We had an issue with tree roots plugging our toilets. The team from Team Rooter came out with a camera system to detect the issue and explained the work involved for us. Kenny gave us an estimate, and Steve started the work. Both are professional and friendly! We are happy with the work. Strongly recommend!
Needed, received a new sewer mainline. Great experience all around. Dealt with several team members throughout process. Kenny managed the process and was highly available, great follow-up and follow-through. We shopped a couple competitors who were fine but not impressive. They did give lower quotes, but Kenny was able to meet us more than halfway and it was evident we were paying a bit more for the most professional, high-quality provider. Very glad we did; they will continue to be our first call for plumbing needs as both property owners and landlords.

The repairs were done in a few days and they left our house looking better than when they found it. James is an excellent technician. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and a quick worker. I contacted a representative on Saturday to see if they could do some hydro jetting at one of my rental houses. They scheduled it for late in the afternoon. A time that I couldn't be present. We worked out a payment method and the technicians arrived at the scheduled time. They completed the job in a timely manner to my complete satisfaction. I will definitely use their services again.

I had no idea what I needed when my toilet wouldn't flush, and how many details were involved. All my questions were answered, part of the yard had to be dug up, thing were replaced nicely with small green tops planted so if ever something happens again, the company will know the location. I really enjoy my new toilet and appreciate the work was all done in a timely manner and the cost was great, however reasonable. The workers were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and open to all questions.
This is probably one of the most aggressive, unprofessional, and threatening companies I ever encountered. I was quoted a price of $1200 for a replacement of a regulator. I knew the part cost only $50. I simply responded that I don't know why I would be charge $1200 to replace something that cost $50 and had a simple connection. I declined the service. Dennis, (who did not give me his name when asked, co-worker did.) became very aggressive and threatening. Aggressively asking me what I know about plumbing and if I know how old he is? He change from an employee to a thug. Monica, Dennis' manager wasn't any help. This company knows my address and I did reveal to him and her that I am licensed to carry. Instead of being concerned why a client would be so threatened to say this, she seemed to be offended. This company seems to change their names when the reviews get too bad. I would avoid this company.

Steve Johnson did a great job unclogging a hose under my sink. He saved me money since I thought I had to replace it. Team Rooter was quick to respond. My issue was resolved within 2 hours. Will definitely use them again.
Luke from Team Rooter came out to check a slow drain and toilet. He arrived at the scheduled time and spent about 10 minutes assessing the situation.I was expecting to have to rooter the drains, but the water was flowing OK, with no stoppage. His recommendation was to give it a couple plunges and watch what we put down the toilet. He offered to pull the toilet and run a camera down there to see if there was any blockage, but since the water was flowing as expected, he thought that service would be excessive today.I agreed and thanked him for his honest appraisal. I requested a quote through Yelp to several providers and Team Rooter was one of the first to respond. Scheduling was a breeze. Our technician, Andrew, was able to come out the same day later that afternoon. He did a comprehensive analysis of the plumbing problems. He was honest, personable, and thorough. We received a fair estimate without upselling and once we agreed, he completed the work quickly. He also gave us estimates for other work we inquired about that didn't need to be done at that moment, but in the near future. I am super impressed. It was easy to make the call and set up a same day Saturday appointment. The tech came earlier than expected. He had good insights for some things to do and not do to keep my drains working. I will use them again if another plumbing/drain problem arises.

This was a delightfully quick fix to a clogged drain problem I couldn't figure out. (I have a couple different size drain augers for DIY drain cleaning.) Alex Rojas from Team Rooter arrived on schedule, and when I told him what the problem was and what I tried, it took him all of ten minutes to work UP from the outdoor cleanout next to our kitchen sink to get full drain speed again. Thank you guys! The price was VERY fair and Alex is a true professional: calm, friendly, efficient.

Steven and the other guys that came to help made a great team. They were knowledgeable and got our toilet and plumbing main fixed professionally and promptly. They were mindful about muddy shoes and wore slip ons to keep our house as clean as possible. All in all, we were happy with their work.
I called a few places to check out a drain. Team rooter was responsive. They gave me an estimated time right away and a few updates along the way, which for someone looking for urgent service, is quite helpful. I met the technician on property, his name is Nicholas. He was professional, friendly and good at what he does. aaron scheibel came by to snake our drains and he was very open and honest about what needed to be done. he didnt try to hide anything from us and recommended long term solutions instead of quick fixes. overall he was very nice and fair, and id go to him again in a heartbeat.
Alex and Kenny showed up less than 30 minutes after I called the main number. Quick to diagnose and resolve a challenging clean out with multiple intersections and even sent a camera through the main line to make sure it was clear. Excellent price. Service was great! Alex did great job and informed me of price prior to starting any additional services needed which was much appreciated. He left everything cleaner than how he found it and was great in communicating with me why the additional services had to take place is well is giving me the option to decline the service.

They pulled roots from my mainline between my home and the clean-out, just as has had to be been done in the past. They didn't try to upsell me on any services and charged me the special rate of $69. Kenny and his team were quick and efficient replacing our mainline using trenchless pipe burst technology. They knocked out the job over the course of two days and now we don't need to worry about the 80 year old cast iron out to the city. After dealing with a company that I believe was after our money as new homeowners, Kenny came in and was clear open and honest about the solutions available to us. He was even able to price match another company that had come under his bid without much hesitation. Upon accepting their bid, they got right to work and were done before we knew it. Everything looks great, I highly recommend Kenny and his team for their personable and honest work.
Team Rooter charged my elderly father an excessive fee and sent an inexperienced plumber to my father's house to connect a new hot water heater, but the plumber failed to reconnect the drainage hose to the washing machine, which flooded the garage several days later. Team Rooter kept sending the same inexperienced plumber several addtional times, attempting to convince my elderly father to spend additional money on other unnecessary projects. They refused to provide a refund, and we had to hire yet another plumbling company to get a second opinion and correct their errors.

Alex was great, he helped unclog the old toilet and install a new one. He even took away the old one for me and ran to Home Depot to grab a part I was missing. Definitely would call this company again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good plumber.
They were excellent professional and very personable they were here for couple hours trying to find our clog. Our pipes are so old and route every which way that they had to use a camera. they found the clog but unfortunately it has to be a bigger job than we thought. I was never pressured into committing to something on the spot they knew a job this big doesn't go without conversation with family. They let me talk to my wife and come to the best conclusion for us. I would highly recommend them to anyone and I will be using them in the future.

This company responded immediately to our call. They found the problem, which was cracked and leaking cast iron pipes under our 60 yr old home. The repair was done expertly and quickly. Area or landscape drains are the worst to clear. I know because I had 2 of them that were very difficult to unclear, I know because I tried myself to fix. I finally decided to call a pro. I called Team Rooter on a Thursday and had a tech at my house on Friday. Robert Palmer was great to work. He video mapped my drains to identify the location and clog. Once this was done he used 2 different types of hydro jetters to attack both drains, from front to back. I gotta say the service was excellent and I’ll definitely call Team Rooter next time I need service. Thank you Robert Palmer for your great support.

We have a 40yr old home in which the kitchen drain had not been cleaned for quite sometime. Over the years, the grease and sludge had built up within the pipes and maintenance was needed. We looked on the internet and contacted Team Rooter. The service person who came out was Alex who worked diligently over several hours to clear the stubborn clog using a hydro jet. Later, Kenny another Team Rooter employee came out to assist. When things didn't look too good and the conversation of an alternative solution such as re-routing pipes came up, their persistence with Hydro Jet came through and cleared the clog. We appreciate both Alex and Kenny's professionalism, hard work, and also assuring us that it will be fixed correctly. Thank you both Alex and Kenny from Team Rooter.
My wife and I had a major clog somewhere in our kitchen line out to the main line causing our sink to back up horribly. We called multiple local plumbing services to try to get our issue resolved. Team Rooter responded promptly and sent Alex out to investigate the problem immediately! He worked tenaciously with an industrial grade snake with no positive results. He then gave us several different options on how we could proceed forward, providing thorough explanations of each path. We decided to proceed with hydro jetting, an efficient, less evasive process that made the most sense based on our specific needs. In less than an hour, Alex persevered and was able to unblock whatever was causing the problem. They followed up with an internal camera inspection of our line to ensure there was no additional areas of concern. A Supervisor named Kenny also followed up with us providing even further education on the blockage, their process, and reassurance that the job was done properly. Overall, an outstanding job from the two gentleman that came out (Alex and Kenny). Team Rooter went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations all while guaranteeing their work. I could not have asked for a better outcome and such a timely response to our urgent problem. I highly recommend this company to anyone that has needs that fall within their wheelhouse. We needed our toilet fixed ASAP called Team Rooter they sent out Alex. Alex was very professional got the job done. I like that he let me know what he’d be done every step of the way and the price. We would definitely use Team Rooter again and ask for Alex to come back out.
What was a $165 slow draining sink unclogging job turned into $4,000 rip off. This so called plumbers know all the tricks in book to make money off of your tough situation. They saw our house as a cash-cow when they knew we are selling it (4S Ranch) and in Escrow inspection. They did not even offer or mentioned the deals that are advertised in their website (good thing we checked) and they were quick to give a quote of the next job they caused and created. They charged us double in everything. They made me sign a contract on the last job they did so I will have to pay them $1,350 even if they were not able to fix the issue. And yes, they were not able to fix it and just made it worse. Another quote for $4,000 to destroy our house some more. I told them to leave. They don't have honesty and good quality service. The next plumber I hired (Taylor's Plumbing) fixed the issue in just a couple of hours!
My 85 year old grandparents were conned by 3 individuals who raised the price on them from $425 to nearly $4k for 1 day of work.They took nearly a week to provide an itemized invoice yet wanted acceptance of the estimate immediately.Be very careful when allowing them into your home and get itemized details before agreeing to any work.
AJ and Kenny from Team Rooter came in and repaired my old cast-iron sewage pipe within 4 days! These guys are the best in class and are super fast and responsive. Their quality is unbeatable as well. They will always keep you updated and in the loop so never feel like you're being ignored.Definitely recommend them!
Rob from Team Rooter was assigned to my plumbing issues. He called to inform me that he was on his way and arrived on time. We discussed the drain issue and Rob asked questions to ensure that he understood the problem. After looking at the drains, he was able to provide options, details on the work that needed to be performed and recommended the solution which was to pressure wash the drains. I would highly recommend Team Rooter to unclog and clean out your drains.

Right away upon calling Team Rooter, I was greeted by Ashley who was very kind and professional. Nicholas came out to fix our 2 bathroom sinks that were clogged. It had a tricky connection so he called out his field supervisor Kenny and they took care of the problem saving us several hundred dollars. Did a comprehensive evaluation of our sewer blockage problem and corrected a backflow problem that caused sewage to return to our house that previous plumbers did not remedy. Came promptly which is not my experience with other plumbers in my neighborhood. Professional and courteous.Can't say it was a fair price because it is plumbing which always gives me sticker shock. Charges are about average for plumbers in my area for the work done. On par with dentists,lawyers etc.
Alex was very professional, on time and responded all of my questions and concerns. Cleaned out the sewer lines and checked for other issues. I would recommend him. Very pleased with the service he and Leo provided.

Selected this business at random from the many internet plumbing/drain fixing websites. Virtually all of them used the same template for information and setting appointments. This was the first company that responded to my inquiry at 10:30pm for my drain to be fixed the next day. I had an appointment booked within a few minutes and followed up by an acknowledgment from them. Two men worked here for about two hours very professionally. The price was very fair. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.------------
We had a clogged drain in our shop. Team Rooter was close to our shop so I reached out to them not knowing anything about them. I couldn't have asked for a better bunch of people to deal with. The technician was on time , very professional , and very knowledgeable of the problem and how to handle it . He investigated all of my sinks and bathtubs to find out where the problem started . After assessing the problem he got the proper equipment at the proper location and cleared my drain in a matter of minutes . I can't thank him enough for saving my house . Can you imagine not being able to use your bathroom or shower , a total nightmare that the technician took off of my shoulders . You would be crazy not to use this company .

We had our main sewer line replaced as it was aging cast iron. AJ came out to scope it and understand and bid the job. They came in competitive and could do the work fast.The good was they were on time and worked through a couple tough spots to finish the job on budget.The bad was they damaged out main water supply that had to be repaired and slowed things down a bit.The good was they stuck with it and finished out the job as promised despite a tough connection to the city clay. I don't think any job like this is cookie cutter, but Team Rooter worked through it and did what they said they would do.

I chose TeamRooter to install a tankless water heater. Their technician who came out and did the appraisal, Kenny Kniskern, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I had done some research before he arrived, and he did not try to up-sale me on anything, as a matter of fact he pointed out things that would save me money. He made a promise that we would have hot water by the end of the day, and he followed through on his promise, even though they came across some unexpected issues (for example different pipe size behind the walls). He and Nicolas Juarez stayed until well into the evening to make sure they met their commitment. I am very pleased with the install, and was very impressed with their dedication to not only getting the job done, but standing by their commitment. TeamRooter, your team is the best and I couldn't have been happier!
Nicolas responded quickly to our call. He explained everything clearly. He unclogged the pipe and added a cleanout that was needed. He was very competent, courteous, and solved our problem in a timely manner.

We called Team Rooter because of a drain blockage problem. Hector arrived very promptly, and assessed the problem. He fully explained the process and continued to explain as he worked. When the job was completed, both Hector and Kenny explained some preventative measures we could take in the future. The price that was quoted was the price we paid. Called Team Rooter's services whom were on time with no hidden costs exceptional work was completed by my technician Hector. I have to say these days not many companies go the extra mile but mine did; because a logical explanation couldn't immediately be found for an ongoing issue I've had for quite some time Hector called his boss whom without further explanation came to my home scoped my pipes with my issues fixed I appreciated a look at the scanes that were made and many more valuable bits of information/advice that Kenny was able to provide. unbelievable!! had a toilet that was backed up/clogged... team rooter sent out 'a.j.'... what a guy!!! professional, knowledgeable and attacked the problem with ease. kenny, his supervisor, had to be called out to help with a 'camera' view of what the potential problem could be (that backed up the toilet). both were super at the jobs!! knowledgeable, courteous, professional and on point with suggestions. would definitely call team rooter plumbing again as long as a.j. and kenny come to help!!!

All I can say is WOW! They had a technician come out within the hour and fixed my plumbing problem. Cliff was polite, professional and knew what he was doing. We had a backed up sewer line and they were able to fix it for only $69! Will definitely hire Team Rooter again for my future plumbing problems.

I paid $200 for these guys to do nothing. They were supposed to unclog a drain but all they did was come out and give me estimates for other non related work. These guys just want to sell you. Then when I call back to complain, they put me on hold. I'll never use them again.
A shout-out to Rigoberto and his associates from Team Rooter for completing a difficult job finding a leak in my sewer line and repairing it. We had a clogged drain that required hydro-jetting to clear. Upon inspection with the camera, it was shown that a crack had developed in the pipe and roots had entered the line, which caused the backup. The line had a jog in it so identifying the precise spot to dig for the broken line was difficult. The guys from Team Rooter showed-up every morning and performed the work in a very professional manner--from preparing the worksite to cleaning-up at the end of the day. Here's the thing...if you want a professional job done right by people who have the right equipment--call Team Rooter. It will cost you more than calling two guys with a pick and shovel to dig around until they figure out what they are doing, but the job will be done right!

Ask to check 3 faucets for dripping and have been advised just replace the whole faucets, because they can charge you $200 each, easy money. Also when I ask to check the flash toilet, have been advised to change the whole toilet, cost about $1200 then I change the flapper which cost $4 and it has been fixed. Not recommended to anyone to get this expensive not worthy service

Team Rooter is the best. My garbage disposal broke and I called Team Rooter at 730am, and by noon, Steve had come out and replaced the disposer. It was no hassle, and Steve is a super friendly guy. I highly recommend them.

I called Team Rooter around 10am this morning wondering if they were going to unclog a beaver dam that was preventing me from using the kitchen sink, dishwasher, and dryer.Sandra answered and in no time scheduled Felipe to come out between 12 and 2.Felipe arrived promptly, analyzed the clog and suggested hydro jetting.Once Felipe was done, Kenny came in and inspected the pipe with a camera, this was included with the hydro jetting.Pipes are all clear!And I learned a few things.Thank you Felipe and Kenny!

Had a major root clog of house sewer line and their team diagnosed it, located it, and dug down 5 feet to fix it. From the initial call in (I swear someone answers their phone or calls back immediately regardless of day or hour!) to the diagnosis and the hard work in the excavation to access it, through the fix and refill, all team members were knowlegeable pros. They fixed the excavation area so well no one can tell! Highly recommended!
