Chris and Gilbert showed up to take a look at an issue that I was having and were able to show up about an hour and a half earlier than the scheduled time which was fantastic. They were able to identify the issue along with the corrective actions and even took a look at the other toilets in the house to make sure there were no other issues that could happen. The total job was finished within half and hour and they cleaned up after themselves and were on their way. They were extremely polite and professional and I would highly recommend them to any friends and family in the future.

I have gotten 2 jobs from them 1st one was all kicthen and restroom plumbing replaced they did good job.The 2nd one was shawer faucets handles.they work for few months. When I call to have them come out and fix them. David answered and said he would not do it unless I upgraded to a more expensive job.(convert to newer model) so ? there goes the warranty. So if you not going to do a big job don't hire them. They don't respect warranty. And for 500 I don't feel like going to court.

Replaced my water cutoff valve next to water meter. Techs were both very responsive and explained step by step on the repair needed. Chris was professional as well as helper I believe his name was Joseph. They were very timely in the repair.

First I would like to make a personal thank you to both Joe and Gil the plumbers that came out and did the job for us.In mu opinion both plumbers were friendly from the beginning and spoke very candidly about my service that I was needing done.I went with them because their price was in the budget I had set for my household and that Joe and Gil were willing to do the job that very day we spoke. Rockstar just replaced my water heater. They were very helpful prior to coming out, working with me over the phone on a Sunday night on how to shut everything off. They provided great customer service and were very knowledgeable answering any questions I had in a manner that was easily understandable. I highly recommend!

If you are reading this then you are here for the same reason I was. To find a plumber that you can trust that will really look at the issue and give you a fair price. I read the other reviews and called. First responsiveness I called at around 4:45 after my husband did some digging and we were not able to figure out exactly what to do and did not want to take a chance making it worse. When I called taking to Jennifer and Jess with it being so late said the next day would be best, which we were totally fine with, they allowed me to send pictures over and while I was sending the pictures over Joe was in the background and said let us come by and take a quick look - they came by that Evening within like 30 mins. First HUGE bonus just to know it was looked at - showed us immediately what the issue was and said they would back in the morning. Joe and Gilbert came out in the morning and within and hour and half they had us up and working - the price was so fair and they were very transparent. Used the best and updated parts. I am so happy I trusted the reviews and they showed their caliber not only actions but in follow up and response time they are truly top notch. HIGHLY recommend and will use again and again. Rockstar rocks!Joe H. and his helper arrived on time, repaired a leaking bathtub faucet, cleaned everything up, and even checked our water pressure in about 30 minutes.The price was very reasonable and exactly what had been quoted.Jenny was very friendly and helpful on the phone before and after the repair.Their business magnet will stay on our refrigerator for any future repairs.

They fixed/replaced our bathtub/shower drain pipe as well as installed a new garbage disposal, were super friendly and communicated all of the details well.10/10 would recommend them to everyone in San Antonio.

David and Rockstar were great! I needed a PRV and overflow tank installed and my shutoff was in a tricky spot under my driveway. David gave me a detailed quote at a good price, thoroughly explained what needed to be done, and showed me multiple options. When it came time to do the work, they got me on the schedule right away, called ahead and showed up on time, and did excellent work. A big shout out to Rockstar Plumbing!! Had an emergency on Sunday, called Rockstar Plumbing and David came to the rescue.. He was on point!!!!! He is very professional, polite, knowledgeable, dependable and efficient. He was detailed and did an exceptional job! Rockstar Plumbing was awesome! First though thank you google reviewers…your reviews were spot on. We had a water pipe burst last night and had a water leak in the garage. Plumbers would not take calls or return calls and if they did, they placed us on a 2-week wait list. Then I found David Gonzalez at Rockstar Plumbing. Great person; very knowledgeable, courteous and patient. Arrived the following morning well equipped and ready to go. Quickly identified the problems and went step-by-step on what needed to be done and then provided a very fair quote and stuck to it. Work was done flawlessly from beginning to end; all supplies were on-hand, he prepped areas appropriately, completed all needed tasks perfectly and then thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. Mr Hernandez and Gilbert were extremely professional. They responded to my request for an estimate to unclog a tub stopper and completed the job right away. I live in a 93 year old home that was in need of extensive plumbing work. When I purchased the home 2 decades ago, I fixed other thing. I delayed overhauling the pipes until I thought I could afford them. I know well that Plumbing is a long term value, comparable to any serious project in owning a home. I wanted the job done correctly. I had already checked reviews for other big plumbers and looked at the call backs from not having the work done correctly. I tried to anticipate costs based on the extent of the repairs I was expecting. I only wanted to see the plumber one time for this particular repair and installation service.From the moment Rockstar arrived, I could see the difference from other front runner higher overhead companies. I felt like a person rather than a job assignment. David's professionalism was immediate. I explained the trouble I was having and what others had told me before him. After he had a look for himself and had evaluated what he saw, he showed me with photos what my problem was under the house and detailed exactly what would be needed and what I could expect. I especially liked when he pulled out a binder with listed items and prices. He showed me exactly where the prices for the things he pointed out and arrived at a total. He told me how long he expected it would take and offered to schedule it when I could be home. It came out less than what I had planned to budget and I was able to have some other things done also, while he was there. He did it in the time he said it would completed. He did things right and showed me with photos, answering my questions.I highly recommend Rockstar. There is no guessing with them and there are no surprise costs.

David is truly a Rockstar! My elderly mother had a pipe burst due to the recent winter storm and was without water. After having another plumber no show I called Rockstar Plumbing and spoke to David. I explained the situation and he said he would be right over. I wasn't expectingthis as it was already late in the evening but when he learned she was without water he insisted he would be here asap. After identifying the problem he explained to me step by step of what he was going to do to make repair. David is very meticulous in his work, pays great attention to detail, and is very knowledgeable. Within a couple hours water was up and running. I have used Rockstar Plumbing several times for services as simple as a toilet clog and removing/installing a toilet to serious issues like broken pipes causing major leaks. Joe and David are always extremely professional, prompt and friendly. They do an excellent job, they work with a clear sense of purpose, they leave the work site clean and they take time to explain and show you what the issue is and what needs to be done to correct it. From my initial appointment to the completion of work this company was “by far” my best plumbing experience thus far. These guys live up to their name. They gave Rockstar service. I called them on Saturday morning to see if they had time to fix a shower leak. They were booked for the day but he said he would make time for me if he finished early. Sure enough he called me back later and set a time for me same time day. Guy is super nice and explained my options. He also had a notebook with set prices for the work so you know that your are not getting screwed. The menu price is the same for everyone. After calling multiple plumbers for two days and getting no call backs it was nice to have a plumber who lived up to his word and got things fixed fast. This is my goto plumber from now on. I can't stress enough how nice and professional this team is.

Joe and his assistant arrived earlier than scheduled. The problems turned out to be greater than I had described. In addition to two known leaks, they found a fatal problem with the garbage disposal. They worked quickly and had all of the necessary parts, including a new disposal unit on the truck. Clean up was thorough, and the price was fair. I'll be calling again for a shower repair in my guest bath.

Today I had to use the services of Rockstar Plumbing and Mr. David Gonzalez came to my house to fix a leak in my yard. He was prompt, professional, told me where the leak was, showed me how he was going to fix it and with what and fixed it. He was very reasonable, reliable. The courteousness he showed when entering my house was very nice he put his booties on so my carpet would not get dirty. He clean up the yard nicely before he even told me he was finished. I do not have clumps of mud all the way to my door. Upon fixing the leak in the yard he came inside and made sure all the lines where clean and clear to the house. The gentleman came and took care of my house’s emergency due to the bad weather. They were able to restore toilet to good working condition. Also, they replaced my water heater but before that they helped replace the old water heater I felt very confident and trust the gentleman because I felt the gentle we’re helping me and not taking advantage of a senior citizen. They put it up to code and replaced some of the very old lines I had. He even helped me get my lawnmower started. These guy are a class act.
