Charged me $318 for drain clean that took 30 minutes on one of my rental properties. Also drilled a hole in the metal drain and left jagged edges exposed. Took my credit card ahead of job and never called with a quote to fix. Just did the job and charged me. Was very unhappy with the service and very high price. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Had leaky toilet. Came right over and repaired it for a reasonable price. Would certainly use them again. Other plumber I called could not fix it for six days. Who would wait six days with a leaky toilet?

Called them on a Monday and they were out the same day to assess the issue with my a/c unit. Had a major leak at the coil and parts were no longer available. They did a temporary charge so I had some a/c and installed a new unit 3days later. These guys rock!!

I called A&M in June of 2017 to do an inspection on the ac unit of a condo I was going to purchase. Mark came out and did the inspection on a 35 yr. old unit and said that it was on its last leg, he actually needed to change some wiring I believe, because of work done on the unit from other companies was not correct. He said the unit was a mess because of all the band-aids made on it through out the years, he requested that I think about replacing the unit because it may not get me through another summer. Long story short, it made it through and A&M installed one in June of last year and I am so grateful for Mark and Amy for their help in getting me the correct unit for my condo and for getting me a thermostat that I can control with my phone from anywhere! The job was done in a day, new unit, elbow, wiring, condensate line, and thermostat. The job was clean and they cleaned up after they were done.

Our AC went out and within a couple of hours, their technician came to our house, fixed the problem and we had cool air again. Great prompt service!

I called Klein Heating and Cooling after I smelled a burning smell coming from the ductwork. I own a nail salon and can't have my system down at all. Josh came out to diagnose the problem and found the Indoor blower motor was burned up and was able to get the new motor installed and the unit up and running. Once running he did and inspection for any potential issues and cleaned the coils as a courtesy. All of this was done in 3 hours. I will call them again for all my heating and cooling needs.
