Needed a repair for a busted water line pipe underneath a section of the driveway. Charlie was quick to respond, professional, and came with a fair price. The job was completed earlier than scheduled which was great. Charlie and his guys did a great job with the demo and repour and Charlie himself went over and above with the repair/replacement of the busted pvc pipe. He wanted to ensure there were no leaks before pouring. I'm very happy with the service provided. I'd like to add also that his office staff is extremely professional and very friendly. AZ Foundation Solutions repaired the stem wall in a 58-ft. section of our foundation perimeter. It was, overall, an excellent experience that started with the knowledgeable, solicitous and courteous salesman (Victor Rivera). The scheduling manager accommodated our need for an accelerated schedule and the work crew showed up on time. They worked efficiently and were scrupulous about leaving the work site clean and tidy, when finished. They also accommodated our request for some additional patches, relative to the contract plan. Our work presented some unusual circumstances and the company owner (Bob Brown) took the time to come to our house on a Saturday to personally review the work and explain their findings and potential ramifications. Excellent service. The only reason I didn't rate them 5/5 is that the cost is high (albeit competitive with other bids)... but they left us with a feeling of confidence in the work performed. I would definitely recommend them for foundation repair work.

I had San-Co Concrete extend my front driveway to add a third parking space directly in front of my rv gate. Ivan from San-Co came out and gave me an estimate. Ivan was very friendly and explained everything to me in detail.

The concrete work was completed on 8-5-20, and my new driveway came out nice. Even though my concrete work is fairly new, I observed three cracks in it.

But other then the cracks, the finish is smooth and has a nice color to it, and looks good.

Ivan’s staff is very nice and they were very helpful. The staff helped me with my HOA because they were being very difficult and needed exact drawings with measurements.

San-Co staff was very professional.

The only con that I have, is I was charged to remove the irrigation box that was not moved after all. I didn’t notice till after I paid that it was not moved, and the company didn’t notice it as well and still charged me. But that was partially my fault for not noticing.

Overall it was a good experience with the company and I’m happy with the concrete work.

The coating is beautiful we choose tidal wave color so it would be different then all of the browns and tans. We love it. The only con would be the communication. Product is great.

It's uncommon for any concrete company to provide an estimate on the same day of their initial visit, fulfill their promise to start the job on time, and get it done quickly and efficiently. My project required a little stone after a car drove into my property and hit a wall, and I also had them construct 3 concrete boxes to hide water valves. The work was completed in 2 days and looks great. David is a true professional and a genuinely lovely guy. Would definitely hire these guys again.

I had Prosperity Construction pour an extra large addition to the driveway in my front yard as well as a large concrete pad in the backyard. They also replaced a personnel gate and repaired my RV gate for me. The job was done very well, in a most professional manner at a really good price and I am super pleased. In fact, I'm going to have them replace my original driveway that has sunk and broke. They do a really good job and I would highly recommend them if you want a great, quality job, at a very reasonable cost. Thank you!!
