Our water heater broke while having family in town over Christmas and A&M Plumbing was dispatched from our home warranty. Marc came out and communicated with the manufacture and the warranty to get the parts ASAP and after 2 days we had the parts and they came out to installed it. We are happy with the install and the prompt service we got from them.Definitely recommend this company to anyone who need plumbing service. Super friendly staff with outstanding results.

We had to blocked toilets and two blocked tubs (all linked). Marc and Alfred called us to say they were on the way and arrived on time. We explained what the problem was, they did some checking and then explained to us what was causing our problem and what they were going to try to do to fix it the easiest, least intrusive way possible. Well in what seemed like no time at all, they had cleared two tubs, two toilets and in the process cleared three sinks that were becoming problems. Professional all the way; went over each step, prepped the areas, cleaned up, put everything back as it was and double checked that we were entirely satisfied. EXTREMELY satisfied; two outstanding representatives for a company. Highly recommend A & M for any plumbing issue you have.

They work closely with the home warranty companies (AHS in this case). Typical covered damages are diagnosed as “normal wear” or “unique” faults that exclude them from coverage. Newly installed fixture breaks and gets labeled “normal wear”. Greased palms by AHS and other slimeball companies designed to never pay out. $500 for chewing gum temp solution and no follow up. Keep looking if you have an emergency.

This is an outstanding company. Mark goes out of his way to exceed expectations. He will explain what he is doing every step of the way . This company was hired by my homeowner's insurance (American Home Shield) and I know that there is definitely something up with both. I already dropped AHS and moved to another homeowner's company, and would NEVER hire A&M. The customer service is trash. The technician I had was unprofessional and didn't care about my problem; didn't fix it either. AHS didn't hold them accountable. I dropped them both and went over to John Wayne and the difference is night and day.

Had a pipe burst and they were one of the few that was willing to come out the same day! They were honest about the price and everything went exactly how they said! Will use again!

My water heater started to leak and I thought I would need a new one. AHS assigned A&M Plumbing to the job. I was pleasantly surprised when they said it was a simple fix. There was a leak in the drain valve as it was faulty. They are honest, courteous, and reliable. They had to order the part and they were out 2 days later once the part arrived. I will use them again for additional plumbing needs.

Thank you to Eddie, Marc and Chris. They did excellent work. Came in, identified the issues, fixed the PRV and expansion tank. They replaced my entire hot water pipes as they were the wrong pipe material and leaking everywhere. Should last a while and lower the water bill.

Had a new tankless water heater install my old one went out. A&M Plumbing were so professional from the beginning to the end of service. Had to wait couple of days for the tank to come in but they updated with status from the time the tank was look at until it was install. Mark, who install the tank really know his job. He was so great at installing and I learn a lot about my tank from him. Thanks for awesome job.

This company was assigned by American Home Shiels and I accidentally left a review of AHS after that company didn't fulfill the contact. A and M plumbing is excellent. Excellent service and professionalism. Would highly recommend.

A&M Plumbing was sent to me by my home warranty company, American Home Shield. My boyfriend was there at the time of the repair. They came and diagnosed the problem(s). One issue was that the sewer pipe was clogged, which they unclogged and I appreciate. That was covered by AHS. For the other two issues that were not covered by AHS, they quoted me $1800 (an issue that could wait to be fixed) and $2140 (an issue that needed fixing now). I thought the $2140 quote didn't seem right at ALL, after seeing photos of the issue myself (a disconnected pipe under the house used for the washing machine ). I called my close family friend who flips and sells houses, and he said their estimate was astronomically high. He gave me the number of the plumber he trusts and has used regularly for years. That guy came out the next day, quoted me $220, and promptly fixed the problem. He sent me videos the entire time, and was highly communicative and transparent with pricing. I have no doubt A&M does great work and really knows what they're doing, but I felt completely violated and my trust was totally broken when they attempted to overcharge me by so much. Unless you have money to burn, look elsewhere for your plumbing needs.

Marc Rios installed a dual media water softener for my family in March 2020. The job was completed quickly and cleanly. He is very knowledgeable on the subject and I know I received the best unit for the money. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you!

Awful! Would not recommend.I used them for a simple leak on my water heater. Was forced to pay $75 co-pay just for them to come out. Then once looking at the unit, was trying to force me to pay another $850+ for items I didn't need for the leak. Was told they had to in order to fix the leak.After they left, I was able to see where the leak was coming from and fixed it with a simple C-wrench. Granted, I probably should of started with that before calling, but if you want to take the chance of paying these people to come and not fix your problem, go right ahead.Rating 0

A&M Plumbing was sent by American Home Shield to service the shower drain. Water was backing up. Romeo and Pedro used their auger to remove the clog and any debris from the pipes. They did a thorough job and spent a good amount of time of cleaning out the drain. They also inspected the bathroom sink and cleaned it out as well. Both techs were very professional and knowledgeable in their field of work. Highly recommend and will reuse.

A&M Plumbing installed a new kitchen faucet for us. Within 3 month, all faucet attachments became loose. In speaking with the owner, Mark, he was unwilling to back up their work. They required a new work to come and tighten the attachments they installed. I do not recommend this company, as their work is not guaranteed.

American Home Shield sent them to repair a leaky faucet. They wouldn't do the work unless we spent $895.00 to add an overflow tank and a regulator first. After checking with SAWS and other professionals, we determined that the extra work was not necessary. We still have a leaky faucet. Calling another plumber.

Eddie and his team came out after we had several other contractors out and found the issue with our pipe and fixed it right away! We have not had any problems since and really appreciate the work they did, if you need plumbing assistance give them a call!!

What professionals! From the start with each of the two gentlemen that showed up, Romeo and Pedro, saying yes sir and no sir. After they removed an old failed hot water tank, there were literally 3 drops on a tile floor. Romeo saw this, went out to his truck and came back with a paper towel in hand to wipe it down. Without a doubt, this is THE plumbing company to call for anything. Talk about honesty...They are honest and fair. I had to argue to get them to charge me for some of their work which they said was just a complimentary service. I get that, but if they do the work, they need to be paid. Call them now if you need Any plumbing work! You will be glad you did.

I needed plumbing repair on my new tub which was not holding water as well as my water heater. A & M Plumbing was assigned to my service request through American Home Shield and was not able to repair either item. I was subsequently told by Marc the technician that I would need to pay $1,200 for a new regulator due to water pressure. In addition, I was told that I needed some kind of part to keep the drain from draining once closed when filling the tub.I went back and forth with A & M Plumbing multiple times and requested that they submit the work order to American Home Shield correctly identifying the problem so that these parts and a new water heater would be covered since this one is 19 years old. Now, not only did they not fix the problem but there is also a leak that was somehow created under the tub within the exposed PVC with water now trickling out between the tub and wall. So, now not only is the water heater not working correctly and the tub not holding water, but now I also have a leak from PVC pipe that was created by the technician when they were here. I don't know who is worse; A & M Plumbing or American Home Shield.

I NEVER leave reviews. But I had to post something about A&M Plumbing. This has by far been the best plumbing service we’ve ever used. We had a water leak and had to turn off water to our home. With little ones in the house, being without water is about as bad as it gets. I called first thing on a Monday in a complete panic. The office staff were friendly and said “Don’t worry. We’ll get out asap.” That is exactly what I needed to hear. Within an hour of calling, a plumber was on site and fixing our leaky water heater. Our floors were soaked and and there was apparent water damage. The plumber fixed our leak, gave us a great recommendation for a restoration company and made detailed notes of what happened and what was repaired so we could file a claim with our insurance. I’ve had a home warranty for years and always get different plumbers. No way will I settle for anyone else other than A&M in the future. Thank you!!
