Luis helped our business today. He came on time and solved the clogged drain very quickly. He not only was very clever with his diagnosis in finding the problem in my 1881 old house he fixed bad work done from previous contractor and also found a small leak and fixed it very quickly. He was working for more than five hours and only charged $382. He cleaned up the whole bathroom after and was very knowledgeable and courteous. He will forever be our on call plumber at our business and home too. Thank you! there are still hard working good people who have your best interest.

Technician Aurturo Garcia came to our house to fix an existing problen with the kitchen sink vent. He also found a major leak under the house and repaired that. He also replaced 2 leaky toilet seals. He really did a great job. He also Cleaned up really well when he was done. I highly recommend Elite Rooter for any plumbing issues.Great job and a reasonable price.Thanks again.

Mr. A Garcia from elite plumbing came to work on our bathroom issue. I had missed the first call , but he made time in his busy schedule to come and take care of the clog we had. He was friendly and very knowledgeable and helped me understand what he was doing and what would need to be done IF it didn’t work. It didn’t take him long to get the clog out. David did a great job cleaning out our sink drain. He was professional and thorough and friendly. He tested the drain five or six times to make sure it was draining properly before leaving. I was able to get same-day service after calling at 4:00 in the afternoon. I was very happy with Elite Rooter.

This my first experience with elite rooters and it was easy and done quickly. James did a really good job helping out with my garbage disposal. We had a nice chat while he did the work. He has a set a great standard for elite rooters.

We contacted Elite at around six in the morning and someone was at our house by nine. The technician they sent, James, was very thorough very friendly, very knowledgeable, and explained everything he was doing as he went. The company clearly values integrity and customer service and they solved our problem quickly and efficiently. Communication throughout the process was excellent too. On 4/3/23 I had another plumber from different company come out to repair my toilet as my fill valve and flapper were bad. He didn't have a flapper that fit my toilet, but did install a new fill valve. Luckily, I got the flapper delivered from Amazon a few hours later so no problem although I thought it odd he didn't have a standard flapper. After he left, I noticed that I was now having leaking from the water shut off valve. I called him back and he was going on vacation and unable to come out.I called all the main emergency plumbers as it was dripping too fast even with shut off valve in 'off' position. Finally found Elite Rooter based on reviews. I called them at 4 p.m., and by 5:30 p.m. technician James came out. He was great and so nice and professional! PS - my dog loved him too! He replaced the valve and hose all for a very reasonable price, IMHO, based on emergency. By 6 p.m. all was done, just in time for the SDSU NCAA Finals game, and I could relax and enjoy the game.I would definitely recommend giving them a try. They really came through!

A year ago, Kyle and Elite Rooter team completely removed and replaced old plumbing (plumbed with no slope/grade starting at the sink) from kitchen sink all the way to city connect point. Amazing job, quick, clean, and professional. Just today, Kyle came to the house on short notice (1hr after I texted) - because the sink backed up again. No fault to them, the long run from sink to outside connect point doesn’t allow for much slope. We need to be more selective about what we put down the disposal because of our situation. Thank you Kyle, you guys rock. Enjoy the holidays out in AZ!

I had a plumbing issue in my home and called this company for help. The plumber who arrived was friendly and professional and quickly diagnosed the problem. When I asked about the high cost of repairs, he assured me that my insurance company would cover at least 50% and that they would help me with filing the claim, submitting the plumbers report and paperwork. They were very confident on dealing with these types of claims with insurance. I went ahead with the repairs.However, when the invoice was submitted to Insurance, I was shocked to see that my insurance had denied the claim 100%.I understand that there are no guarantees when it comes to insurance claims, but I feel that the company should not have made promises they couldn't keep. Their lack of accountability has left a sour taste in my mouth. I would not recommend this company to others based on my experience.

They sent out another technician, James, to resolve an issue with an incorrect pipe configuration done by one of their other technicianswho built an overcomplicated pipe configuration, incorrect placement of the p-trap, and persistent leaking. They were very quick to respond and send out someone to fix, which is a huge plus.James was a pleasure to work with, very professional, gave great plumbing and maintenance tips, and thoroughly explained what he was doing to fix the issue. He really went out of his way, even pointing out our garbage disposal model Beaver is old, and not ideal - our disposal was also leaking at that time. He picked up a new garbage disposal from American Standard which was a huge upgrade from the previous one, and installed it along with the pipe replacements. Pointed out new features such as the magnetized ring to captute metal utensils that could fall through.It was great working with James and I would use his services again for any plumbing issues I have with my home. Would recommend him to my friends.

Arturo Garcia came to my fathers house on Thursday in the evening to fix a clogged drain and discovered that the sewer pipe going to the street had roots about 3 feet long clogging the entire system. He was able to remove the roots and clear the issue even though it was getting dark out. He was very nice professional and explained everything. Thank you Arturo. Travis another employee came the following morning with the fiber optic camera to check the plumbing all the way out to the street and make sure everything was clear. We have used Elite Rooter in the past and would highly recommend them

I highly recommend Elite Rooter for your drain cleaning needs. I made an appointment online at 7:00am this morning and James was on-site by 8:15am. I had a toilet sewer line back-up and Elite Rooter ran 70’ of cable to clear the clog. James was knowledgeable and offered excellent customer service. He did not try to upswell me on any additional services he just did a great job and was on his way. if you can ask for James!

We had a clogged pipe under the kitchen sink. David Delgado from Elite Plumbing was kind, compassionate, patient during the clean out. We scheduled a garbage disposal pee trap replacement for next month. We were expecting to pay way more for the service and very pleased with the outcome. ?

He tried to fix our clogged kitchen sink but unfortunately there is more work needed and I will have to wait until I can get in touch with my landlord. Fantastic service! I called Elite rooter at 1pm and my problem was solved by 4:30pm on the same day! Cody Catron was my technician and he was incredibly polite, on time, and was able to fix my shower head with a broken pipe in about 5 minutes. The plumbing issue I had was a simple fix from Cody’s perspective and instead of charging me an arm and a leg to fix my problem he kindly provided the service free of charge!!!! Before he came to evaluate the issues I thought my walls were going to have to be ripped out and my bathroom would need to be renovated. I would recommend Cody and Elite Rooter to anyone! We had an excellent experience with Matt from Elite Rooter who came out to help us with our clogged kitchen sink. After snaking it ourselves unsuccessfully, we contacted Elite Rooter who sent Matt out first thing that morning. Not only did Matt fix the clog, but he also taught us a few tips on snaking and how to remove/reattach our banding in case we find ourselves in a similar situation in the future. We’ll definitely use Elite Rooters again in the future if the need arises.

As often happens, a small isolated issue in our basement that had been getting worse over time, uncovered significant issues of a sewer system that dates back to the 1920’s (root damage and invasion within drain line, failing cast iron, poorly installed upgrades over time, and accumulation of debris that was restricting the line). The Elite team provided a complete strategy to address all issues, and also provided visual verification through their camera technology to every foot of the line that needed to be root cleared, cleaned, and upgraded. They were able to reline the entire system – exceeding 150 feet of pipe lining – with a special inner sleeve coupled with epoxy. Every inch of exterior sewage line was successfully lined despite many challenges within the drain plan. There was minimal digging and a large savings through the avoidance of tearing up the yard, especially when some areas had line buried 10-12 feet deep. Lastly, the team confirmed every part of the finished repair through direct camera visualization. We are very pleased with the result! Bobbie drove the project with great communication and was there every day, all day. Ruben was an absolute work horse who eagerly took on every new challenge. Gill was the master of prepping and shooting the new line. Despite the challenges caused by so many years of sewer modifications, he found a way to line every section with new lining. They all were a pleasure to have on the project. An Elite team indeed!

I needed to have sink faucet replaced. Called them, within a hour they were at place reviewing and repairing it. Very professional and prompt response. 2nd time I’ve worked with them. Very reliable.

Very disappointed in this company . They provided me with a hydrojetting service that they didn’t think it would work ( later they said it was 50/50 chance ) , they told me they will send camera down the line as part of contract but later said they won’t since beginning of the tube is not straight and that was obvious from the beginning ), did multiple scheduling and didn’t show up. At the end , I was left where I started and $900 down . They also damaged the stucco during the work

I had a slow flushing toilet which lead to a few other issues. David and Josh were able to conduct all the repairs and fix the pipes to ensure there will be no future problems.

Highly recommend Kyle Patch with Elite Rooter. We had a seized bolt in our kitchen sink that we couldn’t get off to change the faucet. I sent out a request to Elite Rooter and they answered super quickly and got someone out a couple of hours later! Kyle came out and he was able to diagnose the issue, cut off the seized faucet, and install our new one in less than an hour. I have had multiple interactions with this company and there have been mistakes made on their part before but we were always able to get it fixed and taken care of only because I pointed them out but recently the company has split and their quality is gone. They provide quotes that are supposedly “not valid” even with being asked to reevaluate and make sure it’s correct. And after three quotes still come back and ask for double the money. And then rather than trying to correct anything I was told too bad and to figure it out myself and now they avoid calls and do not respond to emails. And since the company has split they no longer have a licensed plumber working for them so it makes sense that they are panicking. They have left jobs half done. Worst plumbers I have ever had to deal with and do not recommend if you want a job done right the first time.

A burst pipe was leaking water into our newly renovated foundation. Dion and his team (David, Grayson, James) were on site within hours to fix the leak and ultimately ended up replumbing our entire 100 yr old house. They made it easy to get financing and the work came with a 25 yr warranty.A particular shout-out to Dion. Dion is a very above-board guy who you can tell takes pride in a job done right, and I felt that in the work they did for me. Elite came out to diagnose what was causing reverberations in my water pipes after flushing. The serviceman did not know and called his boss. After checking my water pressure, they determined it was a faulty water regulator and said it would cost $1275 to replace. Another company came out and the serviceman immediately suspected a faulty fill valve in the tank but agreed that the regulator also needed replacing, which itself would cost $548. It turns out the fill valve was making the noise, not the regulator. Obviously, I went with the other service at a savings of $727. I don't understand Elite's extreme disparity in charges for the regulator. Elite's serviceman requested a review from me after his visit, so here it is.

Elite Rooters was referred to me by a few of my neighbors when I had a sewer line clog. Steven Johnson came out and assessed the issue thoroughly. Not only did he help with our issue, he also took the time to educate us on what we were dealing with and how to prepare ourselves for the future. He took pictures of our old cast iron pipes and helped us understand what was happening to them and how it was built for our home. Devin also came out and gave us a great education on what we were dealing with and what we should look out for if we plan to buy more houses in the future. I'm certainly glad we were referred to them! Highly recommend.Since then we've also been assisted by Grayson and Ricardo who did a fabulous job helping unclog our drain. We have a funk house with pipes that all connect to the same line and I can't thank them enough for all their hard work!

Elite Rooter is an excellent business that provides prompt, professional and reasonably-priced service. We had some Hydro jetting done to clear out our drains and pipes. David came out to my house today to help with a toilet that had been backed up for hours. He arrived less than 3 hours after calling and had it fixed within 15 min. And that’s not even the cool part. I am a renter and was not able to get approval from my landlord for the full cost of this service, which should have been $145. I explained my situation to David and he offered to charge me only $79. This kind of customer service is not often seen these days and I am so very grateful for the kindness of David and this company. 10/10 would recommend Elite Rooter.

On September 24,2022 at approximately 0800 hours, I contacted Elite Rooter to repair a leak from the kitchen ceiling that was discovered September,23 2022 in the afternoon. I shut off main water valve in the evening. On September 24, at approximately 0800 hours, I spoke with a receptionist who is employed by pluming company Elite Rooter. The receptionist advised a plumber would be coming over to my residence. At approximately 1010 hours Elite Rooter plumber Dave Delgado texted me advising he would be arriving within 15 to 20 minutes. Delgado arrived at 1030 hours. The water leak was coming from a recessed light fixture in the kitchen ceiling. Delgado used a water scanning tool but was not ascertain the direct location of the leak. Delgado contacted Fred Cruz who is the owner of So Cal Flood Company because Delgado advised the ceiling would need to be cut. Cruz arrived at around 1130 hours. Cruz inspected the ceiling area and marked out an area to be cut. Cruz advised he would have to call someone to come and cut ceiling area (4 feet by 4 feet) and the cost would be $1500.00. At 1150 hours, both men left and Delgado said he would return after the cut was made. At approximately 1413 hours Cruz texted me and Delgado advising his employee would arrive in 20 minutes. Delgado texted and advised he would not be able to return until Monday morning. I asked if someone else could come by to repair the pipe leak. After not hearing back from Delgado I called him and he advised that no other plumber was available and that he would return Monday. At 1445 hour a So Cal company employee arrived. It took the employee approximately 40 minutes to prepare, cut, and clean area. The employee used a reciprocating saw. After he finished, I texted Cruz and advised that he could come Wednesday (to patch the hole. I told Cruz that Delgado would not return until Monday the 26th. I was left without water for about 58 hours. I couldn’t eat, cook, clean, take showers, wash clothes, and use the toilets. My family and I had to leave our home to do those things.On September 26, 2022 at around 0900 hours Delgado showed up with his supervisor. The supervisor advised he could not use a torch on the copper pipe because of the insulation. The supervisor cut section of old pipe and used a tool to crimp a new section of pipe. Delgado just stood there and watched his supervisor do the work which totaled $700.00. After the Plummers left I contacted Fred Cruz of So Cal Flood Company. He advised he would get me someone to bring a dehumidifier and fan for the damp water in ceiling and find someone to patch the hole. An employee named Jason came over and hook up machines to dry ceiling. After a few texts on Monday, Cruz did not find someone and stopped texting me.I believe Elite Rooter San Diego and So Cal Flood Company have very poor business ethics. I was left without running water for two days and I was charged $1500 dollars (property manager had to reimburse me) to cut only because to patch was more money. Really $1500 just to cut a ceiling! I had to find someone else to patch the hole. I would not recommend either of these companies unless you have money to throw away. These men sounded professional but the bottom line is they will take you for an expensive ride and leave you hanging.

Elite rooter (David was the plumber who assisted me) was very professional and prompt with their plumbing service. I appreciated the updates they provided as they investigated my plumbing before moving forward in each of their steps. I would recommend them.

The technician David came out and did an assessment of the issue. He was very thorough and he patiently explained the problems and what it would entail to fix them. Unfortunately my company has a contract with a different plumber so we were unable to use this company. However, based on David's professionalism and articulations, we wish we could have.

Shower was filling up and not draining like usual. Called and within a couple hours Elite was on the job. I saw two trucks pull up and was completely impressed by their attention to my problem and quickly resolving the issue. Great people, great service. I hired Elite Rooter to come in and replace the pipe from the foundation of the house to the city connect. The contract was written very clearly Elite Rooter will install CIPP (cured in place pipefrom clean outs to city connection. When the contract was agreed upon, I was out of town and a tenant who lived on site was coordinating with me through the duration of the repairs. The project cost a total of $12,000.00 with a 25-year warranty on all materials. Invoice was paid and work was completed. Less than a year later I had issues again with sewage coming up in a bathtub. When I called Elite rooter they sent someone out the same day. When the technician arrived he ran a camera on the pipe and came to the conclusion that roots were growing into the 45-degree elbow before the city connection. After a long phone call the technician informed me that this was a new issue and was not related to the original contract, therefore not covered. They gave me a new estimate for $4,700.00 to replace the pipe over the phone. I requested a written contract for the work via email or in person but never received one. I called them and asked to speak with the manager, the manager then told me he would look into the issue and call me back. I never heard back after three weeks. I called three times thereafter in a two-week period with no response. I hired a different plumber who showed me that the work was never completed.Bottom line, they said the work was complete and the issue fixed and it was not. Yet they charged me and pretended like the work was done and screened my phone calls after. I feel like they intentionally did not send me a written contract for the second repair because it would directly contradict the first contract making them liable.I will never use this company again and I will make sure that anyone I know will never trust this company.

I was very released and pleased with their service as they came right away and solve the problem even our case was bit tricky. The worker from this company was very patient and respectful to customer. I highly recommend anyone to use this company for any plumbing works. I am glad we found this company as it was very reasonable price and could not ask more professional work than what they do.

Great service from Elite Rooter of San Diego. Our laundry drain pipe had blockages in it and was corroded as well as the main line. Elite Rooter came to diagnose the issue and gave us a free estimate and we were able to schedule them to begin work immediately. They worked efficiently and we’re completely done with all the work within 3.5 days and only had to turn our water off for 4 hours total. They cleaned up the mess in and left the places that were dug up just as they were prior to the project. I also appreciate their 25 year transferable warranty. All of these factors definitely makes them better than their competitors (which I also got quotes from). They also offer a financing option with 0% interest for 18 months. The only downside to this option is that they charged a $900 fee to use the financing option rather than paying in cash. However the financing no worked best for us considering we didn’t have thousands of dollars in cash laying around. Overall I would highly recommend elite rooter if you need any work related to plumbing done on your home!

Called to get the main water turned off so that a new hose bib in our front yard could be installed. They came in less than 30 min (wow!) We live in Kensington so the water main is over 100 years old and it was totally rusted! Steven was super nice and explained that he couldn’t get it to budge. So he called a colleague to help and he arrived 15 minutes later! Such prompt service.They were able to get the water turned off and changed the hose bib in less than 5 minutes. They mentioned that the valve to shut off the water to the house should be replaced (but no pressure to get it done today) and they could have tried to tack on a new water main valve but they were totally honest and not pushy (so refreshing!!). Will definitely call Elite Rooter again for fair and honest plumbing!

I called Elite Rooter because my spouse and I were having issues with backed up toilet. Technician came out spent two hours working on it. Two supervisors showed up one gentleman named Mark. He told me there were roots in the Sewer line. They put a camera down my sewer line. But never allowed me to see the roots on the camera. I suspect there were no routes. I feel they lied in order to overcharge us for work we did not need. Highly suggest you read all reviews about Elite plumbing. After our poor service. I looked into the reviews. I read numerous poor reviews. They started the work but did not complete it. I personally and my spouse had to finish the project. We were told they would be done by 12 PM on Monday. We arrived at The house at 2:30 pm on Monday afternoon. There was no technicians there But there was huge hole in our yard with mounds of dirt. I called the technician he said he just does what he’s told. I called his supervisor Mark. Salesman Mark. He stated they had to go to a different project. Very unprofessional. Untrustworthy.

Kailib is excellent and very professional. He offered to wear a mask when he noticed ours, and wore it correctly the entire time he was working. He was very good at explaining what was wrong and how he was going to fix it, and he gave us advice on how to fix some things we could do ourselves. When he was giving us our free estimate, he fixed any easy issues, like loose screws and leaks on our toilet connections. He was also exceptionally polite and answered all of our questions.

I was very satisfied with Arturo’s service. He responded quickly, he was very professional and knowledgeable, as well as personable, unclogged my sinks and unexplained very clearly what the problem was. Ronnie did a fantastic job rebuilding my toilet. It was a tricky old toilet that required some skill and improvisation but he was up for the challenge. He was friendly and I felt safe with him in my home. tSalvador was actually early when he came to fix my clogged drain. He called before he came, he was professional the whole way through. He demonstrated excellent customer service. He was flexible in dealing with our 100+ yr old house. We have used this company twice and were very happy with both plumbers.

I called Elite Rooter on a Friday and they were able to come out the next day to give me a free estimate. Arturo was the one coming and he called to let us know he will arrive in 30 minutes, and he arrived on time. He gave me a reasonable and fair estimate. And I felt that he was honest. We previously called another plumbing company a few days before and they quoted us over $1000 more than Elite Rooter. Arturo offered to go purchase the parts needed and returned in a reasonable time to install the shower knob and fix the leak under the sink. We are extremely happy with the quality of the work and the fair price. If we ever need a plumber again, we will definitely call Elite Rooter. ☺

Yesterday (19May2022) my grandparents called Elite to come by and replace a toilet. A foreign object fell into it and sealed the deal. Eshan (The plumber) was there in less than 25mins. He had a great personality, was knowledgeable, very respectful and thoughtful with regards to what our options were. Eshan took a look at the situation and immediately pointed out to us there was an issue (Due to another company's poor workmanship and installation.) More specifically, the new toilet could not be installed for reasons that required Eshan to investigate. Eshan crawled underneath the house without hesitation and with a flash light. He provided not only a narrated video of the issues found underneath the house, but hand drew for my grandparents to understand what the issues were. In the process of looking down into the pipe from within the bathroom, other contractors (Roofers) turned on the water and Eshan was sprayed with water in face and clothes. Most people would have been extremely upset, but Eshan maintained professional composer, professionalism, and resolve. He even laughed about it. Eshan noted all the work that would need to be completed to bring things to code and let us know Elite Rooter's office would send an estimate. Further, Eshan recommend looking into toilets that might be more accommodating to my grandparents who are both 87 & 89. To be clear, all of this was without being on contract to be paid - this was just to investigate and note what the issues were. Eshan was not pushy about his company (Elite Rooter) doing the work. His bottom line was to ensure my grandparents solve the wholistic issue (Piping that was not up to code, wet ground underneath the house, wet/rotted wood in restroom, piping within walls potentially) instead of just slapping a new toilet on an existing problem. He could have just did that and left. But he was honest and very helpful to ensure we all understood the issues at hand so that we could make an informed decision. At the end of the day, the decision is my grandparents to make, as it is their money and house. If the decision was solely my own, I would easily have Elite do the work. If I have any issues of my own and I need a plumbing services, I'll be giving Travis a call at Elite Rooter and requesting Eshan's services. Tomorrow I will be following up with my grandparents to see what they would like to do. But I had to do Eshan a solid at the bare minimum for his time and effort shown yesterday. Eshan, if you see this, thank you sir.

We had a clog that backed up the kitchen sink. Elite Plumbing was easy to get a hold of and schedule a 2-hour time block the same morning of calling. Robert was not only on time, he called me well in advance to inform me that he was on his way. He was extremely professional in his demeanor and knowledge of the issue at hand. He was in and out in less than an hour, and offered wonderful advice to prevent issues like this from happening again in the near future. All of this for $79. Wonderful deal.

I can’t say enough good things about this company! Every worker who has been over here including other contractors brought in from Elite has been amazing. They are all super friendly, answer all questions we had, very respectful, clean up throughout the day to keep dust and dirt down, and go out of their way to help out more than they really have to. I have used this company multiple times from a simple clog to back ups, to ultimately replacing all the piping. I almost wish the work wasn’t finished because we enjoyed having them around. If you want the job done right and the first time, call them, you will be satisfied.

Appreciated Steven/Stephen's time and honest assessment![Update - Aug 16, 2022]I'm writing this with a cooler head, 2 months after service. The actual service and work by the technicians were great. Communicative, friendly, and competent. So let's start at 5 stars still.One star off for over-promising and under-delivering. We needed a mainline repair and were quoted 18,000 dollars! I won't quibble about prices, I should had did my due diligence and shopped around but we were leaving for vacation the very next day so it is what it is. The manager at the time mentioned to us that insurance would cover 50-80% (I was skeptical, I know Homeowner's Insurance doesn't cover plumbing) but like I said I was about to leave the country and I didn't want my housesitter (brother) having to deal with it). We got back around 16%.Again. Due diligence and buyer beware. But a promise like that borders on fraudulent even if it was not paper.Two stars off for just an unnecessarily stressful payment situation that escalated for no reason.The payment options were not clear on the quote and while I was STILL on vacation, they came asking for the full quote payment. There was no invoice, break down of work, or payment method or options readily available (didn't get this until way after I paid and they were trying to itemize with insurance).I asked for time to get a quick personal loan and was warned that if I didn't pay within 3 days, they'd go after a tax lien (not sure the exact term but it's in the quote and for - by the way- for payments missed after 30 days) immediately even though I was sure I was going to get approved (I was, application to funded within 72 hours). Then they tell me they have a payment plan option (cool, a little late and I had already been approved for the loan).So that was an unpleasant experience with poor communication that seemed to escalate out of nowhere.The work was good and I feel like my communication with the technician (Rob) was excellent. But when it came to sales and money tactics, I was not happy with the experience and it was a bitter pill to swallow.

Robert did a fantastic job removing and replacing our water heater. The price was very fair and the workmanship was excellent. I was so impressed with the quality of the work that I had him also install a new faucet and tighten up three facets that I could never get tight enough to keep them from moving. I highly recommend Robert, and Ron, who stopped by to assist during the water heater replacement.

I am absolutely pleased with the work that Kyle came and did at our condo. Brandon was efficient, explained what our problem was, gave us an estimated quote on the work needed and answered all our questions before beginning to fix our toilet. After work was completed he explained what he had done and made sure we were satisfied with the work done. To date our toilet is working properly and we are very satisfied with Elite Rooter. I would say they my assigned service technician Kyle was above average in his field. He found the problem fast and repaired it at a more than reasonable cost to us. I thought I would have to spend thousands of dollars, however with Kyle’s help I was able to save money and get the job done quickly! He is very personable and willing to do whatever it takes to satisfy the customer. Do not hesitate to ask for Kyle for any work that you need done. We had three estimates scheduled for someone to fix our leaky sinks. Elite Rooter was the only one able to come out the day we wanted which was Saturday. Memo showed up and checked out our sinks and he factored in the senior discount before giving us the estimate. He was so professional, polite, friendly and kind that we decided to cancel the other two estimates and go with Elite Rooter. We are so incredibly glad we did!!! Memo was the best! Robert W. From Elite Rooter came to unclog my kitchen sink from the outside clean out access during the weekend. The company responded to a request from the night before. Very polite, on time, good communication and professional. Did offer the complimentary pipeline camera inspection which I took. Very educational and eye opener section done by Ehsan. I didn’t do the whole house water jet due to the high cost at the moment. The whole process is smooth and painless. Highly recommended.

One of our tenants called out Elite Rooter for a clogged toilet. When they came out it was recommended the drains be jetted. Elite let us know the cost of the initial visit would be taken off the final bill if we used them for the jetting and camera. Though not our normal plumbers we went ahead and used them. We have lines jetted regularly. This should cost around $450. Elite charged us $1500 to jet and camera. When reattaching the toilet, it was noticed that we had an issue with the flange and we asked for them to get us a quote to fix it. They set the toilet back on the hole, not attached and left for the day, not getting us info about reattaching it. The next day the plumbing backed up and sewage leaked all over our tenants store and under the wall into the school next door. We never got a quote and tried calling them multiple times to finish the job and did not get a return call. I stepped in for my staff and had to call three times before I was finally connected with the plumber who worked on our job. He just had excuses and said he had called my employee, which had not happened. So not only were there prices ridiculously high, they also ruined property by not finishing the job. When calling to discuss, they were just argumentative and then called less than two weeks from sending the bill to say they were going to put a lean on our property for non-payment, it was already in process through accounting. Less than a week later we had to have another company out because we were still having issues. The video footage the new company got, shows that it doesn't even look like they jetted our pipes at all. I am a Facilities Director, I work with plumbers all the time. I do not recommend this company.

Was able to get a same day visit and the technician was in fact early (with a call first to ensure it was ok). Has a clogged cast iron pipe and he worked diligently for over and hour to try to clear. Ultimately he has to go to Home Depot, buy PVC, and replace a portion of the pipe. Daven did a great job here! Thank you!!

It was not actually at this place but rather my house. Arturo was my Tech and he is the consumate professional and an asset to Elite. I would recommend him and Elite to anyone. I was a little concerned at the onset that the estimate was a teaser and that I was going to be up saled when the Tech arrived. NOT AT ALL and it was good to do straight forward business with them. There was a clog right outside my condo in the pipe shared by four units.Mr. Ehsan Al Nassiri quickly identified the problem, located the clog and cleared out the clog. He is a very nice guy. He came on time. He communicated to us about where the problem was located and what was the reason behind the clog. The price is very reasonable. Very professional! Five stars!When the HOA required me to provide more information about the clog, he was so nice that he wrote a report for me for free.

The worker that installed my new toilet was very direct and told me the costs upfront. He had the toilet changed out pretty quick. He even picked it up for me at the store. I thought I had a clogged toilet, but turned out that the toilet had too much calcium build-up and could not be fixed (it was 20 years old).Dispatch: The only thing that could have been better is if a plumber could have been dispatched earlier. I reported my toilet not working at 10:30am, I wasn’t able to get help until 3:15pm. Given we only have one toilet, we had to go use a restroom at a nearby store.Again, no problems with the service. :). I would recommend.

Any doubts we may have had due to the price tag were quickly squashed when the county water supervisor stopped by while they were in the area for other repairs. Daniel called to remind that he was on his way. He showed up promptly and ready for anything. Right away looking at our sump pump, we wanted to confirm with his senior plumber, with photos, to make sure he was approaching things properly. But once he came back, he had a plan and got right to it.He wanted to prepare us by saying there was a chance a new pump might need to be ordered but that he'll be removing the pump to test outside. He removed the cover to discover a buildup that had not broken down naturally and gave suggestions on how to avoid it in the future.After removing what was critical and most of the water he discovered the pump activated once again and a removal would not be necessary.Daniel then put everything back together again, cleaned everything up as if he had not been there. He then explained that they could come out to help maintain the pump in a scheduled basis of we like and what our would cost and what was involved.From what I experienced and gathered, this company seems to be very honest and a pleasure to work with. Thank you Daniel and Elite plumbing for the great work.

The reviews here generally seem good so I imagine this was just a miss for them, but I feel obligated to share my experience.- Unclogging via pressure blasting lasted a week at a price tag of $1200.- Original work order for the proposed work had the wrong diagnosis, likely because they said they ran a camera when they hadn't. Would have been a big bummer if we'd done that work with a hefty price tag only to discover it wasn't correct.- Communication and followthrough was bad throughout the process.Your mileage may vary, but I certainly won't be working with them again.

I had a leak coming from my washing machine. I used a coupon online for a 79.00 special . Kyle who was well mannered and professional arrived in less then a hour. Was very happy with the service provided. When Kyle finished with the job everything was even cleaner than it was when he arrived!

Elite Rooter has been great to work with. I’ve never needed a plumber before and really didn’t know what to expect. Devin showed up on a Saturday morning and explained the issue to me. He answered my questions and walked me through the process. Never once did I feel pressured or unsure about anything. Once the job started Mike showed up with his team and got to work. The guys who came to fix my toilet did a great job. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and cleaned up their worksite with care. The price was a little higher than others quoted, but they were willing to drop the price from their original quote. Their work comes with a two year warranty and I think they will be worth the price. Also, they responded quickly to my request for service. They also fully explained the problem and were clear with what they provided.

I called elite rooter at 10:03 and was told there would be a plumber here between 11-12. Travis called at 11:05 and was here a few minutes later. Devin Also showed up minutes later. I thought this was very responsive and punctual. I told them what was happening and they explained to me what they thought the issue was and how they were going to find and fix the issue. Then they went to work. They were very professional and respectful of my property as they worked. After unclogging my main line they showed me video, which is FREE with Elite, and all the issues, roots and decaying cast iron pipes, I have. They walked me through the plumbing of almost the whole house. My clog is fixed and we can use the plumbing but They talked to me about being proactive to save money instead of being reactive which would cost more. They just left and will write me up a proposal. For 2 hours of work they kept their promise and only charged me $79 like the google ad stated. Their value and quality of work is outstanding. I highly recommend them and will to my neighbors.

We had a serious emergency issue with our shower to the point that we had to shut off the main water line until we could get it resolved. Carlos at Elite Rooter was in our house within two hours and had everything resolved about 90 minutes after that. He was super knowledgeable, professional and friendly! When he noticed we have young children in our family, he brought in a case of bottled water he had in his truck so the kids wouldn't be thirsty while the water was shut off! Great experience all around. My toilet over overflowing and I needed a plumber ASAP. I called, someone answered the phone, and said a plumber would be able to come out within an hour or two. If you are a military member they do give you an option according to what works for you. Although the house is a military owner, I’m pretty sure they could help you no matter what. I lucked out when I googled for a plumber, the first time I called my shower drain miraculously stopped being a problem when they came out. They were great and punctual. Kind and offered to come back again with a camera if it acts up again and they did NOT charge me for coming out! We knew right away we found a great plumber that wasn’t about gauging the customer. Fast forward two weeks and my drain is clogged I called at 3pm and by 4:30 they were at my house ready to figure it out! (Two trucks) as one employee worked relentlessly to snake the drain the owner educated me on my drains and how to properly maintain them. For roughly 2 hours these guys worked at the drain and on the roof to finally unclog this thing, they made sure to keep a clean space as they worked which I truly appreciate. When it came time to pay I anticipated around $200 and would have totally felt like I had gotten a deal considering how long they worked,how hard they worked and how quick they responded. MY BILL WAS $79!!!!!!!!! Like are you kidding me! What a deal! Just amazing work and super friendly people! And a warranty! Nice to work with a company that actually cares about your concerns and their reputation. They came out on a Saturday within an hour of my call. They were very apologetic that the parts were not available until that Monday even though it was out of their control. Ramon was very great to work with and was constantly updating me on every aspect of the install. Ramon, Scott and everyone else involved are professional, knowledgeable and responsive to your needs. I highly recommend.

We had them diagnose and ultimately redo the drains that lead from our back patio to the front curb. It was pricey, but my impression is that's the nature of the job. The personnel were friendly, and responsive, and made good sense. It hasn't rained yet, so I haven't had a chance to make sure everything works perfectly, but the work looks solid, and I was impressed with how carefully they put the landscaping in the front yard back together after digging the trenches for the new pipes. Kudos to Bobby and Rudy for the great job.

Matt came by to disassemble our faucet/sink and gas cooktop stove. The stove ended up becoming more of a hassle to disassemble than expected, but Matt stuck it out, figured it out, and finished the job, all the while being delicate with our appliances. This was also a last-minute service we needed, which the company accommodated in one day with an estimate, and second day out to do the job. We couldn’t be more appreciative! Now we can demo our kitchen carefully and get to those renovations! Thanks Matt! Can’t wait to have you back for assembly.

Be careful with Elite Rooter, and get more than one job estimate from other plumbing companies. I was told my fix would take 2-3 days and cost $4200.00. I bit high I thought at the time, even at 3 days. In all, it took 11 hours and about $100 in parts. This was a pretty easy job and I really don't know where they can justify over $400 per hour. I brought my concern up to the plumber and he agreed with me. After calling his office he was told that each truck must earn $3500 per day, like that's my problem?As for the plumbing job? Not bad, but as I indicated before it was a relatively easy job.I'm old enough to know better than make this kind of mistake, and I assure you, I won't make it again.

I had a problem with my kitchen sink and another company put me on hold for more than two days and canceled last minute on Friday afternoon. When I called Elite Rooter and asked them to send someone right away, they did it. Carlos was very professional and fixed the problem very fast. He also had a very good manner and he was very polite. I want to thank Elite Rooter for saving the day. I have been plagued by a slow bathroom drain for the last year. I knew I needed to do something. This morning it was so slow I kid of laughed to myself that one of these times it is not going to clear. Little did I know that 20-minutes later I would see it hadn't budged.I wasn't too worried. I had watched half a dozen You Tube videos so I was confident that I could use my $10 drain snake and get it going in no time. The first few steps went so well, I was already celebrating. Unfortunately, when I was done, it was not only still jammed up but the water was kind of cruddy and gross. I knew it was time to call a pro.It was a Saturday so the only thing to be grateful for was that it wasn't Sunday with even higher rates. My first search, top of the list was Elite Rooter with a $79 drain special. I was thrilled because the last tie I needed a plumber it was $120 minimum which I would have gladly paid just to be able to brush my teeth in the bathroom again.I called them and was able to get a 12:00 - 2:00 service widow which was perfect. Shortly after, I got a heads up call from Robert that he was on the way. I figured I wouldn't hear anything til 1:45 and it wasn't even noon yet.I'm always anxious when I have to deal with car repairmen and plumbers but when Robert showed up I knew I had nothing to worry about. He was great. He explained everything that he would be doing assured me he would get it taken care of.I was smart enough to get out of his way and let him do his work and it couldn't have been more than twenty minutes and he was pretty much done. He showed me how my drains were really gummed up from years of use. He got it reamed out good and made some recommendations for some more proactive maintenance so I can avoid these kinds of reactive rescues.When I am ready to do it, I know who I am going to call. He is a very personable and down-to-earth man. He was even early to the appointment. He was fast and he kept us informed on what he was doing and why he was doing it. We had such an amazing experience with Carlos today. I called this morning with a bath tub clog and the woman who answered was very helpful and gave me a two hour window. Within an hour Carlos called with an eta and sure enough he was there on time. My Dad was there to greet him and he had nothing but awesome things to say about Carlos. He is an honest, friendly and knowledgeable guy who is great at what he does. Not only are the prices reasonable, but they arrive on time. My first interaction with this company, and I had a great experience. I had a plumbing issue at my condo so I reached out to their customer service late one night. I expected to hear back the next day. To my surprise, I received a response within the hour even if it was after work hours. And when I texted back close to midnight, their customer service rep Natalia was on top of things even that late at night. She had me scheduled in for the next day, and as scheduled the owner Devin showed up at my condo on time. He was thorough and professional and really took the time to address the issue. He even took time out to call services that he didn’t provide from a third party company because I needed them. Overall, great experience with an honest company.

My wife and I have been homeowners several times over the past 44 years, so I've become fairly proficient at handling clogged drains. When our kitchen sink plumbing backed up a couple of weeks ago, a simple bit of plunger work did the trick. But a second back-up seemed impervious to the plunger solution.From experience I am comfortable with kitchen plumbing, so I removed the easy-latch disposal and the pipes - just down to the p-trap (curved pipe) which I couldn't get off. Still I had determined the clog was beyond that point, out towards the plumbing clean-out on the back wall of the house.Using various sized snakes still failed as a home remedy, so I finally determined this would be my first time needing a professional rooter service.Elite Rooter advertises a single drain fix for $79, which seemed reasonable and I was able to get on their schedule from 3 to 5p.m. that afternoon. Frankie Herrera, Sr.Technician, arrived promptly at 3p.m. That was the first point in their favor.Armed simply with a drill and a 6' length of 1/4 coiled steel, he confirmed my assessment and handily loosend the p-trap (much to my embarrassment!). There it was - just inside the pipe - a blockage likely building over our 30 years in this house.Much relieved, I thanked Frankie, who proceeded to the back yard to use my hose to ensure there were no further blockages from the back of the house out to the street (I wouldn't have thought of that), and then said he would show me a trick that would allow me to handle such future blockages myself.Really??While the hose confirmed no further issues, his trick demonstrated how the snake and drill would easily get past the p-trap. I thanked him sincerely for the quick fix and asked how much I owed him. He said it would be no charge. I wasn't sure I heard correctly. Admittedly I had pretty well prepped the area for a quick fix, but knew the cost for him and his big beautiful truck to get here. I again asked him for the charges and he again refused any payment, and even left the length of coiled steel for me to use on any future blockages.I don't suggest that Elite Rooter Service will be able to dispatch your problem as quickly and cost effectively as mine. But Frankie's professional, friendly service and kind consideration was a rare and unexpected experience indeed. In appreciation, I said I would gladly write him a review worthy of his conduct.So here we are.This was truly a warm and welcome experience, and suggests to me that Elite is worthy of your consideration for such services. I read Elite Rooter's previous reviews and said yeah right - but they were the only ones with a 5.0 review and could come within an hour and a half of my call. Carlos showed up on time, answered all my questions, and proceeded to snake my main line which was completely stopped. The snake wouldn't budge it. So he called his supervisor, Devin who came with the camera at no additional charge. The camera went black right away at which time we negotiated pressure jetting the clog. Both men worked with me tirelessly to unclog my drain. I was at their mercy. They stayed until the pipe was cleared - long past a normal work day. My husband came home as they were cleaning up and they reinserted the camera to show him the condition of our pipe! I was beyond impressed with the service received. If you go with another plumber I hope you don't regret it. These guys were the best.

The technician that came out was named Memo. He was awesome! Our kitchen drain was clogged once again. My husband and I were originally going to buy solution for the drain as we always do. But we were feed up in doing this every so often. Finally we decided to call these guys. When Memo came out he was very professional and supper polite. He explained what he was doing and even showed us exactly was was wrong and why our sink kept clogging. He quickly and efficiently took care of the problem with no disruption. Very expensive for putting in a new drain. I initially sign up for a clearing of the drain since the garbage disposal monitor was running. Had to even go out to buy a new drain. Technician did not have parts on hand. I was originally told the technicians would arrive 7am to 11am. I had to call to even have them come out giving the same information I inputted on the website. I was the told the time would be 10am to noon. I had to stay home from work and the technician did not arrive until after noon.

My plumbing was really bad until I found arturo online he’s the best and fixed all my plumbing my main line was backed up and he came and fixed it in 30 minutes and I was very pleased with his service I would really recommend his services to anyone having problems with your plumbing … he’s the go to guy (:

Difficult drain problem. Robert worked for quite a while trying every possible way to clear blockage before calling in Frankie. From the initial call of setting the service appt. to the explanation the plumbers gave regarding the assessment of our need, the service rendered was professional and friendly; it was clearly about us, the customer, and not just the job. They quickly identified the issue and presented a solution plan. We had numerous others fix the problem only to have it resurface again and again. We are highly satisfied at the finished work that David did, and will surely keep the number at hand for any future needs. Had a main line clog which was quickly diagnosed by Elite using their high tech equipment. They offered a solution to my problem which was very expensive, however, they gave me a GREAT discount for the procedure and had a truck and crew at my house within an hour. The problem was quickly solved by hydro jetting and my drains are running clean and faster than ever since I bought the house 30 years ago. All the crew people were clean, courteous and efficient. They ran into some difficulty because of the age and configuration of my pipes, but they kept going till they had the problem solved. Best plumbing business I've run across yet. We had a waterfall under the house due to a u joint crack under the shower. It was in a really tight space and unless you were tiny, you couldn't get in without either cutting pipe or flooring. A competitor company quoted us $2,800. Elite Rooter did it for a fraction of that quote and did it without cutting anything! Devin and Carlos are very professional, knowledgeable and tells it how it is. No bs. Just straight forward talk with no hidden costs. Choose them, you won't regret it.

Carlos, the gentleman who did our work was both professional and knowledgeable . Our home is from the 1920's-it has a myriad of plumbing types-and he knew all the types and their issues. I called Elite Rooter at 8:40am today because I had a clogged toilet. I saw their company and their promise that if they couldn’t clear the line, it would be free. I asked how soon they could be there and was given a window of 9am-11am. Joseph came with Cristobal. They were neat, friendly, honest, and enjoyable to have in my house. They covered their shoes before walking in and cleaned up after they left. They brought in an auger to clear the toilet but it got stuck 7 feet down. They had to remove the upstairs toilet to snake the line. The toilet was old and part of the problem for the stoppage, so they ended up replacing the toilet with another one that I bought from home depot. They were patient and helpful with getting our new toilet into the house and up the stairs. Their prices were reasonable and they offered a warranty. Joseph needed a cutter to cut off the decayed toilet flange that needed to be replaced. He made a phone call and two other guys (Elan and Mark) from Elite who showed up with the cutter and a camera snake. We were able to see the condition of the cast iron pipe, which is typical for my neighborhood and rotting. We enjoyed their personalities and their work, we’ve hired them to come out and do more. It makes sense to take steps to maintain rotting pipes before they completely collapse. I recommend them :-)

Our tankless hot water heater stopped working and I didn’t even know who to call. Great experience with this company. A tech named Steven Johnson came out to fix a cold water line leak under our kitchen sink. He was extremely professional and had the entire line replaced and good to go in less than an hour. He also provided great advice about the water damage and recommended a company to help with the abatement.

I had an issue with a backup in the bathroom on two consecutive Saturday’s and a Monday to help out with the plumbing at my condo.He was really thorough when explaining all the work he was doing and very informative. They showed up and were spear about what the problem(s) could be and they were very accurate. It did end up being a more expensive repair but they did point out how and where the previous “fix” went wrong or just lazy work. My salon plumbing was having some issues, so I googled plumbers in San Diego. I saw that Elite plumbing had great reviews. So I gave them a call. And within 2 hours the business sent out Ramen. He came in to a salon full of women like a super hero. He was kind, professional and funny. He fixed the backed up sinks. Also suggested a few improvements that would help us to avoid having the same problems from reoccurring. After a few more scheduled appointments. Our sinks are working at great. I was quoted $325 to unclog a toilet on a Saturday by one of their competitors. Elite Rooter did it for $79 flat. Steven the technician was on time, friendly, and did the job in less than 5 minutes (hey Elite Rooter, give him a new iPad that is not glitchy he deserves it ) GREAT experience all around I can not recommend more highly.

Jonathan and Ehsan were friendly and very professional. They explained in detail what work was needed and why. They worked efficiently and took care to make sure everything was cleaned and restored when they were done. They respected the health guidelines with the COVID situation. Kitchen drain issue that my usual drain company couldn’t get to. I received quick response to my yelp quote request, called to confirm timing and the Joseph arrived right on time or earlier after calling to say he was nearby. Recommended a flushing rather than just snake, and knowing a little about houses and plumbing agreed. Price was probably average, but a 3 year guarantee is fantastic! Joseph kept the place clean - even laying the rug down after moving things from under the sink - wore booties on shoes- a very good thing compared to many a plumber I’ve dealt with over the years. Likely be my first call next time.

Joseph was absolutely fantastic. He went through his trouble shooting to help identify my drainage problem and was able to identify the root cause as being a septic issue. He dug out one of the lids and freed up the blockage and recommended septic tank pump. He was thoughtful, friendly and used his booties when entering the house. Plumbing companies need more people like Joseph and will definitely call him back once the septic tank is pumped and will definitely recommend him to friends and family. Thank you Joseph!

We’ve been through a number of plumbing companies and this is the first time I felt like we were in great hands. They showed up within hours of calling, were extremely knowledgeable, and they cared about the final result not just a temporary fix. We ended up needing to replace a root invaded pipe and they completed the job the same weekend. We’re very happy with Elite Rooter and would use them again in a heart beat.

Our condo building is old and not kept up the best it could be. The unit above had another plumber fix their issues but it just pushed them to ours. Going off of availability and reviews we found Elite Rooters. Travis came out same day and after assessing the situation gave us two options: short term fix or long. We chose long term fix. He came out next day and worked on jetting the unit above ours, plus our unit, with Trey helping along the way. They worked nonstop with a short lunch on our troublesome unit. Even the lead technician came out to assist Travis due to the complexity of the job. From 10am-8:25pm they stayed till everything was fixed. The original garbage disposal was rusted in and took tremendous effort and creative thinking on his part in order to remove it. I had called and scheduled for an appointment for the next day between 9-11am. At 11am I didn’t get any notification from anyone so I called to the office and she apologized and told me the plumber was running late but would be there the latest at 12:30. Sure enough he showed up right at 12:30pm. For some reason he quoted me $450 to fix the problem which was a clogged sink. I thought that was a little too much, so my husband called the plumbing company that he used before. They came within an hour and told us it would take $250 to fix . Two weeks after, my sink has been working perfectly. Still I had to pay my $79 for the visit fee. Overall I am not happy with the price they quoted, the tardiness and lack of communication with them.

I was in the process of moving, as I started moving things out of my sink I realized I had a slow leak that have been there for a while I didn’t know what to do. I got in contact with Elite Rooter and they replied quickly with multiple times I could choose for the same day for a technician to come out and take a look. Robert (senior technician) was right on time they called me an hour before to let me know they were on their way. When he got here he had booties to put on his shoes so that he wouldn’t track anything into my home, which was so appreciated because I have only carpet. Scott and Kristian even allowed my father and I to watch as they scoped my sewage system. They explained what and where their concerns were. Franky and Bobby spent an entire day digging under my 1960s home to make way for an entirely new sewage system after my cast iron had rotted and pulled put the old piping. We got a discount for my father's military service and they gave a credit to the work from the previous visit. I would highly recommend this company.

Tech Steve J. came out really, really quickly. He gave me an estimate that was 60% less than another guy! He knocked out the clog like a champ and my sink works again. So I almost never make a negative review - however I decided to make an exception. First -Trying to get this company to respond to me was pretty close to impossible - their email doesn’t function for return messages and their techs seem to keep overpromising that a bid will come in, yet 80% of the time it didn’t. And then they said they kept losing my phone number. The work that was done was incorrect according to two other plumbers I ended up hiring after this company failed to correctly diagnose and repair problems. On the final bid - they were almost 8 times more expensive then Who I ended up going with and we ended up paying extra for mistakes they had made. Would I hire this company again? Not unless their business, professional and interpersonal communications completely changed.

We are glad we called Elite for our pluming issue. They were able to squeeze us in today and arrived when they said they would. After the guys figured out what was making the water seep from under the toilet they gave us an estimate and then they did the work, clean, respectful and professional. We will absolutely call them for our future pluming issues.

I called at 8:45am because both toilets were not flushing and the tub wouldn’t drain ??‍♀️ They said they would be there between 9-10 and came right at 10! Talked with George, the plumber and he was very helpful and nice. Devin came out to do the video of the drain and they explained everything that was going on. I was very worried that they would charge me more for the video but they honored their original price! After all was said and done, Devon helped me with more information for future work and they were very helpful. I’d definitely recommend them to others as they were efficient, helpful and priced well!

I had them over for a water leak detection on my service line. They were very prompt and showed up in the same hour I contacted them. Kenny showed up and he very professional and affable at the same time. He went out of his way to repair unrelated issue at no cost. Great company, great people.

It took over 2 months of trial mostly errors from visiting Plummer’s , finally after the recommended high pressure hose treatment$ 1500.00 worth with a guarantee of months with no further issues. We happy, broke, however, the following week the sewer problem Returned!! No Master toilet. I had two severely backed up toilets and showers because of roots in the main line. Raphael and David showed up within an hour of calling Elite Rooter. They informed me about what needed to be done and how much it would cost beforehand in a very professional manner. After the blockage was resolved, they also installed two proper clean-out lines. They worked extremely hard, even after it turned dark. Raphael and David are the best of the best! Many thanks to Field Inspector Omar who came out twice as well.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! We had a shower that would not turn off. I asked for a guesstimate and they did not give. Guy came out and forced the cartridge our of our very nice Moen Faucet. He said he would have to either cut the tile out on the shower side or around the wall above the tub. He said this would be several hours. When I asked him how much, he said $2000.00 plus! Instead of putting the hardware back, he just left everything and took our 3-screws that went with the shower!! We called him and was supposed to bring back that night, but did not. Supposed to be here in the morning, but called and said he had work. He left 2 of the screws at our gate. We got Michael Labbe from Primo Plumbing to come out. He said the sleeve was forced off and bent all up making it almost impossible to put together. The plate could not be put back because screws were needed. Mike got the problem fixed with the shower for $185.00!! NOT $2000.00! Since we did not have enough screws to put the plate on, Mike had to work at getting the plate on and securing correctly and had to come to the house again. Their free house call error cost us plumbing visits, inconvenience and no use of our shower! (If I could give -0 points, I would.

I called Elite Rooter because my plumbing was backed up in the house I bought just two months ago. I knew I would need to replace my old cast iron pipes eventually since my house is 93 years old, I just wasn't expecting to have to do it so suddenly. I called Elite Rooter based on reviews and I am glad that I did. They came out within 90 minutes on a Saturday and informed me that they would not be able to use their snake because the pipes were broken (they saw this with their camera).So we decided to fix the problem and replace the pipes. We ended up running into a few issues and Franky completely took care of us from the start to the finish. I was not able to be home so he personally texted me throughout the whole process. I couldn't have asked for better service!Thank you Franky & Elite Rooter!

Had a leaking faucet and garbage disposal was not working. Called Elite Rooter and they sent a technician named Memo. He was on time, polite, and very knowledgeable. Help me understand the problem and fixed it quickly. Will be requesting Memo if I ever need Elite Rooters again.

We have a periodic problem with one drain, and have it hydro-jetted every 18 months or so. Our previous plumber who could do this is no longer available, so I did a little search and found Elite Rooter. Great reviews on Yelp. They came out, but instead of getting to the jetting, a Regional Manger came and said due to the age of the cast iron drains they would have to run a camera first, in case there was a problem with the pipe that jetting would make worse.He ran the camera down the roof vent and had me watch on the little black-and-white screen as he showed me what he said was the pipe rusted through at the bottom. It was very hard to understand what I was seeing because there was a lot of gunk in the pipe. He told me the camera was going down into the dirt below the pipe. And because of the pipe being rusted through, they could not do the jetting.He then proceeded to detail expensive options for fixing or bypassing the damaged drain pipe, costing at least 12-14 thousand dollars. And during the discussion of the damage and options the Regional Manager and other workers were in my house showing the route of the pipe and camera using a detector. They were in rooms with professional equipment in them. Fortunately I didn't agree to proceed with the fix, said I'd think about it and discuss with my wife. He did not charge for the camera inspection.Doing my due diligence I contacted another company the next day to inspect the drain. They came out, jetted the drain so that they could actually see the condition of it, and ran a camera through with me watching. There was no rusting through of the drain pipe. And they've sent me the video of the inspection.Here's what I'm faced with. Either the manager was incompetent, which is ludicrous because he's a Regional Manager for the company, or was trying to run a scam on me. I strongly suspect the latter. I was told that the service I requested, jetting the drain, could not be done because it would just cause more damage to an already rusted-through drain pipe. It was clear that he was trying to convince me to spend 12-14 thousand dollars to fix a problem that didn't exist. So, I don't trust this Regional Manager. And I don't trust Elite Rooter. And now I've had someone I don't trust inside my house and noticing my valuables. As a result I no longer feel my home is safe. I've sent them a follow-up email, and let them know that I will be sharing my experience with others.

I scheduled a quote using the Thumbtack app. Confirmed appointment date/time and they never showed. I got a response to my inqury I sent 45 minutes after the expected arrival time. The owner and customer service were quick to respond and gave me another date/time and the owner said he would handle himself. When I tried confirming the appointment the time got changed to later in the day multiple times. They finally came and gave us some useful information. I asked for two quotes one to repipe the bathroom the other repipe the entire house and never got any additional information which is fine because after all that I wasn't going to use them anyway.

We had a leak coming through our first floor ceiling they came out exactly as scheduled they communicated perfectly on the way here and they were able to diagnose an HVAC duct that had broken and air-conditioning condensation was leaking. No charge!! Excellent guys!!

Great service. It was a big project to take out all the broken drain lines because of my juniper tree roots. First they diagnosed all the issues. Then they had to break cement, replace all the drain lines and cover back with bricks and cement. Looks great now, they cleaned the area as well.Not cheap for the service, otherwise I would rate it as 5 stars.

Had an 11AM-1PM appointment two days ago. No call; no show. I call back at 1:45PM to see what's going on. They claimed that I never called them. I made another appointment for 2PM-3PM. Guy shows up at 5:00PM. Spends an hour doing all sort of stuff to my drain and can't figure out the problem. Says he needs to go back to get his camera for a follow up visit. Made another appointment for today 10AM sharp. No call; no show again.

I scheduled a plumbing service with Elite Rooters via yelp- my wife noticed a leak from my garage ceiling while I was using the bath tub- someone came out the next morning- Esan and Hector called before arriving- and I’m so glad they answered my call. They gave me two options. They started with the small stuff first. And simply removing a washer and adding caulking fixed the problem. Additionally they were able to help me by adjusting shower handle to allow more hot water in the tub. My wife and I are so happy with their Elite Service. Thanks Esan and Hector for coming out. Elite Rooter San Diego provided the worst experience I have ever had with a plumber. They came out to do a simple drain clean out, upsold me on the need for a high pressure flush of the pipes. They charged me $1375 for that, warning me that a cheaper clean out would result in damage to the mainline. Then. they took a video of of the mainline, told me the pipe was completely deteriorated and suggested I pay $10,000 for a new mainline. I paid for the expensive flushing but they left the cap off of the drain clean out resulting in flooding under the house.I called another plumber for a second bid. Drain Mob was able to refurbish the mainline for a fraction of Elite's bid and they found the real issue with the old pipes which they replaced for half the cost Elite charged to flush the pipes.Elite Rooter is not a company you can trust. If you want thorough, honest and professional plumbers, call Drain Mob.

Elite plumbing came through CLUTCH! I called at 8am and by 930am Steven Johnson not only showed up but also had the drains unclogged! Super professional and worked in a very clean manner. If in need for any plumbing issues FOR SURE call elite!

I am extremely happy with Mike's work in my kitchen. My pipes were very poorly done under my sink. So when the inevitable happened, Elite Rooter was the only company available. They sent Mike over and he had my once shoddy plumbing looking and working like a first class operation. They also suggested adding a clean-out to mitigate future maintenance and emergencies. Best of all...the price for all three services, re-piping, clean-out installation, and rootering was very reasonable. I will use them again.

I think these guys should be out of business, complete rip-off! They charge $700. To unclog a drain and water jet neither were successful and cash the check within 12 hours! Would not recommend, my husband was able to do what they claimed impossible!!

Elite unclogged our kitchen sink drain but also checked out the drain pipe with a camera all the way to the main sewer line. They also inspected for any pipe leaks below the house since our house is 80 years old and still has cast-iron pipes. Michael was efficient, helpful and neat.

We thought we had a small plumbing problem when both our toilets weren't flushing and we would hear gurgling noises from one of them. Turns out we had bigger problems to deal with. We had to replace our collapsing cast iron sewer main (which had a blockage in it), replace the cast iron pipes under the house, install drain outs and fix a leaky toilet and shower (both spilling into crawl space. The team that came out the first day of our big problem were able to get us plumbing service that same night (Ehsan, the manager said he would get us service back the same day). For the rest of the work, Rob and Matt were the 2 main guys on point. They did a great job getting around the difficulties that were our deck and horrible soil/ground conditions to install everything. They were super nice, funny and answered all of our questions and were able to explain things in a clear and direct manner. I would definitely call them again if we have plumbing problems again (but i expect not to).

Good work on solving the plumbing problem but left the job with a lot of debris lying around and dirt stains on the house. To be fair, it looked good that night, but in the daylight it was obvious. I finally had the dreaded main sewer line failure, an inevitability in my mid-century built neighborhood. Unfortunately I was not pro-active and had to deal with it in an emergency situation. Enter Elite. All good adjectives; professional, friendly, clean, neat, and super hard working people. It's a painfully expensive job, but they did it correctly, quickly, and were super considerate. Bobby, Travis, Scott, and Andy/Danny?(sorry), were excellent and I thank them.

I was shocked at the price since I last did this 20 years ago, but when I checked, I discovered that they dont make $150 water heaters anymore! I had some questions that were answered and allowed me to say Go ahead.Removed old and Installed new water heater. We hired this team to fix a kitchen sink drain. They went above and beyond. They replumbed under the sink, went under the house and checked my 70 year old cast iron sewage line, which was crumbling. They came back on Thursday, the 4th of July and brought the whole team, Carlos, Ehsan, Scott, Christian, Sam and we had at least 8 trucks at one time. They all worked together to dig the holes, lay the pipes and did clean up so my original team of Carlos and Ehsan could have at least part of the holiday with their families. I would recommend this team from Elite Router to do any job, big or small. All done with a smile. They even weedwhackef my front yard and replanted my flower bulbs. They replaced my water heater very quickly when I called. However, I had a home inspection when my house was sold and code violations were found. Instead of standing behind their initial installation, they charged me $200 for parts and labor. If they are not going to do it right the first time and not try to make up for it by fixing it for free they will not be called to my property again.

I was traveling west on imperial ave and almost got hit by one of their vans because I was going the speed limit and they had to be traveling at least 10 over. It was weaving in and out of traffic just to get nowhere fast. Van number 4569 should be reevaluated.

Please don't be taken in like I was. Very charming representatives that will promise you anything. They have you sign a tablet telling you that they will email you a copy of what you have agreed to then send you something entirely different. They promise many things, but don't deliver. They lie about what you are signing and then do not ever follow through. They are very deceptive. Be warned! Don't believe what they are telling you especially if you are a senior citizen.

I am so happy to have my gas back on. The city gave me a red tag and turned my gas off. As soon as I called Elite Rooter Omar came over and checked it out for me. The next day the guys came to work. They not only did the work but they pressured the city to come out and do the inspection for me ASAP which they did ?. They began on Thursday and had everything done and even had the city out here by Friday afternoon. Thanks to them my gas is back on. I did not have to worry about anything with these guys. These guys came out quickly, were friendly, and to their credit, did fix the problem after a couple of hours of diagnostics...BUT they charged me and my neighbor $2000 total for a job that took about 10 minutes. When it came down to it the $2000 went towards two guys cutting a foot segment out of the city catch with a metal rod with a sharpened end and washing it down with a pressure sprayer. That’s barely a $500 job, let alone $2000. We paid in good faith that the exorbitant amount of money would go towards further work. Lots of scare tactic talk and inflated prices. The owner promised that the $1000 we each paid would go toward the rest of the repairs needed. We’ve asked for estimates several times over the past month without acknowledgment. I feel their practices are quite predatory.

Elite Rooters where great to work with.I had called for a toilet issue and unfortunately it turned out to a broken main line. The cast iron line is from 1925 and it cracked leaking water under the house. Fortunately Zeth was able to assess the damage and estimate work needed. It was a big expense to replace but never felt over sold or pressured to do the work. The job got completed as promised and everything was cleaned and put back the way it was. I would highly recomend this company and will sure be using them in the future specially Zeth.

Arturo Garcia is one of the most down to earth honest people i have met in a long time. Although the problem was misdiagnosed to begin with, and cost me a lot of money, he came back to find what the real problem was.

Timing was great for me. I was a bit disappointed that tub and floors were not thoroughly cleaned. I had just paid a house cleaner to make everything very clean.

They worked hard with the city to coordinate our sewer repair and were responsive and did a very good job of communicating about the problem and the solutions.

During his assessment of the clogged toilet, Kenny checked the crawl space in preparation and discovered a leak from the tub above and a leak that led to the main line. The landlord was notified. The toilet was augered and clog cleared without having to remove the toilet. Problem: slow bathtub drainPlumber that took the initial service call was professional, courteous and willing to help, however the second his supervisor showed up to the job, he was in salesman mode, then proceeded to inform me about different programs that would allow me to pull a second mortgage out in my house to pay for repairs, then put a stop to the work ( running Snake on roof vent), he wasn’t even willing to try and clear the drain line, stating that it was too much of a liability, however still charged me $200 even though the online promotion was for $140, after they left, attempted to use the restroom and found that all drain lines were completely plugged, and I could not use the restroom or sinks, it was now even worse than when they showed up, I called them back and they said that they couldn’t come back until the following afternoon, I called out a different company and they had the drain cleared within half an hour from start to finish, and then offered me alternative solutions for my drainage issues, their priority was me as a customer and then sales second, please do not call this company for your plumbing needs as their priority is sales
