They are professional experts at reasonable prices. In addition to installing a new a/c & heating unit. They also upgraded my old cast iron kitchen plumbing which was leaking under the house, which they had to cutout & repair the drywall. The repair looks like nothing ever happened. They cleaned up and even hauled away all the old plumbing. Your mind is put at ease when they explain the problem and how they are going to repair it. I had a problem with my kitchen sink not draining. Had 3 other plumbers come out to look at it and was not able to resolve the issue. Coy hydro jetted the line and was able to do what all the others were not able to do. It not only fixed my kitchen drain, but cleaning out the drain fixed the slow drain for my washer also. He was very courteous, explained everything as he was doing it and cleaned up all the mess so you couldn't even tell I had a huge sludge pile on by back patio. Initially we had Brinks among 4 other sewer repair companies provide bids for our sewer line problems. The Brinks techs spent almost 3 hours completely scoping out the problems with cameras, and as such, nothing was left to chance. No other company came close to that assessment. No fee was charged for all that work. Additionally, the owner of Brinks Services visited us prior to any formal bid and contract. He explained the necessary work, answered all our questions and addressed our concerns. This was important because I wanted no surprises or change orders in our project once the initial scope of work was defined. The bid, and scope of work including timelines, were all comprehensively addressed in the contact. Very well done.The work itself was extensive and involved over 3 weeks at our home. The staff who did the work were the best. Totally professional, courteous, and great communicators. All our concerns and questions were promptly addressed. Even when I found one of my toilets in my shower. I got a great picture. They worked hard to minimize the significant inconvenience of not having working sewers in our home. The repairs were finished as outlined in the scope of work with no surprises. Brinks office staff were also quite professional and informed us every day of the work schedule.In summary, Brinks Services did the work in a professional manner from start to finish. We had a big water leak in our kitchen from the dishwasher and even on a holiday weekend, Strongheart Plumbing came out to our house to fix the problem. Best service we ever had from a plumbing company. Fast, friendly and super helpful.

I don't typically leave reviews, but I feel that this one is necessary.I hired this company to simply unclog my main line. They ended up charging me a higher rate because they couldn't get to my house in time; They stated that because it was after hours, they would have to charge more. Then upon not clearing the line, they charged me an additional $329.00 to pull a toilet! I was not made aware of this additional charge, they simply charged it. Be wary if you give them your credit card info as they will charge it as they see fit.Furthermore, the plumber left contaminated wax ring residue all over my toddlers bathroom and on the baseboards of my house.In the end, I was charged $578.00 to simply snake a line. The line even had an easy access 2-way clean out on it. There was no camera scope involved, no additional work completed and I was originally quoted $179.00 over the phone by Lenore. As a customer, I felt taken advantage of. It is common business practice to discuss charges with customers before charging them.The communication skills of this company were very poor. I tried to call Lenore to discuss their extra charges and they would ignore my calls. I then asked to speak to the manager or owner of the company and they informed me that they do not speak to their customers! That says it all in my book!They did not set the toilet properly and sewer gasses, odors and drain noise were coming through the toilet base. I eventually had to pull the toilet and reset it myself. Case in point the plumber did not know how to set a toilet correctly....(The wax ring is supposed to seal the toilet to the flange, it does this by compressing down and forming a seal) (The below pics are the wax ring after I pulled the toilet.)Just a heads up before you call or hire; Ask for some references or previous clients that you can talk to.Best of luck,
