Will's All Pro Plumbing & Air Conditioning

$482 to replace this $24 fireplace valve. It was not leaking and there was an access door directly leading to the 2 pieces that needed to be unscrewed to replace it (no drywall, siding, or stucco demo needed).They called ask how my service went. I explained I was taken advantage of as I did not receive a breakdown of parts/labor when I received my invoice after the service was done. They promised a manager call back. Instead I have received 4 follow up calls trying to be unsold on other products. Every time I tell them I'm not interested and I'm still waiting for a manager call back.The going rate for a plumber in San Antonio is $105 an hour. It took 45 minutes to replace the $24 part. Not sure where the extra $353 came from and apparently neither can their management staff cause they can't call me back with an explanation.THEN don't even get me started on the $512 charge to dig up a (yes 1) sprinkler Solenoid Valve!?!?The rep was nice enough to offer me a $25 discount though. (See invoice). PLEASE CALL A DIFFERENT PLUMBING COMPANY AND DO NOT GET TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF LIKE I WAS.

Shout out to Benjamin and the All Pro Crew. All I can say is wow. This crew at Wills All Pro are amazing. Not only did they do the job about 5x faster than I expected, they did it with such precision and swiftness you wouldn’t believe it if you saw it . There was a massive tree that had crushed my main water pipe from the city meter. I thought that tree would have to be torn down and removed completely. The All Pro crew showed up around 8am and finished the job in about 8-10 hours or so only stopping for a quick pizza break. They were like doctors in an operating room able to cut through the rock hard ground and cut through the Roots just enough to bypass the tree (saving the tree) and run a whole new tunnel for the water system . check out some of the pictures and you’ll see a couple photos of just a 10 foot section of the 30 plus foot trench that was made. I haven’t taken any after photos yet but you almost can’t tell anyone was here . 10 outta 10 Will recommend you call Will! Wills All Pro

We called Wills to unclog a toilet (caused by a pen, or 5yr old rather). While they were here, we had them put in a pedestal sink we had lying around. I can’t give more than 2 stars for a mediocre job at a premium $1200 cost. But they get 2 stars for effort and jumping on the project the same day which took a couple hours. In hindsight, my bad for not wanting to instal my own pedestal, thinking “leave it to the pros.” These guys are not bad, they’re just not that good either. Shop around, best advice I can give you.

I was highly disappointed with the HVAC service I received from Wills All-Pro/Goettle for a number of reasons.1. First and foremost, I'm upset because of the carelessness from the HVAC tech. A piece of PVC pipe/cap was removed from the condensate drain line valve during maintenance. He didn't replace it, and over two months my line backed up and began to slowly drip from that spot. I found the piece lying in the attic insulation, replaced it and it stopped leaking. The water soaked the mat under my HVAC system, the plywood and beams it was sitting on, and soaked through to the sheetrock ceiling in my garage (the water spots was how we discovered this).When I called them, they sent someone out to inspect the problem. I told them I had fixed it but wanted someone to inspect and mitigate the water damage. The tech (a different person) was very kind and professional, but after talking to his boss he said they would not replace the wood or mat under the HVAC and that the drain was installed wrong (another company installed it). When I said I understood that the slope of the drain line needs to be fixed, but the short term problem was his tech left the pvc piece off which caused the damage. He said we can't prove that, and its a he said she said situation. I acknowledge I can't prove this, but I know no one else has touched the drain line since the HVAC check up in July and was frustrated that this is how they treat their customers and don't own up to their mistakes.2. I scheduled a tune up for June, they called the day of and said they had to reschedule, and the soonest available was in August. They called me in July because and opening became available, but it made me feel my business wasn't important to them if they could push my appointment off 2 months.3. They tried to bill me twice. I paid at the time of service and was sent another bill mid-September. I emailed the receipt promptly and it was cleared up, but this shows lack of organization and it was a waste of my time.

Mr. Armendariz, was very friendly and informative while investigating the water leak with our plumbing system. He spent time to talk to us and gave us options and prices. Excellent customer service!! He was very friendly and professional. He did a great job with the analysis and repair and cleaned up when he was done. I highly recommend Mr. Armendariz!!! Great job! Keep up the great work and great customer service. We will recommend you to all of our friends and family.

These guys are legit. Super knowledgeable and efficient. They were Johnny-on-the-spot with my service call when I needed it. They not only do plumbing, but also HVAC. They made some great recommendations. I'm positive we'll be hiring them when our AC breaks down. They'll be the first people we call.

If you like to be gouged because you don't know plumbing, this is your place. While I was out of town working, my neighbor noticed water seeping from our water main. He notified my wife and both agreed that it was the PRV (Pressure Regulating Valve) which was the same issue my neighbor had a few months prior. I had planned on personally changing it myself as a preventative measure but never found the time with how busy work has been. Being that my wife was unable to immediately get a hold of me, she decided to go with our neighbor’s recommendation. She doesn't have time to wait with a baby and guests at home. She called All Pro Texas on a Tuesday evening at about 6pm. I soon found out about the situation and immediately reached out to All Pro Texas to get better understanding of what was to be charged as I already knew how they pulled the wool over my neighbor’s eyes. They said they would have the technician call me after he diagnosed the issue. Instead, I only received information about one option; $697 +$89 for the after-hours visit via my wife's speaker phone. This is not what I instructed the technician to do. Being that I was driving I text my wife to work on reducing the price of the installation however, I wanted them to install the better valve (Bronze vs cast or pvc). They then did the work. After completion of the work (which took all of 1hr and 15min per my cameras) my wife was too embarrassed to even let me know what the final total was and refused to tell me.The next morning comes and I decide to call APT to discuss their price gouging. I get transferred to the manager (Jesse). I ask Jesse for a line item list of products sold to us and services performed to explain their pricing. He said that they didn't have one but that they could work on something as they do PRVs as a Package. (What does that even mean???) I then asked what the actual total of their visit costed us. For the Package your wife chose, it was $1135. WHAT?!? So you're telling me you charged $900 labor to change a $150 part that took an hour and 15? Jesse responded, well yes that is the package your wife signed on. So I ask: How do you sleep at night? Is it alright to charge that kind of price to people? That's outright ridiculous! He responded with, well your neighbor was there and he paid the same. I said, Yeah and neither him nor my wife know anything at all about plumbing. That doesn't make it alright to take advantage of people. He then said, well I don't know what I can do for you. I then said, you can start by refunding me part of my payment, at least back to the only option I heard, which is $697+89 fee. Even then that wouldn't be fair but it’s moving in the right direction. He refused to do so and I told him to have a wonderful day.Once I arrived home, I found that the PRV covering is sticking out 8 inches above the surrounding covers, decorated with several large rocks and a water bottle. I can’t even say that the work performed was satisfactory. So here I am writing my first review ever.For those of you that don't know plumbing, residential PRVs range $40-200 depending on size and quality. The 3/4 Watts PRV that was installed is $129 at any Home Depot or Lowes. 1-3 hrs of labor depending.APT is Home Advisor accredited and even they claim PRV replacement should cost between $250-350. Don't let yourself become a statistic, make yourself knowledgeable.

After losing water pressure in all areas of my home, I called Wills All Pro hoping for some guidance. They made me an appointment the same day (which was a Sunday on Labor Day weekend) and showed up within 3 hours of my call. When Brandon Murphy arrived at my home, he was polite, courteous, and very helpful. He diagnosed my issue within 5 minutes and then showed me my pricing options. He also walked me through each level of service so I could make an informed decision. After that, he got to work and quickly replaced the faulty pressure valve in my front yard. He didn’t stop until it was done, even in the 100 degree heat. My water pressure was restored and was actually better than it has ever been in over a year of living here! I will definitely use Wills All Pro again!

Will's All Pro has been professional, courteous and great advocates toward our home insurance. Our homeowners insurance had initially turned us down to cover any amount of our plumbing project, but William advocated on our behalf and got some of the project covered to our great surprise. The plumbing project we had done was extensive, but we felt we were adequately educated regarding what was going on and their patience to answer every single question we had was impressive. They really took their time to make sure we were comfortable with proceeding, we felt they were upfront and honest with us and weren't trying to cheat us. They kept the project proceeding quickly which we appreciated so much and even came back out a few weeks after to fill the access hole after it had sunk in some from heavy rains. Follow through was greatly appreciated as well.Will's All Pro customer service is very cordial and easy to navigate their phone lines, I appreciate being able to speak to someone instead of going through a phone tree.

This company is wonderful! I called to make an appointment. They were very accommodating and had a plumber on the way to my house within an hour. Andrew was great. He found the issue and explained everything as he worked! Not long after I made the appointment they had a representative from the restoration company to assess the damage. Everyone I dealt with was professional, friendly, and informative. I am grateful for Their quick response and their hard work. We would have gone the entire weekend without use of the showers or toilets if it hadn’t been for them.

My water heater stopped working and I needed a technician to diagnose the issue to report to my insurance. Looking around The companies I called wanted to charge $100 or more just to come out and diagnose the issue, it seemed far too much and so when I called All Pro I was happy to find they were much more reasonable and were even able to see me same day! Cody Blackmon arrived on time and was very professional and courteous, his service was above and beyond. When I explained this was for insurance he even offered to join me on a call with the insurance folks to best explain the issue. This helped me get things moving quickly and was much appreciated. He followed up with me regularly until insurance approved the replacement and was then able to schedule me in the next day! The installers that arrived were Adrian Dado and Adam, they were friendly and highly experienced, they answered any questions I had - even giving me some tips to help maintain the unit. Their workmanship looks excellent and they were efficient with their time. They left the area very clean and went over the details of the unit offering to answer any questions I might have before they left. I cannot think of one thing the All Pro team could have done better, very impressive. I will be sure to go back to them on any future repairs.

We had an issue with our gas fireplace that we though may have been the valve based on a prior inspection. Making an appointment with Wills All Pro was quick and easy and the representative I spoke to was friendly and professional. On the day of our appointment, there was an opportunity to have our repairman come early. The dispatcher was again friendly, polite, and professional. Our repairman arrived very close to the anticipated time, wore show covers the entire time he was in the house, cleaned up any fashion of mess that may have occurred (there was very little) and put everything back together better than it had been before. He was thorough and worked efficiently (but intentionally), and again-was very friendly, polite, and professional. We will absolutely call Will’s All Pro in the future! Highly recommend!

Mario was so friendly and taught me about proper air conditioning maintenance topics that I did not know as a new home owner. He was professional and informative. Explained things in a way that were easy to understand. He gave us plausible options for repairs we need to make. He was awesome! This is the second time I’ve used Will’s All Pro and they have been honest and upfront each time. They have a genuine interest in what’s best for the customer.

I just wanted to take time out of my day to praise a tech that in my opinion is respectful, honest, and most of very knowledgeable when comes to his job. Tech Andrew Arizola came out for a service call twice in a week. First call he did great work on my kitchen upgrade plumbing. Three days later I had an sewer issue. Andrew came back out and diagnosed the issue being part of saws easement. He never gave up that day to try to restore my sewer service and changed work order to an locate service and guided me in the right direction to whom to contact and get this resolved. Saws came out repaired their collapsed line. Prior to Andrews visit I've had 3 plumbers out for same issue and none of them ever took the time and effort to even see what could actually be the main problem.I've had for better have of 5 yrs. Guess they just wanted to charge for service and leave as quick as they got there. So Wills All Pro has received 5 stars from me and my family. Again great awesome job Andrew.

Andrew came to our house quickly. He did a great job and price was great! We will definitely use again!!!!!Had to have them come back two weeks later for a separate issue and amazing again. Benjamin came this time and the service was just as excellent!

Aaron was absolutely great. The communication and responsiveness of Will’s was excellent. Aaron gave me upfront answers to my questions and was honest about the repair. As a result, I opted to get a more permanent fix instead of a ‘’temporary solution’. Candor and honesty are hard to deliver without grace and humility, and Aaron had both. I simply had to come back and add to this review. This time we had an air conditioner emergency on a Sunday after hours. The company was so responsive and made me feel like a VIP customer. Mario was very friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. Throughout the entire time, he kept a positive and friendly attitude. There was no point in which I felt like a burden for needing assistance. He answered all of my questions and provided extremely helpful education. This was a great experience that will leave a lasting positive impression!I was very impressed with how quickly they were able to respond! Initially we had scheduled service with another company who was not honest with us about installing AC on the same day we scheduled to meet with them. So we called Will's All Pro and they were fast, friendly, accommodating, HONEST, with service on same day, last minute. I was very happy! They wanted our service, they valued us as customers. I have not had such great customer service from any company in a long time. They proved to me that they want our business and they truly care about the customer. I called Aaron with All Pro this morning about a water leak around my PRV. He was super responsive and came out right away. He was able to fix the issue and explained everything he had to do. Brandon arrived the same day I called. He very quickly identified the problem, gave us several courses of action, and made a plan to fix our water softner. He explained everything to us and very efficiently rebuilt our system and got our water running again. Would definitely recommend!

I am very impressed with Will's All Pro Plumbing. David was the plumber that came out. He was very nice and polite and his work was amazing. He serviced my water heater and fixed a leak in my shower and fixed my garbage disposal. Jason the AC guy came out the next day to take a look at my AC unit and my dryer vent. He was also nice and polite and did very good work. They both took the time to explain everything with me. I would definately use them again and I would recommend them to everyone.

It was Sunday at 5pm and I had a plumbing emergency. A nail had worked itself through the hot water line inside the wall going to my washer. By 6:30Pm Richard showed up and was absolutely fantastic! Update: A month after getting a new ac and heating unit we had problems when a cold front came in and we found out we did not have heat. Mario came back out and troubleshooted the system. He figured out the problem and got the heat on. He insured us that a crew will be out the following week to do new wiring throughout our system to have proper connections. Grateful for the honest work.Our AC went out and we called this company Sunday morning. Mario came out and reviewed our entire ac and heating system. He took pictures and showed us what he could fix now and what has been repaired before. He gave us all the information we needed and we had many options with in our budget to get our AC back up and running.

Wills Pro saved me from commiting myself! ? Had a leak coming up through the floor. 2 other plumber visits and ac people visit and we finally called Wills. Brandon came out earlier than expected thank goodness and let me tell you this job was a doozy. He did it though! And he was so nice and so friendly! We are switching to Wills Pro!! Thanks Brandon!!

My service request for an A/C tune-up was answered and scheduled promptly and courteously. The technician, Louis Gonzalez, did a thorough and complete cleaning and inspection of the entire system, and, because I had a prior appointment and had to leave, he returned the following day, without additional charge, to finish up. The attention to detail was outstanding and I was impressed with the level of professionalism among the company employees I communicated with. Excellent service and pricing. Would definitely recommend, and will definitely use again.

These guys were amazing. They took what started off as a disaster. (Backed up sewer main with root invasion and collapsed pipe) and had everything fixed, repaired and working perfectly with in a few hours. The main plumber Jaime was very professional and kind. He assured me he would not leave until everything was fixed regardless of how long it took.They have a huge crew of professionals.Call Wills All Pro first I promise you will thank me later. They were very fair and less expensive than other companies quotes.

With one call, I had an appointment in a little over an hour, on a hot Texas Sunday evening in July. I was sent a text with the facts, name and photo of the tech who would be dispatched. I was advised He would arrive in 30 minutes and he was on time. Fabian Salazar was personable, polite and very re assuring. My knee injury prevented me from going upstairs, He immediately assessed the problem and took pictures with his phone. He explained what needed to done and showed me what we were dealing with. He provided me with options and a solution I could afford. He went above and beyond, and far exceeded my expectations. When I saw my total due, I was both surprised and impressed. Fabian is a caring, true professional, who did an exceptional job! I will recommend him to my family, my friends and my neighbors. Very happy with the customer service and work performance from Will’s All Pro provided by Joe today!! He did a thorough assessment and walked me through all the possible options to fix my plumbing issue. He did an overall quick check and reassured me that things looked pretty good with the basic plumbing in my home. That really helped me feel better. I was welcomed by Mario with a gift and greeting. Mario showed up on time and waited patiently as I had other contractors conducting inspections on the home that we are selling. He was extremely polite and very knowledgeable about the items that were of most importance to pass the inspection and did not try to upsell me on different products. We chatted a bit about our shared military service, and Mario explained the items that caused him the most concern. He promptly conducted minor repairs/replacements and got our systems up to code. I appreciate the company and look forward to being their customer for many years to come.

I have had them out for plumbing and AC issues. Everyone has been professional, polite and let me know the cost up from. Adam has been out a few times for different issues on our AC and was the absolute best. Unfortunately we won’t be seeing much of him anymore as Michael came out and we are getting new AC installed. But it got much better when I was given this as a free service for a reschedule that was due to another emergency job they had. My appointment was just for routine maintenance so I didn’t mind at all. But I was still accommodated with a free service! JR did a fantastic job from the moment he arrived. He was efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable answering all my questions while teaching me about my unit. There was no pressure to buy services and all my options were explained thoroughly. I would highly recommend Will's allpro if you want someone to come out quickly and resolve your issue correctly.

So I've used Will's All Pro for about 3 years. They have regularly serviced my unit and I have been happy to use them for my home up until today. I'm selling my home and a licensed home inspector said that all that needed to be done was to clean the air condenser coils in order to sell my home under my current contract. I quickly called Will's and asked for a quote to clean the coils. They said they needed to charge me a 69 dollar fee just to go out and see what I need. I told them that is unnecessary because I know exactly what I need as it was stated by the inspector. I asked for a simple quote, I just need the coils cleaned. They put me on hold to talk to a supervisor since I said I would shop elsewhere if they didn't just give me a quote for a straight forward job. When the supervisor got on the phone they said to answer a call to a home for inspection repairs the fee would be $199 before they could verify what needed to be done. So that's how a 3 year returning customer is treated! After I've used them for service on a rolling basis they can't even give me a quote for a straight forward job. Now I'm shopping from out of state and other AC companies are giving me quotes because I have an exact description of what needs to be done. This company charges ridiculous service fees to faithful customers to pad their wallets when the job needed to be done has been defined. I give them 2 stars because their service up to this point has been great, punctual, and professional. But today I felt like they were one of those companies who only give the best service to new customers and not faithful ones. Sorry Will's All Pro, you've lost my business forever.

But I’d believe that if our other unit THEY INSTALLED was doing the same. But guess what it is working fine. He leaves telling us to push the unit to its max as we have a warranty, it did nothing. We called to get someone out here and fix it as the whole house down stairs is freezing. And the Manger (who is in Arizona not Texas) tells us he won’t get someone out as they are “busy”. Even Do not use this company. Happy to take your money for a new unit and install it that day. It doesn’t function as it’s meant to. I've used Will's All Pro several times in the past so it was a no brainer for me to call them out to look at and fix my toilet flange. They have always been responsive, professional and reasonably priced.They sent someone from Goettl, I guess a recent acquisition. He was here 30 minutes and quoted me $900 for the repair. All he had to do was was just to look at the job and give me a quote, as I had already removed the toilet, and the old rusted flange.Needless to say the price shocked me! If they would have been reasonable I wouldn't have hesitated. I'm out the 69 bucks for him to come out here and give me a quote, but at least I'm not getting ripped off.I won't ever call them again.

Service date was August 25, 2020. Appointment was made from one day to the next. Our service person was Aaron Taylor. He did an outstanding job and saved us over $2,500.00, by providing a thorough complimentary camera inspection of our main sewer line from the outside (no mess inside), in order to provide us with an accurate estimate and diagnosis. I had a previous company come in, where they wrongly diagnosed roots in the pipes and that they would have to dig underneath our home from the outside to get to the toilet pipe and replace it. Upon the camera inspection, which Aaron shared with me and after talking to his Manager, Jake, they recommended we do a hydroscrub to clean and clear the clog, which was found through the main sewer line. As soon as that was done, our toilet flushed normal again and there was no issue with roots that they could see. Needless to say, we were relieved and grateful that we got a second opinion and that we found a company with the right equipment and knowledgeable staff, who wanted to do the job right at a fair price. Based on all of the above, I would highly recommend them and will certainly call them again. P.S. They follow all safety protocols.

I got home around 11:30PM to find a bedroom and part of the garage flooded. I did a Google search for plumbers but Will's All Pro Plumbing was the only service able to respond to the call at that time, and was able to do so within 30min. They were very courteous and professional. I received text message updates that the technician was on his way, and was provided a photo of the technician and his rating. Benjamin Tracy was quick to assess the whereabouts of the leak and was able to stop the leak promptly. The repair costs also didn't send me into a panic, they were very reasonable for the work that had to be done. They were also affiliated with a restoration business that was able to provide me an estimate to repair the water damage so I could submit the estimate to the insurance company. I highly recommend this business!

Jorge arrived on time and went right to work. It took him no time at all to assess the problems with my dripping shower head and bathroom faucets. The faucets were an easy, quick no-cost fix that he explained what to do to prevent the same problem in the future. He then gave me a written estimate to replace the valve stem in the shower, which I concluded was acceptable, and asked him to go ahead with the repair. Only took him about 20 minutes. Gorge was friendly, very knowledgeable, and very professional. I really appreciated the tips he gave me on maintaining my plumbing in good shape. As a side note, the front office was very responsive to my initial inquiry and set up my service call for the next day. Great service from everyone at Will’s All Pro.

My first contact with the company was with Samantha and she was incredibly friendly and helpful. I have used Will's All Pro twice now for problems with ground shifting my old irrigation and main plumbing line in my yard. Both times, a gentleman named Brandon came out. He was so professional and courteous and continued to let me know and show me, where each issue was, every step of the way. He explained how all it worked, how and why things were leaking and gave me options. He never pressured me or made me feel like I had to fix anything that didn't need it but let me know to be aware of future things that could happen due to my old PVC pipes and ground shift. He told me where to look out for these problems and to just give them a call, should they arise. He worked well into the dark the first time and first thing in the morning the second time. I will always ask for Brandon in the future. Everyone I spoke with at Will's was so kind, professional and quick!!! I've never seen a company come out and work so fast! They're like the Jimmy Johns of Plumbing and A/C! But the coolest thing that stood out to me is that every employee actually sounded happy and like they really enjoyed what they do which is helping people with a very stressful situation. Will's staff, truly made things so much easier for me and I cannot thank them enough!!!

We contacted this company in the later afternoon and they had a technician (Mario) out to us in a couple of hours. When he arrived, Mario was very professional and friendly. He took his time explaining what was wrong and gave us a wide range of options to fix the issues. He did not try to oversell us at all and was very efficient and effective. I will definitely be going through them again!

Really like this company! Excellent service from start to finish. The technician showed up as scheduled and got us fixed up. I was charged fairly and I appreciated receiving a text including a photo verifying who would be coming to my home for the repair. Definitely will call for my future plumbing needs.

Benjamin was wonderful. He was polite snd professional. He wore protective gear and covered his shoes before coming indoors. He examined all my issues and told me what it would take to fix them. He traced down a leak we had in an outside faucet and gave me options on how I wanted to proceed to stop the leak. After stopping the leak he cleaned everything up. He was here most of the day and charged a fair price for the time spent. I highly recommend him.

They are all super professional and friendly. Though it shouldn't be, I feel like that's rare these days so it matters to me. We have used Will's All Pro in the past for AC maintenance and we've always been happy with them. However this past weekend we called them in the middle of the night for a water leak emergency in our house. They were GREAT. Joe showed up around 12:30am, and provided excellent support and customer service. He was polite, understanding and very professional. He was able to get the leak under control and answer all of our questions. I would 100% recommend this company.

Eric my technician was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable of my system. I felt like he informed me of all the facts without using any pressure to sell upgrades or identify items that need immediate replacement. Great interaction start to finish. Initially called them out for a checkup on our AC units (heat pumps). Two were old and were leaking. Gave us a competitive replacement price. We agreed, got approved for financing and scheduled for installation the next day! Our installer, Fabian, was fantastic. Got both units installed, and thermostats programmed in one day! Couldn’t be happier with Will’s All Pro!

Highly recommend this company! When our AC died they were out the same day offering me options that suit my home/family needs. Unfortunately, our unit was too old to service so we had to get a new one. The rep that sold us the unit was professional and listened to us and our needs. The next day the team of installers were here and taking care of business. The installation team was awesome and respectful of our spaces and asked to enter every room prior to going in. Post inspection with Omar A. was smooth and he even did some extra finishing touches to the unit based on our needs from just chatting with us. I am glad I am able to leave a review and comment about my plumbing experience wirh Will's All Pro. Hands down a service and professional experience I thought didn't exist anymore. I had called a different plumbing service first. They strung me out for a week. They didn't show when they said they would and showed up unannounced. Others never called back when I left a voicemail or didn't show for appointment. Will's All Pro is great! I was extremely impressed with Alex, my courteous technician. He was professional. His explanations were concise and thorough. He was on time and with his instruments and machine so my plumbing problem was complete in a matter of very little time. I can not give a better review to Mario and Aaron from Wills All Pro. First off, Mario is an HVAC guru. He came to the appointment on time(on labor day no less) and asked me what was the problem. After he had my information he went into a detailed diagnostic process to identify the problem(or in my case problems). With every issue, Mario had a detailed explanation as to why it mattered and what it effected. When Aaron arrived he was adequately apprised of the situation and went to work immediately based on the agreed upon course of action. I would absolutely recommend these highly skilled professionals for any plumbing and hvac needs.

Had a great experience during a bad plumbing issue over the weekend around 7pm on a Saturday. We had a backed up toilet coming into the house so I called a few places out of desperation. No one was available for many hours or even the next day. Came across Will's All Pro and they sent Richard out within the hour. We were very pleased with his work and his kindness. He pinpointed our problem promptly with a high tech camera and was able to show it to me on the screen. He was able to get us through the weekend until he came back out to give us an estimate. We have a collapsing pipe that needs to be replaced and will be a decent size job. The estimate was very fair so we will continue giving our business to Will's All Pro.

Alex was great! He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and was able to provide a no pressure estimate for A LOT of work I need completed. Roger, Matthew, and Joe were friendly, professional and courteous. The estimate was right on the money and I got financing for the sewer line to be replaced with their help. The sewer line was the original line from 1972 so I knew it would need to be done sooner or later. I am glad to have found a company with such high ratings and great customer service. I really like that they send timely texts and emails with the photo and info of the person coming to do the work. The phone staff are also courteous and efficient. I would use their services again. William Northington was a very polite, knowledgeable technician. He explained what and how it needed to be done and accomplished it very quickly. He also gave me a recommendation on how to cure my high water pressure which we will do at a later time. I now have 2 new outside faucets and leaks have ceased. Sam and Alex came out to do a ac tune up. They found mildew in my ducts and gave me my options. There was some confusion during the financing process (not approved then come to find out my husband was). But, I spoke with someone from financing department who was very unprofessional and summed up since I said I was going to get other quotes I should have just asked that because I was waisting there time. I ended up telling him I would speak to Sam and Alex about it because I was so angry. If it was not for the service techs I would have easily went somewhere else. They ended up doing the job in a timely manner, gave me the information I needed and were understanding. The service techs are truly the ones that turned that incident from negative into positive. Thank you Sam and Alex. I have another appointment for next week to have my water softner checked and depending on this experience will be whether or not I continue business with this company. Both the person who helped me over the phone to schedule my appointment and the plumber, Sam, were very professional and nice. Customer service is great and the repairs were done fast. I spent $890 on the repairs and I don't regret it. They gave me a 6-month warranty on the job and after Sam was done with his work, he gave me advice. Totally recommend!

After waking up to a flooded closet/bathroom I called Wills All Pro. They sent a tech (Brandon) out within a couple hours and he quickly identified the issue. It was not an easy fix but he explained everything to me, step by step and the next day, he and David (apprentice) came out and completed the repairs. I was looking for a water softener service using an approved listing service. Will's All Pro responded to my request and was able to setup an appointment the next day. Their technician Brandon arrived on time and did a through inspection of both my 10 yr old water softener and 17 yr old Hot Water heater. After determining that both my water softener and hot water heater needed replacing, we discussed options. Brandon was able install both systems the same day. Wills All Pro even brought out an electrician to ensure my new hot water heater was up to code.I now have instant hot water and the water hardness is gone. Wills All Pro was fantastic to work with and mindful of my schedule. I highly recommend them.

I guess Will's All Pro is the same company as Goettl Air Conditioning.I called because my condenser unit was really loud. Mario quickly figured out it was the motor. He checked everything else out just to be sure, and I'm very glad he did. He showed me where the disconnect was melting, and where I had mold in the inside unit. He showed me multiple options for repairs and helped with my questions on their subscription plans. Honestly, no one likes spending more money than they thought, but there was no doubt I needed the repairs, and I know it would have been way worse if he wasn't so thorough.He also made sure to wear a mask for the entire visit and boot covers inside my home.Thank you Mario!-Update: Mario came back the next day with Tom and completed everything. They were great!-Update 2: Had a new tech, Nick. He was awesome. Identified and repaired the issue quick. At a minimum I have to replace the coil. They are much more expensive than other places I got quotes from. The sales manager called me and tried upselling me, which I didn't like. The techs do good work, and I will continue to call for repairs, but for anything big, make sure you call around for multiple quotes.

Came out quickly. Our technician (Sonny) was curteous and finished the job fast. Explained the problem and all of our options. He went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of.Our heater went out in the middle of a cold spell and we were in need of a speedy repair. On time. The office calls you to tell you they’re on their way. Went over everything before the job. Slightly pricey but the warranty is great (5 years). Pipes broken and water not draining properly. Jaime was the lead lumber and his crew that were here were very respectful and courteous. The Saturday crew (Daniel and his coworker) worked nonstop (except for lunch break) and were here all day digging and done before sundown. Everything fixed. Cleaned everything up. I’m very pleased with Will’s All Pro Plumbing. Our old water heater quit at a bad time. We were tight on a budget but replacing the old water heater was the better option vs. fixing the old one. They were willing to work with us and dropped the price a bit. We had the water heater installed the same day. The person was very professional. I recommend this place.

I Needed a hot water tank replaced. Allpro sent Cody to discuss our needs,cost,and concerns. He was very knowledgeable, polite and helpful with all of our questions and concerns of quality, cost and the process of the removal and replacement. I had called other companies and found Allpro to be the most satisfying(read reviews and costs). The cost was not the lowest but as they say and I have experienced many times before you get what you pay for. The replacement appointment was set to my needs. The work was done by two knowledgeable technicians that got the work done quickly and very satisfactorily. They knew what they needed to do from start to finish. I felt very comfortable and didn't feel I had to look over their shoulders or ask any questions. They explained what I would need to know with the new tank and setup etc., cleaned up and left me very comfortable with the whole process. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again for any future needs.

Ray was absolutely exceptional. I have never had such a pleasant maintenance visit, and the tech was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely pleasant. The customer service was great. I love that the system sent a message with a picture and background of the tech assigned before his arrival. I'm beyond impressed with this company.

Alex was a great technician and a really friendly guy. I had a lot of questions that he seemed happy and willing to answer. He was quick to figure out the problem and gave us all of our options. The prices seemed good and fair to us and if in the future house we get the water heater goes out I'm sure to go back to Will's and ask for Alex.

They sent us Nick within 24 hours of my call . He was polite professional and punctual. We got a breakdown and estimate and he was able to get us up and running again. 2nd time I’ve used them ( once plumbing once air) and both times very pleased

We were given a time window and Joe B. called almost two hours prior to expected time to let me know he was on his way. He arrived shortly afterwards and found our leak right away. He provided an estimate for the repair to which I agreed to and he fixed the issue quickly. He was professional, courteous, and cleaned up the area nicely. Receptionist Tracey who took my call was also great with explaining fees and scheduling. Highly recommend Will's All Pro Plumbing & Air Conditioning.

I had amazing fast service from this company. Richard Wenzlaff I think was his name came out same day. The price was cheaper than I expected and best part I was able to get back to my daily routine in no time at all. Will definitely use again.

05/16/2020Another update: I finally decided to use my credit provided for the issue below to have my AC serviced. The tech was awesome, completely personable and 100% straight forward. The only issue remains the same as last time, I've since had 5 other companies out to validate the issue and for both repair and replacement Wills All Pro is 15-20% higher on price for comparable equipment. While I was happy with the service, I am disappointed they priced themselves out of being a contender againOld Issue:Update: I just received a call from the company. Not only did they apologize for the issue, they aimed to actually have it rectified if I hadn't done so myself. Instead I have a credit towards future services. As I said, the customer service aspect is top notch even if this one experience wasn't.I was truly impressed with the customer service. Multiple confirmations were sent, texts were sent when the tech was on his way. I was even provided a picture so I knew who to look for.As for the actual issue, we had an overflow tube that was too high which allowed the tank to overflow. While an easy fix, this flooded our bathroom so we were trying to handle bigger issues and didn't have time at the moment to run down to Lowes/Home Depot. This is $20 worth of parts in total from your local hardware store so I was expecting $200-300 for a plumber to replace it. What I got was multiple options, $250 to replace only the overflow tube or fill valve but not both (thus still leaving me with an issue), ~$500 to replace both or ~$1000 to replace the entire toilet.With all the great ratings I'm truly disappointed. While the service itself was great, the pricing was insane considering it's 15 minutes and $20 worth of parts. I was surprised and chose not to use the service when I was advised i could be charged $250 but not fix the issue fully which I was told with a straight face while my kitchen ceiling was leaking water and coming apart. The worst part is the plumber turned back on the water to diagnose the issue and left it on to go pull together the prices. We noticed this once he left but already had even more water pouring onto the floor thanks to the oversight.I'm sure they're a great company but I hope they read and address this type of issue in the future.

Michael Angel's arrived on time and went to work right away. Not only did he fix the failure but also corrected other potential failure problems. Even after injurying himself he stayed and completed the job. I would not hesitate to call Will's All Pro Pluming. I would recommend to family.This is the second time I have used this business because the first time they did a good job, however today was just the opposite. First they missed my appointment time and date. Second they bled freon from my AC unit while doing a test and I had to repair attic pull rope. Most importantly they did not perform the services they told me they would do and was told a supervisor would call me back within one to two hours. Four plus hours I once again called them and told the same thing. Would not recommend this company for AC or pluming!!!

I just want to say THANK YOU to John C of Will's All pro plumbing and AC. he came out today and help me to understand more about my water softener. I agreed to replace it with a new one costly but well worth the cost of the unit and piece of mind about my appliances. John you are a superior technician in your business your Company should be proud to have such a technician of your caliber and knowledge working for them. They helped me when I was stressed due to busted water softner which clogged all faucets in the house. Setting up appointment was quick and easy over the phone and the service tech Michael Angelo was amazing. He troubleshooted my problem within 10 minutes and was able to get parts and fix everything the same day!!!This problem was misdiagnosed by another plumber before and without a fix!Highly recommended company if you need solution to your plumbing issues and don’t want somebody getting trained in your house!!!

Awesome service, went from chatting on their website to opening my door to the technician in less than three hours. Mario was a great tech and super friendly, he gave us the straight-up, and didn't try to oversell us on anything that wasn't absolutely crucial at that point in time. When Texas inevitably breaks our A/C again, we'll be calling this company.

Adam had good rapport with me as a new client. He explained the gas fireplace in a way I can operate it safely and efficiently. He included safety tips as well. Excellent customer service. Quickly came out, identified the issue with our backed up toilet, and had it working again in no time flat! Also had solutions for the stagnant water smell that sometimes comes from our drains. Very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I woke up over a week ago with about an inch of water towards the back of my garage near my washing machine. Did not know where it came from. I went to work and a coworker recommended Will’s All Pro.I called them and scheduled an emergency appointment for late morning. 20 minutes later Samantha called me back and said she could have a technician out there in 35 minutes. John arrived on time and listen carefully to what had happened and went to work checking out the issue was. After looking at everything he came back with 3 different options for me to choose from that would work with my budget.After starting the work John and Matt found out my main sewer line had some issues that needed to be taken care of. John once again wrote up some options for me.What was supposed to take a max of 3 days took over a week to fix due to the original builder cutting corners that now John had to remedy. (Let’s just say it included a jack hammer because my front yard had a huge boulder under all the dirt and turf, and the original line went up and around instead of being put in straight)Through out all this John and Wills All Pro, kept me up to date with the progress. John was extremely professional, warm, hardworking and honest. I will be definitely hiring Wills All Pro again for my gas fireplace and check ups on my AC and furnace and will be asking for John!!

Quick service on a holiday crisis. Michael showed up quickly and was completely professional and totally competent. A little pricey? Yes, but it was Thanksgiving morning and I was told what the cost would be ahead of time. I was charged exactly what was quoted. The staff was very professional, I was able to get an appointment quickly and they kept me informed of when the technician was coming and sent a picture of the technician. The technician, John, was very helpful and answered all of my questions. He showed up when he was supposed to so I was not waiting around. He was informative and kept me up to date about the products that needed to be ordered, but even that turn around time was quick. John was very nice and professional, we would use him and recommend this company again!

Though I was given a 2 hour window for Doug to arrive, he was there in less than 30 minutes! He took the time to explain the different options and used no pressure to upsell anything while there. This team originally came out to work on my neighbors plumbing and as I was getting my mail, I asked if they had time if I could ask about some pressure issues we were having. They were happy to assist and stayed late to fix our problem the same day. They ensured that all co-related areas (water heater, sprinklers) all worked together. We had an emergency plumbing issue on Friday evening. Roger came after hours and was able to remove the busted hot water heater and cap off the pipes to allow us to have water until he was able to return the next morning and install a new hot water heater. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was also able to take care of a few other issues while he was here that needed to be addressed. I highly recommend Roger and the company.

Price was higher than the competition, but they did respond quickly and on a Sunday night when I had an emergency. I paid $250 for an emergency visit that was $150 from all my other quotes. The technician was a nice guy and very professional, but didn't have the right parts to cap my pipe off and installed a temporary fix. I would have been forgiving of that in my review if the price wasn't so much higher than the other quotes. I selected them because they were the fastest to get here, but they lost my long term business because of the cost. It is a shame because had the prices been more competitive I would give them a glowing review for customer service.

We are in another service company's Rescue Club (yearly contract for priority service). However, when our water heater started leaking I called and was told the soonest a technician could arrive was the next day. Because the estimate was higher than we could comfortable pay, we decided to call around. We did take a few bids and that's how we discovered All Pro Plumbing! The technician came right away and literally went above and beyond in not only the pricing but the service and workmanship. Michael Angeles was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. Wish we would have discovered this company when we moved to San Antonio and bought our house in May of this year. My experience was excellent. My dog was coming in from the backyard with muddy paws although no rain for weeks or watering in back. I found a puddle that kept filling in the yard. Having used Will’s on other occasions, I knew they did excellent work for a reasonable price. Andrew arrived on time, dug to find pipe with leak. He showed it to me, gave me a price, and fixed it assisted by Anthony. They were both totally professional, and I am delighted with the result. Will definitely hire Will’s again.

Samantha was able to give me an appointment the day after I called for a repair. Doug Rivera was on time and completed his work within the time frame he gave me. He gave me two options for a remedy to our leak. In addition, and without extra charge, he replaced the salt in our water softener (we had purchased bags earlier) and checked our home's water pressure. I am very pleased with his work and professionalism!

Michael Garcia was a great technician. He explained my options and his suggestions to replace parts were spot on. I wasn’t sure if I was going to replace a part but eventfully I decided to change it and as a result I saw the part was not longer effective and damaged. It was a safety valve and I’m glad I changed it. Kept the family safe. No pressure sales just informative and allows the homeowner to decide what to approve. I highly recommend this company.

Luckily I was able to meet Adam Shannon, Rodger Morin and mike Garcia. I had plumbing question regarding water heating and softening because I was having issues at my house. All three of these guys were extremely informative and shared past experiences with me. They gave me different pricing options which ultimately made my decision making much easier. My service from call to completion was terrific! I had a leak on my side of the water meter. They were able to arrive within the hour of my initial call. Richard W was a pro! This is the second time that I’ve called Wills All Pro. I like that they respond quickly and do a thorough check of the plumbing. They will go over the results in detail and alert you to any problems that you have or may have in the future. I also like the fact that they guarantee their work. I am so happy I called to get my A/C repaired. JR was great. He took the time to look at different options to figure out what the problem was. I called this company to fix my broken shower head assembly on Saturday. The technician said it was missing two screws and he had to reassemble once completed.He showed me the price breakdown and due to this being a significant issue I willingly paid for the service of $689. It didn’t sit well all weekend and I requested to speak to a manager.The manager gave me his politically correct response and because I’m a veteran he then tried to give me some other offer but needed approval from the big boss. I asked about price of materials and labor for the current job but that’s not how they gauge the job.Two screws, reassemble the shower housing unit, and the technician was completed in less than 30 minutes once he started the job. So this is how veterans are treated in the state of Texas which is a TOTAL RIP OFF for any consumer.And to think I went overseas to Iraq and Afghanistan to fight for people and companies like this. It’s very shameful to know this company took advantage of a consumer after I tried to rectify my concern.Needless to say I will not be using this company in the near or distant future.

I discovered a leak in my front yard that was repaired previously by another company last year. I called a couple of other companies and they were not able to come out until next week. When I spoke to Will's, I was given the service fee amount and that it would be waived if I went with the repair. The appointment was set up for later in the afternoon for the same day. Will's called a few hours later and could get the plumber out even earlier. I then received a text message with the plumber's picture and bio. He gave me the estimate, which was a flat rate and guaranteed it for 6 months. He explained everything that he was going to do and showed me where the plumbing cracked from the previous plumber's work. I feel confident in the work performed and that I should no longer have this issue. Thank you Doug for all your hard work and for taking the time to explain to make sure I was comfortable with the repairs.

I just had Javier come over to do a clean and inspection on my heating/cooling unit. I was very impressed with his knowledge of my system and how he explained what he was doing and what I should be done in the future. I have never had an ac tech person explain in detail what my thermostat is capable of doing and how it would help heat and cool my a house in a more efficient way. We were experiencing some issues with our HVAC unit; it ran but wasn’t very efficient. After noticing some unwanted moisture, I called aroundh to various companies for assistance. When I made my selection, Mario quickly came to my house, checked out the system and laid out my options. After finding the best fit for me, Mario went to work and made all the necessary repairs. He was respectful of my home, worked efficiently and quite yet, and cleaned up after the job was completed. I would recommend Mario for all your service needs!

Prices charged are way too expensive!Intake person for making appointment was very friendly. John the actual plumber was friendly and knew what he was doing to make the repair.My complaint was that they don't give you a ballpark estimate until they come out and obviously see that you live in a high-end gated community and own a big beautiful home and I don't think $700 for a couple of hours of work is a fair price.

All my questions were answered and procedures explained in an understandable fashion. Showed extent of damage to water line, possible cause of damage, prior to commencing repair. Insured no further leaks were encountered and explained warranty.I only gave 4 stars due to problem completing payment method. I had to become personally involved with the financial institution doing the financing. I have had previous work performed by Wills All Pro using the same financial institution without a hitch. Rather frustrating, especially having an open account there. You would think the finance dept. @ Wills All Pro would be well versed on the requirements of the banks they use for 3rd party payment for services.

The company, Will’s Plumbing and Air, was in constant contact with me over this appointment and let me know when the technician would be arriving. The technician, Husam, was very professional and polite. As he was working I asked him questions about what he was doing and the results. He answered my questions and showed me photographs he had taken of the wiring and compressor in the air conditioner He also looked inside the attic briefly and made some recommendations. Very pleased.

Sam was very polite and courteous. He explained everything in great detail. I had my AC/Hearing unit and Water tank replaced. They were out installing these units on Christmas Eve of all days. I really recommend this company.

My concern isn't the lack of knowledge of the technicians hired but rather their pricing structure, a serious concern which has me questioning the ethics of this company. For a simple repair I paid over over $1,300 to fix (a two hour job). When I spoke to my general contractor and told him after the fact, his jaw nearly dropped to the ground. I honestly can't say I have ever paid a doctor or attorney this kind of money; it's appalling. Please do your homework and know that there are small businesses who truly care about helping people and aren't out to gouge customers who are in emergency situations.

I called Will's because my main sink drain was clogged. The responder showed up 2 hours late, then proceeded to try and pitch a 425$ Band-Aid subscription service. That was the cheapest option. I expressed my displeasure and after convincing his manager via phone call, the price was lowered to 350. I once again expressed displeasure and the price was lowered to 250. I decided to not try and argue anymore and simply asked the responder to leave. This business uses an insidious and malicious model that preys on the elderly, ill-informed and disabled. I recommend using extreme caution and acquiring multiple quotes before deciding on Will's. Thank you for reading, hope this saves someone a headache or a dollar.

Mario was very professional and was able to help me. I had called Superior HVAC from Austin for a tune up and literally left it not working. I was very distraught since we are in the middle of summer. Mario was able to fix in a few hours and was able to communicate with me our next steps in maintaining my system clean and in workinh conditions. Will’s All Pro Plumbing did an impeccable job! They sent texts with the technicians photo and gave curtesy calls to let me know what time the tech would arrive. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. John, our plumber, even showed up 30 minutes early and I set the appointment the same day because of a leak in our garage. There are cheaper options, but you definitely get what you pay for with these guys! I got an HVAC Inspection scheduled for the day after calling to set up an appointment. Fabian was the epitome of professionalism: on time and very approachable, personable, and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and gave me several different options that I could choose from, and he was able to come back the next day to do the actual maintenance. You can just tell he's an upstanding guy. Dude is seriously best friend material. 10/10 would hire again.

Sam was a true professional. After arriving between the window set, he listen to our needs and reviewed the situation and came up with the perfect solution for our budget. Great company with great service. They initially sent out a technician who was very informative, however, I hadn't agreed to the services yet. When I did, the original technician was already on another job. I explained to them how hot my house was and they were able to send someone else. Sonny showed up and was able to get our house cooling for the night until he could come back the next day. Mind you, I called in ther afternoon and he was here within about an hour. It did take 3 days to complete the install but that was because he was by himself for the most part. Our whole system was changed out and our house is cool again and we were very happy with Will's all pro and with the service Sonny provided. Definitely would recommend them.

First of all, Mr Roger Morin, the assigned plumber, arrived at the designated time.? Secondly, he completed the goal of our request. He successfully stopped the water leak, our reason for the service call. Thirdly, since there were other problems, he cordially recommended that our future plumbing needs should be addressed as soon as possible. Daniel was the plumber who worked on both our bathrooms. He was there all day working and into the night past 8:00pm by the time he finished. He had a very good attitude and was very courteous. It ended up being a much more involved job than what was quoted by the estimator but Daniel never complained. He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. I would recommend Daniel again without any reservations.

Wow! I'm not one to leave a review but I was so totally impressed with Chris at Will's all pro. Scheduling was a breeze, he came on time (I even got a courtesy call). He was professional, thorough, and even told me how to fix a few of our problems myself. He drafted up a written estimate from his iPad and emailed it to me before he even left. We are selling our home and completing repairs and I've had about 8 different contractors in and out of here over the passed several days. He stood out way above the rest.

AC went out on a Saturday, had an appointment with another AC company for Monday morning. But they were a no show on Monday morning. We had already suffered through a long weekend of horrible heat. Moses and assistant showed up promptly at 9 the next morning and within 2 hours I had cool air again. From start to finish everyone was very courteous and professional. Great company! The company sent a text to confirm appointment and sent a picture of technician named Richard Wenzlaff. The technician quickly accessed the situation . Then gave me three options to correct plumbing issues so that I could decide the best option for my situation. The technician assured me that they had their own people to complete the entire job from start to finish, which was the option I chose .This comes with a 2 year warranty. The pricing was fair for the work done with warranty. The technician that came out to do tile work was very knowledgeable of how to complete tile repair properly and to our satisfaction. His name was John Olivares. If I need any plumbing repairs in the future, I would not hesitate to call Will's All Pro and request these technicians again. Today is a Friday so tile work is to set and cure over weekend. The plumbing technician will call next week to set appointment to install all hardware to complete the job. What I love about this company - their communication. They are easy to book with over the phone. They send follow up texts and emails to remind us of our appointments - we book weeks in advance because of our work schedules. They send text and email with the employee's name and photo when they are on the way to our home. It gives me the feeling of security knowing who to expect at my door.They are quick to complete the work we request. Have a detailed invoice and clean up any mess they may make. All in all, we have been extremely pleased with the AC/Heating tune ups we have received.

Fabian Salazar was amazing from the start!! Goettl was able to give me a much better deal than two other companies offered, and I got a better warranty than was offered with the other companies. I am so beyond satisfied and happy with the work Mr. Salazar came to do. Fabian was knowledgeable, and friendly, he listened to my concerns and actually showed that he wanted to get the work done asap and did it all the same day he came, even though I had a late appointment scheduled. Cannot say enough about how wonderful Will’s All Pro is! Our plumber was Mark Vargas and he was absolutely fantastic! We found out late one Saturday night that none of our tubs were draining. Mark showed up within the hour and had us back in business in about 20 minutes! His expertise and professionalism was very impressive! They’ve made a client for life!

Roger M. is confident and knowledgeable, has great customer service, remained professional, and did a great job diagnosing and correcting our slab leak (5 stars for Roger M). He located and capped our old copper pipes and rerouted the required plumbing using current pipe materials routed through the attic. The initial quote was diagnosis only. The reroute was an entirely separate price. Since we had a slab leak, we really didn’t take time to request other quotes and recommendations. The cost was considerably higher than I anticipated, but the customer service and workmanship seemed spot on! It was frustrating that the second plumber did not arrive until it was time to wrap the pipes in the attic with an insulated material and clean up the work areas. Overall, I’m satisfied. Hoping we won’t need any repeat services, but would feel confident in hiring Roger again (5 star for him - marked down to 4 star simply due to price over $5K!!!).

Called this morning and got service this afternoon (Saturday). They are great about communicating to let you know when to expect them and when they’re on their way. They text with the name of the technician before his arrival. Our tech was very courteous and respectful. He fixed our issue and we are very pleased. This is the second time we’ve used this company (2 different issues) and we would definitely call them again in the future!

Texas All Pro Plumbing made the mark with me by providing same day service needed at an affordable price. Everyone from my initial call with the dispatcher to my experience with John, the Technician was awesome. They were easy to talk to and did everything they said the would, same day even! I also received an after service call from their Customer Service Representative the next day to ensure that all of my concerns were addressed and my problem was resolved. Now that is the type of service I can truly appreciate! Thank you, guys!

When i called Wills the two young ladies Natalie, and Tanya were real attentive with great customer service. I was kept informed of my set appointment through text and called when my plumber was in route. Doug Rivera was real Professional, honest, and kept me informed of the work he was doing. Ali his helper was also a nice courtese young gentleman. I HIGHLY will use WILLS ALL PRO again, and recommend to my friends.

Benjamin T. was sent to my house for a leaking water line. He was very diligent, meticulous and professional. He went over the estimated repair cost prior to starting the job. I was very impressed with his work ethics, attitude and friendly personality. I would certainly recommend him and Will’s All Pro for any plumbing needs and repair.

Above and beyond service! Ask for Adam Shannon! Such a great guy! He talks with you while he's working so you don't feel uncomfortable while he's under your sink. He will even clean the under sink after he's done to make your life easier! The company is a solid choice. It's a low flat rate for simple clogs without work and you only have to worry about pricing if they have to actually take things apart and snake the lines. However, the pricing is reasonable for the services received and the 30 day guarantee that comes with it. Thank you for your great service Adam! ^_^

This was my first time using Wills All Pro and was definitely satisfied with the service from tech Sam Edward. He was very thorough and explained everything that needed to be done. Even though it was a small job, I expected it to be over 700 to 800 dollars, but price was definelty fair for the job that needed to be done. I will definitely continue to use this company in the future.

Will's All Pro was the first people who contacted us and we called them back. They were very courteous on the phone and prompt on coming to our home.When the plumber arrived (Tony Cantu), he went over all the issues and gave a quick assessment. Then, he let us know the possible prices and what he'd be doing before he began the work.He was very professional in what he did and thorough. After he finished the job, he discussed what he found and what to be looking for in the future. He cleaned everything up and was on his way in no time.I'd call them for my plumbing problems in the future based on how professional and courteous the entire team and process was.

Roger was very helpful during our time of need. We had a leak that caused a lot of water damage and he helped us promptly locate a restoration service. Andrew was wonderful! He was very knowledgeable, had excellent people skills, and explained everything he was doing. He showed me the inside view of my sewer drain using his camera. He went above and beyond his job and marked where an issue exists on the City's property for them to know where they need to go into the street to repair their portion of the line. I am thoroughly pleased with Andrew's overall performance.

It was great. I had seven things to be fix or replaced. Joe listened carefully. Explained fully how he was going to correct them. Walked me through the choosing of a new kitchen sink and facet. Which involved many questions on my part. He even remembered the name of my dog from a previous visit.I was pleased with the costs and quality of the work.

My hot water tank was leaking and Brandon M. from Will’s All Pro was at my house to work on repairs in less then 1.5 hours. He was very courteous and professional, and explained every repair option to me in an easy to understand way. The repair itself looks great and my hot water is functioning properly again. I will be using All Pro again for future plumbing repairs.

Everything about this experience was the way awesome service should be. James answered my phone call (3 others didn’t even do that) like he enjoyed his job and talking to people. Service was offered sooner than I was able to accept it but ultimately at a time when I was available. They called ahead prior to arrival, and were on time. Mike was personable, professional and helpful. Fixed my problem. Great communication throughout at a reasonable price.

I was very pleased with the services I received today. Javier the technician and the other assistant were great. They explained everything to meet thoroughly and answered all my questions. I was impressed with the overall service, from customer rep Betty to the technician. You are texted a photo and short biography on the technician before arrival. My technician Roger was extremely polite and seemed to be very knowledgeable about my plumbing issue. He honored the price he quoted upon arrival, even though his company tablet was giving a higher price when he finished the job. His tablet was giving him connectivity issues so I had to complete the transaction over the phone with Terry. She charged me even less than Roger's original quote. I felt very comfortable with my overall experience with this company and even scheduled one of their AC techs to service my system soon.
