They were called last minute arrived early the next morning Very very happy with their work did above and beyond Would most definitely refer them to friends And definitely using them again

I will never recommend Chip Off the Old Block to anyone and will never use there services again. I had an appt for an estimate on a Monday and no one showed up. Called the office and was advised they had an opening the Friday before and came out, however, no one was home. Of course not- that was not my scheduled appt. Thought I would give them a second chance. The day of my appt arrives- no one shows up. Called the office again and was advised they are on their way. Then I get a call from the guy who is supposed to show up and was advised he already drafted an estimate when he came out on the unscheduled appt. I was then advised he would schedule the tree trimming and fertilizing for 7:30 today- again no show. Called the office and was advised my appt was at 2pm. Are you kidding me! I cancelled all services, but suspect they will show up because they are so disorganized. What a waste of so much of my time.

I have a cottonwood tree growing several above ground roots that were soon to invade my neighbors property. I submitted a request for a free consultation and was contacted promptly. Dan came out and took his personal time to help me rectify my problem and did not charge me a dime. I insisted on paying for his time and service but he refused and requested I enjoy this holiday season, worry free. His kindness blessed my entire day and restored my faith in humanity. I will recommend this company to everyone. This company truly demonstrates excellent customer service and genuine respect for their customers. I'm overjoyed by my experience today. Hayward Tree Service recently removed two ficus trees which had overgrown the pool and back yard block fence. Not having a tree removed before, I searched the internet and found Hayward’s website. I was impressed by the videos, so I decided to give them a call.

Phillip came out to take a look and gave me a very fair price. The crew arrived on time per schedule, and the job including tree removal with a crane, stump grinding, and cleanup was done in less than two hours! Amazing! Phillip and his crew are very professional and do the job right! I highly recommend Hayward Tree Service!

Excellent work. Got an in-person quote right away and the crew was right on time, did excellent high quality work and left the yard looking so much better.

This company does not do what you contract with them to do. Unfortunately they do an incomplete job and will not answer your calls after they leave. Use them at your peril! They left the stumps about a foot above grade level claiming that It will settle over time. They also do not follow up on their promises to return and rectify an incomplete job because of An inconvenient distance. Caveat Emptor!

Love them! This company has trimmed my mesquite trees every year for years, and it always go well. They were able to cut the tree in the backyard without waking up my sleeping toddlers.

They got here early this year and did a great job. Still love them a year later!

Knowledgeable about tree care. I called them about young pale verdes that I planted last year. Scott had a lot of good advices on how to take care of them and told me that I didn't need to touch them until next year. I appreciated that. He was quick and responsive. I will call him again next year --- this is a guy who knows trees. I feel like my trees will be in good hands with him

Personable and professional service. The team that came to trim our trees did precisely what they promised. They removed all of the trimmings and left our yard cleaner than they found it! I will definitely use Trees For Needs again in the future.

I've tried trimming my own trees in the past....not anymore. Every time Bill trims my trees they look perfect and they grow out properly. He also does a great job at cleanup when the job is done.

Worth every penny!

Rick was on time and provided an honest assessment of my trees, citrus, and palm trees. He then provided a tree feeding to my palms to help them continue to grow and be healthy. Rick also provided input into my current watering schedule and how to adjust to the upcoming fall/winter season. I highly recommend Rick and his team!

The day after Thanksgiving my huge Eucalyptus tree fell on my house. I was leaving for China the next day. Mike from Tree Trimmers came right over even though it was holiday weekend. He evaluated the situation and made plans to take care of the situation while I was away. It was amazing. Fabulous work in an emergency situation. He worked with my neighbor while I was away and everything went perfectly. I am truly grateful.

Where do I begin??? Colin came on a Friday and they started Monday ...extremely happy with that alone! Then he walked the job with his foreman, Miguel...an incredibly polite young man. I knew I was in great hands. This young man was working nonstop and checking with me on anything he wanted my opinion on...a first! He and his crew were so proficient that we kept going and what started as a tree trimming turned into a tree removal, stump grinding whole property (4 acres) face-lift! They worked for 10 hours and did not leave until everything was to my satisfaction. Never once did he say he couldn't do what I asked. He met my every request. I literally have not one negative thing to say...this was an absolute right decision. I highly recommend Colin and his amazing crew...you will not be sorry! This is my personal recommendation.....I will absolutely refer him!

Alia's Tree service came and removed a large date palm from my yard and did an incredible job! I quoted this job with several companies and they were far and away the most affordable and responsive. The 2 guys who came today were professional and masters at their craft--it was so cool watching them work!

We had nine palm trees and one cactus removed. Communication, price and quality were all fantastic. We would absolutely use them again!

I spoke to Al over the phone inquiring about an estimate. He came over the following day to take a look and quoted me a very affordable price on 2 trees. He did an amazing job at trimming the trees and cleaning up afterwards. A few days later, I even got a Thank You card in the mail. Really impressed with their service. I will use them again!
