I used Big City Plumbing to find a plumbing leak at my home. Joey was the lead on the job and was very professional. Unfortunately, the leak was under my driveway and we had to make a couple of holes to get to it. However, after the repair was complete, the team did an excellent job of cleaning up. I was very happy with the service from Big City Plumbing. The price was reasonable considering the amount of time and effort that it took to isolate and repair the leak. I will definitely call Big City Plumbing for any plumbing issues in the future.

Joey & Joseph were great they came and replaced my PVR valve and told me what things that I didn’t know. They were in time and ensured let me watch them work in the process which was good so that i knew what they are doing. They flushed my water heater and did an inspection and gave me some recommendations and what to do and not do I regards to my plumbing and water softener. Rafaela and Trinity have the best customer service always called and let me know when the techs were coming and always answered my questions and convened during the week and even on the weekends!! Highly recommend!!

If you want a short review, here it is: these guys saved me almost $10,000.Here’s the long review:My house developed a leak recently and I was hit with a $330 water bill. I called some other plumbers first to diagnose the issue and they told me that I had a leak in the line from the meter to the house. They said that I would have to replace the whole line, which would involve digging up my front walkway and driveway and quoted me almost $10,000 to do so. They tried using high pressure sales tactics to get me to agree to start work immediately, telling me that I was losing $200/day in water alone. That didn’t sound right and, when I did my own meter readings, I calculated it was closer to $13/day. Not good, but not catastrophic either. I could wait a bit longer to get a second opinion.I then called Big City Plumbing. The ladies in the office were super helpful and squeezed me into the schedule that day and kept me up to date throughout the whole process. Cris came out and determined that I did indeed have a leak outside the house. However, he and Travis, the owner, were not 100% sure that the whole line would need to be replaced. Travis insisted that they come out again to locate where the water enters the house and install an isolation valve to confirm that this was the issue.Luis and Timothy came out a few days later and, when they found the tie in after several hours of digging, they discovered that there was a loose coupling at the tie in. They then installed the isolation valve, which fixed the loose coupling in the process. It turned out that this was actually the source of the leak and installing the valve fixed the issue. In the end, I was extremely happy that I only had to pay about 6 hours worth of labor and not $10,000 to the other company!I really appreciate the thoroughness, honesty, and professionalism of this company. They are very methodical and really seem to want to do the job correctly instead of trying to sell me unnecessarily invasive services. Replacing the entire water line would have fixed the issue, but they recognized that this was overkill and found a much cheaper and cleaner solution instead.In a world where it’s really difficult to find tradesmen who have any attention to detail or desire to do the job correctly, Big City Plumbing is an exception and they are a credit to their profession. I hope that some of their own plumbers will one day venture out on their own and start their own companies so that they can spread the same business philosophy.

This company helps me manage over 300 properties in my portfolio. They are definitely my go-to vendor and their problem solving skills are the best! I could do not. We had an issue with our bathroom shower drain. We called Big City and the receptionist was very nice and worked to get us scheduled that same day. Cris and James came out. They were very professional and got the problem solved, corrected and got us all fixed up. It was a great experience and it's why Big City is our plumber of choice.

Reasonable prices, This has been a tough year for us plumbing wise! I’ve had to enlist the services of Big City several times for some major plumbing issues each time they have been prompt to help us and their work is very professional. Big City recently completed a service for us. They serviced and flushed the Stiebel-Elton tankless hot water system they installed for us several years ago and replaced a leaking 1”ball valve in our water well pump house. They came to repair a water heater but we went for a new one, second time our toilet gave out and they got and installed a new one, this time was the garbage disposal. Yesterday was the second visit from Big City Plumbing with Joey and James doing t he work. They finished a repair to the disposal and checked that the new dishwasher installation last Friday was not leaking. Then they installed my long awaited refrigerator. Called in for a quote and it was actually honored when the tech arrived. No pressure to upsell services or products, which was appreciated. Signed up for a service plan and actually saved a few dollars in the end.Got my 14 yr old water heater replaced and Joey did a great job. Arrived early, was quiet, efficient and cleaned up after himself. He took the time to explain properly operating it and assured us the unit was properly sealed for CO2 leaks and how to check for future reference.Both ladies I spoke to over the phone also answered my many questions and without attitude or sounding bothered. They both were very helpful and encouraged me to call back if I had more inquires. Called Big City Plumbing on a recommendation and from the initial contact with dispatch, to the arrival of the plumber (Chris), everyone was friendly, courteous and professional. Everything was explained including charges. Highly recommended.

I was looking for a second opinion because the first plumber we used was not the best. From day one Rafaela let me vent and reassured me every step of the way until the technicians could get out to the house that they would be able to help me. She gave me an estimate of what I needed to be done, which made me feel more comfortable because the previous plumber charged us $1,100. But the estimation from this company was only a quarter of that price. Even after a mishap from the Air mitigation time from another company Rafaela was able to dispatch a team to the house to do a quick valve replacement. The team that came out to do the valve replacement was Gerald and Craig. Mind you, I just had foot surgery and was mentally drained when they got to the house. Gerald and Craig were very understanding of the frustration I had and eased my mind. They basically made me feel like I had nothing to worry about and that it would be fixed. They did the job so quickly, and we were able to turn the water back on. I am so grateful for that team because if they did not come out, we would not have been able to shower. The team that came out to run a camera in my pipes to give my insurance an estimation was Luis and Timothy. These two were troopers. I had scheduled the home warranty team, the insurance claim adjuster, and Big City Plumbing at the same time. Luis and Tim were very thorough, upfront, straightforward, forward, and exhausted all means to camera my pipes. I thank god for this company that was able to help my family and me to figure out all these plumbing issues we have. Cris and James replaced our toilet. They were very professional and explained everything as they did it. They were very efficient and a pleasure to have do work in our house. We have used Big City Plumbing for 7 years and they have always come in a timely fashion and done a wonderful job. In January we had Joey and Joseph out as our outside faucet was leaking. They replaced the bad stuff and now it is as goo as new. I would have written how great they were but I couldn’t get on Google. Cannot recommend Big City Plumbing enough! Luis and James were so helpful the past few weeks. Initially, we had them run gas to our fireplace so we could enjoy a warm fire this winter. I called BlueFrog first bc I just had them put in a new AC and was a “member.” BlueFrog plumber came out, looked at the pipe that needed to be removed & capped. And quoted me over $800. I verified that the 10 minute job of disconnecting 2 pipes and capping 1 was $800. He said yes. Another company had quoted me $275-$325.I called Big City after a recommendation of a former employee of theirs (bf of the liquor store clerk - long chain story). The guy came out said it will be $200-$300 based on how it goes, no more than $300. Took them 10 minutes. Charged me only $200!! Offered to re-light all pilots. Definitely would use Big City again!!

I forgot that I had placed a necklace with a diamond in a small container with Bobby pins that was on the shelf in the bathroom. Tim and his partner installed new faucets. They left the room without cleaning up the sink and floor area after themselves. When I remembered the necklace the next day, it was gone. I looked everywhere for several months and it never was found. Also, one faucet drain diverter did not work after installation. Gerald and James returned and corrected this without a separate charge. Previously. I had received good work from this company from other plumbers.

This is the third time Big City has come out to the house. Joey, Cris, and Travis, respectfully, have done a great job each time, and the cost was extremely reasonable!! They all arrived on time or earlier, were very informative and patient in explaining the process and all needed repairs. I have already recommended Big City to my friends and family!!

Chris and James did a great job fixing our disposal and adjusting our shower head too. Both men were very friendly and professional. Chris answered all our questions and repaired our disposal quickly and efficiently. We thought we’d need to replace our shower head, because of low water pressure, but they adjusted the settings, and it works like a charm. Prices were very fair. I discovered water gushing out of the weep holes in my house's exterior wall. There was a burst pipe somewhere . After 5 days (due to snow storm & frigid weather) of turning my water off at the main & turning it on for showers & drinking water, Big City showed up. I had the pleasure of being their customer today.Like most people in our area, I had a pipe burst with the winter storm and was without water. I reached out to Big City Plumbing and they got us taken care of as fast as they could. Understanding that they're busier than ever and they're trying to take care of everyone, I was so happy to see them as quick as we did. We were fortunate enough to have our leak not damage the main part of the house but rather a small corner of the garage. It was almost impossible to repair the broken pipe so they replaced the line coming into the house with a new line and added an easy access shut off valve right by the garage.Both Homer and Travis were professional, respectful, and easy to work with. With as much work as I'm sure they're having to do, I was impressed with how relaxed and professional they were about things. I can't say enough about how great everyone was during this fiasco. Gerald and his assistant Joseph were extremely helpful, quick and professional diagnosing our leaking water heater and changing out our shower steam unit. They installed a water pressure regulator for us and then were able to come back out and replace our water heater. They answered all of our questions and were very efficient. Rafaela answered the phone every time I called and worked hard to organize everything and take care of us. I will definitely join the preferred customer program and they are my “go to” plumbing company from now on!

This company is amazing! We have an older house and had been having plumbing back up issues on and off for a year. This time we did everything we possibly could and could not unclog it so had to call a professional. We called several different places and between outrageous prices and no shows we could not find a plumber to come out and help! Thankfully a friend recommended Big City Plumbing! From the moment we called the lady, Rafaela who answered was so professional, friendly and genuinely concerned with helping us asap! (we didn't have restroom access for 4 days at this point) She gave us prices up front and they were VERY REASONABLE and VERY AFFORDABLE compared to other places we called! We called late in the day so they had someone go over the next day asap. The technician was thorough, professional and took his time assessing the issue and explaining what he was doing. After he checked everything he determined the issue was past our property line and had to do with the city lines. To help us even more, he went and marked the road where the issue was so that when SAWS came they could locate the issue. The tech had a written statement put together for us that stated everything Big City Plumbing did and that it determined the issue needed to be fixed by the city. They told us to call SAWS and to print the statement out and put it on our front door for SAWS. The city came the next day and with the detailed report provided by BCP they acknowledged they were at fault and immediately fixed the issue that day! BCP made this unfortunate experience so much easier! They care about their customers and I HIGHLY recommend them!! Although I hope I never have any issues again I can say if I ever do they will be the first ones I call!! Thank you again BCP for your great service!

Joey and Travis came out to investigate two leaking showers and a broken faucet. They were very upfront with me about trying to repair vs replace and the costs associated with both. They were able to repair two of the issues and replace one part. They were so friendly and I really appreciated their help in making cost effective repairs. This is our third time using Big City Plumbing and we’ve been so pleased with them every time. They are quick to schedule appointments and are very easy to work with.

We've called Big City multiple times over the years to fix leaks, and each time they've been awesome - they've arrived in a timely manner and have been very professional and knowledgeable.In our latest experience, we had some work done by a different plumber that failed repeatedly to properly install a fitting underground to fix a leak and wasted tons of money and time with them. After that frustrating experience, we opted to call Big City to try and fix their mess. They came out and put a proper installation on our pipe and gave us a great warranty on their work. When we discovered that there was a new tiny leak with their repair, they quickly came out and fixed it again and did not charge for the 2nd fix and gave us a brand new warranty on the 2nd repair, without any hassle.I'll never call anyone but Big City again, they're fantastic to work with. Shoutout to Cris and Luiz for the excellent service!

Big City Plumbing was very responsive, timely, and reasonably priced. They installed a new gas line and connection for an oven and also moved my gas water heater to the outside of my house. Big shout out to Charlie and his team for being very professional when confronted by a neighbor regarding the work they were doing, and communicating with my wife and I. I'll definitely use them again!

2 AM the water alarm went off near the water heater. It wasn't the heater itself, but the expansion tank was leaking. I called Big City Plumbing right at 8 AM and was told it would be the next afternoon. Oh Lord, I had already dumped out 3 buckets of water. A few minutes later they called back that since the expansion tank only takes about an hour, they could squeeze me in. THANK YOU. It was around 10:30 when Gerald texted that he was on his way. True, it didn't take too long to replace the expansion tank; however, the tank leaked because our water pressure was too high. We had a pressure regulator installed years ago at the water softener. That is now out of code. Gerald and his partner worked another 2 hours removing the old pressure regulator and digging up the ground to install another one by the water meter.THANK YOU so much. Not sure I could have stood hours more of dripping noise and dumping the 1.5 gal bucket every two hours.I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND BIG CITY PLUMBING.

Big City Plumbing came out and found a broken water line between the city meter and my house. They systematically eliminated parts of the system being the cause and dug outside to locate where the line came into the house. They found it where we did not suspected it would be. We haven't repaired the leak yet but they were very courteous and did what needed to be done to find the problem. They kept us apprised of the cost and sent an estimate to complete the repairs promptly. Yes, we highly recommend them and would use them again.

Definitely recommend! My landlord called them on a Saturday because their plumbers were off weekends. This was Labor Day weekend mind you. My restroom and tub was clogged. I got called from them with a confirmation telling me their service expert Chris was on their way, I even got a text with a picture, I found that really great! Chris came mask on, long story short, he fell into problems where they would end up coming the next day. After trying 4 different tries, it finally became unclogged. Super glad my landlord called them, he even took pictures and found out there were roots that were growing in the drains and some paper got stuck in it. Will be getting that problem resolved soon. I am really happy my landlord called them and I am happy Chris did not give up on us so that it wouldn't have to be a two day job instead of one. Big City Plumbing is amazing. Diagnose your problem fix and leave. Chris is extremely knowledgeable. In the past he has fixed things other people could not. Very glad to have there yearly subscription service for a 10 percent discount every time they have boots on ground.

The great customer service and friendly, professional technicians have made Big City Plumbing my go-to for any plumbing issues. Cris helped me fix a few small issues after moving into my new house, and Joey recently installed a drain pan under my water heater and discovered a pipe that needs to be replaced. He walked me through why the pipe needed to be replaced, how the process would go and how much it would cost from start to finish. The office staff are phenomenal too (Rafaela is a delight). Big City Plumbing was very accommodating to my busy schedule to fix a water heater leak I had and they kept in communication with me. Chris and Travis came out, very professional and very efficient. The crews from this company cut off the L-joint where a leak occurred, capped it, and then tried to extort $1200 from me to find the pipe they cut. These guys always seem to start out so good (I had used them before) and then they just get greedy. SAD.

After interviewing some of San Antonio's top Plumbing Companies, Big City Plumbing far surpassed any of them on Service, Professionalism and most of all HONESTY! They also found and shared with me other issues that may cause problems in the future that had nothing to do with my current issue. Big City Plumbing is awesome. Working with Patricia at the office to schedule the repair she was great giving us updates about when they thought they would make it to our house after the deep freeze of February 2021. The plumbers led by Charlie called the night before to tell us we were on the schedule for the next morning. Texted us when they were on the way, they came when they said they would be there, explained our choices and options. Fixed the initial problem, then checked every faucet, toilet, shower/bath, all outside faucets, and the outdoor shower, where they found another problem, before they left. The bill was very reasonable, no flat prices that end up charging you a lot of money for something that takes them 15 minutes. Explained what to do next time to protect the one area that failed.his is the third time we have used Big City Plumbing in the last 5 years. First they replace all of our outside water lines, which did not freeze! Then then fixed a minor pin hole in a old copper water line. This time they replaced all of the copper piping that was installed by a plumber used by our general contractor during the remodel that froze and split during the freeze. I would first like to thank Raphaella who took my call and was very helpful getting me an appointment the same week! The day of my appointment I received a text notification with a picture from Homer letting me know they were on their way. Homer & John showed up within the hour of the text and ready to work on my leaking shower faucet. They replaced the part and voila my faucet was no longer leaking. We received friendly help replacing our water pressure reducing valve outside our home to increase the low pressure in the household. Joey and Travis also showed us that our water softener needed to be replaced because it had stopped working and was causing some of the water flow issues. All the repairs were less expensive than other estimates we had received from multiple companies and were completed relatively fast. We are very happy with the service we received.

Big City Plumbing was truly a blessing in disguise! We got at least 6 quotes from various agencies but they were the only ones to do a thorough investigation and find all the leaks and even fix what another company repaired. They are the most affordable and Joey and his team were a pleasure to work with!

Joey and his assistant were on time and once I confirmed the items that needed repair they walked me through what they were going to do, explained the steps needed for each repair. Gave me options before hand in the event they were going to encounter an issue with replacing some of the pipeing in need of repair. Had an active leak into my garage over 4th of July weekend. Not wanting to shut the house water off for the entire weekend, I called Big City. They sent someone out within the hour got the job done. The plumber was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They do not work on commissions so no attempt to upcharge. Rates are very reasonable. After 40 yrs with the same plumber, we decided to give Big City Plumbing a try. We were experiencing problems with our sewer so they came and fixed the problem. In their search for the cause, it was determined that a new sewer line was needed. Based on the charge for this service, which was approximately $500 less than what our longtime plumber had quoted us, we obtained an estimate from Big City Plumbing for the replacement of the sewer line. Their estimate was A LOT less than what our plumber had quoted us so we gave them our business. Charlie, Pete and Luis were very professional and friendly and not to mention the efficiency of the office staff in keeping us updated and informed. Since we mentioned that we previously bad experiences with contractors for work done to our home, we were being cautious. We have used Big City Plumbing many times. They are always friendly and professional. Our sewer line backed up. Horrible! I called Big City at 6:46 am and left message on machine. To my surprise I received a call back at 7:05 am. The woman that called was very understanding and said they would check their schedule, but would have someone out same day and she would call me back with time, etc. She called back at 1032 am and told me Joey would be at my house within 3 hours. She asked me the standard COVID questions and assured me everyone would wear a mask and would abide by COVID protocols. I really like the fact that Big City sends a text before arrival with a picture and some information on workers. Joey and Louis arrived on time and both were professional, yet friendly. They checked the problem, gave me a price and my options and got the job done. Masks were worn at all times. They are a good representation of Big City. I want to thank Big City again for prompt action. I know with the recent freeze, they must have been very busy, but made the time to help a previous customer. And because you never know about plumbing, I’m sure a future customer.

After being canceled by other plumbing companies, I called Big City Plumbing and they did not disappoint. Chris and Camden showed up with friendly, honest and very knowledgeable service. First of all the team came early. My appointment wasn't till Tuesday. I made the call Thursday and the showed up Friday. They were almost done with the job at 4:30 but realized the new water heater was faulty. They still drove out to a supply warehouse and brought back another one. Which I am not sure anyone else would have done at that time on a Friday evening. They made me feel like I mattered. A CUT ABOVE, RELIABLE, PROFFESSIONAL, RESPONSIBLE & AMAZING!!! They do not disappoint.

Big City plumbing is excellent. They are professional and prompt. I have always gotten a call from one of the office workers to let me know someone was on the way. Today they installed a water heater and made sure everything was up to code. They have also done work for us on a leaking pipe under the asphalt in the driveway and they gave us the most reasonable estimate of any other plumbing service. Charlie is great, very personable and polite. We will continue to use them for all of our plumbing needs!

I am extremely satisfied with Big City Plumbing of San Antonio, Texas. This is the second job I requested from them. I called the dispatcher on a Friday afternoon and was given a morning appointment for the following Monday. This was NOT an emergency. The plumber was punctual, clean, and courteous. He replaced a leaky outside faucet, fixed a leaky shower and diverter, repairing the antiquated fixtures. The charges were reasonable.

Everything about our service from Big City Plumbing was great. Dispatcher gave me a time and they were there on the dot. Our plumber Homer was professional and courteous. He gave me a quote and despite complications and having to work over an hour more than estimated he still stuck to the quoted price. I had a couple of plumbers from big city take a look at my plumbing today and install a new toilet. I had been having some problems with water pressure in the house. After their inspection it turned out not to be an issue (the problem seemed to have disappeared). Then they went to install the toilet. Both of my plumbers were exceptionally friendly and quick and the price for the services provided were very reasonable. They also were able to see me much earlier than I had anticipated. I look forward to using them for any additional plumbing needs in the future.

Needed service on an electric water heater. I've used Big City Plumbing several times in the past, and they're always done a great job at a very fair price. Today was no different. Big City Plumbing replaced my outside faucets this date. Joey and Travis were great as one faucet was in the brick wall being a little more delicate to replace. I've used Big City Plumbing three times already and they are the best. Very professional, knowledgeable and you can tell they have your best interest in mind. Recently my home warranty sent their own plumber to check the water backing up in my shower. The other plumbing company told me there was a crack in the pipe due to roots damage and it would cost me $6500 to be fixed, which wouldn't be covered by the home warranty. So, I wanted to hear a second opinion from a company I trust, I called Big City Plumbing and they ran a camera through my pipes and no crack was found. What a relief! They are for sure my go to plumbers and I highly recommend them to anyone.

I have just this year began using Big City plumbing at my main residence. I was so impressed with Homer and his communication skills, level of skill and punctuality and respectfulness to my concerns, I have asked him to now work on my rental house. I trust that he will be honest with me as to what needs to be done and what can wait. He never pressures me to afford more work than I am able. He answers my important questions along with my silly questions and doesn't make me feel awkward. This is very important to me since I deal with contractor services often. I believe their pricing is right in the market. Plumbing is not cheap and I cannot do it myself so I must trust and hire someone. Great service! Worked with another company through my insurance and called Big City for another opinion. Fit me in the next day, took less than 5 minutes to find the problem that was way different than I was told from the insurance plumbers. They fixed it quickly and saved me a lot of money. The plumbers were professional and on time. The old water heater was removed and a new one was placed. The installation included bringing everything up to code. I had Big City out in January when I accidentally destroyed my water main. They showed up when they said, I got a text prior to them coming and they fixed the issue quickly and improved the piping/shut off vs what was originally there. And the cost was very fair. Fast forward a month, and water is flowing out of my shut off box again... First thought is one of the new connections must have failed. Called Big City again, and they were out within 8 hours. Took a look and this time, it was on the City's side, so they called SAWS for me, shook hands and they were on their way. No charge for the service call because it POSSIBLY could have been the prior repair. These guys are serious about customer service. To all the people who think you can't find honest, reliable service folks, call Big City Plumbing.

Cannot say enough about Joey at Big City Plumbing. He showed up today expecting to replace my disposal. It took him a while to knock on my door. I went out to see what was going on and he was turning off my water main because I had a major leak that I called the city about yesterday. He told me the leak was on my side not the city’s. He called his boss to see what he wanted him to do. In the mean time, he changed out my disposal. He then went outside to dig up my pipe in the rain and repaired it. I forgot to mention he has a guy training with him. He could have easily said nothing about the water running down the curb but, he did and backed it up by fixing it. Joey you were Awesome! A week ago, one side of a rental duplex property had a water leak. I had asked some friends I know for names and numbers of plumbers. Got responses, called and no answer. Then I remembered about Big City Plumbing. I knew the wife of the owner and had referred people to them before, but I had never personally used their service. So I called to see if the could come for an estimate. They were booked solid for the day, but they said yes, they would fit me in. I called back 2 hours later and changed my call from an estimate to repair. They said no problem. On a bay they are booked solid. A hour goes by and I get a text from a number I am not familiar with. I open the text, it is a photo of Homer, from Big City Plumbing, he will be the plumber that will be coming to my address and will be there shortly. That is amazing. especially since I have not used this company before, I am now aware of who the plumber is, what he looks like and a time frame. In this day in age, that is above and beyond! Then he shows up, my father explains the situation, voices all his concerns and everything he wants looked at, fixed and checked. Homer does everything my father asked, was very professional, did not talk down to my father nor did he assume my father knew what he meant to say. Homer took his time, did an amazing job. Was so professional. My father was pleased. Today, the other side of the duplex had an emergency. I called Big City Plumbing, they were open today, Audra is so sweet and professional. Sets up an appointment for me and less than an hour later, I get a text message from Big City Plumbing with a picture of Charlie who will arrive shortly! Charlie gets here, fixes the problem, is so nice, professional, patient, courteous and did an impeccable job. I have never had this type of professionalism and courteousness from a company. From the moment you call for assistance till the moment they drive away. We will now only use Big City Plumbing!

I have had two great experiences with this company. They are quick to respond, the prices are extremely reasonable, and the staff and technicians have always been very polite. I recommend them for your plumbing needs. In one instance, they unclogged the drain pipe from my washer, and gave me a 1 year warranty on the work. This weekend, they came to replace my water heater the same day I called them. They are a really good, local company.

They were really quick to respond and sent someone out within an hour. They didn't have time that day to do all the repairs necessary, but they did a quick fix to hold me over the weekend until they could come out and do the full repair. Peter was really nice and professional. And when they were done, he took the time to go over some questions I had about future work that might need to be done.

I called Big City Plumbing 4.5 years after they installed my water softener. I could not find my receipt and only had a calendar note that they had come to my house. Liz went through their storage and found my receipt and let me know about my 5 year parts and labor warranty. The plumber, Peter, came the next business day and promptly fixed the problem. 2nd time using big city plumbing, recommend originally from a friend. I had a mushy wall in the bathroom and wet spots all over the house. I was very concerned it was multiple issue, Homer came out and was able to discover the issue fairly quickly that it all stemmed from the shower leaking on inside of the wall. He replaced the shower head and cartridge and installed a new toilet for me. These plumbers and big city plumbing are working their tails off to take care of their customers, Homer came out at 6pm with a smile under his mask (i could see through it) and was super helpful and gave me a full run down of costs and fees. Nothing hidden no extra charges in the end, highly recommend this company for any plumbing issues!!!

I noticed a gas smell under house and called Big City. They came out within 2 hrs of the call. They found the gas leak and fixed it that day. This is the second time I've used them. The first time I had a leak in the bathroom and I had multiple plumbers give me estimates. Big City was by-far the best estimate. Bottom line they do good work for a reasonable wage and I trust them. They are the first ones I call whenever I have a plumbing issue.

Today I had Homer and TY from Big City Plumbing come to my home. Both were extremely polite and professional. Having the same trouble arise several times after other plumbing companies had come I decided to give Big City a try. I couldn’t be more impressed Homer was thorough and was determined to find the issue versus finding a quick fix. Homer and Ty took great care in my home making sure to wear booties on themselves and there equipment even though I told them it wasn’t necessary but they insisted. I was also very surprised how reasonable the price was compared to the other prior companies had been. If you ever need a good honest company I recommend Big City. After numerous calls to other plumbers, I called Big City Plumbing. Audra was great at listening to my problems, answering my questions, and then was able to give an exact quote. She scheduled someone to come out within the next few hours with no added emergency fee. I received a text message when the plumber was dispatched. I'm always a little skeptical when someone comes to my home that they may not have my best interest or try to up-sell me on other items because I don't know about that particular field. Well, Antonio Solis came to my home, was very friendly, polite, knowledgeable, took the time to answer all my questions, and never seemed to be rushing. I felt appreciated from beginning to end, and I will be sure to contact them for all my additional plumbing needs. I also liked that my receipt was emailed immediately to me. Thank y'all so much!

I was not disappointed with BCP. I phoned and made the appointment. They called to notify me they were on the way, within 15 minutes of arriving. They were friendly, polite, listened to our concerns, then did a thorough exam of the problem system. They described what they found and the fix plainly, along with price, which was extremely reasonable. In twenty minutes they had everything done and cleaned up. In addition, Peter saw an item or two that could cause me problems down the line, and wrote a quote for me in case I want that done later (also for very reasonable price). I was aware of those problems and was impressed that he noted them and didn't push to do them right away, but left it to me. He suggested a tweak to my water heater to make it more efficient too. The system now works better than it had since we bought the house. I definitely put BCP as my 'go to' plumbing guys now. Very happy!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY‼️‼️ They are a rip off!! DO NOT ALLOW LUIS to do do any work or estimate if u choose to use this company, which I advise against it!! He has no sense of purpose or action. He milked finding diagnosis and did not resolve problem. He was not prepared or have proper tools, which I specifically asked receptionist since leak was under slab. He arrived and spent 10 mins in van and Spent whole time writing up diagnosis and estimate on my dime which he still did not send me until morning. Furthermore, not only did he not fix leak, which he said was “unrepairable”. However, that was not true!! He did not want to break into slab …. Which leak was right on top!! If he would have just done a little more investigation!! But, rather wanted to run a line via attic which would have been costly!! However, he did not want to do that either at that time because it was too hot!! He said he wanted to come in the morning because it was too hot and he was not going to be up In the attic in this heat!! Not only that he capped off all water leaving me with NO WATER AND LEFT WATER HEATER ON Which could have caused a fire if all water had evaporated!! I only gave them a 1 ⭐️ because 0 is not an option ????

Tony and Josh did a great job replacing our hot water heater and a minor toilet repair. Big City was one of the lower estimates that I had gotten and the final bill was actually lower than the estimate! Tony and Josh were 2 hard-working young men and professional. Definitely recommend Big City!

Peter and James were both very professional. After they arrived on time and introduced themselves, they began to explain what needed to be done and offered a verbal quote to get started. Once they got the leak area cleared out in the yard so they had room to work, Peter expressed concern over how poorly the shutoff, pressure regulator on other components were assembled. They left for a brief time to gather more supplies and completely reconstructed the area that was leaking right past the meter. Their new work even eliminated the need for one of the access panels previously in the yard. All for the original verbally quoted price. Excellent job guys!

Big City Plumbing has done many jobs in my house for reseating toilets, burning off epoxied kitchen faucets, same issue with garbage disposal but not burned off, to installing a new water valve and pipes to the bathtub. I started working for another business as an Administrative Assistant and Big City Plumbing is our go to plumber for excellence and they were there for us when we had a water leak emergency that had to be taken care of on Saturday. Big City Plumbing totally came to the rescue for my family. After a full year of dealing with several plumbing companies, we finally found one we can count on. We bought a very old home and with that comes issues here and there. Most of the time when we had other plumbing companies come by to service our home it felt like saving me money was not their priority. They felt like salesman more than service technicians.A friend of ours recommended Big City, which is how you hear about them because they don't spend a bunch of money on advertising. My wife was immediately impressed with the professionalism of Travis (owner). He was able to get James over to our home the next morning. As soon as I met James I could tell right away that he loves his job and he enjoys helping people. He accessed the situation and got the job done no problem - all while keeping us laughing with his great sense of humor.When he told us the price of the job we were amazed. The job would only cost us an amazingly fair price. This is after we had some other plumbing company come by and THE OWNER came into our house - heard what we had to say, somehow knew exactly what the problem was, somehow knew he would have to excavate, and somehow came up with a $6,000 estimate!!! I know, insane. Big City Plumbing is the REAL DEAL, and if you go anywhere else, good luck.

Unfortunately, our main water line ruptured yesterday, on our side of course, and we had to find a plumber to come out and repair it. Someone mentioned Big City Plumbing and so we read the reviews and decided that they would be the ones to call. Anthony came early this morning, evaluated the situation and had it fixed within an hour of his arrival!!! I can see why the reviews we read were 5 star, as we received 5 star service. We will only use BCP from now on for ANY of our plumbing needs and highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing service!

We had BCP come out to work on our Pressure Reducer Valve that failed spectacularly. We had been waiting a few hours just for a call back from a big name to schedule us. My wife called BCP, and they were in our driveway within an hour. The gentlemen they sent were friendly, direct, and got to work right away. And to top it off, their price was 42% of what we were quoted by the other company. Great experience, glad we found them, they will definitely be added to our contact and recommendation list.

Shout out to BigCity Plumbing. We had a leak in our bathroom a couple of days ago and had to get somebody over here to check it out. Peter and Tye from Big City Plumbing came over and were professional, humble, quick, and did everything to standard. They took the time to hear me out as I explained to them what was going on. Shortly afterwards, they started running different checks and test on what they thought the problem could be and took the time to explain to me what they were doing, what they were looking for, and why. Within a couple of minutes they were able to identify the problem and had it fixed quickly. Their prices were reasonable and left me with a 90 Day Warranty. Big City has been my plumbing company since they started. I have an older home with complicated plumbing issues. They have had to replace parts of my sewer line twice now and have had to dig under my cement foundation. They have done every thing from the small jobs to the big ones. They came on time and replaced 6 faucets i our house and replaced some other things and did a great job. This was an all day job and they were very professional and let me know exactly what they were doing and when the water would be on and off and such. Very fair price, friendly and trustworthy!

What can I say that has not previously been said by prior reviewers. In a day and age where attention to the customer experience seems to be deteriorating, this company stands out. In every way (Quality, Value, Responsiveness, Punctuality) they were there for work on one of our rental properties. We have definitely added them to our vendor list to handle our plumbing needs.

We had Homer and Josh out for a camera inspection, they were very professional with all that was done. Especially during this time of Covid, and took all precautions neccessary. Unprofessional, incorrect information given by operator on initial call. Didn’t fix the issue with the first visit, had to come out again and wanted to charge an additional amount for something that was still broken. Peter and his helper that came out today didn’t even want to stay to try and help the issue while I was on the line with the operator trying to understand the wrong quote given on the phone. During which, the guys outside were in a hurry to leave and didn’t want to wait while we sorted out the price details. When Travis, the owner, called after the fact he said that the operator doesn’t have the correct information because she isn’t the technician. Hmm, but she is the front line of your company right? He wanted to argue and be unprofessional. I understand it’s Christmas Eve, people want to be home with their families but do not give out incorrect information to begin with, don’t schedule your workers to work when the don’t want to and don’t argue with customers *after* the fact. I am well aware that “services aren’t free” as Travis so *professionally* stated, but if the issue is still not working after they’ve attempted to fix the drain with a snake (even though we told them we already did that), a little ownership and good business ownership should at least be felt and offered try to help the situation and understand where the customer is coming from instead of arguing to try and keep their pride.

The owner Travis and his crew clearly explained to us what our problem was, and options we had to fix it. They were prompt, courteous and had very fair prices. I'll definitely use them again or refer them to friends!

We had a sewer back up. Called BCP and they said they would come out within hours as we could not use bathrooms, dishwasher or any sink. They came and got the problem fixed. They called the next day to check to make sure all was still OK. I highly recommend them.

We recently had BCP come out to scope our lines during the inspection of our home and our realtor requested a quote on our behalf for the items found during the inspection as well as what was notated on our inspection report. We scheduled the appointment based off this correspondence and the assumption BCP had an understanding of the work that needed to be completed. Upon their arrival, he seemed completed confused about what was supposed to be done and that his scope stated nothing about going under the home (which was called out in the report we provided). He stated taht he called the office and they claimed to have never received this information (our emails contradict this). After wasting an hour I finally told the guy to leave since he had no idea what to do. When we notified them about the issues, Kristin responded stating that it was our fault and took no ownership of their deficiencies and inability to perform other than to offer us a 10% discount...This quote was used as part of our negotiations and now that it seems to have been inadequate we will end up paying more to have the required repairs completed.

Joey and Camden were working on a neighbor’s house, I approached them to ask a few questions. They gave me helpful information back by knowledge and a business card. I am definitely using BCP and requesting these 2 in the future!

Travis installed a sink disposal in May...I called him today because it wasn't working. All of his crew was busy but he came by and found it to be jammed. He was very helpful and seemed engaged to helping me out. I will call him the next time I need a plumber
