Worked to fit my budget. Once job started it was done neatly, and with care. Ozzy Crespo was the best! No shortcuts because they cut back on the original estimate to fit my budget. Will use them again, specially Ozzy.

We had a busted pipe late at night, and they were here first thing in the morning! They got dry and were done in a week! good service! They also discovered some mold, which they got rid of too!

After 4 good experiences, Mr. Torres himself showed up. Apparently felt I was a customer who'd asked for and gotten too many discounts. Had a rental house with multiple issues (his words AFTER the $1290 repair). After demolishing the roof in the entry foyer, he repaired a shower & drain leak but never mentioned or suggested the shower would still be unusable. When my 11 year old showered the next morning, the same water leak ensued. His comment: I repaired the plumbing part! Is it too much to expect that a plumber espousing Almighty principles would have advised no plumbing work until other issues ruled out? Apparently not! He yelled that he has costs to cover, license, malpractice insurance, etc. #NeverUseAlmightyPlumbingAgain!

Needed a commercial toilet changed. Called after finding this company on Google and received a call from the owner within a few minutes. He said they could get us in today and had someone at our business in less than 2 hours. So impressed with everything about this company. Highly recommended.

delighted with the service. Responded to my emergency call and worked hard to get our dilemma resolved. Drew was Great! Enjoyed working with him.

ET's was chosen for me by Handy, the scheduling service. ET's arrived later than the text message said they would by 1.5 hours, and when I called to question the issue the woman I spoke with gave me attitude. Then, they could not install the toilet because it was 1/4 of an inch too big. Understandable, I went to Lowes and bought the right size toilet as they instructed me to do. I called back to reschedule and was told that they would not be able to complete the job for me and I should select a different plumber!??! No explanation given because the woman didn't really know why. Handy paid them the 128 dollars I'm sure, so they got theirs and bailed. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, WILL ATTEMPT TO RIP YOU OFF, AND INCOMPLETE WORK. Go elsewhere!! There are plenty of plumbing services, this is not the one for you.
