A+ San Antonio 's Best Plumbers was exceptional. Tech investigated our issues and took the time to explain everything to us. It was much more involved than we thought as the original water heater installation wasn't done properly. Would highly recommend For your plumbing needs.

VERY knowledgable and worked hard to educate us on our system as some problems are always your own understanding. they quickly found the issues causing our AC to perform slowly and fixed it all in one visit. the pricing is super fair, and before they left, our house was cooling better before they left than it ever has.

Well my rental owner guess uses this company and it's been scheduled to start the digging.I called to see when will work get started and Done. They said they will start Friday and finish Tuesday. Well Friday came no show it's Monday and still no show. Tuesday is tomorrow and they have not even started... my yard gets shi*** by the day.

I used Legend Plumbing to clean out the drain near the street. That is part of the service agreement. They come out at a time that is convenient, usually very responsive. This was not an emergency but when i have had an emergency they have come out immediately. The service fee to diagnose is extremely reasonable. And once they are there, you should just OK the work and be done with your plumbing problem.

I have used the San Antonio location twice now. I had great experience with this company in College Station so I was happy to see they branched out. 5 stars all around for their professionalism and quality of services. Highly recommended!

Had to conduct a hydrostatic test for a plumbing leak. Also did my annual plumbing maintenance and water heater flush.

They were able to come a day earlier than the scheduled appointment. Just had them inspect, give estimate, and didn't end up using them for what was going to be expensive outside drain pipe replacement. But the inspector (Josh) was knowledgeable and straightforward and gave me terrifc advice on how to do (a version of) the task myself.

From the initial contact over the phone to the visit by both field techs, the experience was exceptional. was professional, explained the trouble in detail, and provided their recommendation. I would definitely use their services again should the need arise and endorse them to anyone needing plumbing repairs.

Air Today came over after we needed a 2nd opinion from our home warranty. They were very familiar with the unit we had (other company was not). They came out quickly and were very knowledgeable. So far we've had 3 people from their company come out to give us their assessment of what needed to be done. Matt was wonderful and knowagable and reccomended some repairs and even completed them that day and worked with us on pricing. He also reccomended we add insulation. Their insulation lead came out the next day, but reccomended ventilation instead. We were confused on the conflicting reccomendations so we called back and they sent out the owner within 30 minutes. He gave us his assessment of what needed to be done and we are planning to follow through with the plan soon. So far we are happy with their service and appreciate how easy it is to contact them and how responsive they are. Also really like the way they text you when they are in route.Update: we followed through with the plan to add insulation and we are very happy. Seems like our AC is not running as much..average 2-5 hours vs. 18- 20+ hours per day. Looking forward to a much lower energy bill next month ?? They were very accommodating with our schedule and even ready to come out the following day.
