Needed a plumbing company to repair a faucet in our Church’s kitchen. I contacted them for an appointment. Everyone was extremely professional. They inspected the pipes and cutoff valves under the sink and found the other areas that were causing our continued water leaks (old corroded pipes) Raul and Rigo did an EXCELLENT job. Would highly recommend this company.

When we initially called the number, the receptionist was very polite and thorough when scheduling for somebody to come out and fix our leaky washer. David and Rigo echoed the good vibes we got from Marisol who initially answered our call, as they came to our home and got the job done. The craftsmanship was great, quick, fairly priced, and exactly what we needed (a couple of other plumbers came and band-aided the issue, but City Base Plumbing RESOLVED it.) Very happy customers, don’t hesitate to call them for any plumbing needs you may have.

City Base Plumbing always responds quickly when we call them. David and Joseph have done two jobs for us and in both instances they did excellent work. They were very professional and helpful. Highly recommended!

Rigo and Joseph came to replace the PRV pipe outside of my house. They made sure I understood the process so I knew what to expect. I have used City Base Plumbing twice now. The first time, Angel L. came out to Floresville to first provide a quote to install a new shower head, shower faucets and shower lines for a new bathroom install. The quote was reasonably priced and he came out the following week to complete the job. He was very professional, efficient, timely and friendly and did an awesome job. I asked him for a quote for an outside shut off valve that was about to break. He provided a quote. I spoke with Marisol to set up the outside work, she was very professional and friendly on the phone and set up an appoint for the next day. There was an unexpected delay and they contacted me right away to reschedule for later in the day.David and Rigo arrived in a timely fashion, they were both friendly, professional, efficient and did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend City Base Plumbing, every employee I dealt with exceeded my expectations. I will be contacting them when it is time to update my second bathroom.

I called City base to have the strainer on the kitchen sink removed. Great job. I really liked dealing with them, They quoted a very fair price and did the work.

City Base Plumbing is Now my go to Plumbing company.My water heater unfortunately developed a leak beyond repair. After being one of the companys suggested by my previous water heater, and a Souh San Antonio independent woman owned Plumbing Co., it was a no brainer to go with this company to replace my existing water heater instead of the over priced TV Plumbing Co.From the receptionist to the two estimates I received. No pressure to decide what I wanted. After I informed the reception that I had taken A-day off to get this done she was able to not only get a plumber but a additional plumber the Master plumber Angel to come earlier than expected to replace my water heater.Plumber David DeLeon and Master Plumber Angel replace my water heater with all new parts as requested and done in a 3 hour time period!!Not only was the job done in a timely manner but I also learned how to maintain and flush my new water heater so it can last a long time!Thank you City Base Plumbing Management for hiring great employees likeDavid and Angle!!

Had a small leak somewhere in my plumbing and David and Rigo did an amazingly thorough job of checking all exterior areas of the plumbing prior to going through any drywall. They were kind, professional, and did a great job of explaining everything to me. While I really hope I never need a plumber ever again, I will unquestionably call City Base Plumbing for any future needs.

David was able to assess the issue with our water heater and come out the next day with Rigo to replace the entire unit. He was very thorough and helpful throughout, and he made sure that everything was working properly before leaving. Highly recommended!

I contacted City Base Plumbing for a free estimate on some repairs/ replacements to my kitchen equipment.The plumber David was punctual and professional. I scheduled the work to be done on the next morning.Once again David was punctual and professional. My sink, faucet and pipes were replaced and garbage disposal removed. All items were addressed in a timely manner and the work area was left clean.I was very satisfied with the services performed. I plan on using City Base Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

I called after getting my foundation repaired and was told that the static test failed. I typically call a different plumbing company that is bigger but also probably the most expensive. I had seen City Base Plumbing while driving around town and thought i would give them a try especially since they have good reviews. My initial call was answered by Melissa ( i believe that's her name) who was very helpful in getting someone out to my house quickly. Luckily they had a cancellation that morning so Rudy and Mateo came to provide an estimate. Rudy was very knowledgeable and completely understood my situation. He was patient when I asked questions about the estimated work and made sure I felt comfortable in understanding what was being done and why. A day later, Angel and Mateo came to complete the job. They both were very courteous and mindful about disturbances as Angel noticed I was working from home. He was very patient while i was on phone calls and dealing with other issues, while trying to get the job done. He is also very knowledgeable and provided details and pictures/videos of the leaks he found and offered a few options to work around my budget if it was needed. Mateo didn't do much talking :) but he was very diligent and stayed on task and worked pretty quickly. Angel and Mateo made a great team and I am happy with the results of their work. I would definitely call City Base Plumbing again!

Everyone I encountered from the first phone call (Marisol)to David and Angel were very polite, punctual and helpful. Had to have my sewer line completely replaced. They kept me informed throughout the whole project and answered any and all questions that I had David went out of his way and lined some of my fence line with rocks and covered them with dirt so now my dog can't get out. Thank you!. I will definitely use them again if need be.

David and Rigo were awesome I had a gas leak was red tagged by CPS my gas was locked out. All other plumber’s wanted way too much just to start however City Base Plumbing came out and gave me 3 estimates which helped me pick the best and affordable solution for my budget came out on time did the job and was even cheaper then the estimate these guy's are trustworthy honest and reliable 5 stars

Their staff was efficient, professional, and accommodating. Initially, I was scheduled two days out for an estimate but was called a day earlier when an opening came available. I can not say enough good things about this company. I was told it's hard to find an honest plumber; well, I found a whole company of honest plumbers. With our recent weather, we had a busted pipe. When I called, I really expected the worst, but what I found was caring, professional human beings that were willing to do whatever they could to help us out. From the front office (I wish I could remember the lady's name because she deserves praise) to the guys who showed up with wrenches in hand, they were fantastic. The front office kept me informed, was polite, understanding and made me feel like they cared about us instead of it being a simple business transaction. The guys, Angel and Elisha, were just as awesome. They knew what they were doing, worked fast, explained everything step by step and answered all my questions. They were also willing to laugh and joke around with me late on a Friday night, in freezing temperatures while crawling underneath a 100 year old home to fix 100 year old pipes. In the end, I could not have been happier. I should add that I was shocked by the price....it was crazy fair and way less than I expected on such a night. They didn't take advantage of the situation at all. Good neighbors and good peopleIf you are looking for a company to partner with, this is who to call here in San Antonio.

Citybase plumbing was willing to come out and give a free estimate on several items on our new house. Many other plumbers in the area wanted to charge a fee just to come and give an estimate. Not only were they timely, responsive, and kind, their prices were very reasonable. Their staff was very knowledgeable. In addition, Raul was very thoughtful in his suggestions and offered multiple options to address our needs.

I absolutely had the best service by Jon Jon and Pedro and by the big bosses who gave us a free estimate. We called on a weekday at 8 am and they came to our house at 9 am same day to give us the free estimate and gave us the right amount of info and a great quote. They offer many warranties as well. We decided to use them and made an appointment quickly. They cleaned up all their mess and was careful to keep an eye out on our dog as she wanted to go outside. I’m very happy with City Base Plumbing and I know others will, too.

This was the best experience we have ever had with any plumbing company very professional they gave us an estimate over the phone the guys came out the next day and did their job the price was very close to the estimate. They did recommend other work that we do need to help correct our problem from reoccurring they took the time and wrote out the estimate a no pressure here you go we’re here for you when you’re ready. We had issues with our water heater, our water heater company called out City Base Plumbing. It was the most Professional and Friendly service we have ever had. Angel was the tech that came out and he was Amazing. Angel walked us through everything that he was checking, very thorough, explained every detail. All I can say is Amazing service. First time experience with this business. Called about a leak at the shut off valve. Came out that day to give a free estimate. Gave me 3 options for fixing the problem. The estimate was in writing and once I decided which option to go with I was called the next day and the work was done. Angel and Jon Jon the crew that came to do the work were very thorough in explaining the work to be done. Did a great job and left the job site back to normal. Payment was easy. They accept cash, check and major credit cards.

I can not say enough great things about City Base Plumbing!We met them by chance when our Rheem Electric Water Heater had a recall on it and they were the company licensed to have the recall fixed for free, and i am so glad we met them!Marisol is always a pleasure to speak with in the office! The team, Rudy and Angel, worked so quick and efficiently. I had initially one toilet that I bought installed by them, best price for the warranty on labor and craftsmanship after calling several places for quotes. Then we loved it so much we asked questions about what was needed for our guest bathroom toilet, they helped with this and I purchased a second toilet to have them come back at a later date to install that one as well.They also educated us on our water pressure, what it means, what it can do if too high or too low, and gave us quotes for their services offerred to fix ours which was reading well above what it should have been per SAWS site as well. There was no pressure to do this, they just simply educated us on what it was, the issues that could come down the road, why water pressure changes, etc, then left us with not one but 4 different options should we decide to get it fixed!We appreciated the knowledge and thoroughness so much that my husband and I decided to have them correct our water pressure issue as well, and so glad we did! I can not stress enough the value you get for your money as well as the impeccable service they provide. I WON'T USE ANYONE ELSE, they are my go to for my plumbing needs and recommend them always!

Congratulations on employing a GREAT CREW! This is the second time I called City Base Plumping for plumbing services and I am very happy with the service. These technicians go above and beyond. John and Pete were wonderful and so knowledgeable. They knew exactly what to do to fix my sink and they were extremely courteous, careful and cleaned up everything when the job was done. We called for three non-urgent issues and the response was superior. Raul did a thorough assessment, gave us a fair estimate of costs and scheduled our service. Angel and Victor did the work with utter professionalism. Delightful individuals with super communication skills. Every aspect of their work shows they are masters at their craft. They are definitely our go to source for future projects.

They upgraded my hot water heater to meet code and replaced the tank under warranty. Fast forward to less than two months later and we’re without hot water. They told me I had to contact the manufacturer and wouldn’t come out to see if it was their workmanship or the water heater. Turns out we figured out 4 months later that it was their workmanship and they refused to come out even though we notified them the first time within their timeframe. Even if they give you longer warranty options at a cost, they’re workmanship should last longer than 120 days.

From the front desk to the installers City Base Plumbing went out of their way to make a difficult water heater return at Home Depot and install of new unit possible. They were extremely patient with return difficulties and followed up with quick and professional install of new unit. Thank you to all.

Very affable and personable company to deal with. From the outset, you get a feeling of family owned, small business, who are in your corner. There's no upselling from the first person on the phone or whoever's coming for the call. They are forthright with pricing and what needs to be done. Probably because, they get paid hourly and not commission basis. Raul is new with the company but he's experienced in this area and has seen and done enough to clearly anticipate the problem and later prove it with clear evidence. He knew what will need to be done and was very confident. He provided options with pros and con so that I could make a decision I was happy with. Jon Jon accompanied Raul with the diagnostics and he was very polite making a quick job of the whole process.I'm very pleased to have made this acquaintance and hopeful that my job will be completed satisfactorily. Sewage blockage and main line problems are always stressful but they made it less stressful with a clear understanding of the problem and providing clear solution.Update: Their estimate quote was the priciest. Plus, when they ran the camera into the pipes, which I paid good money for, they only looked at one leak and stopped. Turned out there was another break. Taking couple of stars for that. Disappointed with it.

I had a water heater going bad so I called the company through warranty, I had to call then 2 times just so I can schedule an appointment, even though they were suppose to call me the next business day. Anyways the finally came and took 5 to 10 minutes and just reset the water heater and said that it was my breaker. The next day it went out again so I asked for a different company and took about 30 minutes to actually figure out what's wrong with it, and it was the heater element of the water heater.We went with the other contractor through rheem and they're the ones that fixed it

They came out and did a recall repair on my water heater. I was unable to be at the residence but my wife made it home and they supposedly did the repair, yesterday when I checked the repair that was made from the recall the control panel about fell off the front of my water heater which was mounted firmly with screws and wired were visable from the side of the control panel. Spoke to the company and asked why were they worried about me meeting the san antonio code and not worried about the poor work their 19yr old technician did. I recieved an attitude and also told that me or my wife would need to take more time off rather than being able to to accomadate since we already took time off. All they give you is a big attitude and a long sales pitch about things that aren't needed. GO ELSE WHERE AND DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY BECAUSE THEY ARE A JOKE AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!! HOW THEY GOT LICENSING TO BEGING WITH IS BEYOND ME! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO BOOT!!!!!!

I’m so glad I called City Base Plumbing, what I thought was a big problem turn out to be nothing. He explained the problem and gave us options to choose from in order to make the necessary repairs.
