I have used PAWS plumbing on a few occasions and they are always friendly, solutions oriented, fairly priced, available and their work is excellent. They fixed an electric water heater pump for me that was installed wrong by the builder, they’ve unclogged toilets and fixed a shower lever…they’ve also scoped my drains at a rental home and helped me locate pipes in the foundation. I trust them. They are my go-to plumbers.

I've used Paws twice and they were excellent both times! We're in escrow on an old home that needs a handful of plumbing fixes. Nick showed up on time, investigated all of the issues encountered by the home inspector, explained causes and solutions to us, and prepared an estimate for us to present at the time we negotiate for credits. Nick and Paws are both highly recommended!

Had a great experience with Paws Plumbing this morning. They fixed the hose leak on the side of my house. Jacob was quick and efficient. Great communication and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend!

Their plumber parked such that he blocked the entire sidewalk, and thus anyone who needed mobility access was blocked from using the sidewalk. No way of calling them to report it on a Saturday.

Jacob and his partner were pleasant, efficient, and skilled. We had a gas leak related to our fireplace. Actually, as it turned out, multiple leaks. They fixed them, and now we are enjoying a cozy fire. And the price seemed fair.

Our master bath shower faucet would not turn off on Wednesday morning and we frantically started calling around for repairs within the North County area. After contacting Paws Plumbing through Yelp, Dispatcher Will promptly responded back and was able to schedule a time to send over someone to do a consultation. After having the water turned off to our house for 24 hours we were happy to welcome Technician Eric for our consultation Thursday morning.Eric was pleasant and professional when he arrived with a mask and shoe coverings at our front door. Although we had tried to purchase new hardware for our shower and sink faucet replacements he kindly informed us that it would not match what was needed for the repair. He was able to provide both a consultation and start the repair work the same day!As our shower was the first priority that was completed on Thursday and we worked with Will to schedule another appointment for Monday for our troublesome sink faucets. All the work was completed within the estimated time frame. Paws plumbing is highly recommended!

Professional and punctual describes the young man who arrived at my home to correct an underground leak at my front yard area.More digging, as well as, some concrete removal was required before the water leak could be found and corrected.Jacob did not hesitate to take on the physical work that was required, and after locating the problem, made short work of it.His plumbing experience was impressive for such a young man.

I appreciate the professional services of Paws Plumbing. It was easy to schedule my appointment and the technician arrived at the beginning of the 2 hour window. He was quick to diagnose the leak and propose options for repairs. I appreciate the detailed invoice up-front so that I could review all the components of work being performed. The technician was able to perform the work on the same day, which saved the time of scheduling a second visit. When he was done, he left the kitchen area clean and tidy. Jacob and Angus were on time, communicated well, and of course were skilled plumbers that got the job done! They were very thorough and I felt like they truly cared about doing great work. They took the time to answer questions and give me options and clear estimates for my repair. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure everything was in good working order before they left. Paws called me first thing this morning after I left a message late last night stating my hose sprung a leak. They were able to come out within the hour....much to my relief! Used this company's services twice in 2:weeks. I'm sure the technician recognized me, but was kind enough not to point it out. He was completely professional and accommodating both times. Expensive, but very reasonable when compared to other companies.

We had a gas leak in our laundry room and SDGE turned off our gas and told me I needed to call a plumber to fix it. Every plumbing company said they had no available technicians until the next day, even PAWS. But Kristen (I think that was her name) went out of her way to find an available technician and was able to schedule him to come out and repair the leak.Both Kristen and Robert were awesome. I highly recommend PAWS and would call them again.

Quick response time and worked on fixing a gas leak same day that I called. Definitely not a pleasant process having your gas switched off but Jacob laid out everythning with expectations and process and got it up and running in a few days with no issues.

Michael Ross and his team inspected all the house to check for issues and trouble shoot. They proceeded to install a new water pressure regulator I had requested. They fixed loose faulty faucets. They were polite and professional.

Paws Plumbing was extremely communicative with me in what work needed to be performed. They helped me bring my old 1980’s house up to par with current plumbing work, something that really needed to be done. They were quick to fit me into their schedule, and got the work done professionally and fast.

We needed a few things done and looked around for a plumber on Google. We found Paw Plumbing and sent in a request for a quote/services. I was very impressed with how quickly they responded and got us an appointment. They came out free of charge to give us an estimate. We had a new garbage disposal and a faucet installed. Both guys that came out were friendly, clean, efficient, and gave us a good quote. They did the work on the spot and did an excellent job. Cleaned up, were professional and honest, and gave us suggestions. Absolutely excellent customer service and workmanship. I was extremely impressed with them. They left everything spotless. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I will definitely use them again.

I was very pleased with Paws Plumbing. When I contacted them, they responded quickly and scheduled me for the following day. They later let me know they had a cancellation and could come out the same day I contacted them. I had a complicated shower head that my contractor did not install fully in my recent remodel. Brandon came out and figured out how to fix it! He was a pleasure to work with and did a great job!

Robert Goins from PAWS plumbing is simply the best. Sent him pictures of the water leak and he went down right away and fixed it in minutes. The guy is a master plumber and it shows. Highly recommend PAWS for all your plumbing needs.

Had PAWs come out to unclog my kitchen sink in my condo twice. The first time they suggested jetting for $405.00, but my HOA was already going to do this in the near future, so I said no, please come back and just snake the drain. They came back a second time, spent over an hour snaking the drain to no avail, then poured some Bio Clean down into the drain, which did nothing but clog it further. I was told that this would eat away the gunk in the drain and the water in the drain would recede in a few hours. Came out after work and noticed the drain was still backed up long after they had gone. I paid them $250.00 for a drain snaking with NO results. Further, I wish they would have asked me before poring that Bio Clean stuff down my drain. I would have told them no, that is just going to make it worse, which it did. Not sure why I paid them, as they left, and my drain was still clogged. They said the only way to fix it was a jetting. I then called Reliable Plumbing out the next morning, as my kitchen sink was still backed up, as it was the day before. They brought up a snake and with a bit of work, were able to unclog the sink! Charged me $165.00, which was much more reasonable, and I actually had an unclogged sink at the end of it all. Don't use PAWs. They want to sell services that are not necessary, over-charge for what they do, and then leave without fixing the problem.

I dropped a soap dispenser in my sink and cracked it. One contractor said they would have to rip out my countertop and install a new sink. Paws Plumbing offered a free visit consultation and Michael and Jake came. Since it's an under mount sink, they helped me order a similar one online to fit my vanity. Michael came out and did the work. I'm so thankful for their honest service and good pricing.

The Emergency Stop Valve broke and we could not get get a new refrigerator installed until it was fixed. Paws made an appointment and promised us if possible they would arrive sooner, and they got back to me twice with earlier appointment times as they knew we were without a refrigerator. When I asked Will the dispatcher a technical question he could not answer, he found a plumber in the office to immediately speak to me. Paws was very professional, knowledgable, extremely punctual, and reasonably priced. I cannot recommend them more highly.

My garage flooded because of a slab leak and needed a company who would be able to help fast! Robert from PAWS plumbing came out 20 minutes after I called their office. I also received confirmation texts every day with the times he and his team would arrive. It was a major four day job. Robert and Mike are extremely knowledgeable, highly skilled, providing quality work and were very patient with our questions. Taylor also helped out and worked really hard. They are all hard workers, professional, respectful toward my home, and trustworthy. They had to break concrete outside the leaking water main, excavate to expose the mainline and make repairs, they rerouted hot and cold lines out of the slab through the ceiling space and walls to the 3 bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room. That type of work costs thousands so when my insurance rep saw the detailed invoice, he said he had enough information to pay the claim. He even said the cost was pretty low based on past claims he’s reviewed. I’ve dealt with a lot of contractors in my line of work and these guys are the best in my opinion: they do what they say they’ll do, communication is consistent, and they finish the work right the first time, fair price, excellent quality of work.

Paws plumbing was amazing. We needed a toilet replaced and we were going back and forth with our home warranty. Decided to just get the replacement done on our own and it was well worth it. Paws came out the same day we contacted them and gave us a great estimate with multiple price options. Michael was our technician and he did an excellent job with the installation of the new toilet. Very professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely do business with this company again.

Working with Paws plumbing has been one of the worst decisions I have ever made. I typically use Google to write positive reviews for local businesses as I like promoting good places and work. Unfortunately this time I am writing this negative review to hopefully save someone from going through the horrible experience my family and I have dealt with for months since we began working with Paws Plumbing. They are extremely unknowledgeable and inexperienced workers. They caused a leaked not only in my condo, but also in in neighbors restroom. In addition to that they were unaware that we had a second sink in our room and when they left we had no water running there. I asked them to come back to check on it and they came back rude, upset and unwilling to take responsibility. When I showed their work to plumbers from other companies, they have been shocked and appalled by the terrible work that was done here. It has been more than a month and we still are not able to use our bathroom. It has been completely sealed off, the sink in our room is clogged up, and our neighbor's restroom flooring has been ruined. In an effort to help whoever is reading through these reviews, please look elsewhere. This is the worst company I have ever worked with, and although you don't know me, I would not want anyone else to go through this.

Jeff, Robert and another colleague came out to try to figure out a strange leak on my property. After searching and ruling out various causes it ends up that it was leak the HOAs irrigation line that was flooding my property and a neighbor's. Robert checked in with me on Monday to see what happened. He is really great to work with. Great attitude.Paws Plumbing are prompt, reasonable, smart and professional. Our tankless water heater stopped working last night and they were able to work us into their schedule the next morning! Michael arrived and was very professional, informed, and experienced. He fixed the issue within 1 hour and the hot water was back!!

We had a gas leak at our water heater and Paws Plumbing was by far the superior plumber after we had 4 plumbers inspect our property and provide price quotes. Paws were significantly less expensive than other services (by 50%-100%). Will, the customer service rep was extremely nice and responsive. Michael was a prompt and helpful technician. We were able to schedule our service promptly which was very helpful. We will be using Paws from now on!

We called in the morning hoping to have someone come out that day or the next. They originally scheduled an appointment for the next day, but an hour or so later they called us to say they had an opening that day and could come out even sooner! When Michael arrived he checked out our water heater because we wanted to make sure it was working properly. Then he addressed what we were primarily concerned with. He was quick to understand the issue we were having with our toilet and got right to work. It didn’t take him long at all to fix the issues and then he asked if there was anything else he could help with - as we had just moved into a new house a few days prior and he wanted to make sure everything was running smoothly. We realized our water wasn’t connected to the fridge when we moved in and he was eager to help. The cable was actually missing and he had to go to the store to buy one, but did so very quickly. He even was kind enough to use his drill to remove a couple of cabinet doors above the fridge (when it was pulled out of the spot) because they couldn’t open fully. He went above and beyond what we called him for and he worked quickly while doing an excellent job. My sister had used Paws plumbing a few times for various plumbing issues and also has had every person go above and beyond what they needed to do. They are the only company I’m going to call for my future plumbing needs. I would 100% recommend this company.

Michael from Paws had come out before to give us a quote on replacing the shut off valves in our laundry box as well as helped us out with some tips on a few other issues we were having in our unit. We decided to go back to Paws for the actual work to be done and requested Michael be the one to help us out, he was great, professional, and really did a good job breaking down what was being done and any tips or things we can do to help ensure a long term solution for our work. He didn't hesitate to answer any questions or help out in any other way. I'd highly recommend Paws plumbing and specifically Michael.

Will at Paw's Plumbing sent out a technician within a couple of hours of my call. I have a Rheem water heater with the burn unit and combustion control valve needing replacement. Rheem had sent me the parts under warranty.Eric Myatt came in, evaluated, gave a very reasonable quote and and a job time of approximately one hour. Other companies quoted much higher and if a job time of 2-3 hours.The job was done professionally and competently. I had hot water again after about twenty minutes. So, I am very pleased with the job Eric did and Paw's response time.

Michael was AWESOME! Very friendly, honest, and professional. He replaced a pressure relief valve and the bid came in right around what I expected it should cost (which was half of the major competitor by the way). He even went above and beyond for us and took a look at a leaky garden hose bib that was not in scope. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Michael was awesome. He was super conscientious and explained all our options. I totally trusted his recommendations. Rather than rip up all the pipes and replace them as our only option, which another plumber told us we needed (to the tune of $35k), Michael gave us several different options, which cost much less. Once Michael arrived, refreshingly on the early side of the given window, he was personable, professional and, most importantly, knowledgable. We had an emergency sink clog/leak issue in our condo unit in Downtown San Diego and called Paws last minute. Will with Paws was quick to get back to us after we reached out via Yelp and was able to give us a precise 2-hour window when the technician could be there for a free inspection. I later got a call saying that the plumber would actually be able to arrive two hours ahead of schedule which was perfect given the issue needed to be fixed ASAP. Upon arrival, Eric quickly assessed and quoted our issue at a far more competitive price than the competition. After fixing the clog/leak, Eric cleaned up the sink and cabinet area with cleaner--something I haven't seen with many other plumbing companies around town.All around top-notch service, great pricing, and an unclogged drain!

the cover plate for shower handle needed sealant as tenant had mistreated shower wand and was spraying backward toward wall and flooding below. Sealed cover plate and replaced shower wand with new one provided. Discovered and fixed problem in less than an hour! Super nice guys and very professional. Love the slogan and they love dogs too! Eric and his partner showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the issue and how to resolve it. They were extremely professional and very efficient in resolving the issue. I highly recommend them. The issue turned out to be bigger than originally thought. It required the valve to be replaced in the tub/shower faucet. All is good now! These guys are great!

These guys are phenomenal. I originally contacted Paws a few years ago to get a second estimate on a broken hose bib. They came in about half the other quote. Since then, they have replaced my water heater and today they fixed my kitchen sink piping.They could've told me a story and charged a fortune; I wouldn't have known any differently. They're honest, they're all nice guys, and they work really hard. It's nice to know these kind of people are in business.

Great service! The technician was professional and friendly. They came out gave us an estimate on changing the valves and faucet in our warehouse bathroom. As the water had to be turned off in our building we had to let our property manager know so she could alert other tenants. We made an appointment for the next day. They were prompt and did the work in the time frame and for the price quoted. Very happy with the experience, will use them again!

My two toilets upstairs had been slowly dripping from the fill valves and running constantly. I assumed the valves needed to be replaced. When Greg showed up this morning (on-time and wearing a mask) he quickly discovered that it was probably a water pressure issue more than a valve issue. He checked the water pressure and discovered it was extremely high. He explained the reasons why very clearly and told me what needed to be done to fix. He completed all the repairs and water pressure is at a normal level now. I highly recommend Greg and Paws for any plumbing needs. Thank you!

After an unexpected leak in the water line INSIDE the wall by my washing machine, I called Paws and a few other plumbing services due to reviews on Yelp. I actually talked to a real person at Paws and they were able to have someone to the house within 20 minutes... which actually happened! I couldn't have been happier with the speed of the service and the quality of the work performed. I was so impressed with the work Kel did, that I also had him fix a few other minor repairs that I have been putting off for years. What started as a very stressful event turned out to be a very satisfying experience.

Our home was built in 1936 so you never know what you may find, turns out our drain pipes were awful and leaking in our walls. The technician Robert and partner were out here for 3 days running all new drainage for our sinks, showers and toilets. The work is clean, top notch and the guys are super professional. I will absolutely be using Paws again when the time comes for other plumbing work. I highly recommend this group.

I ran into Eric at the Dixieline lumber parking lot and approached him to ask a question. I felt bad approaching as he looked busy. Eric was very polite and took the time to answer my questions and help me out. Because of his professionalism I decided to go from a DIY job to hire PAWS to do the work. I called and was quickly given an appointment that same day to assess my leaking main line to my house. After the assessment and discussion I was quoted a very fair price and booked the job. Eric showed up on time and got straight to work. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Very professional and knowledgeable. Mike was very patient with all of our questions and provided clear explanations. Helped to fix our water heater. Contacted Paws because they are contracted with Bradford White and can process warranty work.

I heard noises in the water line and contacted Paws to check for leaks. Greg arrived promptly at the scheduled time and conducted an inspection. He did not find any leaks and gave possible reasons for the noises. I was not charged for the inspection. Greg was very honest and professional, and left me with recommendations for updates to the plumbing to consider in the future. I was relieved to learn that there was no plumbing emergency, and pleased to discover an honest and professional plumbing company. I would highly recommend Paws to others.

Completely honest, prompt and professional. Home Depot came to install a new fridge, immediately said the water line valve was corroded. Greg from Paws Plumbing arrived, made a quick assessment that the valve was fine and no repair was needed. Even offered to come back and hook up the fridge if Home Depot was hesitant. Truly appreciated.

The guys from Paws showed up after an initial request via Yelp in about an hour for a free estimate on putting a new ball valve in my outdoor shower. Their bid was fair, actually way less than other plumbers who tried to upsell me something I did not need. They did such a good job that I gave them another job to put a new ball valve and hose bib on my water main. They accomplished all the work, and cleaned up. Very professional, courteous, sincere and easy to deal with. Thank god that I found Paws, I will not be using any other plumber this point forward; I highly recommend Paws.

Outstanding crew!! We had a toilet wax ring fail in a second story bathroom causing water damage to the 1st story. The were quick, efficient, professional and exceptional! First time we used Paws and I will keep them in my speed dial for any other plumbing jobs in the future.

Mike did an excellent job fixing a leak in our downstair toilet and installing a new one upstair. He is also a good teacher showing his trainee the issues and solutions to our reported problem. I called before lunch when I can not stop the leak from toilet's water source and the front office was very accomodating too, advised me they will send their tech at around 3pm. Mike called me before schedule time and went ahead and fix the issues right away! Excellent job guys!

Over the weekend, I discovered I had a leaky valve, so I sent out a bunch of inquiries on yelp. Hailey from Paws Plumbing got back to me promptly and was the only company who didn’t give me a canned auto response! The plumbers showed up on time, were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and did a great job with the repair. 7am: Woke up to a cold shower, and confirmed our suspicions the water tank had retired from service life. Not ideal, but boiling the kettle for baths is not sustainable.10am: So I searched on Yelp, found Paws Plumbing, and they responded immediately. Scheduled a free inspection/quotation.1:00pm: Keith and Mike arrived, on time! After I approved the quote, they started right away. Replaced our Hot Water Tank, disposed of the old one, and talked me through some basic troubleshooting.4:30pm: Hot water flowing only 3.5 hours after they arrived! Great work, very friendly guys, and i'm grateful to have found Paws Plumbing !! Paws Plumbing is our go to plumbing company. They’ve replaced our bathroom sinks and shower as well as our kitchen sink. They are prompt, responsive, easy to work with and do a nice clean job.

Had a clogged drain behind my washing machine. These guys were super fast to respond and showed up in less than 2 hours. Robert arrived and he’s awesome. Knowledgeable, friendly and fast. Seamless and professional water heater replacement at my rental property. My tenants were experiencing rising electricity costs which they suspected was the 13 year old electric water heater. I sent a photo of the face plate on my water heater to PAWS who got me a great deal on a replacement water heater, expansion tank, piping insulation and brought everything up to code. They were able to schedule installation same day directly with my tenants and saved me a lot of time/energy. We are happy to have chosen Paws Plumbing because competent Eric came to install a water softener replacement which proved to be more complex and time-consuming the anticipated. He, nevertheless, maintained his friendly and informative manner. After the long instillation de disposed of the old unit and packaging of the new water softener. The cost was competitive (but more than I expected), but Eric earned every penny (dollar) of the payment to Paws Plumbing. Yes, I would use and recommend Paws Plumbing again.

This is the second time we’ve used PAWS Plumbing. Michael came out to fix a shower that was stuck in the on position. Water was constantly running and he was able to come out and get the job done in a matter of minutes. I would highly recommend using these guys for your plumbing needs

Robert came out and provided us an estimate for excavation and replacement for our main sewer line. He was extremely thorough during our appointment and made time to explain the work in detail to me.I can't speak to the value offered as we have a few other quotes pending, but the service and professionalism was top notch.

Paws plumbing showed up, evaluated the repair, but I couldn't get them to follow up. They never called with a lead time for the part or provided an estimate. I called twice, spoke with them twice and they said they would call me right back. Nothing.

Robert and mike worked tirelessly and professionally replacing old horizontal cast iron Pipes, clogged and sludged beyond repair. Not only did they replace the faulty plumbing, they modified improvements to ensure ease of maintenance and reduced chance of future problems. And all this done to pipes spanning a 3 story townhouse - not an easy job, although they made it look so. I highly recommend master plumber Robert, Mike, and PAWS plumbing for the tough jobs.

Replaced 66 year old aluminum gas pipe to range with flexible gas line and installed 2 shut off valves, one to gas range, one to wall oven. The workers were very personable and did a splendid job.
