We have used Road Runner Plumbing several times. They replaced my pressure-reducing valve, water softener, they found a small water leak outside my house and water heater. They actually found out the the water heater was still under warranty and helped save money.This time around we needed to replace our fixtures in the master bedroom. I had a few questions and the owner Chris stopped by and answered all of my questions and concerns. They have fair prices, knowledgeable technicians and they kept me updated on status of what was done. After several days without hot water and tired of waiting for the Home Warranty response I called Roadrunner Plumbing , a company that was referred by a close friend.Next day they sent two pleasant and professional technicians.The water heater was 13 years old and had to be replaced.An estimate was provided and explained in full detail.Since the heater was installed in the attic and had no flood stop they highly recommend,for a peace of mind,the installation of the unit.We approved the job.Service was fast and clean and now my wife is happy.Excellent experience so I highly recommend this Company.

This was my first time using Roadrunner plumbing services and I will definitely be saving their number because their service was extremely fast, affordable and you could tell they knew their stuff. I had a major water meter leak situation out in the front of my house, the water had run down all the way down the road around my neighborhood. My neighbor helped me and when Dirk and his team got here from Roadrunner services they detected where the leak was coming from and fixed it in less than 45 minutes! They were knowledgeable and I feel super confident that I will be using them again if I ever need help with fixing any plumbing issues around my house. Thank you for the wonderful service!

Frank and his team were great! They arrived promptly, inspected the water heater, and gave me the news I was unfortunately expecting - it's become more of a sieve and is not fit for purpose. They were able to remove it, install a new system, and give me the nickel tour within just a couple of hours. No-nonsense and very reasonable pricing. Will definitely call again (though hopefully not about the water heater)!

After having a bad experience with another plumping company, I called roadrunner plumping and explain to them the situation and they guaranteed us they would be out after 4 the same day. I called around around 2:36 and by 2:50 I got a text saying Julian Ramos was our plumber, gave a brief description of him self and picture. Was on his way and even gave us a tracking of where he was at on his route to us. He came very nice, checked our clogged and repaired it in a very timely manner. Service was awesome! Highly recommend!

My experience with Frank Rocha and helper was truly awesome. I was so impressed! They came to replace the cartridge on a handle, and did much more than that without any additional cost!!As one worked, the other scrubbed all the dirt and hard water stains off the sink! They also poured an enzyme down the drain of the tub to unclog it, and without cost, did the same to the sink.As they were ready to go, I mentioned that my other bathroom's shower faucet wobbled. They ended up in the other bathroom with a power tool, in the access space behind the tub, shortening the pipe with a power saw - all at no cost to me!!! Then Frank's second man (sorry I can't remember his name) caulked around the faucet and handles in the second bathroom.They looked at my recently - installed hot water heater as well, and found that two ancient pipes had not been removed and replaced by the plumbing company that installed it! I will definitely be asking Roadrunner Plumbers to do that fix in the future!!Well, today I had three problems fixed for the price of one fix and an enzyme pour! Pretty remarkable, and very professional men!! I am so impressed, and all my future business will go to Roadrunner Plumbing!!

Frank and Diego were very helpful and friendly. I just moved in and they gave me an estimate to put a gas line into my laundry room. When they were done, they took me on a tour of my house/property and showed me shut-off valves and what to do if something is leaking! And then they moved two heavy boxes for me! They were amazing!

Roadrunner was very swift in coming to my house to address an issue with my shower. They went ahead and tested my water pressure and offered a solution. The cost was slightly higher than an original quote I had from another company but I was impressed with their work and reviews online so I went with Roadrunner. They came within the originally scheduled window and installed a new expansion tank on my water heater and a PRV and quarter turn ball valve handle on the customer side of the city water line. They also replaced a hose bib free of charge. Dirk and Onie were the service team that came and they were great. Would recommend for your everyday plumbing needs due to their fast response time and dispatch manager that was attentive on the phone.

I was asked to review my experience with the Road Runner employees who performed a job for which I requested the need.I'd like to first say that Road Runner Plumbing is very reputable, competitive, prompt, engaging and family owned and operated. This says a lot about their success and continuing growth.Frank Rochas and his colleague showed up promptly and introduced very professionally. As expected from knowledgeable professionals, they completed formal introductions and proceeded into: (1) the need to know where the issue was, (2) the evaluation of the specific plumbing layout of the home and (3) a prediagnosis of the solution.Per Company policies and procedures, Frank performed exemplary and proceeded to give their best to solve our issue. Although the task was difficult, Frank and his colleague remained professional, cordial and communicative. It was a good experience and Road Runner deserves accolades for traits that propel a company to greater accomplished and deserved recognition.A final word about the owners, if I may. Chris and Kathy Copeland are genuine people and are very responsive to their customers. I do not know how anyone gives this business 5 stars. They are ridiculously overpriced. For replacing a simple 3 hole kitchen faucet they wanted to charge $500, when several other company quotes came in at less than $300. Also, they should give phone estimates for such standard installations without having to come out and charge the client $59 for giving a ridiculously high price estimate. Complete waste of money if you hire this business. Plenty of other plumbers are more reasonably priced.UPDATE: I am responding to the absolutely false statement provided by the business below. There was NOTHING form fit about replacing a standard 3-hole faucet. I got several other quotes from plumbers and got the faucet installed for $210.0. The Roadrunner technician took 3 mins to tell me the price to install a faucet for which I had the parts was $500. We hire technicians that listen to customer needs is a joke. Besides I was not set on paying $75 for fixing a faucet, I was definitely not set on paying you a ridiculous $503 that your technician took 3 minutes to quote. Stay away from such business that fleece customers.

The work done by Frank and Jesus was excellent. They were on time, professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. They accommodated all our safety concerns during this pandemic. After quickly working to find and clear the clog in our plumbing, they tested again and again to make sure the clog was definetly cleared. They explained what was happening and answered all our questions. They did not leave until we were completely satisfied with the work. Great service! Right on time and finished repair quickly. Frank and Diego were both professional and pleasant, despite the 100° heat. They kept me informed of the issue at hand and the options and process to fix it every step of the way.

I called about a leak outside in my water meter box. The leak was just past the water meter so SAWS doesn’t handle it. Frank Rocha and his coworker showed up within an hour or so, quickly isolated the problem and gave me an estimate. They replaced an entire section of the line and installed a new brass shutoff valve in place of a plastic one. They also replaced the pressure relief valve to fix water pressure issues we were having. They were efficient, professional and informative. Highly recommend.

Frank and his team came out and check on some historic water stains that were flagged on our house inspection. It took 20 minutes to perform the hydrostatic pressure test and I now have proof that there are no active leaks. Saved us time and money by not having to cut into the ceiling.I will definitely be recommending Roadrunner plumbing to people I like, and that Axxx company to those I don't.

Service good but no plumber is worth $611.42 for literally 20 minutes of work. I needed the faucet because of a party. I know they took me for a ride. I had new granite,there was no removal only the drop in of the faucet. But I do believe what goes around comes around.Since I moved here I have learned San Antonio is the worst gouging I have ever seen. I learned my lesson .

I especially like their cleaning up after themselves, they are respectful and careful of the work area and keep working as i ask questions. They explain everything and get written permission before doing repairs. They installed 3 toilets at various times and hot water heater. All plumbers charge a fee for their work but Roadrunner is a good investment as the go to plumber.

I found a water leak coming in May 2022 off my meter valve at the supply point, a 3/4 PVC 90 elbow had cracked as it came out from the supply line at the box. I had turned off the water, dug up the line, and cleaned out the area, cleaned the piping, so the plumber could get to it. I called several plumbing companies, and Roadrunner said they had a person who could come out in 30-45min. Since the water to my house was off, I selected Roadrunner since they were the fastest to respond. The plumber arrived as stated, I showed him the area, already dug up, where the leak was, and what needed to be replaced. I asked him for a rough estimate, seeing that it would probabilty take 30 miles to repaiir. He took some photos, sent them back to the office, and got an estimate back of $380. I thought the cost was high, based that the area was dug completely, the leak was identified, the water turned off, and all he had to do was cut the 3/4 PVC in 2 places, put in 2 90's and a 6' drop down pipe.I OKed him to do the job since he was there, and he did a good job doing it. He also completed the replacement of 2 3/4 brass ball valves since they were rusting in the same area; and the price was $460.Overall, work was done in satisfactory manner, but I thought the price was high for the replacement of the PVC line, which took less than 30 mins with all the prep that was done by me. In the future, I will ask for a hourly rate; he was there about 45 minutes.

Our plumbing was leaking in the attic. We called CMC Plumbing on a Sunday morning. The lady I spoke with was very helpful and courteous and told me that Matthew would be there in 1 - 2 hours. Matthew arrived on time and within an hour he had repaired the leak and also had checked all of the rest of the plumbing in the attic to make sure there were no other issues. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was also very polite. The price was fair. I was very impressed by the service from beginning to the end. CMC is first rate and I will not hesitate to use them again!

We have been using CMC plumbing for almost 8 years. I had not written a review but with the catastrophic winter storm I felt the strong need to do it. I emailed CMC Friday morning because one of my pipes bursted and we continued to have no water. I received an email at 10:30 pm that they’d be here the next day. When I saw Waley the next day I had a deep sense of relief. He fixed the issue and we had water after five days. Whoever put here that they’re expensive, you get what you pay for. If you want honest, reliable and quality work. Go with CMC plumbing. They even helped out my neighbors who were not customers. They had been with their company for 30 years. Their company did not come through. They are now moving to CMC. I’d sing bigger praises to them but it would take up more space. Thank you Chris!

He had even already ordered the part he thought we MAY need and brought it just in case--luckily, it was a simple fix and we didn't need the part. Well, I had a toilet back up into the bathtub and after doing lots of youtube research to try to fix the problem myself, I called at least a dozen plumbers with estimates ranging from 400-900$+. I happened to be in the area and spoke to the office personal and was impressed with her ability to work with me. Wally the technician they sent me was absolutely awesome. 2 plumbing issues, stopped up drain to toilet and needed a new faucet in one of the bathrooms. Roadrunner showed up on time and repaired bot problems.

Wally and Chance came out within an hour of calling, exactly as the timing was initially described at my first (very pleasant) phone call. This was at 4pm on a Friday! They stayed and completed the job fully until 7:30pm, even in the dark. I greatly appreciated the prompt and professional service!

Spring is here and so is my to do list. Looking over my list and finding 3 jobs I needed a licensed plumber for and the thought of the water quality in my home. I have used all the big names in the San Antonio area and with them some trade people without a thought of doing the job all the way, meaning if it was clean when you arrived more then likely it was a home owner thing. Well this year I found what I would consider a true professional from start to finish. The copper piping by the water softener perfect replacement, and the back flow valve for the irrigation system excellent work. This will be my permanent plumber for all future jobs thank you.

Our 2 year old got a toy stuck in the sewage line and caused all of our drains to back up. He was able to drive down from a different job in Boerne and have it fixed with in 2 hours from the time of the initial call. Chris was friendly, and was able to do the job cheaper than initially quoted. Would definitely recommend.

They charge for each hole they do with out knowing if the issue is there or not. They don’t have the technology to find out what the issue is. They charge you for their assumptions but not to solve the actual issue. I’ll not recommend this company at all.

My water line from my garage to the 3 outdoor faucets is leaking (slab leak). The solution is to redirect the water line to the attic above the garage than run the water line to the manifold feeding the valves (installing a 3/4 PEX insulated water line). Since it's a major job I talked to 4 different plumbing companies -- after I review the specifications of their scope of works I selected the CMC.Here is the reason why I selected CMC Plumbing Solutions:1. CMC's scopes of work for my plumbing job were very specific, logic (made scenes), cost effective.2. Well managed in term of minimized the cut of the Sheetrock within my house.3. CMC also put in writing to give me a year warranty of their works.4. I was very impressed when their staff said I do not need to pay anything until the jobs are complete and checked all water lines throughout the residence to insure no issues before CMC collect their money (It show their professional confidence that they will get the jobs done).Moving forward CMC Plumbing Solutions will be my go to person in term of plumbing need in the future....
