This company has gone above and beyond for me. I called Aaron and he was quick to come out to assess my needs. I had several issues that needed to be addressed and they did each one promptly and efficiently. Aaron and Matt changed my shower fixtures due to a leak, installed 2 new toilets, put in a water softener and installed a new dishwasher. Very reasonable pricing too! This company should be proud of their hard working employees!

I just had to take the time to recognize this awesome company! From the start of the job (setting the appointment) to finish Mr. Rooter is five stars all the way! The booking process was so fast. I called after normal business hours, but I was still able to get an appointment the following business day. They gave me a heads up of when they were arriving and the technician, Dan, arrived on time exactly as mentioned. Believe or not some OTHER companies have told me they were on the way and showed up over an hour later or not at all. And as far as the service review goes, Dan is definitely an integral part of what makes this company so great! He was very knowledgeable and professional when addressing my issue. He was also speedy and efficient. I appreciate the amazing service, Mr. Rooter!

For now, my review is only my estimate, as no work has been done yet. However, I was shopping around for quotes and got the impression that this company is far more interested in doing a job right and well than they are in making a quick buck.Danny came out for us today on short notice after we were offered a cancellation time slot. He spent several hours (reasonable due to the state of the issue) on the property going through and assessing our mess. He was courteous, polite, upfront about costs, personable, informed, and kind. I've seen complaints on here about the work being pricey, but I honestly feel the quote I was given was very fair!No one likes emergency plumbing issues, but I feel like I have a company I can trust to treat me (a young woman and first time homeowner) with the same respect as any other reasonable client. Now let's just hope their plumbing work is as good as their customer service!

Dan Perkins of Mr. Rooter really helped our family. We are caring for an ill relative and the only toilet she could use in our home wasn’t working. We tried for over an Hour to fix it ourselves but got nowhere before we reached out for help. Despite being after hours, he showed up promptly with a professional and compassionate demeanor. He had us back in service promptly. We are grateful for the excellent service and highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs. Thanks Dan!

Andrew was great he told me it would cost me $422 to unblock our sewer line. He fed the snake in & within seconds had it taken care of I told him the reason it does this so he used the camera to see. He ended up charging us $125 & even went with my husband over to the Windy Meadows office to show them that they messed up when connecting house line to sewer line. Thank you Andrew

Roger the service was profession. Knew what he was doing. Though my problem was not fixed he reduced his service call fee to compensate for not rectifying the blockage in my sewer. He should be commended for his courtesy, professionalism and knowledge

Andrew the plumbing professional that provided our service was great. Clean, courteous, friendly and a good communicator. Explained everything very well, didn't make me feel like an idiot.

Called Mr. Rooter based on a referral from a colleague. I contacted them on Tuesday and they were able to schedule a consultation on Wednesday morning from 8AM-9AM for a quote. I received a text to confirm the appointment, a call when they were on the way, and a text with a photo of the plumber that would be on site. They arrived within the time frame provided. Peter Smith was polite and efficient. He assessed the work, created a quote for me, and was able to do the work same day! The install took a little over 2 hours, including the time it took them to go get additional parts for the install that I had not purchased with the water softer. Peter set the softer up, put in the salt I had purchased, took away all the trash, explained how the unit would work and informed me of a 90 install warranty. He captured before and after photos, and emailed the receipt and pictures as soon as the payment was taken on his iPad. I was very impressed with Peter and Mr. Rooter!

Milo, the technician, was extremely helpful, and did an excellent job and in a short amount of time. I am very happy with the service from this company.

The repair was not performed because it was on the Sprinkler side of the yard. The repairman was very honest and he turned off the sprinkler system at the curb. I will now call the Sprinkler Company for the repair.

I had a clog in a main sewer line, I was expecting it to be around 300 dollars, I called a local competitor that was going to charge me 400 to unclog the main line and 400 to install a wax seal on a toilet. I called Mr rooter, not only did they arrive 30 min early on the scheduled appointment, but they charged me 300 to unclog the main sewer line and 200 for the wax seal. Now I know that many are very handy and can do the job your on your own, but sometimes you don’t want to deal with stuff like this. Yeah maybe there are other competitors that may charge a little less but I just want to make it clear that Mr Rooter was very polite, punctual, and straightforward with pricing. They were very easy to work with and I would recommend them to others and use the service again.

Mr. rooter came with issues from the start! They came and dug a 17 ft tunnel under my house to only find out they dug in the wrong area and had to restart. There was barley any communication, they would up and leave without saying anything and also left their trash in our yard. Problems got worse when they ended up breaking through the floor in our bathroom breaking a tile, while we waited on a decision from them on when and how they would fix it, they finished their job and we noticed the sprinkler system in our yard was broken as well! After weeks of waiting for a reply on fixing our tile we were just informed that they will not be fixing our tile because “it would cost them too much money”. We didnt ask for them to fix EVERYTHING they broke just the tile! And they refused to do that! I am applauded at the service we have received from them and wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy!! How unprofessional is it to come to do a job, break other things and not fix them! And reply it will cost them too much money! Well what about your clients!? We had to pay for this horrible job and now have to pay to fix the tile AND the sprinkler system! I’m extremely disappointed!

Mr. Rooter is a company I don't hesitate to call! Everytime I have needed them, they are always professional and seem to have the customers best interest at heart! Today, Armando came to my home to look at a couple issues going on. Armando gave honest feedback, advice, and was extremely kind! Thank you Armando and Mr. Rooter!

We had a tankless water heater stop working recently and start giving error codes. I had tried other plumbers who were quick to recommend a total replacement for ~$6000, so I looked for more opinions. Called Mr. Rooter and set up an appointment with them. They had an opening a day earlier than scheduled, so they called to reschedule and come immediately. Reno and Roy showed up, and had the problem diagnosed and fixed in a few minutes for only the dispatch fee. I will definitely recommend them in the future, and I've found a new plumber.

It was time for me to replace a toilet in my guest bathroom that was installed by Sitterle in 2006. I had also used this firm to install a reverse osmosis (RO) system in May 2021. The filters for the RO system were good for one year and also needed to be replaced. The employees at Mr. Rooter went over and above to try to locate replacement filters for me! The work was completed quickly and very professionally by the technician (kudos to Mr. Armando Olivares!!).

Dan arrived promptly at the scheduled time give me a quick estimate explained the work and very quickly completed it. The did a pressure check and insulated the pipe. He explained the warranty all. Fast efficient and professional. Thank you.

As a new home owner (3 years but still feel new) I am so happy that this was the company that came to my aid! Aaron was amazing. As a female home alone I am selective about who I want in my house and Aaron was professional, polite, and will be the plumber I work with moving forward. Mr. Rooters prices were reasonable and the service is definitely top notch!

Went on the website setup for a job estimate and within a few hours got a call back to get up a time later same day to have someone out to my house. Dan showed up on time took a look and within minutes know what the problem was and how to get it done. He got it done in no time and left no mess behind. He was professional the whole time. Like many people after the Texas Winter Storm of 2021, we had busted copper lines. Mr. Rooter was many of the plumbers I called and actually returned my call. I cannot thing them enough for their dedication and service. They got me scheduled and their plumbers (Tony and Dan) were top notch. Their dispatch (Katie) was professional and got me the help I needed in amazing time. I cannot refer them enough for their amazing work and professionalism. They came and fixed my copper pipes and gave my family and I the water we needed to live. Moreover, they did it in the most expedient way. They even had to go meet other colleagues to gather the parts we needed to fix our leak because they did not have on their truck. They did and were utterly amazing!!!!!!! Use them again and again. They truly saved my family's lives. Water is that important and they gave us that capability back. I'd give them a million stars if I could. Use them with confidence and know they will do you right, charge you fairly and bring you the desired result.

I was moving into a property and had old, corroded plumbing much that was overlooked or missed by the inspector. I called Mr Rooter and they sent Peter Smith to the property. He was prompt, professional and thorough. Peter noted things that weren't code and connections that had sloppy repair. He explained everything to me and gave me approximate cost as he was working through it all. Equally important was the communication with the office (Amanda). She is polite and professional and always gave me a status update. I'm particular about workmanship, professionalism and communication, and for those reasons I will continue calling on Mr Rooter for my plumbing needs. They are exceptional!

Mr. Rooter has ALWAYS provided professional, efficient and cost saving services to me with handling issues at my property. Living a long distance away, Mr. Rooter has handled service calls and repairs via telephone, have constantly kept in contact and completed those repairs in a timely manner! We made a call to Mr Rooter in San Antonio and explained that it was for my 94 and 90year old in-laws. We were so so pleased with the promptness, competence, kindness and pricing of the job. Our technician was Carlos Medellin and he ranks as the number ONE best ever. He showed compassion, and we knew immediately that he was honest and knowledgeable. Our whole family is grateful and will definitely be repeat customers of Mr. Rooter and hopefully Carlos.

Mr. Rooter was recommended by Ramjack after our foundation leveling. They gave an honest evaluation which showed no leaks. I knew I needed a new water heater and was impressed with Carlos who had provided the eval. So, I asked him to look at our water heater and also do an estimate for a pressure regulator. Carlos explained everything to me, was clearly very knowledgeable and showed me a few important non cost things. He came and completed the work within a day of my request, and our water system is improved greatly and at what i feel was a fair price.I have been looking for a plumber I could trust for several years and really feel that I have found that with Mr. Rooter.

My husband and I wanted to commend Larry Harrison for his professional and friendly service. He was thorough and efficient and explained what he was doing and finding throughout the process. We’ve had another company come out, take our money and leave us hanging. Larry was a Godsend! Since we began with our plumbing issue over 2 weeks ago, this has been the greatest response and interaction with a plumbing company we’ve ever had and that includes initial contact with companies for bids.Mr. Rooter is reasonably priced and I recommend this company, and in particular Larry Harrison, to anyone who wants a professional, knowledgeable, timely, and courteous, plumber.

They came right out to my grandfathers home the same day to fix a leaking pipe. Though they were expensive they provided great quality work, and Armando our plummer was great.

This was our second experience with Mr. Rooter and it was very good. They were able to get out same day when other plumbers couldn’t come (for an emergency) for 2-3 days. The technician (Carlos M.) was on time, knowledgeable, professional and very nice. Plumbing issue was resolved quickly.

This was on a Saturday and they responded to my call very quickly which I thought was a slab leak. The technician that came was very receptive to my concerns and after putting on booties and wearing a mask (Covid 19) checked out the issue and found I only had a pipe that was in the wall under my sink that had sprung a leek and fixed it right away. Much to my relief no slab leak (water was spotted coming out of wall at foundation level outside) made my day. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again. The owner actually called me and made sure all was ok and ask if I had any other concerns or issues. I thought that was very thoughtful for him on a week end to follow up. I give them 10 stars.

I had these folks come out a few months ago to access repairs on a clogged water line. The first visit bombed as the technician just did seem to have the correct answers however he realized I was not happy and without me saying anything the Owner called and volunteered to come by and look at the issue personally. We had a great conversation and he was very thorough and quoted me a very fair price. At this point, I was super impressed. I was unsure about moving forward with the project and needed some time to think on it and told him I would call or text them back on rather or not we wanted to proceed. The next day I called and texted saying we did want to proceed and was told he was out of town. I continued through the next week to try to contact them and although their receptionist answered I could never get the manager/owner to call me back. He completely Ghosted me.

We are very happy with the professionalism and quality of work that we received. We had an emergency back up in our sewer pipes. They were here in about an hour. They also sent a picture of their technician with a text confirming that he was on the way. I love this extra effort that they take to keep us safe.He found and fixed the problem pretty Quickly. I was impressed with the camera system and the fact that we could see all the way down our pipes. Ronnie was very professional and informative. We will definitely use them again if we ever have a Plumbing issue.

Although the tech seemed very knowledgeable and they don't charge for consultation fees, we felt like the company was attempting to take advantage of us. To snake our drain pipe on a Friday, we were quoted $485. They told us, if we wait until Monday the price would be $175 as an inconvenience discount. I had no choice as we had family coming in for the weekend and agreed to the higher price. The tech said he needed a helper to complete it and that none were available. Maybe some good luck? I called around and had someone come out on a Saturday for the same price as their Monday quote.Maybe this tech was ready to start his weekend or Mr Rooter severely overcharges? I can't say one way or another but I know I won't be trying their services again.

The plumber, Tony, that serviced our home was great. But this company charges ASTRONOMICAL prices. They charged $390 to remove and replace a dishwasher. I admit it was a task but not for that price. Then charged $122 to clear and reset a garbage disposal which in my opinion didn’t need to be done. They also charged charged me $158 to install a $10 emergency shut off valve, which took approximately 5 minutes to replace. I usually don’t complain and this company was highly recommended to us. I have a friend who does plumbing and unfortunately he was too busy to do our work. He did say we got TOTALLY RIPPED OFF! I received an apologetic email on Friday 8/30 from the operations manager claiming they would reach out to us on Monday morning to try to remedy the situation. Coincidentally my original complaint magically disappeared. Well a week and a half later and we have not received any follow up call. I feel they take your money and move on. Upon looking at other reviews, I see complaints are quite common. I should have researched this prior to their recommendations because I clearly would have used someone else.

Great company! We needed a repair and they were there the next day. Plumber was great, even sweet to my kids! Everything was explained and laid out before any work was done, then the job was completed quickly! I would HIGHLY recommend Mr Rooter Plumbing to anyone in need of a plumber!

A time was scheduled for services but was not kept by the plumber, nor did I hear from anyone from the company until I made the effort to find out why the scheduled appointment was missed. I called and email numerous times with no return communication. I intended to go with a different plumbing service but was contacted by the Mr. Rooter plumber Larry, who expressed great concern for the poor discourteous experience, and stated he would do whatever it took to take care of the plumbing situation and render excellent service. I decided to give him a second chance and I’m glad I did! My home is an older home and Mr. Rooter came in, fixed the problem, with no damage to the mid-century bathroom! They even provided other benefits with no cost and the price of the repair was quite reasonable. I am so glad Larry talked me into it. Thank you Kaylee, Amanda, Roger, Nick and Larry for turning things around and proving that Mr. Rooter does care about courteous customer service.

Have used this business before and have had good & regular experiences, but this time it was the last time as it was the worst. Called them they indicated it will be $39.00 fee to have the tech come over and provide estimate. Tech showed up, and proceeded to let me know it will be $150.00 to open the wall and be able to provide an estimate. I was surprise as I have never been told of such high fee for just cutting the drywall to see what was going on and provide an estimate. As this was a rental and I wanted to proceed to solve the issue, I reluctantly agreed to proceed. After he open cut the drywall and sent me the picture of the leak and estimate for ~837.00. At that point I was 100% sure this was a rip off, and proceeded to reject the estimated and indicated him to stop working on it immediately. Called another contractor, and solved the problem for less than $200.00. Will not call Mr. Rooter Plumbing of San Antonio again.

Fix an expensive needed repair with a affordable reasonable price quote. The original quote never changed from day one to final work day. The value we received left our family 100% satisfied. They stayed in contact with us both by phone and email. Everything was documented via email with photos and recommendations. Would highly recommend Mr. Rooter.

Owner came out and found a leak 2 other plumbers failed to find. It took all day of digging and shoveling before the leak was detected. Mr Rooter was determined to find and fix the leak. Great service! Carlos and Matt were very helpful and found the issues with why our kitchen and master bath were backing up. A broken pipe unfortunately but we're able to show us where the damage was and gave us an great price for getting repaired. Very reasonable prices for repair and amazing customer service!Will only use these guys from now on!

What an AMAZING experience with Mr. Rooter!!! I called them on Tuesday afternoon, and they were able to get someone out to my house by 9am the next morning (right on time with their estimated time of arrival) to give a FREE estimate! Once the gentleman, Adam, got to my house, he was very friendly, informative & helpful. He was able to assess the problem and give me an estimate within minutes. The best part of all, they were able to replace my hot water heater THAT DAY! An additional gentleman, Reno, arrived with the new water heater less than an hour later and they began working. I had hot water again within hours, which was a must, because I had renters coming in town that Friday. They were also able to give me an exceptional warranty that gave me peace of mind. The entire experience was truly first-class all the way. We all know it can be tough to find a company you can trust when it comes to household repairs/service, but I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone looking for a prompt, honest & efficient plumbing company. I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing of San Antonio a few nights ago when my mother was experiencing plumbing problems with her home. Mr. Rooter quickly found an on-call emergency plumber who was immediately available to travel to my mother's and diagnose her plumbing issues at 11:30 pm. The plumber arrived shortly after midnight, and I was able to track their progress to my mother's using the handy tracking link sent by Mr. Rooter's amazing dispatch team. The plumber was quick at correctly diagnosing the problem and efficient at resolving it. They were finished after no more that 45 minutes. I would have given five stars, but all of her belongings under the bathroom cabinet had been soiled with brown water after the plumber reassured her that no damage would be done and that she did not need to remove the belongings from under the cabinet.

They installed the flo by moen smart water shutoff in our house. They were about 20% more expensive than the other quotes I got but they had the most positive reviews and were knowledgeable about the service I was requesting so I went with them. They did a good job in a timely manner. I would use them for other services.

Needed to replace a commode for my mother in law and from the beginning had great communication with Mr. Rooter. I explained my concerns about COVID19 and they explained their safety measures for customers and employees. On the day of the appointment, they reached out and notified me of when the plumber would be there along with a picture. Joe Hernandez showed up and was polite and knowledgeable. He was very professional and answered all of our questions. Cleaned up after the work was done and we are very happy with our experience.

I just wanted to give a shout out, and a heartfelt thank you, to Ronnie. Who was incredibly helpful.I called Mr Rooter at about noon on a Monday, and Ronnie was able to come assess my plumbing issue the same day.This was a situation where we were dealing with an underground pipe. I was concerned about price and Ronnie let me know that he would be happy to give me a competitive bid to take care of everything, but that ultimately if I was willing to dig to the point of repair myself, it would save considerable money. And that he could then come just repair the pipe for a very reasonable rate.Ronnie gave me his cell number and as I continued to dig, running into more questions and wanting to make sure I was doing things correctly, I texted him photos of my progress and he stayed in immediate contact with me throughout.In summary, he arrived on time, was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process.I'll call Mr Rooter again in the future, and request Ronnie!

The workers were great as well as the service, but I was charged $500 for them to cut a hole In the wall and replace a pipe.... they dont even fix the hole. This is NOTHING against the employees. They were awesome but I'd say the prices were high and they take advantage of people in need of quick repair. A total of maybe 30 minutes of work.

Roger and his team are great. Professional and to the point. It was a great relief that they were able to clear multiple clogs in my drain pipe in such a short time and such a reasonable price. Mr Rooter is my go to for all my plumbing needs.

The service technician was courteous and followed all safety protocols. When we agreed on the price for the service, the technician promptly started to work on my drain problems. It took several different technics to resolve the problem. I was very satisfied with the results. Great job!!

Wow! Had a backup problem on a commercial business. Mr. Rooter was able to clear the line, took pictures, and marked the spot with a green X. They said it was a SAWS problem. SAWS came out. The line in the street completely collapsed. They had to replace over 20 feet of pipes. Great work!

At first the customer service guy wasn't being professional but the price they gave me was better than other quotes we received so we gave them a shot. Peter the plumber got to our house in 30 min. He was professional and willing to find the problem fast. He wasn't able to fix the problem because it was SAWS pipe that had collapsed but Peter definitely tried everything to fix it first and he even stayed late to finalize everything we needed for saws. I recommend their business!

Tony and Braeden came by today to replace our Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV). We had been dealing with low water pressure for years and didn’t realize how this part is needed not only to set the max pressure in the whole house but to also maintain that pressure whenever more than one water output is used within the house. What a difference! And the job was done quickly. The owners of this company are great people too. We highly recommend this company for plumbing and drain work.

I usually read reviews before I make my choice in anything. My wife called another company to come out and look at our sewer problem before I called Mr. Rooter. It was another known company but customer service wasn't there, no courtesy calls before arriving. They started off in the wrong foot .Then we called Mr. Rooter and they set us up with an appointment with a window time. On the day of we received a courtesy call that tech was on the way and they even send you a text and email with the techs name and picture of them , you can track his location with that also. Tech arrived Larry H. Has the best customer service , he was thorough and explained ever thing to us before hand and even during the process. I will foresure recommend Mr. Rooter along with Larry if I can . Keep up the good work Larry ....

Carlos and Dan were professional and performed the work quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up after they did the job, too. Very pleasant and personable workmen. The new ADA toilets and the leaking faucet are working great!

Nick and Dan are one of the best techs out there. Had a big water leak in my front yard during after hours, Nick came out assess the problem and did his best to fix it. He returned the following day and Dan was with him. These two guys came back assess the problem and conquered it. They’ve exceeded all expectations as to what a tech for a plumbing company does. These guys are great at what they do and they did it with 0 complaints. Thank you Nick and Dan for fixing our big leak and for coming to our rescue. Mr Rooter really saved the day for us. Their plumber was able to diagnose the issue, and quickly run a new gas line and identify two leaks in one day. We were kept informed of what was being done, and of their progress, and there was a genuine desire to want to solve the problem, instead of just re-piping the entire home.

The knowledge, efficiency and professionalism of Reno and his team was well above and beyond expectations. They removed and replaced old sagging pipes and did it so efficiently that the invoice came in several hundred dollars below estimate.

The measure of a company should not be measured in what happens when they deliver their service well, it should be measured in how they respond when then don't perform as they intend. My specific story with Mr. Rooter isn't nearly as important as my experience. I can tell you that Mr. Rooter of San Antonio didn't initially meet up to its own standards but then far exceeded expectations in making things right. From the technicians who visited my home, to the service manager who sought to understand my experience and making it right, to the post-appointment follow-up Mr. Rooter of San Antonio delivered on their motto that Mr. Rooter is the plumber you deserve. My highest recommendation to Mr. Rooter San Antonio!

They have helped me twice, once for plumbing issue at my home and once at my office. They have been great! At the office, the owner actually came in person after we still had an issue after a previous failed repair. He personally made sure that everything was fixed correctly and that we were 100% satisfied. I would highly recommend this plumbing co! Finally, a plumber that I TRUST completely.

I manage an Apartment Community. This was the only plumbing company in San Antonio that would come out to save us when we had 4 pipes bust during the snow storm and power outages. Ask for Peter S. If possible, he was friendly and walked me through everything he planned on doing. Glad I now have a plumber I feel comfortable calling without worrying about paying an arm and a leg or worrying about the quality of work. He removed an old water softener that was leaking, showed up same day as I called.

I went to a different company at first where they quoted me $899 to find the leak since it was between floors. I cried because I couldn't afford it. I decided to try one more time and found these guys. They were friendly from start to finish and found my leak in minutes and for a very reasonable price. Also my cat loved them so that was a bonus.

Clogged plumbing turned into pipe replacement due to multiple cracks and/or breaks. Age of the house and improvements over time made for some interesting discoveries. But through it all Macro and others from Mr. Rooter didn't quit, found the issue and repaired it. Pricing was fair for the amount of work done, 5 stars for professionalism and dedication to quality customer service. Highly recommended for all your plumbing needs.

Joshua came out to fix a leaking outdoor tap. He is TERRIFIC!!!! Being older, he was very patient with me, teaching me the correct way to turn off the outdoor tap. He is very professional and honest. I recommended any senior to request Joshua if possible. I can't thank him enough for the help.

I could not be happier with the service I received after my hot water heater broke and had to be replaced! Joe was very professional and they got the job done in under 5 hours (and mine is up in the attic!). The staff that I've talked to on the phone were also very helpful. This was the best plumbing experience of my life!. It happened at midnight,of course, but resolved very quickly. Carlos Medelliln , a JourneymanPlumber, arrived in a hugh red vehicle completely equipped for anydisaster. He cleared my clogged toilet but explained how toilets workand my 1989 model wasn't holding up to the job. The pea trap wastotally filled with paper. The new toilets have improved on this designfunction to allow better water flow. He was able to install a new toiletthe following morning at 8:30. Wow. That's service. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing, I had a broken pipe in my yard and it was expertly taken care of with the plumbers taking extra care to not track mud in my home by using shoe covers and their Mr. Rooter door mat. I was so impressed with the service that I purchased the Advantage Plan which gave me an instant discount along with discounts in the future, preferential scheduling and a free annual water heater flush. Mr. Rooter was wonderful, which is not an easy thing to find these days!

Aaron, I was on site every day Peter and Nick worked on Strings Dr. for D. Sedgwick. While Peter was great, Nick chose to kick in the drywall (rather than cut it) to gain access to run the drain line. It makes the repair in that particular access point unnecessarily much more difficult to repair. Had Peter not been there to stop him, I would have sent Nick packing and told him never to return. Additionally, one day they were running 2 hrs later than Peter told me. I called your office to find out an ETA on the guys. Amanda said she'd call Peter and call me back. She never did. An hour later I called back in and Amanda answered the phone. It was only after I reminded her she was supposed to call me back, that she provided me with the estimated ETA on the guys. Nick kicking in drywall isn't acceptable. Amanda not following through with what she said isn't acceptable. Period.

He was curteous, respectful, and very knowledgeable. He showed me everything he did and was going to do before even initiating the job. This guy will go far as long as this company allows him to. Ask for him by name. His name is Marc Salcido. Also a fellow military veteran. I knew once we made that connection, I was able to drop my guard. I have a VERY old septic system. The laterals were full of roots and not functional. Douglas, my Mr Rooter tech actually listened as I explained the problem. I wanted him to run the cable through my lateral line as far as it would go using an existing clean-out. Unfortunately, the clean-out cap was buried and had to be located (which took almost an hour).I was ready to give up but Douglas kept looking.He located the cap and ran the cable 60-feet.The laterals were cleared and I was finally able to inject chemical root killer. Now, my septic system is fully restored. Thank you, Mr Rooter!Very professional.They even gave me $25 off my bill because I had a coupon! yay

Amazing service. Had a spicket burst on me. Water was gushing everywhere. Couldn't shut off the water to my entire house due to its age. Owner came and found a way to shut it off personally. Technician came and fixed the spicket free of charge since it was a cap job. Thoroughly impressed and would recommend the service to anybody. Top-notch quality service.

I've had some recent work done, and accommodations made for some errors on their logistics end. I can no longer complain about any customer service as it has proven to be consistent and beyond my expectations. I have to admit I was a little apprehensive, because of the fact I had four previous plumbing Co. who either were too lazy to get to work or wrote me an outrageous quote. Mr. Rooter San Antonio came through though. I met four of their plumbers and all were great people, not only that but they fixed my issue as quickly as possible and did a good job. Management Jerry and Ryan were understanding and fair with pricing, a lot more than any other large plumbing would be (my opinion). All in all I will call Mr. Rooter San Antonio for any other issues I have; granted they do not go up on prices like other companies. I would also recommend them to anyone that ask me about a good plumber.P.S I hate roots!!!!

Mr. Peter Smith quickly identified the source of the problem, developed a common sense fix and identified several other issues of concern for future consideration, and gave a quote for them as well. I highly recommend this company, especially in an emergency!

Very pricy... replaced a short pipe on exterior of house had to remove a 12 x 12 square of exterior siding to access. But $700 seemed a bit steep. Maybe $100 in parts....but to their credit they were quick to arrive on a Sunday.

Updated review: Jerry the owner was very attentive when a problem arised and made sure it was fixed. Mr.rooter plumbing was great.On a side note,I wouldn't recommend using the company they had come to fix my floor. It wasn't left as it was before the mistake was made and is uneven and incomplete.I was pleased with the service on the office side, but very dissatisfied on the actual service. Very sloppy job, the assistant smelled like smoke when he walked in the door. I'd post pictures if I knew how. The job was left unfinished and incorrect.

These guys are straight to the point. They unclogged my sewer from the roof access which a lot of companies won't do because they don't go on roofs. Guy came over and literally minutes later was done. 100% best company out here that won't waste your time.

We have a major job to be started ASAP. Tony, the technician walked us through every step as he pushed the camera as far as he could into our plumbing line. A second truck was called, in order to clean out the gunk stopping the line. We have roots invading our restroom literally coming out of the base. When commode was removed we saw the roots that were growing out into the house. SO FAR THE MAJOR JOB HAS NOT BEEN STARTED, so we will revisit the survey when the job is completed.

Service employee arrived as scheduled this morning to replace garbage disposal. Entered the house wearing shoe covering and proceeded to kitchen and installed new disposal in short order. Cleaned up all debris and checked everything to make sure it worked and no leaks. Good job.

Waste of time calling a plumber who doesn't want to dig to find a clog in a system. The plumber stood around with his arms crossed while my husband crawled around to find clogged pipe.
