Our technician Ryan, responded to my text message within minutes on Wednesday and made an appointment for the following Friday. He was on time, quickly diagnosed the issues with our “sticking cold water handle and drain stopper in the bathroom and water shut off valves under the kitchen sink and fixed them. Ryan was very personable and professional. We found his repair cost to be fair and reasonable. He will be the first one we call for any future plumbing needs and will pass his name on to friends and relatives.

Ryan did an excellent job of replacing main water shutoff valves, washing machine shutoffs and hoses, and a toilet tank fill valve. He was quick and efficient and left everything clean. It is a pleasure to have him work in my home.

Ryan is a champion plumber. That's the take-home message of this review.If you are interested in more details: He did a phenomenal job in a house that was plagued with issues left and right. Very helpfully, he aided us in prioritizing what to fix, and how best to fix different problems. All without using any jargon and always clearly explaining how things work. He was promptly available to come work in our house, and was very punctual.

Everything about the company was great. I requested a quote on replacing my old hot water heater and Ryan provided a clear and fair estimate on all my options. Ironically my old one started leaking the very next day and he was able to schedule me very quickly. He installed a new tankless and it works great. He was professional and courteous and very efficient. He was recommended to me and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone!

Ryan came out to inspect the sewer line and give us a quote for plumbing repairs on a house my husband and I are in the process of purchasing. Don't waste another minute of your time; just call APG and rest assured you've made the right choice.I called APG today for a slow drain in my kitchen sink. From the moment Ryan answered the phone (on the first ring), my experience with APG was fabulous. Ryan was helpful, competent, and friendly, letting me know they could come out this afternoon. I received texts throughout the morning, updating me on my estimated appt timeframe (within 30 minutes, mind you, not the we'll be there between 8am and 8pm stuff), and also a text letting me know when they were on the way to my place.Garrett, the service manager, showed up right on time. He was extremely professional, friendly, careful, and informative. With some initial examination and troubleshooting, he was able to get the drain moving faster. But he did advise me that, unfortunately, the problem wouldn't be completely resolved as there was likely a larger underlying issue with a broken or fractured pipe inside the wall. As such, he wrote up detailed notes on recommendations for moving forward for me to pass along to my landlord. When I asked him how much for the service call, he said zero -- since he wasn't able to fully eliminate the problem, there was no charge. Every other place I've ever worked with charges a flat fee just for the service call. Incredible!It's obvious to me that APG operates on straightforward, honest, and ethical business practices and that their reputation is very important to them. I would give them the highest recommendation for customer service, quality, and competency.

American Plumbing Group has been nothing short of fantastic. We had them out twice within a couple of weeks for two separate projects (install a new toilet and replace the flush valve on another toilet). Garrett did the service on both jobs. He was on time, courteous, and respectful of our home. He kept the job clean too. Scheduling is a breeze with APG and they'll keep in touch with you along the way until they arrive at your home.
