On 6 Jan 2023 I had your company install a new water heater and water pressure regulator. All are working properly and your employee Donny was knowledgeable and cheerful. The concern I have are the water line connections on top of water heater. Photo attached shows shows a sharp bend in water line I thought was crimped. Donny assured me it would not be a problem and we checked when activated. I was stilled bothered today and so I wanted to show you what it looks like. It seems more line was used than necessary and so it's the workmanship thinking this could have been made more cleaner using less line. I paid a handsome price and thought the connections could have been better.I also would like to know are permits required when installing water heaters? In some cases they are but not sure of CA rules.Respectfully Submitted. Mike Long

The tech showed up gave me a quote and completed the job in a short 3 hour visit.I was re-piping for a shift from a wall mounted faucet to a free standing faucet for my shower. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable! I have full confidence I will have no issues with the piping! Thank you for making me smile!

Diosdado(Dee), with Anderson Plumbing and Air, performed our water heater tune up very professionally and thoroughly. He’s so knowledgeable and shared with me the basic and emergency procedures of our water heater. He’s also very polite and made sure he cleaned up the water spills on the garage floor. My water heater sprung a leak. Called Anderson plumbing and heating. Technician showed up ahead of scheduled time. I received a quote, from the technician. He replaced my water heater. Cleaned up after himself, he was courteous and wasn’t bothered with my questions. Overall, the service was outstanding. This was not the first time I have used Anderson , and it won’t be the last.

Katrina is the best technician we’ve ever had. Smart, professional, pleasant, funny, and all of the above good stuff. You’re instantly at ease with her in your home. We will make sure to request her for every future visit, and we recommend her to everyone! - I promise, she didn’t pay me to say anything of this. She really is awesome! ?

I could not be happier with the service I received from the entire company as a whole, especially from Judd Anderson, the plumber who came to fixed a plumbing leak outside of my house. Not only was he courteous, responsive, very professional, but it was so clear he wanted to do his best at what he was doing. He explained everything very clearly to me, did his job very, very meticulously, and it was clear he took pride in what he was doing. Andersen might be more expensive than other companies out there, but I would never go to anyone else. I am super satisfied with the work and know that I will only choose Andersen plumbing for any future work I would need done, and will ask specifically for Judd Anderson. Thank you so much!

Anderson plumbing has fantastic customer service. I spoke to someone the first time I called, scheduled my same day appointment, and received confirmation minutes after. Luis, the Drain Specialist was prompt, kind and informative. He walked me through the process and once the drain was cleared he informed me of how to move forward. I could tell Luis takes pride in his profession and I will without a doubt recommend this company and this employee to others. Hands down.

Anderson was actually the 2nd company I called. Unfortunately. The first guy (shall not be named) came out and didn’t have a clue. Couldn’t figure the issue out after an hour plus and ended up telling me to go elsewhere.Enter Anderson. The experience was good from the beginning. The woman who answered the phone and set up the appointment was wonderful. She even followed up to see if I wanted an earlier appointment since they had a cancellation.Two techs showed up today. Michael and Travis, and they were great! Michael diagnoses the issue within seconds. Literally seconds. He checked the furnace to confirm his suspicion and he was right on the money. 30 minutes later he had the issue resolved, consulted me on some future needs, answered some thermostat questions I had and they were on their way.Great experience. Highly recommend these guys. Might not be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.

Michael H. Did everything he could to help alleviate my drain issue cause the day before. Michael used every tool in the box to clear my Kitchen Clean Out. Unfortunately, he could not but gave me clear and concise instructions of what to do next.I called Anderson, got connected with Debbie, and Debbie did everything in her power to take care of my issue in a timely manner. Ken has been more than professional for us. We had an emergency faucet situation and he put us at ease with his upbeat personality and easy to understand explanation. He has worked for 3 hours straight and was so great! We are forever grateful and will ask for him again for a non emergency faucet installation or any installation! Thank you Ken!!!

Had an issue with my new thermostat. Called and had a Tech (Joshua) here the same day within less that a couple of hours. Clean (booties to cover shoes) neat and detailed. He Made the repair and then actually helped me program the thermostat. Very personable guy! I had business dealings with the owner years ago and I was impressed with her professionalism then so I knew who I was going to contact when I had HVAC issues. A++ company top to bottom!

Ben and Jesse are fine examples of the staff at Anderson. They were professional, thorough, and technically knowledgeable in addition to being friendly and respectful. We had the pleasure of working with Ben this past summer when our A/C system failed during the hottest time of the year. He fixed our immediate problem and made recommendations regarding how we could protect our system going forward. We definitely trust the people at Anderson to keep our systems functioning properly. We were “Wowed”.

Anderson Plumbing is great! They were quick to respond and sent someone to fix the issue the same day! The technician, Loren, worked to unclog my drain quickly and efficiently. He was polite and took the time to answer my questions and educate me. Great service!

If you’re a part of their VIP program they take great care of you. We had a furnace issue the same week we brought our newborn home from the hospital. Nightmare situation. So thankful they were able to come same day and get it fixed without ripping us off. And the two guys who came out were so nice. Would definitely recommend joining their VIP program.

Joshua was amazing! He came to the house promptly and did an excellent job. He was courteous and professional and made sure everything was perfect before leaving. Our shower looks great and we are looking forward to many years without a problem.

Dylan came out to my home gave me a quote on my issue….returned again in 2 months when I needed the job completed. Again he was polite, professional and on time. ..even though the price went up on a part he honored the price that I was given with the quote. Thanks again Dylan you rock!!!

Katy is always very pleasant and professional, and she remembered inspecting my furnace in the past. She’s very conscientious and clearly explained her findings. It was a pleasure to have her come back. I appreciate the level of customer service provided by the techs at Anderson PHA.

Our six year old furnace suddenly stopped operating providing us with a couple sub-sixty degree mornings. Anderson's Tech, Joshua, seemed very proficient and performed a thorough diagnostic determining that the 2-stage pressure switch needed to be replaced. The diagnostic cost $83 and the quote to replace the switch was $717 which was not in stock. Joshua offered a temporary fix by just tapping on the switch so I gave it a few wacks. That seemed to do the trick as the furnace has been operating perfectly for the last 2 days. I opted to buy a replacement switch on Amazon for $68 and install it myself should the old switch falter again.

Anderson was responsive from the time I called to the time our new water heater was installed. Within an hour the problem was diagnosed and clearly explained to me. There were several solution choices from short term to long term with specific prices. We went with a new water heater installation that was expertly installed by Ryan. He was polite, and clearly explained the installation steps. He had the replacement water heater installed and we had our hot water back just 4 and a half hours after my call to Anderson. Highly recommended.

Called Anderson plumbing early in the morning and they were there about two hours later. Scott was very personable and knowledgeable. Service my home and gave me a couple of quotes for some services I was looking at in the future. Much appreciated.

Cole did the free furnace check up. I appreciate this VIP service, but these free checkups almost never end without a somewhat hard sell to buy something else for hundreds, if not thousands of dollars. I'm pretty good at nodding and saying thank you but it does get tiring.Overall, I'm happy with the service.

Ryan from Anderson was great. Very skilled and efficient. This review is not a reflection on him. However, I cannot recommend Anderson simply because of the outrageous cost. I was charged $2000 for simple, visual inspection of my gas pipes. It was low tech, still seemed inconclusive and that amount really hurts on an educators salary. I felt scammed but had an emergency and just had to eat it. I hope Anderson realizes that these gross prices leave folks like me feeling burned and that takes away from the work of their individual plumbers. Again, Ryan was great.

The technician, Rudy, was courteous and efficient.He does not determine the cost of the job.The price for a 5 minute job to replace a valve bib on my patio was absolutely ridiculous.Since the bib broke off the pipe, one of the main water valves had to be shut off and 3 condo units were not receiving cold water.If not for that, Anderson Plumbing would have been told to take a hike.$455!

Great work, a little pricey . But the work was done quick and now heating and a/c are good for 10years. The also put in was 100% quiter then old system

I have an old heater with a lot of problems but getting a change of $75 to be told that and can’t be worked on. Requested a control valve replacement quote only. So $75 for info I already knew and a 10 minute flashlight inspection. Guy didn’t even have a lighter to test the pilot. Never addressed me as sir or Mr and just walked out after signature. No have a nice day sir, or even bye. Had to sweep up after his dirty feet too.

I had a great experience with Jorge Duran and Anderson Plumbing. My main drain clogged at 6pm on a Friday and they were able to have someone out 8am the next morning. He showed up on time, was knowledgeable and nice to deal with. He took care of the problem quickly and there were no hidden fees or changes from what I was quoted over the phone. Highly recommended!

I called Anderson for a heater thermostat replacement. They sent me a very polite, knowledgeable, respectful technician, within a couple of hours. He was very patient in explaining the process. Great job Carlos!

I will never stop raving about the service from Anderson Plumbing Heating and Air. From the initial repairman, Joshua, who came out to fix the heater and realized there was a way crazier problem, to Derek the HVAC design consultant, who gave me all my options and never pressured me into a decision, to the amazing Poly and Oscar and their crew, who worked so hard way ahead of schedule to make sure I had heat in my house for the weekend. Poly even found (and fixed!) a gas leak from a broken pipe under my house- he smelled something wrong and wouldn’t rest until he found the problem. All of them were on time, professional, kind, and incredibly skilled. The office crew is so great and communicative as well- for such a big and scary project of installing a new heater, ducts, and air conditioning, this team made it so easy. They are truly miracle workers!!!

My tech Gary arrived early. He was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would give him 10 stars if I could. He spent several hours with me problem solving and explaining my options. Completely satisfied with the result. It is clear that he cares about the client. Highly recommend!

Ben Rowley came out to our home to evaluate a problem. Ben was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. This guy loves his job. He sat us down and showed us diagrams, schematics, measurements, photos, and taught us how to calculate ac wattage. His passion made all the nerdy stuff entertaining. You are very lucky if you get Ben to service your home.

We felt the need to have our furnace checked out and took Anderson Plumbing, Heating & Air up on the offer for a $59 check up. So glad we did. Joshua Thompson was the technician and did a thorough check. He showed us videos of his inspection and explained the problems of our 25 year old furnace. Definitely in need of a new one! Joshua was professional and respectful. He called and got us an appointment the next day with Allison Romo to provide an estimate. Again, professional and respectful and explained the various options. After a couple of text messages with questions for Allison, we booked the appointment for the installation. Daniel Espinoza was the installer. He did a fantastic job. He and another technician arrived on time and worked steadily to have it installed by noon that day. The installers explained what they did as the installation proceeded and finished up with a quick overview of the new thermostat. We could not be more pleased. The new furnace is efficient, quiet, and better than the original even when it was new. From beginning to the end of the project APH&A employees provided 5 Star service. We absolutely would recommend AQPH&A without reservation.

This was the most outstanding service person that have ever come to my house Anderson should do all they can to always keep this man he explains everything and you understand all of what is going on he show you all in pictures so you know for yourself that all he says is true. Just for the company's information he can not say enough great things of Mrs. Anderson and how she run the company and also how great she is to her employees he loves working for her. Austin Rue did a phenomenal job diagnosing the problem I was having with my home plumbing. He presented a quote and got right to work. Completely professional and answered all my questions regardless how annoying they may have been. Service: Natural gas wall heater inspection.Excellent service!Raul and Carlos were professional and courteous. Explained in detail what they were inspecting and why. Measured the CO2 output and determined it was above safe levels.I immediately made an appointment to have Anderson Plumbing, Heating and Air experts return to home for estimates to purchase and install a new heater.

Benji was so wonderful. He was committed to ensuring we felt taken care of. He worked with us over several days to help find and fix a water main leak. He was determined each day to find the problem and remained optimistic each day. He was such a hard worker and takes excellent care of his customers.

We just completed 4 month renovations. We had our regularly scheduled maintenance on the books. Perfect timing. The two professional technicians went through all of the HVAC. They checked our AC for status of a component that in the past has challenged the AC operation. Making note of again a potential issue they put it on schedule for evaluation/replacement. “Proactive Service”… excellent customer service (provided by two professionals who love working for their employer)We were offered a service to clear the ductwork. 3 packages were offered. With clear and concise explanation ( zero pressure) We Ordered the Gold program. .More than satisfied with Anderson.

The quality and professionalism of the Anderson team stood out to us. They lined our main sewer line and replaced all of our 60+ year old cast iron pipes under the house. As new home owners, we appreciated the time the Anderson Team took to explain all of the work they were doing and why it was necessary. The Anderson team was able to perform our job for less than a competitor offer (Bill Howe) AND all of their work came with warranties that are transferrable when we sell our house (which Bill Howe did not offer). We felt very comfortable with the entire team and would recommend to anyone who needs to have major plumbing work done!

The service Matthew provided was beyond outstanding! I had a hot water device which I thought had failed but as a result of a power failure was just out of time. Matt reset the device and now is working properly. Additionally he fixed a dripping valve which I dearly appreciated. Fantastic service!

Anderson PHA removed and replaced our 23-year-old furnace and a/c unit with a completely new HVAC system on 1-31-23. We couldn’t be any happier with the process from start to finish. Our technicians for this project were Derek (sales), Daniel, and Adrian (installers). All three were the epitome of professionalism. Also need to express our complete satisfaction with the office staff for their attention to detail communicating and coordinating final details and inspection processes. Ashley coordinated and scheduled the finishing touches on the install flawlessly and Bonny handled coordinating and scheduling the final inspections in a timely manner to perfection.Need to also thank Matt for his patience and understanding when we had some concerns and questions with regards to this project. He put our concerns to rest.Side note, after researching and comparing HVAC systems and installers, we can confirm a completely new replacement of a home’s HVAC system is expensive and concerning no matter which company in this area you deal with. We decided Anderson was our best choice for the products and customer service offered. If you are in the market for heating and or air, recommend that you contact Anderson PHA.

This is a great company to work with. The technicians are knowledgeable and responsive and follow through with quotes and other information. The company answers the phone, calls you when they are on the way, gives accurate estimates and is honest about their opinion on what should be fixed/not fixed. I have been happy with every service from a/c to water heater.

Installed my Nest and didn't have issues with AC. However I never use heat in SD but decided to, and it didn't work. Kevin was super helpful and managed to figure out that it was a setting issue and also a specific wire unplugged. 5 out 5 star service!

My toilets stopped working and what I thought would be just a snake job turned into something bigger. The technician stayed for several hours and used multiple tools and techniques to get the job done. He refused to leave until I have working sewer services. I can imagine few professionals that would stay and keep trying if they couldn’t get things to work.

Mike L. was incredibly friendly, professional and even sympathetic when finding and repairing our leak and seeing all the damage done to our home. He showed up promptly and let us know how to contact him with any questions. We appreciate him so much!

Josue, Angel, and Andres did a phenomenal job repairing a major outdoor plumbing issue that, to his great credit, Halle discovered and verified. Anthony Curry responded quickly, assessed the problem, gave me an estimate and completed the service efficiently! He replaced the hot and cold shut off valves for my washing machine….expensive, but necessary. I’m confident these will last for decades!

Anderson provides excellent service at a reasonable price in my opinion. We had a new HVAC unit installed at our place, and while some companies made a big deal about getting up on my townhome roof, with Anderson it's simply been a matter of asking them to bring an extension ladder. They're often able to get the job done without multiple trips.

Very polite and respectful and did a great job. He also worked on diagnosing some issues we had had, and is getting a team to come out and help with that. The service was great.

Saturday 3/4/23 morning, toilet clogged. Michael Hamersky introduced himself and has cover shoes , very professional and ready for work. I made the appointment on Thursday afternoon. Miguel showed up on Friday afternoon to evaluate the situation. He determined he did not have the necessary supplies and committed to come back on Monday morning. He returned on Monday morning and quickly determined that he had procured the wrong parts. He left to procure the correct parts, leaving all of the water in my home, turned off. He was gone for literally five minutes. But he had the correct pieces and he completed the repair. (So he said)I thought about asking him why he didn’t procure the part in five minutes on Friday afternoon so I wouldn’t have been without the shower all weekend, and I wouldn’t have to deal with a second visit, but I let it go.I was more concerned, that he did not put all of the decorative trim back on the faucet handle. Miguel ores before leaving that it “took a long time for hot water to come to the fixture.” It normally takes 20 to 30 seconds, but I didn’t think anything of it at the time. I was directed not to use the shower that had been repaired for 24 hours.After waiting more than a day, I turned the shower on to use it. I immediately noticed two things. First, you could not turn it all the way on to the point where hot water would come out. The water never got beyond lukewarm. Second, the faucet handle was practically falling off. Maybe I’m a little picky, but both of these things should’ve been. readily apparent to a plumber that cared about his work.I called customer service. They told me that they would send the same plumber. Back to fix it. I asked that a different plumber be dispatched because I was not impressed with his work the first time. I was super clear about that. Five minutes later the original plumber called me to find out what the problem was. Obviously it was very uncomfortable because I had to tell him that I didn’t want him to come back and I thought he did a poor job the first time. His reaction was to chuckle and say, “oh, it sounds like it just needs to be adjusted.” That’s probably true, but why didn’t he make those adjustments before he left on Monday? In other words, his careless attitude was exactly the reason I didn’t want him to come back.I called customer service again, got a different person which is not a surprise since it’s a call center that you’re dealing with. The new person told me that the original plumber was still scheduled to come out and fix the problem.As a customer, I knew that the problem was probably easily fixed, but from a customer service perspective nobody seemed to be listening to me or care about my concerns. They pushed back and told me that they “liked to give their people a chance to correct their mistakes. My preference is that they send a qualified plumber that cares about the work and takes the basic steps to get the repair right the first time. If I wanted a plumber in training, I would expect to pay a lot less.I’m wasting another day at home, waiting for a plumber to show up and fix something that could’ve easily been dealt with two visits ago.

Josue came out and had our main drain line unclogged in no time. Super friendly guy! Overall experience working with Anderson was A+. Excellent communication and they were able to fix our clog for a very reasonable price. Will work with them again.

Excellent, experienced service. Jace, my technician, was professional, informative, knowledgeable, respectful of my property, and very courteous. I would recommend this company very highly. On a scale of 1 to 5 they definitely get a five!

Carlos did a full inspection on the air conditioning and found some stuff that wasn't done correctly from the original installer. He took some pictures and showed me what exactly was wrong.I'm very happy with the service Carlos was able to provide.

Carlos was exceptional. Was very communicative during the whole process. It showed up within 30 minutes of the promised call that they were on their way. Yeah from VIP members since Anderson installed our equipment in 2016 it is worth every penny for the VIP service. Keep up the great work Carlos!

Matt came to our house to help us with a leak in both of our bathrooms. He was very knowledgeable and helped us to resolve the issue on our own since we had tools that could be used for this situation. We really appreciate Matt’s knowledge and expertise! Anderson will always be our first call whenever we have plumbing issues in the future!

Kristina was polite, professional and thorough. When her first efforts failed to clean my kitchen sink drain didn't work, she diagnosed the problem and came up with a couple of possible solutions. I felt I was not pressured to spend money I hadn't planned on spending. I'm glad that I have the Anderson guarantee and I am so happy to be using my sink again.

We will never use this company again. The repair job was fine. However they overestimated the job and would not reduce the final price. They charged us over $1,500 for a job that took two men less than 2.5 hours!!!! I can’t believe plumbers are making $300/hr!!! Total rip off!!! Be warned.

Anderson provided a water heater flush under the VIP program that I pay for monthly. The work took about 10-15 minutes, and the technician left. The following morning, we did not have any hot water. I relit the pilot and got it fired up, but Anderson's carelessness has me considering cancelling my VIP membership, but they have been providing service for me for 18-20 years.

On the first visits, because the problem was intermittent, they were unable to fix it properly, but Gary explained everything to me very carefully, including the steps they were taking, and what my next options were and did not charge for the callout, except for the gas fee.I decided eventually to get a mini-split system put in. My technicians Sal and Mario were friendly, professional, and very respectful of my property. It turned out to be a difficult installation because I have an old house, but Sal stayed calm and persisted. He was extremely professional about the whole thing answering all my questions whenever they came up. I’m now the proud owner of a working mini-split heater/AC systemOverall very happy with his company so far.

Jake and Raymond came to my house and they both were very helpful polite and informative. They knew the product very well and were spot on with the diagnosis. I will always use both of them for now on by request.

Josh explained everything he did & examined during his service of our heaters. He indicated we need to keep an eye on some wear issues with the main floor unit for which I was grateful.

Fernando did an amazing job. He explained why he was suggesting the service he was and did a great job completing the job and ensuring I understood what he was doing. He kept the area clean and cleaned after he was done with the job. It was a rainy day and he wore shoe protectors to keep my floors clean! I will be requesting him for my services in the future! Most importantly he fixed our issue!!

Jesse was great. He had diagnosed my issue before even pulling up. I was skeptical: he walked me through his ideas then showed me how his solution would fix the problem and convinced me of his abilities.I honestly hope I can request Jesse for any future issues, but if all of Anderson’s team is half as competent, I’ll be fine.

Anderson Plumbing, Heating & Air was performing service at my neighbor’s house. I asked them if they had a moment to come look at a leak that I had just discovered. Justin saved the day and was able to squeeze in my repair before his next job. I did not expect to be helped so quickly, Justin was very professional and did a great job!

paid 56$ dispatch fee. No diagnosis!!The technicians don't arrive during the appointment slot. They have you wait around all day when they schedule you for a morning appointment 8:00 a.m. to noon. I asked when will the technician arrive and they just respond saying that they will let me know.They also scam you by dividing the services they provide I had an issue with my drain so they had to dispatch a drain specialist at the same time in the same bathroom I had an issue with my shower handle and they had to dispatch another person saying that the drain specialist do not do showers because they're not plumbers. This is just a strategy to charge customers to separate discharge or dispatch fees. And once again I had to wait around for a second appointment only for the technician to arrive late again. This doesn't change if you are VIP customer either.

We had a ping hole leak that went undetected for some time. Jesse came in, identified the issue and started work. He quickly found that we had a slew of other problems. For one, mold has started to grow. He immediately stopped work, communicated the problem to me, and arranged for a consult with a restoration company and environmental cleanup service. Jesse remained engaged throughout the restoration process and cleanup and ultimately resolved the plumbing issue in no time at all once everything was exposed. Jesse was extraordinarily professional and competent and his communication skills were exceptional.If Anderson employees are even a fraction as successful as Jesse, they’ve earned a life long customer.

40 gl. Water heater installation and an LF210 T&P Shutoff. Quoted $6100 from Andersons. Just got job completed by another co. for $2250. That’s a problem, especially for a long-time customer. Not very wowed. (Also, I don’t think I’m going to pay your $7 fuel surcharge for coming out to try and rip me off)

Stephen explain in great detail what the problem was with my plumbing. He repaired and cleaned the area before he left. I would highly recommend Anderson Plumbing & Heating. Ask for Stephen!

Anderson Plumbing Heating and Air replace my HVAC system and installed new ducts in my older house. Ricardo and James were the lead service technicians and were great, professional, courteous, skilled and on time, and worked very hard to complete everything in 2 days. It's great having heat and AC for the first time in over 6 years! Anderson is not the least expensive company out there, but I have used them for over 20 years and have consistently found responsible, reliable and excellent customer service and quality work that lasts and lasts. I highly recommend them.

We needed a new garbage disposal, so we called and Donny, the technician, was here promptly and did a great job. He had a new and better disposal on hand and was able to get it installed in no time. The whole visit probably took about an hour or less. The new disposal works great and I would and will call them again the next time something goes wrong. Thank you!

Blake and his team are truly a team of professionals. Anderson as a company went above and beyond to help us out of a bad situation. Our AC unit went out right before a holiday weekend and with my wife's recent medical condition she cannot be in the heat for long periods. After the estimator (Derek) found out about this and that I was military, the company not only moved things around to have a whole new system installed the next day, but they were able to bring out an extra technician to ensure it all got installed on one day. Once the team arrived in the morning it was like a pit crew, the team was moving and assembling things methodically with precision. They are very detailed oriented and make sure everything is done in a concise manner. I would highly recommend this company due to their work ethic. Also, better yet all of this employees spoke highly of their company's management and how they take care of their employees.

Horrible service & extremely overpriced. To start they were 3 days later than originally scheduled. When the technician finally arrived and presented the quote, I asked to see an itemized breakdown of charges and services but they refused to show it to me. Unless you charge several hundred dollars an hour & a 1000% markup on parts, I was sorely ripped off. To finish it all off trash was left on my property by the technician & they DID NOT turn my water back on so I has to finish their job myself. No one in company but technicians seem to have pricing, which is shady. Customer service would not speak to me past getting my water back on, and would not return my phone calls. Do not recommend this business.

I could not be any happier with the service I received. From the first phone call to the conclusion of the repair, it was a great experience. The customer service people were friendly, knowledgeable and great follow up. The service technicians were A+! Jorge and Oscar were very professional and cleared my drain quickly. I thought I only needed a drain cleared (which they did quickly) but discovered a hole in the pipe so they called the office and within less than 2 hours a service repair tech was at my door. Austin (service tech) showed me what needed to be done and walked me through the process. I immediately had trust in him and asked if not only could he fix the leak but also replace the faucet and replace my toilet! He was able to quickly give me a quote and I approved it. The next day Austin did all the repairs and installations and everything is working great! I highly recommend this company, the employees are a level above!

Took advantage of the $59 special to flush the water tank. My technician Scott arrived on time, was very friendly and professional, and made easy work of the job.

Mike did a thorough evaluation of our two separate HVAC systems. He found that an improperly installed UV Purification system had melted almost all the insulation on the wires in one of our furnaces. He rewired that furnace and replaced the UV system with a cold plasma purification system. He salvaged functional UV parts from the improperly installed UV system and used them to replaced failed parts in our second UV system. He also discovered that one of our furnaces was three years old when it was installed. Before leaving he verified that both furnaces were clean burning and withy CO or CO2 emissions. Mike is a real gem.

From Allison in sales, Joshua's evaluation of my current heater to the polite two gentlemen who installed the new heater and central air conditioner, every step was explained, handled professionally and competently. I full heartedly recommend Anderson H & P.

Diosdado San Roque did a great job replacing both my bathroom toilets and he replaced a faucet in one of my bathrooms as well! He took the time to go over everything and showed me the toilets and faucets he would be using! He went over the warranty on them as well

Whitney was very informative about water heater draining and replacing the water options. We are glad to have the option of a tank less water heater , even though, financially, we may replace it in the future. Whiney was personable and answered all of our questions and gave various scenarios so that we could make an informed decision.

The only wow for Anderson plumbing was the price !!! $500 to replace a garbage disposal... Same model, same plumbing, etc. Total 30 minutes of work!!! Very professional and good customer service but insane pricing.

Anderson is great for service , but when it comes to honoring warranty’s or having a manager get back to you ! They are horrible. I’ve been waiting for a week now after being serviced for a call . Called again today and conveniently there is no manager around today.My AC unit was installed in 2016 and now broken ,warranty is till 2025 . I have serviced it under VIP originally. Have called them out for service and concerns in the past and now no one can return my call when I’m demanding it be covered under warranty. I will not continue to use Anderson after this unless taken care of .

In a prior visit, he performed the annual HVAC service as part of the VIP service So it was comforting to see a familiar face. The technicians at Anderson PHA are very professional, send text notifications of their arrival and are very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Anderson PHA and the VIP service which includes numerous annual checkups for your plumbing, (flushing of my tankless water heater), heating and air. The membership is worth it!

The two service technicians gave an accurate assessment of the situation. They provided options to resolve the issue and gave a quick estimate. They were able to complete an upgraded water heater in half a day. Would recommend this company for an equivalent task.

--20234/19/23, Had another drain blockage which Luis Campos cleared quickly soon after arriving, with utmost due care and attention to not damage the relined mainline sewer drain pipe.. Last year, clog was 51 ft from cleanout but today it was only 15 ft so a different type of clog developed. As such Luis is now my GO TO drain specialist. Luis' meticulous documenting of the problem last year and today will greatly facilitate Anderson fixing my ongoing sewer drain issue (under Anderson Plumbing warranty) later this month!-- 2022I want to commend Luis Campos who cleared my sewer line last Friday 9am, 12/23/22. Luis was patient in fully comprehending my explanation of the whole house sewer repiping, lining and drain replacement done by Anderson PHA in late 2020. I was very impressed with his meticulous capture of notes on his cell phone to document each step in assessing, acting upon and resolving the blockage WHILE ensuring that the lining of my main line sewer pipe would not be damaged in trying to resolve this complete drain/sewer blockage. Luis is a great client-facing representative and advocate for Anderson PHA which I'm sure will serve him well as he advances to senior responsibilities within the organization. I appreciate working with a professional like Luis and the support he gets from Anderson PHA to follow-up this drain clearing project with a main line sewer inspection this week (as assurance to check for other reasons for the drain blockage in the sewer drains fully replaced by Anderson PHA only 2 years ago).

What started out as a couple of seemingly easy fixes turned out to be much more. Everytime the technician opened a system it just turned into a can of worms. We haven't really had any plumbing issues since we moved in here 30+ years ago so it wasn't really a surprise. The only two things that went according to plan was the sewer line clean out and the new toilet installation. Everything else was a battle. The tech never batted an eye. He even took care of a couple of items that I have wanted to get done and no one else would touch them.

Mike showed up after a call and text. He was courteous, professional and informative. Naturally the drain that was plugged yesterday was flowing free today. As a result there was no charge for his visit. Could not be happier with Anderson plumbing.

Quick, arrived late, worked quickly, however he said the replacement of a thermostat would be $800-&100. The thermostats weren’t updated options as compared to what is available at other retail stores. The price was absolutely outrageous and insulting.

Asked Anderson to install a thermal expansion tank for our water heater. There was a small leak on the downstream end due to prior low-quality work which the Anderson technician was able to fix, leaving our system better than before. Excellent service, good communication and the tech maintained a positive attitude even during the frustrating parts. We have had many good experiences with Anderson so far and will continue to call them for our plumbing and HVAC needs.

Fantastic! I'm so happy with the work that Ken and Edgar performed. They repaired a toilet and replaced the shutoff valve for the fridge. And on their way out, they noticed a little bit of water outside and immediately came back in to check it out and make sure there were no leaks. They stand behind their work, and seem to really care about doing the job right. I'm a first time Anderson customer, but I will definitely return!

Fixed problems from old plumbing, including no clean out (they installed) & cleared out years of gunk in pipes badly laid in 1963. Instructions on how to keep drains clear & even cleaned up after he & Lincoln were finished. Everything sparkles & works as it should. Jorge is amazing at his job, was determined to get me fixed today & did it!!!!!! Not cheap, but well worth it for great service & fixing years of problems. I knew Anderson's was a good company from when I was a renter: now, as a homeowner, I personally know how awesome the company & its employees are.

As a company, Anderson Plumbing, Heating & Air was a breeze to work with. Scheduling was easy and response rate was immediate. 5 stars for the company, but I’m writing this review primarily to give 10 stars to Wesley, my HVAC tech. I purchased an older condo a few years back and have had MANY service repairs from different companies since. Without a doubt, Wesley provided the best customer service out of all of them. Wesley was very thorough in both his repairs and his explanations of his repairs. I ask a lot of questions which can sometimes be annoying, but Wesley never grew impatient with me. In fact, it felt like he enjoyed helping me understand HVAC systems a little better! The service I requested was a temporary solution and he was transparent about what I should expect to have repaired in the future which I appreciate A LOT. Wesley was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and a joy to have in my home. Anderson company is a go-to company for HVAC services. Though my encounter with the intake customer service rep was a challenge, the rest of the folks from the dispatcher to the technicians were awesome. Would definitely do repeat business with them.

Had a technician come out to install a waterline to our fridge water and ice maker. Arrived right on time and completed all work in a timely manner and cleaned up everything upon completion so it looked like no one was ever there. Will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs.

Reggie got to our home earlier than the planned time. I took him to our water heater. He inspected the top for any damage and there was none. He hooked a hose to the tank and began the flushing process. Once the water was clear, he stopped the flush and checked the water pressure (60psi).Reggie was professional and pleasant to have in our home.

We have used Anderson Plumbing for all of our recent plumbing issues. Each time, they have been very communicative, on time, and able to resolve the problem quickly and easily. Josue did a great job explaining the issue and letting us know what steps we can take to avoid issues in the future. PLUS they have a 90 day haute tee that if the clog happens again, they will come out and fox it free of charge. Seriously the best service and the best crew!

Fast, courteous, knowledgeable AC repair (capacitor on outside compressor unit replaced). Didn't shop around so I don't know how competitive price was, but very happy that AC is back in business. I would recommend Anderson for sure.

Really well organized, on time and efficient. We had the HVAC replaced with high efficiency unit and it was very noticeable in our electric bill.Follow up- I had Anderson come out to my mother’s house and they did a good job of servicing the furnace and A/C unit.

Tony came out to clean our drain because of odor coming up our drain. He cleaned it and checked the trap. The odor cam back and he came out again and he is bringing a special list out to do a smoke test on pipe. He is always very professional and personable. He tells you what he thinks it might be and explains it in plain terms. He is a very guy.

I have used this company for years and always been very satisfied with their service. Fabian came with an assistant to do several jobs: repair leaking toilets, replace two sets of faucets, and replace the pressure valve on our house water filter. They got everything done within one day, and started with the tasks that required turning off our water so that it could be turned on again as quickly as possible. They left everything neat and clean. We are happy as usual with the service from this company.

The plumber notified me via SMS that he had arrived at the property, and was courteous when leaving. Would love to have Matt again in the future!The customer service representatives are also professional and answered my questions.

AC unit condensation drain clogged and leaked through two floors of my house. Dealt with both the AC and plumbing sides of the company. Neither appeared to communicate with each other. After one week and four different reps coming out to look/diagnose/repair the problem, I was told they couldn’t find anything and there was no visual sign of water/moisture. ServPro came out later in the day with a moisture meter. Moisture all throughout my walls and ceiling in the area. Walls are being torn out now. Will not do business with Anderson again. Way too difficult, confusing to coordinate as a front end customer.

I'm not going to lie, I was a little hesitant to use such a major company. I guess there's a reason that they've been in business for decades though, because this was such an excellent experience. Every step of the way from dispatch, to arrival, to diagnosis, to repair was easy and efficient, and the pricing was more than fair. The techs (Loren and Chris) were professional, efficient, and amazing. The next time I have an issue there will be no hesitation in who I call for help.

We will only use Anderson Plumbing should we ever need any plumbing work done in the future. Kristina Anthony, the plumber who did the work was absolutely phenomenal! She was polite, professional, friendly and she is all around awesome! We will request her specifically of if we need the company's help in the future. The company was responsive, timely and less expensive by hundreds of dollars than another company who quoted us a price for work we actually didn't need! My new tenants moved in on Sunday, Monday morning I get both a text and a call from them letting me know that within minutes of starting their first load of laundry there was sewage coming up in the tub and toilet. I immediately called Anderson. I had used them before on my own home and they really did a great job. Their scheduler let me know there would be a tech at my place by 9;00. Like clock work tech Loren appears along with his amazing support Barnard. What an amazing team! They listened to my concerns and formulated a plan. Several avenues were attempted to clear the blockage but alas 100 year old cast iron pipes presented it's own issues. We did need to move everything to the next level but the professionalism of this amazing team was such a breath of fresh air. Today was there last day at the project. I stopped by and found Jordache and Oscar doing the final sweep in the area. Everything was exactly as it had been less a couple of easily replaceable plants. I could not be happier with these amazing men! Without question I will recommend them in the future! In fact I already have!

We recently had Anderson Plumbing come out to repair our pipes, but they ended up working on a section of piping that was not agreed upon.The technicians that came to actually repair the pipes were extremely helpful and communicated with us the entire time. They were frustrated because they were told to do the wrong job. They told us when they found out they were working on the incorrect portion of pipe. They went under the house to double check, and they also tried to call Bryan multiple times to figure out what went wrong. But Bryan did not answer any calls that were made.The section of pipe that needed the repair did not get touched, and our pipes in our bathroom are still backing up. Bryan Castaneda has been working with us since the beginning of the process and has been hostile with us each time we try to speak with him saying that we should be charged more for the work that was done. He also made false claims that he was on site for the repair, which he was not. He came to our house multiple times while we were not home, which would be fine if he had given us notice. He did not give us notice so my fiancee (the one who has been in contact with Anderson throughout the whole project) and myself were out at work. Bryan ended up marking the wrong area for the technicians to work on which led to the incorrect job being done. We have called and talked to Bryan and he has been rude and unreasonable each time. He was rude to the property owners (who live out of town and do not know all of the details of the project) and he has been rude to my fiancee when she called to address the issue. He would not listen to us about what was wrong, instead he just insisted that the problem was fixed because they lined the pipes. They lined the incorrect portion of piping so our bathroom is still backing up. He also threatened to raise the price on our initial contract because of his mistake.Our issue is with Bryan, not the other people at Anderson Plumbing. He has been rude and unreasonable to talk to. Everyone else has been helpful. But we will never work with them again because of him.

We had Anderson Plumbing install a new heater and AC system. The team of three men arrived on time with a 30 minute advance phone call. They were true professionals and represented Anderson extremely well. They worded as a team for the entire time, about 8 hours. They kept my wife and me well informed as to what they were doing and their progress. Poly, Oscar, and Bryan are outstanding employees and representatives for Anderson Plumbing. We would highly recommend this company and their outstanding employees. Oh yes, our initial contact with Anderson was with Angie one of their HVAC Design Consultants. These 4 members of the Anderson team are an outstanding group with which to work and they represent Anderson outstandingly. There is no question that any future plumbing problems or concerns we will use Anderson again.

Fernando was great, the bill was more than I expected but satisfied with the job.

We had a clogged toilet drain. Anderson had the best response time, so we went with them. Their technician Jorge showed up promptly and got our toilet drain unplugged quickly. The old corroded water valve that feeds the toilet tank disintegrated while Jorge was working on it; Anderson sent a plumber (David Brown) who replaced the valve with a superior product with no charge to us for either mateial or labor. Anderson is pricey but the quality of work is superior. At my age you get to know the difference - we will continue to use them.

I am very very happy with my new air conditioner and heater. Ricardo and James went far beyond my expectations in their installation. They made sure everything was perfect down to the last detail. All my questions were answered and they made sure I was happy with the work. Their work was very professional and I could not be happier! Indeed I have been wowed!

Great experience. Was kind of nervous as a new home owner finding pooling water on our front lawn. Mike was great at easing our anxiety. Over the years I have used several plumbing companies. None of them compare to Anderson Plumbing. They go over and above to make a customer happy. We have used them several times and each they exceed our expectations. Pricing is competitive too. Don't hesitate to use them.

Really great guys. Would be 5 stars, but keeping it to 4 because of their rates. $600 per hour was a little hard to digest. Essentially paid $615 for a quick faucet leak repair.

I wish I knew the names of the two guys that worked at my house because I would send the company an email to ask them to give them a raise. Normally when we have workers at our house they are constantly annoyed with the presence of my children and I have to say that the two workers that came to our house, and the salesman were extremely respectful of my children, took time to give them attention, when that is not in their job description at all. My son has autism, had multiple therapists over during their work and they were extremely respectful of his needs when it came to socialization and loud noises. It actually seemed like they cared which is so rare today especially in a customer service, customer help field. I was skeptical of this company at first, being a large company but I would recommend them tenfold to anyone because of the kind of treatment that we got as adults and the treatment that my children got. And obviously the work was done exceptionally they had to replace our entire AC unit and thermostat and everything looks great we’ve never had this kind of airflow in the house and it was done very very quickly. I don’t usually leave reviews unless it’s a bad review warning someone of something but it needs to be said how amazing those workers were.

The Plumbing Service Technician was excellent. He answered all my questions clearly, performed all the requested work with close attention to detail and the end result is looks great. He worked hard all day and did not leave until he had completed all my requests and had cleaned everything up.

My wife had signed up for Anderson's VIP program awhile back when they put in a new water heater for us. You basically pay them to come out a few times throughout the year. They will find problems and try to get you to authorize the repairs. Last time they came out my wife asked them to look at 2 of our toilets that were slightly running. The service tech investigated and advised my wife that we needed to replace the toilets. Something along the lines that the flapper seals were worn out. I was out of town and my wife called me to see if she should authorize the work. Advised not to authorize anything as a worn out flapper seal is an easy fix and you don't need to replace the entire toilet for that. When I got home I checked the toilets. No cracks in the porcelain. Water jets were not calcified. Not being a plumber I got a little concerned that maybe there was something I was not seeing. I called another plumber to check on the running toilets. Conclusion was to replace the flapper and flapper seal.....the toilets were fine. I had to pay for a second opinion and was not happy with the outcome. Went to Anderson's website and submitted an online message that I wanted to make a complaint before I penned out a bad review. Somebody called me back and I went through the whole story. The girl said she wanted their customer care manager to call me back and that would take 1-2 days. Waited over a week and heard nothing. Hence this review. Watch out for this company. They come across as very polished and professional but I thought in this situation they were trying to take advantage of my wife who knows nothing about plumbing or they are just incompetent......or perhaps both.

Not only did he service our AC unit for the annual tune up, but he also went out of his way to check a few things on our floor furnace for us to establish that what he could visually see looked to be all in order. Did his job, was pleasant and knowledgeable and even discussed options/brainstormed with me on some problem areas in my home that aren't getting cool enough.I always use Anderson for ally plumbing needs. Trustworthy and dependable and I don't have to worry if the job was done right or not.

Two technicians showed up on the same day I called. They were professional and friendly. They found the source of the leak that was dripping from the attic to the downstairs bedroom. They explained every step clearly. They cleaned up the area they worked in well. They emailed me the pictures of the part they took out and the one they replaced. I recommend their service even though the price was higher than I was anticipating.

Dylan Davis was awesome! He discovered that our water pressure was too high and replaced our water pressure regulator yesterday. Dylan and his coworker (sorry I didn't get his name) arrived this morning and installed our new water heater in approximately 3 hrs. They did a great job! Highly recommended.

The technician Scott Tipton was very professional and knowledgeable. He completed a preventive maintainable check on my water heater. I was also interested in replacing the anode in the water heater, if necessary. He noted that I had a whole house water purification system and a descaled, so he told me I should never need a replacement anode. This was confirmed when flushing the heater. There was no scale present anywhere. He was very polite and enjoyed his work with Anderson Plumbing.

Our technicians, Tony and Bernard were very professional, they knew their job and performed them well. They both were very friendly, too. Anderson is so lucky to have reliable, professional, and friendly employees.

Our plumbing technician Paul was as professional as they come! He was knowledgeable about our needs, problems to solve, and multiple solutions to ensure the job was performed to the highest standards. He presented all information clearly to my husband and me and took the time to answer any additional questions we had. When he determined that there were aspects of the job that needed further improvement (like covering a vent on the roof that was letting water in) he didn’t hesitate to take care of those problems so that the job would be truly completed when he was done. we were 200% satisfied with his workmanship and his professionalism throughout the two day job. We would not hesitate to have him come back and work on other needs that we will have in the future.

John Calderon and his apprentice came to my rescue today! After a string of bad experiences with plumbers who were recommended to me or referred by my home warranty, I decided to venture out and find my own. Anderson Plumbing was the first to pop up and had the highest rating in San Diego. When I called, they answered immediately (last plumber hung up on me) and had someone at my door WITHIN AN HOUR (last plumber waited seven days before coming to my condo). John was so knowledgeable and friendly. (Both of them showed my dog lots of love, so bonus points there.) He was able to diagnose the problem immediately and even showed me the exact issue (so I knew he wasn’t just trying get me to replace a bunch of parts to drive up the cost). Although the fix was pricey, he was upfront about the cost and talked me through my options. They had the parts on hand to fix the water heater and waited until the hot water was running throughout the house before they left. Although larger companies can be a bit more expensive, it was 100% worth the extra money to use a reputable, legit company who came to my aid immediately and had a mini warehouse in their truck with everything they needed to fix the problem. Paying a couple extra bucks was worth avoiding the hassle I’ve been experiencing with 2-star rated companies who took a week to get here in the first place. John converted me to a loyal customer and I will only use Anderson Plumbing in the future. Also - John spoke volumes about the owners of the company and how generous they are with their employees and are wonderful people to work for — that’s the exact type of company I want to support!!

Jacob was very helpful. Fixed our water heater, and walked us through a few options for upgrading our existing water heater. He was very personable, friendly and did not try to hide anything from us. Original en suite toilets (2) were 25 years old and needed to be replaced. Chris from Anderson assessed the situation quickly and was back 3 days later to do the install. Job went well and was done within a few hours. Pleased with the work done. Toilets also come with a parts warranty for 5 years which is nice too. Like everything - prices are up, but you get what you pay for so I am confident these toilets will last for many years to come.

Anderson installed a new air conditioning system in our home, they were creative and effective in their approach and methods, and their crews were polite, respectful, efficient, and very neat and tidy. The job was originally estimated to take three days, but was completed in two, and was both on budget and within scope. They created less disruption and mess than they had projected, and the entire process was painless from our perspective. We are delighted with the service and customer care they provided.

Donny Bueno was my service tech. What can I say other than it was a great experience for a plumbing repair, and that is really saying a lot. Firstly, he was respectful of the house and my belongings, adhering to the company's Covid protocols by wearing a mask and shoe coverings. He took a look at the situation presented and gave me a quote upfront of different scenarios that may have presented itself once he began the work. He then proceeded to walk me through the repair and gave me realistic options to choose from. Afterwards, he put everything back together, including my over-the-toilet cabinet. I really respected that he was matter of fact about the pricing and tactful simultaneously, and the quality and efficiency of the work warranted the cost. He even noticed all the Navy photos and memorabilia (belonging to my husband) in my home and honored a military discount, which I didn't even think to ask. Reggie DeLeon arrived, on time, to provide regular maintenence on our water heaters and check our sewer lines and other plumbing. Reggie was professional courteous and knowledgeable. He also provided an estimate for an inline water descaler which we will have installed in a few weeks. A++ job !

Tony came out to clear a clog in our shower, and did excellent 5 start work. The company as whole, I had to drop a star for. Times were mixed up two different times, and we were quoted $800 for a service that wasn’t needed.

When I found what I thought was a pipe leak,which resulted in my turning off the water to the house I called a company I had used before, but with the current COVID situation they were unable to come out for a few days. Since I THOUGHT Anderson was a reputable company I called & they were able to get a technician out the same day. When the technician was delayed, I was kept informed by the office. The technician looked at the area of the leak & said he would need to cut a hole in the wall to determine the source. Although I thought the cost was extremely high, I didn't feel I had a lot of choice - I needed to have the issue resolved & water to the home & didn't feel there was time to wait for another company with whom I was familiar. BIG MISTAKE on my part. After cutting a couple of holes in the wall, the technician advised that it appeared there was a slab leak & I needed to contact a leak detection company. The technician was here about 20 minutes, didn't check any other areas inside or outside the house, didn't check water heater connections or look to see where the pipes entered the house from the slab - so I paid a LOT OF MONEY for someone to do very little work! I called CPL & was advised the earliest appt was a week away. I took it & figured I would live with turning the main water line on as little as possible. I have now also secured the services of an experienced plumber who is honest & reasonably priced. He was able to be here while the CPL technician was here to determine the exact source of the leak & repairs are now underway.

I have had Anderson out now on 3 large projects and now a 4th and they are ALWAYS so good! Professional, smack dab on time, great at communicating the process and time-frame, fast and such a great group guys. So very nice they always make me feel like I am their only customer. Just hired them for some pipe and working relocating and boom...got someone the next day to come and estimate and he got right to work.I can't say enough good things about this company. I never have to worry that their work is shoddy or going to break because they are just so good. I see some people say they may be pricier than other companies. While that may be true...its worth every last cent. You get what you pay for and I'm not up to risking cheaper shudder work on my home. Anderson IS the best!

We noticed water under our home in a storage area. Anderson Heating Plumbing & Air had recently installed whole house air conditioning so we thought possibly one of the ducts was leaking. We called them and they immediately sent a tech out who found that the leak was actually coming from one of our old copper pipes. He told us we needed a plumber so we had him call the office and request a plumbing tech. Within an hour, Paul arrived and we couldn't have been more pleased. He was polite, honest, communicative, resourceful, helpful and really knew his stuff! He took video of the leak so he could show us exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done. Jose & Eric did a great job at repairing our AC system! Our ducts were cleaned along with cleaning the EVAP/condenser coils. They quickly found that the capacitor was also faulty and replaced it quickly. They went above and beyond to make sure it was working like new. Jose went out of his way to provide really good advice on keeping it clean and getting optimal performance. They also helped me out with finding out what options I had for monthly payments. I'd definitely recommend this company to anyone!

Peter Vega was exceptionally polite and friendly. He was clearly an expert in all areas of plumbing and excellent at explaining issues to a novice.Our outdoor faucet started vibrating and making loud Rattling noises after recent repairs to the neighborhood main water line by the city. Our water pressure was twice what it should have been.Peter quickly diagnosed the problem and installed a water regulator. Then he replaced a frozen shut off valve and our leaky water faucets. I paid them $5,000 to clear a clogged main drain. Because I had used them a couple of times before and had thought that although they were not competitively priced, but their work was thorough, I neglected to check their work this time. I got up at 2 am to find my bathtub filled with black water and all of my plumbing unuseable. Had them back out to repair my plumbing, left a message that I felt ripped off C 18 days ago, received a call that they would review my complaint, and have heard nothing since. Feel ripped off, taken advantage of and poured $5000 down the drain

I was so impressed by the level of professionalism and courtesy. They were able to come out in 12hrs for no rush charge, they called a half hour before arrival, sent me a text as well with a small bio on the technician in advance. Extremely courtesy technician wore shoes covers and a mask the whole time but I had no problems understanding him as he spoke very clearly. We had a pleasant chat as he worked and I learned that they will send the same technician out to the same house next time so you get to know them. He seemed so happy with his job it was spoke well for the way they must treat their employees. He took the time to look at another pipe I was told I needed to replace by a house inspector. He went under the house and is having the office contact me to schedule an installer to come give me a quote. But the whole appointment was quite fast! Most pleasant experience with a plumber ever.

I am a VIP member. I had a leak in the master bedroom toilet. Called Anderson Plumbing for an appointment. After many calls were able to get next day appointment. As I was not sure who will be able to come I had bought the parts from Home Depot. When the plumber came he wanted to charge $275 for a $9 part and refused to install my part. I refused the repair and paid them for the trip. Outrageous service.

The service tech, Lincoln, was patient, efficient, and friendly. He took time to educate my family about our home's plumbing and how to properly care for it. Had the kitchen sink not draining. Made an appointment for the following that that I noticed it and the technician was friendly; explained everything that was going on and resolved the issue very quickly! Even offered a free camera inspection later next week to see if there would be any service needed in the future. I'd highly recommend the service to anyone having plumbing issues.

I called Anderson after calling another plumbing company that came almost an hour late, and then said he had a 1pm appointment and had to reschedule my appointment. Not feeling it so I called Anderson.First I really liked the constant communication thru texts.About the technician plumber Leo, this guy came nice and clean professionally dressed (just like his picture) I thought he is going to give me an estimate and schedule the repair, nope not at all he got behind my fridge and looked at this 90% angle valve, he took off the frame of the box the valve sat in, then cut the wall under the box and looked at the valve worked on it for a good bit of time, then said I have to cut and solder the pipe?( I believe) more then originally discussed with the first guy from Anderson (on phone) I really liked Leo very personable, genuine, clean worker, hooked my fridge up, my guests all young professionals really liked Leo as I did. Leo is a great asset to Anderson, ask for Leo he made the whole process so much better, easier, deffinatly will ask for Leo again.

This is the second time we've used APHA and the service was equally good! Absolutely had a great experience!! Am always afraid of being taken advantage of when dealing with plumbing issues, but you can totally trust the folks that work for Anderson. Jacob and Lorena came by to figure out what could be the issue with a possible leak from my bathroom ceiling. They came assessed and explained what could be the issue and what the cost would be before performing anything. Once approved , they cut through the ceiling drywall and took photos and confirmed what was causing the leak. They explained in detail how the leak occurred and accompanied me along to alert the upstairs neighbor in order to fix the leak. No work is ever done without your approval and cost is mentioned upfront before beginning anything. And you’re not pushed into doing anything. We've used Anderson's before with good results. This time they sent a self-professed drain guy to install a new kitchen faucet on a Friday. On Saturday, we discovered a large leak under the sink. I called customer service and the first answer was we like to have the responsible installer do the repair, is that alright? Uh, no, what part of large leak don't you understand? Turned out the earliest they could get anyone out was Monday! All weekend appointments were booked. As a VIP member I expected better service than this when the leak was caused by their installer.The gentleman who came on Monday initially intended to charge me for the visit, but backed off when I explained (again) who had caused the issue. He was competent and knowledgeable and fixed the problem to our satisfaction, but I still contend that I shouldn't have had to spend the weekend with a leak that was caused by their employee. And next time, if there is a next time, please don't send a DRAIN guy to do a PLUMBER'S job. I also told the dispatcher to have a Supervisor call me on Monday to discuss (no supervisor available on weekend). That never happened. This is not what I call VIP service.Edited based on the prompt response I received from Erin in CS. She took responsibility, both personally and as a company, for the issues I identified and resolved the situation to my satisfaction.

Was perfectly honest on what may happen if he cleared it so I declined, I asked if he could go on the roof and go through vent but it’s against company rules. Anderson installed my heating and air system and they offer a VIP service where they will come out and service the unit to make sure it’s working at 100%.Two months ago, my hearing stopped working and because of the VIP service the estimated repair cost ($575) was 100% covered and I paid nothing.I recommend Anderson for your heating, AC, water heating and plumbing needs.

We had a problem with Anderson today. With no prior notice, truck showed up with two workers. Some months ago we had a big job here with Anderson’s snaking the pipe from toilet to septic tank with installation of new toilet (where seal was done incorrectly—so they had to return). At the finish of these two days, we were told by technician that we would be contacted by Anderson’s to discuss lining for old pipes. No one contacted us. So we can only guess that there was a big miscommunication with Anderson’s showing up today.

Michael, Sal, and Mario are absolutely amazing. We had a bit of a nightmare situation at our rental and gentlemen came in like the three musketeers to help our family. The representative that answered the phone when I called made sure I had an immediate appointment the next day and I was kept apprised of when the technician(s) would be arriving and also whether there was an earlier slot available so that I wouldn't have to wait.All 3 of the technicians arrived on time and made me feel comfortable that they would resolve the problem.Donald and Reggie, who handled the plumbing did a wonderful job! They explained everything to me and had me watch as they were doing the work. I have additional work to be done and they gave me options so that I could choose the most cost effective solution for my home and made an appointment to finish the work as soon as possible. Both were very competent, professional and personable and managed to resolve my issue, which gave me peace of mind.The same was true for Mike, who handled my heating and air conditioning issues. He took the time to thoroughly diagnose and troubleshoot the problems and to make sure I was satisfied with his work before I left. I felt the pricing was reasonable given the fact that the work was warrantied by the company directly and none of them tried to pressure me into choosing a more expensive option. Reggie explained the rationale behind why it would be better to spend a little extra when it came to replacing two of the faucets in my bathroom.All 3 left their contact info with me so I could reach them if there were any further problems and assured me that the company warranted their work. We had an old water heater that started leaking. Anderson was able to come first thing the next day to give a free estimate. We had several companies come out and provide us quotes to replace it with a gas tankless water heater. Anderson came in at a reasonable price but the technician, Drew (Andrew), included additional incentives that persuaded us to go with them. Drew had everything with him and was able to get us the appropriate water heater that same day. He relocated and installed the water heater outside of our garage by the end of the day. We were impressed by how efficient and clean he was with his work. We had previous copper plumbing done in our home before and Drew was impressively quicker than the other guys. He had to come back another day to finish up other work to our house but was equally as efficient and clean with his work. He also set us up to have our drains scoped for free. The technician, Brent, came out to scope our drains and was equally efficient, timely, and customer friendly. I would highly recommend Anderson, Drew, and Brent for future plumbing/heating projects.

I began my search for a plumber to fix a blockage somewhere in the line by looking for a small, family-owned business to do the job. I previously had a bad experience with a large company and didn't want to repeat that experience. Although I found many wonderful plumbers to chose from at reasonable rates, everyone was busy and I was getting impatient.My mom told me she used Anderson a few times with great results so I gave them a call. Amazing service! James was at my door within an hour or two, was polite, skilled and seemed to genuinely enjoy his work. He spoke highly of his company and represented Anderson well. Technician - Richard, very friendly, professional and informative. He was performing a VIP free inspection, drain/ flush of existing gas water heater. Result was need for replacing our 11 yr. old water heater since the heavy internal scaling & sediment was preventing the proper draining and flushing. Now comparing water heaters on market, including possible upgrade to the tankless type!

I had my annual plumbing check under the VIP program. Dylan was a very genial and professional technician who did a descale of my tankless water and checked the rest of my homes faucets and drains for any signs of potential problems. It was a pleasure having him at my home.

We have had Jose come out to our house twice and he is really friendly, professional, and informative. I love that Anderson Plumbing is do prompt and reasonably priced, and they give a 90 day warranty on clogs, they also will send a camera down your drain for free. I've dealt with other companies that charge $100 for that. I won't use anymore else.

Anderson plumbing came out and unclogged my kitchen drain very quickly. I booked the appointment at 930 and they had it done by noon. The technician worked fast and was professional.The only issue I had was the availability on the online booking was a week out. However I just called and quickly booked same day service

We experienced a clogged toilet drain line on a Sunday, and called Anderson because they advertise 24/7 service. Anderson said there would be a $90 fee to arrive on a Sunday plus additional charge for the required work. We did NOT like that bait and switch approach, so we decided to schedule a $63 or it's free drain cleaning on Monday morning between 8 am and noon.On Monday morning, Anderson called and said they could not meet the scheduled time, but could arrive on Monday afternoon. We had no choice but to accept the delayed service.Our frustration was relieved when Octavio showed up on schedule and performed a successful drain cleaning very efficiently, as well as recommending and scheduling Anderson's free camera scoping of the 4 drain line for the following week.Octavio was extremely professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He deserves the five star rating.

Some back story: My spouse received our bi-monthly water bill, which happened to be $200 higher than it usually is--at $362. Needless to say I was alarmed! I instantly ran out of the house to turn the water off at the city valve to our home--and fortunately saw the leak right there but on our end of the city valve! It was blowing about 1 HCF (hundred cubic foot) per day by my calculations from the bill cycle, maybe more. The city water meter reader had to have looked through 4-5 inches of water to read the meter and the leak was bubbling right next to it; I'm surprised they did not notify us!I immediately called Anderson Plumbing, Heating and Air--after normal business hours mind you, and was greeted by a great receptionist/operator (I believe their name was Ashley, I could be wrong on this). They listened intently to my issue and concern, gave me a few details on the business (Women owned and operated-dope!) and advised me they could have a tech out within about 36 hours to inspect the issue. I immediately booked the inspection and was advised I would get a call prior to the tech's arrival. I received a few emails shortly after confirming the call, as well as anticipated date of appointment and an email the day before as a reminder.The morning of the inspection, I received the call (I do not recall their name, but they were great) to inform me the tech was on their way, as well as a text and email with additional information to introduce me to the tech, Justin M. The text/email was cool as it put a name to a face immediately and introduced me to them on a personal level.Justin arrived as expected and was extremely professional and personable. I showed him where the issue was and gave him some space to complete his diagnoses and show me the financial damage. After 15-20 minutes he had cleaned out the area of the leak and called me out to confirm what I knew on the leak, and give me the low down. It wasn't pretty, but it may not be ugly. He quoted me on getting into the pipe to do the repair and advised me further if the access wouldn't be sufficient to repair it that he may need to remove concrete (which would be much more expensive and labor intensive), but he would take a look and for everyones benefit try to get it done the easier route--as long as the repair was to spec.With abated breath I gave him his space and let him go to town on the repair. About 30 minutes later I heard a torch click on (I think) and let out a sigh of relief--he had to be sweating the pipes and cleaning it up! I waited for him to call me out and came outside and SUCCES! He was able to repair it without invasive work.Justin cleaned up his tools and work site and had us turn a hose on to blow debris out and then a few faucets on to blow out the air in the lines, and we were back in business. I paid for the service and was promptly sent an invoice.I even received a follow up call from Craig, which I unfortunately missed, to check to see how their level of service and my experience went.10/10-would recommend and use again!

I got a ac/furnace quote. In the quote They charged for asbestos removal as sales person was sure there was asbestos- but a different company checked and it was negative for asbestos. That would have been $1,000 for nothing.

Theses guys were the best! Came out promptly to relieve the immediate problem. then came out on the scheduled appointment to repair lines. the price was several thousand less than we were quoted a year ago by another company. the guys were polite, had the job completed in the quoted time and they cleaned up when finished.

Chris Espinoza showed up and had the kindest, calmest disposition ever. He listened to all of our concerns and went above and beyond to help us. He even tightened some of our loose faucets no charge. We’ve had major issues trying to find a good plumber in the last ten years. We are happy to say that Anderson and Chris will be our plumber for life!

I required multiple services, and the technician was able to accomplish everything in one visit. 3 shutoff valves to be replaced, pressure regulator for the house, and install a new toilet. While the overall cost seemed a bit pricey, the quality of components and the overall service was excellent. I would use Anderson again, and recommend them to my friends

John, and his brand new apprentice, we amazing. I won’t say they were the cheapest but you can’t put a price on quality or work being done safely, correctly and up to code. I am very happy I didn’t go the “handyman” route. For any other homeowners in “urban” areas who sometimes may feel prejudged or stereotyped; I am so happy to say none of that here! Everything was thoroughly explained every step of the way, before and after. They actually managed to make what was a stressful situation enjoyable!

Jorge was professional and personable. Initially I was concerned that my sink was not going to be unclogged without a hydrojet, but he had the magic touch to find the blockage more than 10 ft in the drain. It was a little more expensive than anticipated, but they arrived on time and fixed a problem I could not solve. I would recommend!

They came out to take a look at my shower and provide me an estimate. That cost me $50 for the service call, but it was easy and fairly efficient to get them here. Then they quoted me about $550 to replace a $21 part. I have already done this once before myself, and no way am I paying that kind of money for a 20 minute job replacing a $20 part. Wow. Just wow. I feel like they tried to pull one over on me with that kind of price gouge.

On day 1, a technician came to unclog my kitchen sink. I paid $63, although on their TV advertisement and on company website said it was $53. Before leaving he said the pipe may need a hydro-jetting and offered a free camera viewing.On day 2, it clogged a gain. I chatted to a worker (Peter), requested the job to be fixed or return my money. I also called the office (Jenny) to report the clog. The same technician came to service. After he left, it clogged again.On day 3, a camera technician came as scheduled and found the pipe was flooded and clogged. He offered a hydro-jetting service of $510.I would like Anderson PHA to review this issue and if it could not fix my clogged kitchen sink with the cost of $63, it will refund the money to me as it said in an ad: $63 Or it's Free - Drain Clearing Special:

Anderson Plumbing has been our go to company for 4 years now since we bought our home. They have helped us replace a broken AC unit, cleared our drains multiple times, replaced old fixtures, etc. They will soon be doing a complete sewer pipe repair/replacement. We are going with them for this major service because they have earned our trust with their honest and informative crew. I have never, ever felt pressured to agree to a service I didn't want. While the initial inspection went great and was conducted in a professional manner, the quote received for a new heat pump and air handler were among the highest we saw from any vendor.However, the rating given takes into account Anderson's incessant marketing emails that I swear I've unsubscribed from multiple times and still receive. Live in a condo & had a leak inside the kitchen wall. The leak damaged the ceiling downstairs. Called Anderson Plumbing, technician James Padgett, and he is so professional. Compared to other plumbers, his knowledge & people skills are excellent. He opened the wall, diagnosed the problem, offered options & estimates, then proceeded to repair everything that needed repaired. The quality of the work is first class & no debris was left behind. I'd rate the service 10 out of 10. Then he came back to install a pressure regulator. Again, extremely friendly & professional. The quality of the work was awesome. Overall, the service was good. The only discrepancies were that the Free HVAC Sanitizing Service mentioned on the mailer reminding me that it’s time for your VIP HVAC TUNE UP did not specify that I had to mention that I wanted the free sanitizing service in order to get it done with the tune up. Now I have to schedule another appointment to get the Sanitizing Service. It would of been a lot more convenient to get it done in one appointment. Last, the technicians used my garden hose and got it all muddy. It would of been nice if they could of swept the mud off the hose!

Fernando was methodical and relentless in finding the source of my leak in a common condominium wall. He created a plan and my disruption was kept to under 7 hours. I am very happy with the work and with the guarantee Anderson gives homeowners.

This has been a long drawn out process. We had 4 quotes for our new air conditioning. Although Anderson did not come in the least expensive we liked the professionalism and warranty. But things went downhill from there. Communication was horrible. We were to have our install Monday morning and I had to call Friday just before 5 to find out when they were coming. Upon install they could not get the wireless thermostat to install and said they were going to send someone back out to connect it. I again had to call 4 days later to find out when someone was coming to fix or replace it. He could not fix it- and had to come back again with a new unit. Sooooo we thought everything was great and then we got a call that they installed the incorrect (Lower power) unit. So we had to schedule another install date. Again no one called to let us know when they were coming out- a “discount check” was promised to be mailed or brought with the technician and of course it wasn’t so they had to send a runner with the check. Bottom line we are super happy with the product and all of the people that come to our home. But the people in the office lack all sorts of professionalism.

Anderson Plumbing is my new favorite plumbing company here is San Diego. I've used them twice now and have been happy both times. The office staff are courteous and helpful. Both times they sent someone right away even though it was not an emergency. Both technicians were so great. They made good future suggestions and fix the issue at hand quickly and gave us the best price possible. I actually have several plumbers in the family but in other states. With Anderson's nearby I no longer feel bad that my family plumbers are not around. Replaced a smart thermostat from an older model. I provided thermostat. No extra wiring dine. Took tech about 10 minutes start to finish. Cost $291 and they did not connect to my router. Unable to use feature on smart thermostat. I guess i did get wowwed! Price versus what was actually done. I emailed Anderson Plumbing and i will wait to hear back. I wonder how much it would cost to have the thermostat to work as a smart device. WOWRobert

We had Anderson come out and do a complimentary cleaning on our furnace. We were told we needed thousands of dollars in cleaning, repair, and upgrades to bring it up to code. We had a second opinion without mentioning any of the issues brought up by Anderson from another reputable company. They only quoted us one part to bring the unit up to code and it was a fraction of the price. We won’t be using Anderson again because of the prices and unnecessary services offered each time.

I have been with Anderson since I purchased my home 5 years ago. They took care of a 25 year old HVAC unit to make it last for another 5 years which I had Anderson replace a few months ago when the old unit finally went out. This past weekend I had my VIP plumbing inspection which was very detailed. Dylan, my technician, was very thorough checking all of my plumbing including the hot water heater, water pressure valve and explained things as he went along. A couple of days prior to my inspection my garbage disposal went out. Dylan, reminded me that Anderson could do the work while he was there. He took the time and had the new disposal readily available to install. Every technician I have had over the past 5 years are highly trained, qualified and professional. Their office personnel is as well. It is nice to have follow up after a service is performed and they do just that to make sure the customer is always satisfied. I highly recommend Anderson for any of your plumbing, heating & air needs.

Wonderful from start to finish! The company called 30mins before to let me know when they would arrive! They also texted a picture of the man coming to fix my shower! When he arrived he had a clean mask on an put booties over his shoes as he walked into my house! He was good with my dogs. He did a very good inspection of my shower wall and found the leek behind the broken handle! He gave me options on fixing it with different prices so I could make the best decision!! Super professional and I will use them again!

I have used Andersen Heating and Air for 8 years. They took out an old gas wall heater, dry walled to perfection and painted the area; they installed & have maintenanced the mini split ductless units, they have installed a new water heater, a new garbage disposal, cleared a slow drain. Their service is top notch, and the technicians are competent, friendly, and leave the place clean. I highly recommend.

Erik went above and beyond what he was called out for. Couldn't have had a more informed representative from Anderson. Appreciated his honesty, his patient explanations and sound advice. Very friendly and respectful. He checked all around the house, tested water pressure, checked the water heater, and even crawled into our crawlspace to make sure we didn't have any leaks. He recommended a new water heater rather than flushing out the existing. (We have not flushed it in a very long time and the valve is plastic and the risk of cracking wasn't worth it.) It was an enjoyable experience from beginning to end. I received returned phone calls in a timely manner and very courteous customer service. The technician, James was an extension of the previous service, polite, knowledgeable and gave an good insight to our problem and gave us his recommendations and timeline. Our drains are functioning properly and we are pleased with the results.

Didn’t find a problem on my heater but left the cover off when they left I tried to put it on but was unsuccessful. Someone needs to come back tomorrow to put it back on

Let's just agree that no one wants to spend money repairs but I have used Anderson Plumbing Heating and Air a few times already they do a great job everytime. I had the heating worked on today and the HVAC technician Katy Frausto was Awesome!! She was very knowledgeable and her customer service was amazing!!

While Katy was very professional in her demeanor and seems highly versed in the technical aspects of my furnace, I was surprised by the lack of specificity in the diagnoses. It could be this, this or this. Which leads me to question, do service tech earn commission on repairs? In other words, the more parts and labor they sell, the bigger their paycheck?Is this ethical? Sadly, I ran into this same issue about a year or two ago with Anderson and my AC condenser. The repair estimate was $6K. I ended up fixing it myself for $200 and it's worked perfectly ever since.Today’s repair estimate $1,788 + $68 for the service call. The parts, which I found online, are less than $285, and I question if they are both necessary. Labor time to replace these two suggested parts, or three suggested parts is 45 minutes for an experienced tech, double for a novice.With this second instance of what I believe are questionable at best business practices, and more likely unethical ones, obviously supported by management I will not use your company for any service or future sales.UPDATE - March 2021Apparently my review struck a nerve. Received a call and a full refund of my $68 service call fee. I still feel it’s a buyer beware situation, but I acknowledge the company did the right thing when they were called out.

It would be 5 stars, but there was some scheduling issues in the beginning. Once started the guys worked very hard on a project that should have been much simpler, but due to the building standards of a 1950's house which must have required surviving a direct hit from a soviet nuke, it needled more cutting and demo than anticpated. They were very concerned with maintaining as much or the original tike and flooring to make sure we didn't have to replace too much. I was also very fortunate to be able to leave them unattended and work during the 3 days, the company as far as I'm concerned is trustworthy and Chris, Francisco, Herman, and Jose are too. The project took 3 days as planned, they worked the hours needed to complete the job on time!

You can always count on Anderson PHA to do the job correctly the first time. Our technician, Dave, performed the annual inspection and servicing of our recently installed furnace. At the end, he provided a detailed report of the tests and measurements he performed. He took the extra time to answer all of my questions and even repaired a leak on the hot water vent on my roof. Just like all other Anderson employees, Dave left the area cleaner than he found it. I joined the Anderson VIP program and found it to be financially beneficial in keeping my furnace, hot water heater, and plumbing in good working order.

Michael, the technician came in and was so friendly. Knowledgeable on what he is doing and very professional, he explained to me what was going on with my furnace. He recommended things that I should do to keep my furnace, air conditioning, and plumbing up and working.The only thing that I wish was lower was the price of the parts and service that was changed and charged. But other than that, the service was excellent.

Dylan David, the technician for Anderson Heating & Plumbing responded really quickly. He was very professional and fixed my issue. He made sure I knew how to relight the pilot light, and actually had me light it so that I was comfortable doing it. He was outstanding!!

We had Rudy out to give us a second quote for drain repair and value replacement. He was fast efficient and honest. The qoute we had from the other guys was double the price and work. Anderson plumbing is the only company I trust for a fair honest price.

Mike was fantastic. We had a water heater flooding the garage (after hours) Mike came here when he finished a job, turned off water heater but made sure we had wagon house. I called Anderson to repair an outside shutoff valve for the house water main. The house is very old, i.e. built in 1923 and some of the plumbing is likely that old. The technician, Abel Pedraza, was faced with a daunting task but redesigned the configuration and also installed a pressure regulator and new hose bib. The legacy copper pipe was pitting in the water main, so he kept cutting it back and re-soldering until no leaks were found. Abel did a fine and job and this was the lynch-pin to me being able to replace many fixtures in the house, like the washing machine and dishwasher. Thank you so much Abel and I would highly recommend him!

Chris arrived on time. Very professional fellow. Determined what needed to be done and proceeded to correct the plumbing issue. Looks like he did quality work. I'm happy.

Brian Blanchard and Justin B spent a very HOT, busy week rerouting our pipes through our attic due to a hot water leak in the cement slab in our La Mesa home. They were role models for what you WISH your plumber could be. They were very professional and involved US in the decision making needed to resolve our problems. They treated us and our house with respect and consideration. EVERY evening they cleaned up the areas where they had worked diligently all day. I cannot IMAGINE what the temperature was in our skinny attic! They didn't just cut off at a respectable closing time, they worked well into the evening hours. Worst ever customer service and plumbing knowledge. We called them for detecting a leak which had resulted in the floor flooding. The plumber came visited the house and charged us for the visit. The plumber had no clue, he could not detect the source and wrongly advised that the leak was coming from the bathroom upstairs. They charged us $365 for nothing and never send us a report. After multiple follow ups still till date no report has been given. We ended up calling another plumber who very quickly detected the leaking dishwasher at almost $100 cheaper. He also help fixed the leak and helped us with drying company and dishwasher company.I would never use Andersen Plumbing ever again and advise everyone to stay away from them.Subsequent to this review I had a very good follow up from Andersen and they have since rectified their response and have successfully resolved the matter to my satisfaction.Thank you Andersen for prompt followup.

Always the best! Second time we have used Andersons and have been very impressed with their staff and quality of work.Made an appointment for 3- 4 days out and they called back about an hour later letting me know they had someone who could be at the house in 30 minutes.Miguel arrived and in a few minutes had determined our Water Pressure Valve needed to be replaced, which he did with the usual professionalism, that has me call them back, when we needed plumbing services.After the valve was replaced, the pressure was still down so Miguel started diagnosing the problem and determined the Water Treatment system we have was causing the problem to continue. The system on dropped the pressure, off no pressure problem.Called the Water Treatment people who will be out to fix the system, next week.Miguel, as usual with all Anderson employees, was as nice as they come. Explaining all issues involved and going the extra inches to ensure the service call was complete, from top to bottom. He even showed me the Anderson VIP Service Agreement, which we purchased along with the service provided.Having now used Anderson for 2 major purchases (Our Water Heater and now Pressure Valve) we feel very comfortable referring them to everyone with plumbing needs. The technician Fernando did an outstanding job showing up in time, diagnosing the problem with the main water line to the house, and providing a workable solution and reasonable quote. He also replaced the old water pressure regulator and hose Bibb and ball on the side of the house. I am so grateful!! He finished this huge project in one day and answered all my questions thoroughly and respectfully with great patience and professionalism.

Anderson’s HVAC Technician and installation team did an outstanding job on our new system. The Technician took the time to thoroughly go through our home to properly analyze requirements and developed 3 different options. This was a refreshing difference compared to other HVAC companies who showed up and provided estimates based on rules of thumb and the square footage of the home. This made it an easy choice to select Anderson even though we were paying a little more. The installation team showed up promptly and did a great job covering floors and working carefully to minimize dust and other debris. They also kept us informed as to what they were doing and what to expect in the next few hours. Overall, I believe Anderson provides the best value since the most important thing to consider for a long HVAC system lifespan is the quality of the installation.

Aug 28 rPlumber was great, gave estimate $300+ to pull toilet. Did the work and found a broken flange which he didn't have.Would reschedule for Sat 29..... Sat 29 someone calls in sick, will schedule Monday fine with us. ...Mon 31 a tech arrives but says he is her to do a complementary camera inspection of our system.Never said specifically he was their to finish the job....estimate now $660+. We send him off they will reschedule us now for tues Sept 1 Agent for Andersen call us on the phone agent is finally on the way estimate ..$1,500 to finish seating our toilet had her repeat it so my wife could hear $1,500! My wife is handicapped with Parkinsons so the toilet is essential .So after 5days after pulling the toilet and the estimate doubling every time. We definitely felt we were getting burned.The job is not done we are going elsewhere!

I've never used Anderson Plumbing until yesterday. My technician Josh was a plumbing maestro. I had a hard to find leak in an older home and he was able to determine exactly where it was and how to fix it in a matter of minutes. Unfortunately, he had to use a jackhammer but I feel very confident his work was done expertly and I will not have any more issues. Moreover, he was professional, present and respectful.

I am super satisfied with my drain clearing service with Anderson plumbing. I liked that they call before heading over, and the plumber that came answered all the questions I had. So I am usually not one to write reviews …. but I just had a great experience with Anderson and their pro plumber Ron Miller so here I go.On the road while my wife deals with a plumbing fiasco long brewing under the sink. I get home and dial for help. They said most likely a night call, I was fine with that. One day turnaround great by me. Instead, they call back in an hour or so and someone is free now … yea! Plumber Ron Miller is highly recommended by me. He is our plumber now.. A pro , not a kid (sorry kids) he has experience and fixed us up, plus another issue I surprised him with. No problem. Thanks Anderson and especially Ron! Highest recommendation from a tough old guy who can't fix anything by himself!

We replaced our heater and air conditioner and all of the ducting. Zack and Donny did an excellent job, considering the heavy rain outside when they installed AC compressor. Mario and Blake (supervisor) installed a new Trane Furnace in my home. They were on time, had the correct tools and completed the installation an hour earlier than estimated. He was a PT for our plumbing system, designing and installing everything we needed with excellent plumbing and carpentry skills. He came to replace the flap in our toilet, but ended up also installing this great system that made all our sinks and showers work so much better. There is nothing this young man could not do to seriously wow me with his knowledge, skill, positive attitude and over-the-top pleasant personality. He was thorough with his assessment and took his time with what he recommended. We did not feel any pressure to move decide or move forward right then and there. I received a call from Anderson Plumbing, Heating & Air to advise me that I was due for my annual, no cost, service on my two heaters that Anderson had installed 4 years prior. They indicated they had a technician that could perform the service the following day.The HVAC Maintenance Technician, Haley Wegman, called the following day to say she'd be arriving within the half hour. She was on time--we're off to a good start.She inspected both of our heaters and provided an easy to follow assessment of what she'd found and done. Haley was very professional, reassuring and a pleasure to work with. Anderson has done an excellent job with recognizing the unique talents that military vets, like Haley, possess. If I were to rate my satisfaction with Anderson and Haley on a 10 point scale, they would receive an 11.

Update:Erin, Anderson's Client Relations Manager reached out via email and explained their policy of flat rate per type of the job. She offered 15% off on the water pressure regulator job and removed the charge for accessing the valve. While I recognize the effort to provide good customer care (along with multiple text, email and phone call asking for feedback) I cannot say I'm remotely happy about this flat rate charge that's 3-4 time higher than being reasonable.===========================================================Anderson Plumbing's charge is absurdly high! I had a technician come to fix a leaky waterline going into the fridge. while doing that he also found the water pressure was high and I agreed to have the water pressure regulator replaced.He had to cut a small hole on the drywall to access the pipe, which took him 30 seconds, and the charge is $323. Note this is only for cutting the hole, not including any repair work, and they will not fix the drywall afterwards. The actual repair work of replacing the water supply line's connection valve is another $323, which I'm ok with, since at least the technician spent 30 minutes on it.The most ridiculous one is the $1,485 charge for replacing the water pressure regulator. The part is $180 according to the technician, and it's a quick job taking him literally less than 10 minutes using only a plumbers plier. I found out afterwards a reasonable cost for this should be in the $300 range including the part, and feel quite bad not doing enough research and being an informed customer beforehand. I wish everyone else considering calling them have the chance to read the reviews beforehand and be aware of their practice of overcharging to an outrageous extent.I do agree that it was easy for me to make the appointment, and the technician came on time and finished the job quickly in a professional manner. But I'd not be able to recommend their services to anyone due to the extremely unreasonably high cost.

I am very pleased to recommend Anderson Plumbing, Heating and Air. Everyone I have dealt with has been exceptional. The staff is very professional, efficient and friendly. My first experience was with Justin who came to service my disposal. He did an excellent job and I was confident when I later scheduled to have him replace my water heater. Justin is very skilled and knowledgeable. He has a friendly manner and is able to explain all options and answer all questions thoroughly. Justin helped me to obtain the best deal and to use the credit I received from a previous service. When my water heater was installed Justin was assisted by Bethany who was also very professional and knowledgeable. I asked Bethany lots of questions, some of which I thought might be silly, but she patiently and knowledgeably answered each one. I felt very confident in her skills especially as I watched her performing her work. Both Justin and Bethany worked to make sure everything was done perfectly. I was very impressed with the quality of their work. I am very happy with my new disposal and water heater. Replaced corrupted pressure regulator and aging line valves. I’ve used Anderson since 2009 and a few times I needed them within a day and they’ve always fit me in. They are always prompt, friendly, professional and do quality work. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

Very pleasant experience with Anderson Plubming! I had an issue with my dishwasher and they were able to send an expert pretty much right away! Dylan was very professional. He diagnosed the issue and explained to me what needed to be done. Then he and his associate fixed the dishwasher within 30 minutes of not less. I would certainly use them again if needed.

I wanted to do an update on my 5 star review. Change it to 1 star as I was charged 202 bucks to relight my water heater. I figured it was standard for the business but was shocked to learn was way overcharged. I was not present at the time. My girlfriend was and she definitely was taken advantage of. She was just happy to have hot water. Then I was given an estimate to replace a 2 year old water heater and they wanted 3300 bucks. You can get water heater for about 650 to 750 at home depot and get it installed for 200 bucks. This company really does wow with sticker price. Shocking. They did say they would apply the 202 towards install. Wow. Definitely do your research.

I had a water leak emergency in my house, and I am so grateful that Anderson Plumbing was able to fit me in, and very quickly, too. The first two plumbing companies I called said they were booked solid, and wouldn't even try to help. Anderson did a fast, courteous job and even gave me the senior discount! What a lifesaver they were!

Dick Crandall was the representative that came to my house and gave me a bid, and explained to me exactly what work was going to be done. Jacob and Adrian were the installers. They were professional, knowledgeable, and very courteous. They both possess great people skills. I was given a job time estimate of 3 days, but the guys were so proficient at their job, that they finished the whole job in only 2 days. There were also 2 other great young men that came out and did the electrical work for my heating& AC upgrade, and they also re-ducted my whole system. I am completely satisfied with the job. I am 100% satisfied with the whole Anderson team effort. I would recommend this company, and their great employees to anyone.

I recently wrote a glowing review of my visit from Anderson Plumbing which I now regret. I was not given any paperwork, not a quote for work done, not a quote for new work, not a receipt for the nearly $1000 I paid for the work done. When I called the company, they responded quickly with email copies of all the paperwork I signed. The quote for the work done that day was $0 (zero dollars!) This is what I signed that I agreed to the work. There are laws about quotes given before work is done. I have since learned from another company we asked to give us a comparative quote that what was done should have cost half of what I paid. We were also told the AC unit was very dirty and needed to be cleaned which was not told to us by Anderson. Anderson kept pushing me to pay the 18000 for a new unit, offering 3000 in discounts. Then they did a bait and switch saying the similar unit to what I have would not fit through my gate. The unit they quoted was half a ton less than my current unit. The 2nd company said that size unit would not work well for my home. It would be too small. Our new quote for my same size unit was half the quote Anderson gave me. The technician from the 2nd company could easily lift the new unit over my fence by himself with a special lift. Because I didn't respond to Anderson quickly, I was called by someone from their office saying they would give me more discounts if I agreed to have their job done the following week. Pressure, lies, bait and switch, major over pricing. I fear now that if I had agreed to their company doing the work, it would have been a halfdone job. This is also based on the 2nd company's information. I'm sure that the first job done by Anderson a few years ago ripped me off as well. They have very friendly people who seem to be caring and knowledgeable about their jobs and they're working for a company that doesn't deserve them. They even pushed me to ask my children to get loans to pay for their overpriced job. I will never use Anderson Plumbing again and I hope this review will keep others from being harmed in this manner.

Ron Miller came to our house to assess and replace our leaking water heater. He was on time , professional, and friendly. He quickly removed the old water heater (under warranty) returned it with the replacement. Ron installed the replacement and explained the operation. Mike Hamersky is my go to guy at Anderson. I always call and request him when in need for service. He was very knowledgeable and patient with all my annoying questions. He goes above and beyond a 5☆ service. He gets the job done right the first time! Eric Weismann at Anderson Plumbing is amazing!! My entire experience with Anderson Plumbing was perfect and their office staff is right on par with the way customer service is supposed to be. This is probably the only company I have experienced in San Diego who makes the customers concerns an actual priority. Before I contacted Anderson plumbing I had spent 3 weeks working with my home warranty to get someone out to look for a hard to find water leak. That company spent 2 days trying to find it and were very unprofessional. I kicked them out and called Anderson Plumbing. Within 3 hours of calling they had a technician (Eric) at my house! An hour later, Eric was able to tell me exactly where the leak was (under the slab in the garage) and walked me through the house to show me the route of all my water pipes. Eric with Anderson gave me a quote that was roughly $2000 less than the company my home warranty provided. That other Company ended up being off on the location of the leak by about 30 feet and wanted to jack hammer the slab in my bathroom. Thank God for Eric and Anderson Plumbing and their quality leak detection equipment and skill. If you want it done right you had better call Anderson Plumbing!

Used To service my heater. Tech seemed very knowledgeable and walked me through his process. At the end there was a pitch for a service maintenance contract and a $12K replacement of my entire HVAC system. Both of which as asked for them to send as a quote and didn’t want to commit upfront.The tech had booties but walked to and from his truck with them on so not sure they helped much. My wife needed to ask the tech to put on a new mask since his wasn’t covering his alface completely- he was nice enough to comply.Overall positive experience with a few minor bumps.

I've had other plumbers do work for me in the past but none compare to James from Walter Anderson Plumbing . He was outstanding at cleaning out our backed up drain clog. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to not make a mess and informed me about everything he was doing and about W. A.'s policies. We have preferred service for the tankless water heater and scheduled for service today. Service technician arrive 3 1/2 hours after agreed upon time.The water pressure was checked and read 150 psi which is above the serviceable psi of 50(?). Technician quoted a price of $745!! To replace a regulator that cost less than $100?! There is an adjustment screw that reduces the psi and could have been done or at least recommended versus a $745 replacement. Extremely poor customer service after waiting for hours for technician to arrive. Not a pleased customer whatsoever. There motto of making you smile is not today rather the opposite.

Very prompt and courteous but the estimate was crazy high. Paid $42 for estimate that could have been given over phone and saved us both time. All we needed was a new toilet installed. The toilet was already purchased and probably would have taken 30 minutes to install. The estimate was over $700.00!!

Have used Anderson Plumbing before and was very satisfied with the service. I was actually thinking I was lucky with the serviceman who came out before, so when our water heater quit working AGAIN, I called the office and requested the same tech. we had as he was familiar with our unit. This was about 4pm. The office took the call and she said she would call him and see what his availability was. She called back in about 10 minutes and said he wasn't available but she could have another tech. named Brooks come out between 4:30 & 5:00. He showed up @ 4:30. He confirmed for me that the unit was toast and recommend replacement with a different unit (saving us about $1,100). He had another unit right on his truck. He got to work and actually finished ( in the dark ) about 7:00 pm. I was very impressed !! If we follow through with out plans to remodel our kitchen next year, I will not hesitate to call Anderson out to do the plumbing work. It's often hard to find good service people and when you do, you hang onto them. I would never hesitate to recommend Anderson to anyone, including family and friends. Thank you Anderson!

I had my VIP AC service done a few days ago. The technician was very nice and respectful. After he had left, I noticed a strange hum coming from the vent. I called Anderson the following day and reported the hum. They came out today and discovered that it was the type of filter that was installed. It wasn't the type I had used in the past, so it was making a different noise. He replaced the filter and the strange hum disappeared. The technician apologized for the unpleasant noise, even though it was not due to an error on his part. Anderson really appreciates my business and I am very happy with their service. The VIP service is great.

This is such a dishonest company with disorganized management. They will not take care of their employees and will not properly train their apprentices or assistants. You know who you are and you know what you did. Shame on this company for ruining people’s lives. They make all kinds of big promises but throw you away once they’ve sucked you dry out of money and time. Anderson Plumbing should focus on making amends to the lives they’ve destroyed.

Anderson technician Louis was friendly efficient and informative about maintaining our whole house furnace, and relating the condition of the unit following a thorough tuneup.

I called Anderson to inquire about completely replacing my HVAC system in my home. When I scheduled the appointment I was assured someone would be at my home at a specific time, and that person would contact me the day of the appointment to confirm. On the day of my appointment, I never received a phone call, and even at the time of my appointment no one showed up. 20 minutes after when my appointment was going to be I had to contact Anderson to find out what happened. The operator for Anderson said yes I see you at an appointment set for a specific time, let me see where our person is then I was told they will be there in 15 minutes. Well 25 minutes later and still no show, so I had to contact Anderson again. This time the operator started out giving me attitude saying you don't understand, we don't set specific times for appointments, we give time frames. I was then placed on hold for about 10 minutes while the operator called the person to see where they were. When the operator returned they said Our man is at your front door right now. I about snapped because I was standing out front of my house waiting and saw nobody. I wonder how a company that says they have great customer service can treat someone like this who isn't even their customer, and is looking to them to become their customer. If a company is this unprofessional, rude and disrespectful I would not want them doing any business with me, let alone in my house.

I wish I could give Jacob and Humberto 10 stars instead of five! I had a gigantic hot water leak in the slab of my home and called Anderson Plumbing to check it out. After hearing a wide range of repair options and learning about the benefits of repiping the water system through the attic (no future slab leaks and no tearing up the floor!), I decide to go for the whole home repipe. Jacob and Humberto started work the next morning and completed the pipe fitting within three days. I was blown away by the quality, speed, accuracy and cleanliness of their work. They communicated well with me, each other, and their main office so there were zero hiccups. A huge bonus was that we had running, cold water and at least one restroom available at all times, until the last three hours when the system changed from old pipes to new. A VERY well ran project and professional company from start to finish! Please don’t hesitate to call Anderson...or have your home repiped by them!

Johnny c.. is the best technician I have ever had on my heater and A/C. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything in detail. Takes the time to answer all questions completely and honestly. He worked on my A/C and furnace and treated it like it was own. Every time I get service I'm going to request John. He is true professional from his work ethic to appearance. I also had Anderson plumbing do my water heater replacement and no difference. This company is the best.

James Partridge was our techician. James was able to survey our situation, listen to our worries, and then went to work and found our problem. We had a slow leak in our wall that was from our toilet which caused considerable damage. This was caused from an angle stop that had failed. James recomended that he check all the angle stops in the house and upon his findings, we needed 6 to be replaced and in our washer & dryer area, we had a gas line that was not capped. Wow, who knew. James repaired everything with professionalism and efficiency. James was helpful in calling a restoration tech to come in and also an environmental tech to help with the process. I was so relieved to know the leak was found and fixed and now on our way to restore & repair phase. Thank you Anderson Plumbing for having James. He was the right person for our job. In closing, after James finished with everything he made sure to ask us if we had any other questions or concerns. That was very appreciated when you are trying to handle a stressful situation.Well done James and so glad we got to meet you.

I called on a Friday night after we showed our condo all day and came home to find the thermostat off and not responding to the usual reset circuit breaker, etc. Joselito was out to our house quickly and had the electrical issue fixed in less than an hour. The cost was very reasonable and the service was excellent.

I called Anderson Plumbing to repair a bathroom sink drain that was leaking. I also had several small plumbing related jobs that I really did not want to do myself so I decided to have them perform this work in addition to the repair. I had never contacted a plumbing service before and decided on Anderson Plumbing because they have been in business for so long and had a great rating with the BBB. I can honestly say that it was a pleasure working with this company. The phone representatives are polite and courteous. The technician showed up on time, treated my home with care, and conducted himself in a professional manner. The visit started with a walk through and discussion about the work to be performed, some Q&A, full disclosure of the charges (the forms they use are very detailed), and lastly a time estimate to complete the work. The plumber, Reggie, did a wonderful job. When he finished we performed another walk-through to review the repairs. He answered all of my questions and provided some helpful tips. I would definitely use this company again.

I bought and installed a new toilet from Anderson. The service technician was professional, patient, courteous, and really, really nice. During installation, he discovered the previous toilet was installed incorrectly and rather than leaving it as-is, he informed me and fixed everything before installing the new toilet. Even gave me good carpentry advice, in addition to good plumbing advice! Will be getting a call from me in the future for any plumbing jobs.

We called Anderson Plumbing because we had a slab leak. Erik Egerstrom, the plumbing technician came out in a timely manner. He spent a lot of time looking for the leak and explaining everything to us. He recommended that we call a leak detection company, which we did. He followed up with us, and came out to give us a quote on repair. He worked with us on pricing and was very professional and honest about what we needed and didn't need. When he came to do the work, he and his apprentice got here at 9:30 AM and worked until 10:30 PM because he wanted to make sure we had water for the weekend. He then followed up after the weekend and finished the rest of the work. Erik was professional, very knowledgeable and best of all honest!! The drywaller and office staff were wonderful as well. Plumbing problems are never good, but weekends seem to be when they happen to us. We were concerned that we might have had to wait for hours for someone to come, but that wasn't the case.James arrived in less than an hour after we called Anderson Plumbing, Heating and Air. He listened carefully when we described our situation, and promptly diagnosed the problem. He got to work and in no time at all cleared the drain and everything was back to normal.James took care to make sure no dirty water spilled anywhere and he described everything he was doing and why. I purchased an Angie's list deal for a tune-up on my HVAC system from Anderson Plumbing, Heating and Air. My initial phone contact was very personable. I made an appointment about three weeks in the future, Anderson remembered the appointment, communicated with me on my appointment day twice to keep me informed as to the progress of the technician's schedule. Evans (Anderson's technician) arrived well within the time designated. Evans was great, he is a most polite, considerate competent person. He took the time to walk me thru what he was going to do and how long it would take before he even started. He welcomed me to stay with him as he worked on our unit and explained every task, every reading, every result as he completed them. He took his time and was patient with both his work and my questions. In the end, he cleaned both the indoor unit and the outdoor fan/heat pump unit as well.Evans wrote up a detailed report and reviewed the details with me. He gave me a run down about the company and the maintenance agreements available to me. I must say, he puts a great face on Anderson Plumbing, Heating and Air. It is clear that he highly regards the integrity and quality of the company as well as his own work. He left me feeling confident in the trustworthiness of the company. He was not heavy handed in selling the service agreements and happily let me retain copies to review at my leisure. Anderson's customer service both in the office and in the field has convinced me to take advantage of a service agreement. A really top notch experience all around.

I called Anderson regarding a clogged kitchen sink. A tech was available the next day, and came out at a time that worked well for me.

I had two a slow running drains a couple days ago. Worst was the kitchen drain. This particular drain has to be cleared every couple years. When I called, I expected to wait a few days for an appointment, but they found me an available technician for that afternoon. When Jim got here, he went right to work trying to clear the blockage through the trap outside under the kitchen window. Unfortunately, he was unable to clear the block, and called an set up an appointment for a camera inspection to discover the source of the blockage. That technician should be here this morning. He was able to quickly unclog the drain in the bathtub. Jim was friendly, yet professional, He let me know exactly what he was doing. I recommend Anderson PH&A to everybody. I have been using them for quite a few years, and they also do my Heat and AC maintenance.
