My water heater broke last week, and I sited the project on yelp. Many plumbers contacted me but Mike truly stood out in his first impression. Unlike others, Mike provided suggestions to check water pressure and warranty as my water heater was only 6 years old. I already had checked it and it was out of warranty unfortunately. I just liked the way he approached, and he seems like a genuine person. I contacted Mike, and he walked through his thoughts and what he would do for repair. He is very thorough, personable, and highly professional.I strongly recommend Mike, and I would contact him again if I have any other plumbing problem in the future.

I called Bill Frusco plumbing on Saturday, 4/29/23. The representative took my information about a toilet leak and let me know when a plumber was available. John R. came around 10am that morning, looked at the toilet and gave me options of replacing toilet or rebuilding the toilet. He explained the what was needed either repair. Once I choose to have toilet rebuilt, John R. Let me know that he would have to get parts for it. The repair was finished byb12pm. John R. Was courteous and prompt in his explanations. Thank you very much!
