Team Rooter will be my only call moving forward for plumbing problems or needs. They quickly scheduled and cleared my piping blockage. They were very professional, communicative and clean.Andrew Diaz, specifically, was as good as it gets when you've in this situation. He was on time, very professional, clean, but most importantly genuine. He let me know what the best options were to deal with an ongoing problem and suggested some temp options until I decided which permanent solution I wanted to pursue in the next few days. He cleared my drain and cleaned up so well it was as if it never happened. Went above and beyond my expectations! I could see him running a company some day. We bought an old duplex with old plumbing and heating in 1997 and have used Powers plumbing since then. They installed new sinks and toilets in both apartments and a water heater in the upstairs unit several years ago. This year(July, Oct. and November) they cleaned out a kitchen drain affecting the two apartments, installed a new water heater for the downstairs apartment and restored our old Coleman wall furnace in the upstairs unit. Powers has always been responsive to our needs, knowledgeable about their work and honest in their dealings with us.

I booked Core Plumbing due to a clogged kitchen sink and a leaky laundry drain pipe. In the end, I also had them installed a water heater thermal Expansion tank and fix a rough pipe for my laundry and dryer. They are very responsive. They clearly explain the problem, the work needed to fix it, and the cost. It shows that they take pride in their workmanship because when they accidentally damaged my laundry sink, they returned to install an upgraded and brand new laundry sink. They earned my trust and my highest recommendation for any plumbing needs. Thank you for a job well done!

Jeff came out right on time for new faucet & garbage disposal installation. They were also able to accomodate some add on services last minute which was extremely helpful. Jeff was excellent to work with. He was knowledgeable and kept us well informed of the status of repairs.

I called late on a Sunday night because there was a leak in my irrigation system and I couldn't find the shut off valve. They stayed on the phone with me, looked at pictures I texted of the problem, and talked me through it as a courtesy!! Wow, I was so grateful and impressed.

Everything about the company was great. I requested a quote on replacing my old hot water heater and Ryan provided a clear and fair estimate on all my options. Ironically my old one started leaking the very next day and he was able to schedule me very quickly. He installed a new tankless and it works great.
