in our garage after having ASAP Plumbing come out. ASAP did an unnecessary install of a clean out before running a camera and claiming that there was a pipe separation. They stated that they could tunnel and fix it for $12K or that they could drill down to it for $4K. Fernando and Ben came well within their window (quoted between 9 and 11am and they arrived just before 10). They ran their own checks and said they would run a camera of their own (and that the cleanout install was not at all necessary). They quickly identified that the leak was NOT a pipe separation but in fact a leak from our guest toilet. They pulled the toilet, resealed/rewaxed and then fixed the toilet leak. They were extremely professional and clear about what they were doing the entire time. I highly recommend Ambition Plumbing!

Had water leak. Thought it was a busted pipe. Ambition plumbing -Fernando came out to take a look. Told me it was my A/c. Transferred my ticket to A/C company (no charge). Referred me to water damage company to handle the water damage. Fernando had to make another trip out the same week to repair a pipe (caused by different company). Prompt and great service. Highly recommended.

I have used this company in the past, very professional. I have an older house and I's slowing upgrading/repairing things. They have been great when it comes to letting me know when something needs to be replaced now, or if they can repair it and have it replaced later. They are reasonable when it it comes to price and timely when they make their appointments.

Our bathtub faucet broke down on Easter evening and causing a huge amount of water to spill.We tried to lock the main water valve, but it was broken too, so we couldn't.I was able to find Ambition Plumbing by Googling, and I asked them to come ASAP. Mr. Fernando arrived soon, even though it was Easter evening.He identified the cause of the problem very quickly and accurately. In addition, he honestly told us that we should replace only one part of the shower, not all parts.He was not only professional and honest but also very kind.We didn't know that we wouldn't have to pay all the bills if there was an urgent leak like this, but he kindly explained to us how to do it.And he answered some of the other questions very kindly.Ambition Plumbing is the most professional, honest, and kind I have ever experienced.???????????????

Needed my garbage disposal to be installed, I called multiple companies and everyone gave me the run around. As soon as I called this company they came out the same day and installed my garbage disposal. Ambition Plumbing came out on a Saturday to do an emergency pipe leak fix through American Home Shield. They were very easy to work with and they explained everything that needed to be done. I tried a couple other plumbing companies in town & they quoted me a lot to fix one valve in one of my bathtubs. Fernando came out & fixed the cold water valve in each of my 2 bathtubs for 2/3 what the others wanted to charge me for one. He was on time & quick to fix the problem. Fernando came out to my house to check for a possible leak in my guest bathroom. He came in, and immediately got to checking it out. He found the issue was my shower head, and gave me great info to get it fixed. He was very nice and professional. I was able to get an appt with a quick turn around. OMG, Fernando was super informative, understanding and helpful. My wife and I was having a hellish time dealing with our Warranty company and they company they serviced to come to our home and fix our plumbing issues. The first company they sent out was so bad, that they had to recommend Ambition, but out of nowhere they cancelled the service call for Ambition to come out. Ambition, still came and did awesome work. Their prices were awesome, I can't think Fernando and ambition enough for the quality of service they provided.

Chris and Fernando came in, was able to quickly identify the problem and help resolve the issue in a quick manner. Professional, Clean and considerate. They has dust shoes to not bring in any dirt or anything into my home or disturb my wood floors, they both had on face masks and were very professional.

These guys are amazing. It took them a few days after the snow storm we had here in San Antonio but when they came they were friendly, explained what the issue was, they put on some scrub type looking things on their shoes before they walked in, they had their masks on, and were very polite. They showed up at 9:30 pm to fix a plumbing issues we had with our shower. As I was getting ready to pay they said there was no charge!! Seriously!? NO charge! They said it was their way of contributing to the community at a time of need. How amazing is that!? May God bless this company and we will be definitely be using them again every time we need to. HIGHLY recommend them to everyone. Forgot to add, the staff answering the phone were also very friendly and their text notifications update you on the status of driver heading to your home.

This company is fantastic! Fernando, who has helped us out once before, is on it again, fixing another LGI plumbing issue we have. It's our faucet on the outside, for the water hose. It had a steady leak because it was faulty. Fernando replaced it. It works fine now.He also looked at our water main and figured out why the meter box and the irrigation access were flooded. It sprung a leak due to the pressure being too high. Fernando gave us solution options and plenty of information. We will call him back for all things plumbing.

This is a rebuttal to a review I gave Ambition Plumbing earlier last week on American Home Shield Website. I was very disappointed in the service I got a week ago with employees that work for the Company. It was late and I had a long Day at work. I was a little hasty. I wrote a bad review that evening, gave them a 1 Star. The next Morning the Owner called me and ask me about the review. I explained to him and he resolved the issue right away. The Owner was so caring and concerned about my issue that he gave me a new Water Heater to solve the issue which I really didn't need, but he gave me one. He was very caring and professional. I really appreciate the concern he showed for complaint . What I should have done was called the Company first and talk to the Owner before writing the review and it would have been solved. Listen learned for me. I will definitely call them in the future for any other issues I have. Thank you again Fernando for your Professionalism.

I recently moved back into my home after renting it out and I had a busted pressure release valve that was preventing me from being able to have water at all. I called a few plumbers and their prices were astronomical. Then I called ambition plumbing and spoke to Fernando. His prices were extremely fair and reasonable and even though I couldn't pay for the repairs until Friday he came out the next day to help me because he didn't want my family to be without water. Needless to say Fernando will be my plumber for as long as I am in San Antonio.

ASAP Plumbing #2 came out through American Home Shield, the are telling my my installation is not up to code and it is going to cost me nearly $800 to install the covered water heater with the warranty coverage. What they did not know is i did plumbing for 9 years, it was all up to code, we got a second opinion from Ambition Plumbing and they came out and I was right. Jesse and Sam are honest and told me everything was up to code and is still new and working except the water heater. They are quicker to respond, nice people, and aren't trying to collect from the homeowners and American Home Shield. I would definitely recommend them and if you have a home warranty request them.

We had a broken main water line that had been leaking a lot of water. I had called someone who said they specialized in plumbing but they said they weren't able to fix the problem. That's when I came across Ambition plumbing. Mr. Favela was out the next day to check and explained the problem to me in very simple terms. He then wrote up several options of how he could go about fixing it. He also encouraged me to get prices from other companies to compare and get the best possible price. After some consideration I contacted him and hired him to do the repair. He was here the next day and within a few short hours had everything repaired better than new. He also came out a couple more times to make sure everything was working correctly and he gave me advice on how to upkeep my water heater and water lines. Mr. Favela was quick, efficient, fair, friendly, and on time. I would highly recommend Ambition plumbing if you are looking for someone to do the job fast and done right.

I’m a first time home buyer so when I started having plumbing issues I was scared. I seen a review for Ambition Plumbing and gave them a call. Fernando showed up on Monday (December 16) found my problem, broken pipe in the yard. He gave me 4 options and prices. After thinking about it for a day, I went with option 1 and he even adjusted the pricing for me. On Wednesday evening he stopped by to mark off the yard and called the company to locate any important lines in the yard. By Thursday evening my broken pipe was fixed and I had all new piping from the house to the city line. Fernando was great and having never dealt with plumbing issues before he made me feel comfortable, not pressured, explained everything thoroughly. I will continue to use Ambition Plumbing and only them and would highly recommend Fernando.

Not only did Fernando offer to come out to my rescue at MIDNIGHT due to a drainage backup but his pricing was great! I decided to hold out until the next day which happened to be 4th of July! Their company was closed but by a show of good grace he came out anyways and assessed the pipes and drains and determined my drainage pipes were full of rocks due to kids playing one day. We went over pricing and once the job was finished he waived the service fee so all I had to pay was the repair costs! He was professional and absolutely generous and kind. Upon finishing the repair he brought his camera down into the pipes to confirm with me that the rocks were removed and the pipes are all clear. Outstanding service, very knowledgeable, but most of all friendly and honest! I chose him because he has the best reviews in San Antonio compared to the other companies American Home Shield suggested. At 4:58 p.m. I scheduled a request for his company online via A.H.S., same day at 5pm he was able to schedule me in for the very next morning. Not only is he punctual but he provided me with a 15 min advance text. He provided service on 2/22/2020 and just an hour after he leaves I made sure to take the time to acknowledge his work. I was assigned ambition plumbing by American home shield... I am glad I got them. Fernando was super fast in both analyzing and correcting the issues I was having which included clogged drains, faulty toilets, and a leak in the wall from a broken pipe. He was very knowledgeable and told me everything that was going on and what the warranty service and my homeowners insurance were likely to cover and he listed all of my options for me. I also made him aware of my paranoia regarding covid-19 and he understood and even took the extra step of spraying everything he touched with Lysol before he left. So in a nutshell, can't say enough good things about Fernando and his team and I will specifically request them next time I have a claim or even if I need something done that warranty doesn't cover. I gave Ambition a call after hearing good reviews from my neighbors on NextDoor so I decided to give them a try to see if they could help with my bathtubs not draining. He asked about what issues I was experiencing and I told him how I used Drano and stuff but that it no longer worked and just wouldn't drain. He then told me how to unscrew the drain plug and how to clean it out and see if that was my main issue and to give him a call back after. Sure enough, that is all it was, they just needed to be cleaned and pull out all the awful hair that was in there! He did all of this for free over the phone as he had a feeling that is all it was and didn't want me to have to waste my money if it was a simple fix. I will definitely be using them in the future! They clearly care more about taking care of the customer then making an easy few bucks and that means a lot to me and has now made me a forever client and they haven't even come to the house yet lol I will provide another update once I have them come over to fix an actual problem and let you know how their handy work is next time so I can also provide a review on their workmanship but so far, a super pleasant experience!

Awesome service, very professional. We have been without hot water for 5 days, we are in a rental house and we had to wait for our letting agency to get a contractor and then for the contractor to arrange for someone to come out. Ben and Fernando came to the house about 7pm and troubleshoot and repaired our hot water heater. If you have plumbing needs this is the company for you. Fernando and his team did a great job on multiple projects at our house. Most recently, they tunneled under the house to replace plumbing, under our kitchen and also under our bedrooms/bathrooms. Throughout the project, they kept us updated and stayed on schedule. Fernando also worked closely with our home insurance to help us get as much covered as possible.

They were extremely professional and friendly. We needed our PRV and both water heater expansion tanks replaced. They explained everything they were doing along the way, and again afterwards. Showed how the failed parts failed, what damage it caused and would have also caused if not repaired. Even though they needed to dig up our landscaping, they did their best trying to make it look like before. Definitely recommend.

I have been out of town when we started experiencing lower water pressure at my house. I called a company they came out and tried to over bill and charge my wife for services. Fernando has came over 2 times and has delivered as promised. He helped us with several plumbing tasks around the house. 2-23-21 These fine gentlemen came and fixed my ruptured pipe in my ceiling a week after the infamous 2021 Texas freeze. They pinpointed the rupture within minutes of arriving and had it repaired within the hour. True professionals, I will be recommending these guys to everyone I know. Thank you so much.

Y'all Not Gonna Believe This!! My daughter was out of town while I babysat her house in Oakview Heights during the big freeze. Unfortunately she had frozen pipes, so she filed a claim w/ her insurance while still out of town. They basically told her take anyone you can get, they're swamped. The plumbers called and came over and did their thing. Simply put, turned water off/on and cut patches of drywall along 1 wall front to back. Eureka!! They found 4 leaks where pipes had burst from the freeze, both hot/cold water pipes. They made it look easy and had all the proper tools, some I'm going to put on my Christmas list, and in about 2.5 hours were done. No leak, and we now have running water both hot & cold.Now for the good part......$0 charge. They were also going to send paperwork to the insurance company showing $0 charge also but will itemize the work, labor, parts to show the leak(s) was fixed. All they wanted from us was to write a review of them on Google, and/or pay them what we could, when we could. Are you serious? was my response, their response was they couldn't get out to do repairs the past 4 days due to the weather and roads and they felt bad for the community, so this was their way of giving back. Um, who does this nowadays.....I'd give them a 10 star rating if it went that high! Unbelievable!!!! Don't worry, I will be sending them a major check for their services...............
