Jose and Discount Plumbing were fantastic and went above and beyond to help us out. We received another quote from someone to fix our leak for $1,250 - $1,500, which seemed really high, and Jose agreed to fix it for $700.We called in the afternoon on a Friday and Jose was willing to stop by on his way home to see if he could help our water leak since it was a big leak. He didn't want us to have to go the weekend with water leaking all over the place and he arrived within 15 minutes.Jose tried to fix the leak but it was going through a retaining wall that was surrounding the pipe. The warehouse was already closed for the day and Jose couldn't access the proper tools to break up the concrete. He offered to come back first thing on Monday morning but rather than have us go the weekend with the leak he connected us to someone that could come out the next day to fix it for the same agreed upon price.Jose spent about an hour trying to get to the source of the leak, but since he couldn't fix it he didn't charge us for his time. He definitely went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and didn't really get anything in return. Jose was also incredibly professional, communicated great, and wore a mask/stood a respectable distance to make sure we felt comfortable.

I absolutely love these guys. After dealing with a terrible plumber who constantly had excuses and would not show up, or be days late, it was amazing to deal with PIC. Their customer service is amazing and the plumber actually shows up in the designated window of time. I will definitely be using these guys for all of my future plumbing issues. I'm very impressed!

They were role models for what you WISH your plumber could be. They were very professional and involved US in the decision making needed to resolve our problems. They treated us and our house with respect and consideration. EVERY evening they cleaned up the areas where they had worked diligently all day. I cannot IMAGINE what the temperature was in our skinny attic! They didn't just cut off at a respectable closing time, they worked well into the evening hours. They each have an incredible work ethic and take pride in a job well done. They arrived on schedule and were personally neat and clean. My experience with Bill Howe was fantastic. We had a standard sink clog that we needed to get cleared ASAP. The technician, Scott Bonilla, called and texted 20 minutes before arriving letting me know that he would be able to be 30 minutes early to our appointment. When Scott arrived, he was kind, informative, and quick to solve the problem. Once the drain was cleared, Scott stayed to ensure there were no further issues, checking for leaks or potential backup clogs for 20 minutes. I would highly recommend Bill Howe Plumbing and specifically Scott for any plumbing needs.

These guys are AWESOME! Kevin and Fransisco are masters at there trade. I am so amazed and pleased at what they were able to do ...it blows my mind. I am now cast iron free of piping under my house. I was having on going plumbing issues with the old cast iron for years. Javier (supervisor) was clear on the options and amount it would cost. One call to these guys and they fixed the problems for good. If I could give more stars I would.

John and Tyler came to inspect a water stain on the ceiling that eventually started to leak (slow leak). They inspected, conducted tests to determine source and extent of leak. They were truthful and thorough in their assessment. They gave helpful recommendations. The service fee was just, they cleaned up the work area nicely. I highly recommend their services!
