Supervisor and extra crew also showed up to help with shoring up water heater location. I had a water main leak. Austin Cantu is the plumber technician that came. He assessed the probable point of the leak; then explained in detail my options of repair. He also explained that depending on the condition of the pipes there would be different options there too. When he found exactly where the leak was he knew it had occurred because of too much water pressure. He also installed an outdoor shutoff valve which I knew was needed, but had neglected to install. I was very impressed with his knowledge; the speed in which he worked, and his courteousness. Most of all I was impressed with, and pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the cost was. I really would recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work. I know I'll use Premier Plumbing for any plumbing issue in the future.

Jonathan helped me to understand the different options available for repairing the busted pipe. He was very patient, professional, and knowledgeable about the situation. The job was completed swiftly and without hesitation. The water is on again with no problems. I look forward to possibly working with Premiere Plumbing Services in 2023 now that I know they also remodel showers!

They replaced all the water lines under the house tying all into the main line, installed a new water heater, replaced all the old plumbing and stabilized the shower fixtures as well as bringing the plumbing up to code. They spent about 9-10 days here. Jonathan, Edward, George, Justin and Victor were ALL professionals, polite and funny. They cleaned up after themselves everyday and restored the Sheetrock to its original ( maybe better) condition. They all kept me up to date on the progress, problems they encountered and solutions to those problems. I highly recommend this company .

I want to take a moment to recognize Austin Cantu with Premier Plumbing. On Saturday, our bathtub started filling up with sewer water. Our toilets started leaking water. I called Premier Plumbing and they came out within an hour! Austin did everything he could to figure out the issue. His opinion was that it was an issue on the city side. He brought his supervisor the next day to make sure he was giving us the correct information. After his supervisor verified Austin's opinion?! It turned out there was a cracked pipe on the city side. I will recommend Premier Plumbing to anyone that is looking for an honest and a professional Plumbing company! Thank you!

Got a free professional quote to install my own purchased elite water well softener and osmosis system. House plumbed for water softener, drain and power in the garage. Under the sink osmosis as a faucet hole above (no drilling requiring) Estimate given to install was $1600. Lost a star due to high estimate. (Got another professional plumbing service quote at 1/2 the cost).

Jonathan and his crew (plumbers and paint) did a great job of fixing our leaking shower head, the wall they had to cut into and installing a new water softener system. They were always timely and kept us abreast of what they were doing. They completed the job quickly and got us up and running. They also came back to do a couple of things that we needed. Jonathan and Joseph came to service the water heater they installed last year. They arrived within the time frame promised and called to let me know when they were on the way. They were friendly but professional. They wore covers on their shoes to protect the floors and explained what they would be doing. When they ran a camera through the pipes they asked me to watch. Fortunately, they found no issues. And, although they explained the cost for their extended warranty they did not push or try to upsell any goods and services-- how refreshing! So many companies find issues that must be addressed at exorbitant costs but this was not the case with Premier Plumbing. Let’s just say the service fee was outrageous and the guy looked like he was done. I paid someone $60 to tele everything looked fine when it wasn’t. I called after a day of cold water only usage and the person on the phone was pleasant however the tech seemed to be tired and over the day. My water heater had something wrong with it and the guy misdiagnosed and then left 20 minutes later. I called another company the following day feeling taken advantage of by the lack of service and a major competitor came in fixed the issue. Do not use this comp y for plumbing services because not only are they expensive but the plumber in my case seemed to care less about the customer.

The team was extremely professional and went above and beyond my expectation. I would highly recommend.

Premier plumbing sent someone out to me the same day I called about a leak in my yard. Johnathan was thorough in his inspection and repairs. Our water heater was not working, so I called Sears Home Warranty to place a service call. Sears could not make it out that day, so they sent Premier Plumbing Services.On Wednesday, December 7, 2022, Ruben from Premier Plumbing Services came out on the service call and determined that we needed a new water heater. Ruben told my husband that we would be responsible of paying an access fee of 335.00. It would cover having them take the new water heater to the second floor, then bring the old water heater down to the first floor and the disposal fee. We understand the disposal fee, which Ruben said was 50.00. We cannot believe we were going to be charged 285.00 to bring the new water heater upstairs so they could install it and bring the old one down! Ruben was not making any changes to it; he was only installing, it exactly where we had it before, with no modifications. Ruben advised my husband that he would have to return on Friday because the water heater was not on stock and would have it by Friday. My husband was told if the water heater would have been in the garage we would not have been charged that access fee. We would only have paid the disposal fee.I tried to switch companies, but Sears did not let me because Premier Plumbing had already started the service call. On Friday, December 9th, they came to install it. I was unsuccessful in getting someone to help me bring the old water heater down and the new one up stairs. Ruben asked me; so you really want to move them yourselves? I replied, yes. Then he replied, I can pick up my equipment and will come back later. I agreed, then he proceed to say...I will go do another service, but I can't guarantee that I will return today and we don't work on the weekends. I replied, then you pretty much have my back against the wall because I can not be without hot water for another two days... Just do what you have to do.The new water heater was installed, but Ruben could not get it to ignite. He said he needed to change a part (ignitor) to see if that was the reason that it was not igniting. He changed the part and was able to ignite the water heater. I should not have allowed him replace the part, I should have asked him to replace the entire water heater considering it was supposedly new... but I didn't.After he left; I was reviewing the receipt more closely, when I noticed that Ruben changed the disposal fee for 50 to 95.00 and lowered the access fee. The total still came out the same 335.00. Then, I remembered Ruben commenting that he should be charging more for the disposal fee. I assume that he changed it so Sears Home Warranty could see his disposal charge.To top it off, Ruben said to me, as he was walking out of the house, I would not be able to take cold showers. I would rather rent a motel room or go to a friends house to take a hot shower. I replied, unfortunately, we had no choice but to take cold showers.I believe that we were taken advantage of; due to the fact that our water heater broke during cold weather. I would not recommend this company to anyone. We have reached out to Cinch, who is the company that handles Sears Home Warranty, to put a complaint. If that doesn't work we will look filing a dispute.

Toilet was backing up, not flushing, and causing a mess in the bathroom so we called Premier Plumbing in hopes to get a quick response. Ruben came out same day to assess and determined problem was with outside sewer line. I highly recommend Premier Plumbing. I was skeptical at first because my 40 year old house was having sewer smell and fumes from my bathroom tub. With Austin helped he cleared all drains but unfortunately the smell was still coming through. Austin gave options in which direction s to resolve. I chose the mid course to perform a Static Test to see where the smell was coming from . Through the optic camera they can see a few possible leaks. Austin gave options to resolve problem chose the premium package. They replaced both bathrooms pipes under the house, corrected the direction of pipes did a professional job. Install a back flow to prevent sewer smell from city lines. Thank you John Arispe and crew. Fantastic job.

We had a significant leak near our water main and the water company just said “not us”. Austin with Premier Plumbing to the rescue! They were efficient, honest, and the work was completed as quickly as possible. Austin is now our go-to for any plumbing issues in the future!

Premier Plumbing has been my go-to for years now and they just knocked it out of the park again. My home was never plumbed for a water softener and I wanted to get one installed.Austin came out and gave me different options on water softeners and described what it would take to plumb the house correctly. The following Monday, John and his team came out and did a fantastic job! They had to dig a huge trench in my yard to run pipes from the main water line into the garage, where the water softener would be. I have landscaping (no lawn) and the trench was dug within a pea gravel pathway. The trench was about 9' long x 3' wide x 3-4' deep. When all was said and done, you would have never known the trench was there! They filled the trench back up and raked the pea gravel back perfectly. And they somehow were able to dig underneath the concrete walkway leading to my front door and run the pipe up to the wall of the garage.I absolutely love my new water softener... what a game changer. And, as if all that work wasn't enough, they replaced the two old outdoor faucets that were spraying and wasting water, AND installed a faucet on the hard water line so that I wouldn't need to waste soft water on my patio plants, pressure washing, etc.As always, nothing but an extremely pleasant experience with everyone at Premier Plumbing! I've had some bad experiences with unprofessional plumbers. I asked Edward Salinas for his business card, so I could mention him by name (I didn't have any cash for a tip, so please give him a bonus and/or a raise). He arrived on time; found the leak; called the home warranty people; went and got a new sink faucet (exact same features as the other one--only new; and installed it for me. Also, he cleaned up the water puddles under my sink, which I know he didn't have to do. He had to go and get the part and bring it back. I told him to go ahead and get his lunch while he was out, but he didn't. He came right back and installed the faucet. Very professional, and this is the company I plan to use for all my future plumbing needs. Thank you!!

The service was great and fast ! Jonathan came out was very professional and did great work , would totally recommend !

If you call Premier Plumbing be aware that sales guy will show up, not the plumber. We called them to un-clog a drain, Austin showed up and gave us a quote to clear the drain. He also gave us an estimate for installing a clear-out closer to the house - because he said there was not one near the house. We agreed to this. Upon installing the clear out, they ran a camara and found a cracked pipe under the the house. They gave us an estimate for the pipe repair. We also agreed to fix that.After a day of digging under the house, they said it would take more digging than expected and now wanted to charge $2,500 on top of the original pipe-repair estimate. Even if it was true that the needed to dig more, they are the ones who underestimated the work. In the process of working on the pipe issue, we found that it was a clear-out ACTUALLY close to the building that they overlooked. We asked them to not charge us for the additional clear-out because there was an existing one that they overlooked, they lied that they installed the clear-out due to the cracked pipe but in the original estimate they stated clear-out was needed due to proximity. They were not even aware of the cracked pipe when they quoted us for the clear-out. On top of all this, this is a multi-family home and they completely ignored safety concerns. they left the hole they were digging completely exposed. We called Austin on a Wednesday about these concerns and he promised to put something over the hole. We arrived Monday and nothing was done. Huge liability. Not sure how they still have their license. Don't even want to put one star.- Alef Rei Real Estate Investment Group

Austin went above and beyond to fix my water issues during the Texas snow storm. I hadn’t had water for days. They came out and made sure all of my faucets and appliances had water. Not so sure about all the affordable reviews, the work was good my issue was very minor and the technician was good. I needed a replacement shower cartridge I called for a quote and was advised they don’t give quotes over the phone. I was in a bind with full running water in my tub they came out and quoted a piece of 259.00 for ten minutes of labor and apart that’s under ten dollars. When I questioned it Austin advised that’s just what they charge. So if your like me and you value your hard earned money be sure to shop around before settling on Premier plumbing

We called Premier Monday 8/3/20 and they had someone come out first thing 8/4/20 (Tuesday morning)! Long story short my 5 yr. old flushed a whole bunch of wipes down the toilet. Although they are flushable wipes. It clogged even after using the plunger a few times it would not budge. Austin Cantu came out literally worked his magic in 5-10 mins and my toilet was unclogged and flushing again. He was very knowledgeable and also gave a few suggestions and pointers. We are very happy with his job performance and knowledge he shared with us. Mind you most companies or businesses who come out and do home repairs don’t say much they do their job, take your money and leave. That being said Thank You Austin Cantu we appreciate what you did for us and will continue to do business with Premier from here on out. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Was not affordable. The work was good my issue was very minor and the technician was good.I needed two copper pressure fittings, one shutoff valve, and 8 inches of pex plumbing, about $40 in parts and 15-20 mins of work accomplished in an easy to access area with no obstacles. Got quoted at $350 not including the $65 service call I paid prior to them coming ($415). After pleading with the technician he applied the $65 service call fee to the $350 quote.I was in a bind having no running water in my house for about a week (sudden winter pandemic) so my options were limited and I needed water, so I paid hoping I could work this out further, however they are now not returning my calls....So if your like me and you value your hard earned money be sure to shop around before settling on Premier plumbing.

Excellent, excellent service from these folks. I spent two weeks struggling to resolve an issue with our water heater using excessive electricity. After some inspecting on my own, Premier came out and fixed things up nicely.I went thru two plumbers before connecting with Premier. First plumbers didn't even attempt to assist with figuring out the issue. They stared at the water heater, listened to our issues, and happily recommended a $5,000 water softener, indicating that it would absolutely solve the problem. Second place was helpful, as they did some routine maintenance the water heater, but not much more. They also listened to our issues, and happily recommended a $5,000 water softener.I took matters into my own hands, and did some inspecting on my own. I discovered a leaking hot water line under our house (crawl space). I rang up Premier, as they're one of the few plumbers nearby that offered Saturday services. They showed up on time, and quickly verified that the issue I identified was indeed what was causing problems. They quoted me a price, which was very fair, and got to work. After about an hour and half, they'd repaired the leak.These guys were on time, professional, clean, and courteous. Saturday was a rainy day...they even took time to use shoe covers when coming into the house. Their work carries a 1 year warranty, too. Really, for the price we paid, the services we received were awesome.

We were in desperate need of a plumber. Found these guys on Yelp and called. Immediately, the guy on the phone said we'll have a tech over between 1-3. Got a call at 12:15. Tech came out, Emilio, I think was his name. Told him what was going on and what we tried doing ourselves. He gave us a few options and recommended what we should do. He was very honest and professional! And very efficient. Highly recommend these guys!!! Thank yall sooooo much!! ?

We were closing on a home and needed a prompt quote for work required regarding a plumbing leak in the home. We were told a plumber would come out and send a written quote to us the same day for $40. He came out and could not find the leak we were referring to so he proceeded to call me and tell me about other jobs he felt could benefit us. I asked again for the quote we needed and paid for so we could close that week. I did not receive it until 8pm when I called to follow up because I hadn't received it yet. He obviously had forgotten and then sent a pic of a handwritten estimate for various other jobs. It was ridiculous and a waste of $40.

We had very low water pressure after the snowstorm and it was difficult to find a plumber to come out. Premier Plumbing answered the phone and put me on their schedule for then next day. They showed up and got the water issues fixed.

Called repeatedly to no answer. It was only after I scheduled with another plumber did someone call back 20mins later to say she was returning a call. You return calls if you actually spoke to someone, not after neglecting the company phone and realizing you missed customer calls. Then to call them back as if it were intentional is both unprofessional and degrading on your company image.

May 10, 2023, Austin Cantu came by to service our water heater. Really nice, friendly, knowledgeable guy. As he was familiar with our Rheem model, he offered tips and pointers on maintenance, which I appreciated. After testing, he determined the heating elements were bad. He found it still had a warranty and ordered the parts for us. Afterwards, he presented us with the options to have him install the parts only, or the parts and additional suggested nice-to-have parts, or have someone else install the parts. We liked him and asked him to come back when we got the parts only. I've dealt with plumbing companies before and they all push to sell their services. I totally understand. But I didn't feel like I was on the defensive with Austin. He told me the options and I told him what I needed and that was it. It was a pleasant experience and I didn't have to justify my decision. I look forward to seeing him again. I hope I don't need to but if I do, I hope I get Austin on my next plumbing problem. I totally recommend him. And no, he's not related to me, but I wish he was!
