Technician showed up in time scheduled and discussed required work up front. Work was done in a clean and efficient way. Overall team didn't spent more then 1h on the premise. Team was friendly and helpful. Will definitely use them again.

Gilbert was absolutely amazing! We had an emergency due to our pipes being backed up with TP, he showed up with a smile and good attitude which was amazing being we called on a Sunday night. Fantastic experience start to finish. Had a clogged shower that was threatening to overflow and could’ve been a huge disaster. Called Rotor Hero Plumbing and Jacob was here within 90 minutes. He was kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping solve the problem. He keep working on the clogged drain until he could pinpoint what the problem was and then solved it. Highly recommend this company and if possible, ask for Jacob!

I called this company and asked them to get an argent plumber. the plumber got to me in within 2 hours.The plumber gave me all the options and told me all the risks of trying to fix it instead of replacing it.He was very thorough in his job, he set on the floor a clean the garbage disposal. and found several pieces of metal and wood instead. and he kept digging to find more.he kept the are clean and was very friendly.This review is my way to appreciate the good job he did.

We had the standard drain rooter cleaning of the kitchen pipes and decided to go with a power hydro scrub of the lines as over the years we have had rooter companies out several times. We have found Rooter Hero Plumbing of San Diego to be great and of good value. Jason Zadorozny was very professional, took time to explain the problems that occur in different types of drain pipes and all the options for cleaning them, as well as what other options would be available post warranty should any problems arise in the future. Highly recommend this company and Jason. They also provide senior and veteran discounts on their work.

I had a water leak inside and behind living room wall where the fireplace and mirror is.A plumber/owner came to look at it briefly and told me they won’t know where the leak coming from and they want me to spend $700 to hire a leak detecting company to find that out before they even start working on it.When I talked to Devin miller the plumber, he told me he may be able to do a diagnosis when he come and possibly find the leak without hiring leak detecting company.He spent a lot of time in the diagnosis, sure enough with his experience, he decided to access from the water heater closet which is outside avoiding cutting into my living room wall. Sure enough the pipe leak is right there and he fixed it in no time.Devein worked overtime until the leak is repaired and until the water heater is reconnected and outside of the closet to allow drying team access.Gilbert came the next day to make the extension longer to facilitate the drying process.Devin also has recommended a very good company for the drying process which I’m very happy with.I am so fortunate to have hired Devin.I can tell he had the expertise, the experience, and most importantly the heart to help me in my best interest.I am will definitely hire him again for any plumbing needs and I highly recommend him and his team to anyone.

Called to have a leak in our bathroom plumbing checked. The plumber was Brandon Martinez who did a great job of explaining what the problem was and he promptly addressed it. Price was far less than I anticipated, Brandon was extremely nice and very professional and I will definitely use this company again, I highly recommend them.

Max unclogged my kitchen sink and was able to give me pointers on how to keep it free and gave advice on the garbage disposal that I never knew. Last week we called Rooter Hero to fix a plugged kitchen sink and disposal problems.We thought it was taken care of. Until it happened again this week.After calling and requesting a repeat repair, Rooter Hero immediately sent another plumber out within the hour and he did a very thorough job of fixing both problems. Jacob Martinez fixed the disposal and unplugged the sink. The company stands by their work with a guarantee that they honored. I will recommend Rooter Hero to everyone and will definitely call them with all of our plumbing problems.

We had found that all of our drains were starting to backup all around the house, and when we called Gilbert from Rooter Hero, he was not only able to a great job at unclogging our system, he was able to remove an old cap at the end of our pipe that was stuck, and replace it within a few hours! He was easy to work with and friendly to talk to, which makes us highly recommend Rooter Hero Plumbing for anyone who may need help the next time they have plumbing issues.

Technician was awesome ?. He was polite, informative and very helpful. Our problem turned out to be a great deal bigger than expected as was the cost forrepair. I ended up not having them complete due to financial reasons. He was understanding, not pushy. I would recommend this company .

I spoke with a rep and explained to them that my water heater pilot was out and I couldn’t get it to turn on the rep said they repair water heaters so I scheduled an appointment with them took a day off of work they were supposed to arrive between 9am -11am instead I get a phone call at 11am saying it will be 1pm-3pm the tech comes in takes one look at my water heater and says that he doesn’t repair them only installs new ones I explain to him that the rep specifically said they do repairs and that the tech has a truck filled with parts that it can be taken care of on the same day which was false so I lose a day of work my water heater is still out and now I have to wait for someone else to come out and repair it. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone stay away from them they’re liars and don’t respect peoples time

It seems that clogged toilets or kitchen sinks always happen to me on a weekend or holiday. I've called Rooter Hero several times in these instances. While all my experiences were good, Erick is an outstanding technician! He's been to my home on three occasions, solved the problem right away, or asked me insightful questions and noticed how certain plumbing parts were fitting together, that led to recommendations which every other plumber or handyman overlooked -- and finally worked! Erick is professional, friendly, and analyzes the situation thoroughly. At this point he knows my home's plumbing situation quite well which helps him pinpoint the solution quickly. The booking/scheduling team members are friendly, and the communication is excellent via text, phone and email.

Henry (Manager) and his team (Victor and others) diagnosed and corrected a difficult plumbing and drain line (internal/external) problem in/at my mother's home. The problem (sewage back up from a non-draining toilet) started on a Saturday. We called and the crew responded. Henry's crew stopped the back-up leak. Then, the crew diagnosed the problem--i.e. the drain line from the house to the street was restricted in numerous spots with grout or mortar from original installation. Henry strategized and then implemented the least expensive approaches to cleaning out the debris from the drain line. It was not a simple roto-root and gone fix. It required a jetter then a descaler followed by a jetter. Henry explained the strategy and process to us step-by-step. With this strategy we avoided a big-dig (excavate and replace old line) repair and expense. The process took several days and involved different teams and tools. But it was a success. The work is warranted. We are grateful. We are thankful. -ak

We called Rooter Hero, and were treated with compassion, honesty, integrity and professionalism from the first call, to the dispatcher call. They were upfront that it was late on a Sunday, and could not promise they could get to us, but they PROMISED If we cannot get there tonight, we will have our supervisor (Michael S.) swing by first thing. Brandon, Corey, and Jacob did a great job snaking our sewer backup followed by a visual camera inspection the next day after the backup issues were resolved. This full service with a camera inspection is well worth the money, they explained how the piping system was configured and how to maintain the system to avoid damage and future problems. We got fast same day response on getting the system cleared. The next day we had the inspection. I will use this team again. The fast response plus camera inspection and snake with 3 professional guys over 2 days was a good value in my opinion.

I hired Rooter Hero to replace hot and cold water shut off valves for the washing machine. Hot water shut off valve had been leaking, I had pleasure working with Brandon. He arrived on time. He was very courteous. He explained the repair needed and the estimate for it. Estimate was very reasonable. Brandon completed the work in professional manner. I would highly recommend Rooter Hero.

I had setup an appointment with Rooter Hero plumbing for 9 am on 10/19/2022, to come and look at a plumbing issue. I even received an email from them that the appointment was confirmed.At 9:30, the technician still had not showed up. I called Rooter Hero plumbing. The guy who picked up the phone was pretty rude, and told me that the technician will be there between 9 am and 11 am. So, I should wait.Nobody arrived until 11 am. After 11 am, Rooter Hero plumbing called me, but I was not able to pick up the phone. Later in the afternoon, when I called them back, the guy on the phone tells me that they had called me at 11 am to confirm my appointment and confirm the time that a technician can come out to my home. Not only did they stood me up on an appointment, the guy on the phone was very condescending - as if it was my fault all along.I simply don't understand how these guys operate. Very condescending - their representatives on the phone act as if they don't need customers. Save yourself some time and find another plumbing service.

Our sink had been backed up since Sunday evening and after multiple plumbers failed to respond we reached out to Rooter Hero Plumbing. Michael S. fixed a clogged drain in our kitchen sink. He thoroughly explained everything he was doing as he did to clear the clog. Additionally, he took time to listen to our 11 years old questions and comments. He left to get a part he needed for a repair to a our kitchen sink pipe and to grab lunch. I expected him to be gone for awhile, but he came back within 30 minutes. He finished up the job quickly and was took extra steps to clean up after his work. Definitely put Roto Hero number in my contacts, but hope to not have to call them for any more plumbing issues ;0)

Overall, Rooter Hero Plumbing provides prompt service initially. I initially provided 5 stars in a visit a year ago when Michael, our first plumber, replaced our water heater. Within a couple hours, our family was able to enjoy nice hot showers again.This time around, in early September, Gil & Jacob, replaced all 3 toilets in our household. Unfortunately, they left poo stains on my bedroom wall and through the staircase when they removed two of the upstairs bathroom toilets. To make matters even worse, I noticed that there was a leak going into a downstairs bedroom even time the toilet flushed. They came a couple days later to reseal the toilet a second time.Two weeks later, I found another leak in the master bedroom toilet. The toilet was not properly sealed. I’ve contacted Rooter Hero once again. They provided me a time window the next day between 11am-1pm. No plumber showed up and I had to contact the office another time. They responded that the previous plumber was not available and another will come out at 3:30pm. This new plumber, Max, did not show until 430pm. They basically wasted my entire day of waiting. Max resealed the 2nd toilet as well as checked the 3rd toilet for any issues to hopefully avoid a 4th visit.The manager did call Max while he was working on it and another time before when Gil had to come back the 2nd time.I’m hoping that there’s no other issues as the toilets are under warranty. The plumbers have been nice and courteous, but I rather take my business with another company that provides quality and thorough service the first time (not after the 3rd visit).

Our entire experience with Rooter Hero was great from start to finish. We put in a request for quotes online via Yelp and Rooter Hero was prompt to follow up. They were able to send Ben and Michael out within a few short hours, and they were very professional upon arrival.We had a clogged drain that we'd tried to unclog for a few weeks. They were able to quickly resolve that issue, and Ben was even willing to not charge for the visit because it was such an easy fix (obviously I need to learn more about maintaining my drains :-)).Moving on to our toilet that was beyond repair, Ben was able to provide us with a variety of options and estimates. Neither was pushy or trying to upsell services. It felt genuine and I felt that I came away with a brief education of taking better care of my home.Once we selected our option, they were able to get everything done SAME-DAY! The new toilet is great, installed perfectly, and there was no mess after they left. They probably left my washroom cleaner than how they found it to be honest. I'm grateful for their work and will definitely be calling on Rooter Hero again for any other plumbing issues we have.

Being the nosy neighbor I am, I saw Aaron finishing up a job next door and I stopped him to ask a few questions about their services. He was polite and courteous and answered all my questions. We just started remodeling our home and thanks to Arron’s excellent customer service I know who to call when we get ready to upgrade our plumbing. He explained how easy it was to get an estimate and after my neighbor told me how quick and through he was at her home I am only going to use Rooter Hero from here on out.

We called Rooter Hero Plumbing because our kitchen sink backed up and they had a special coupon. The guys were personable, knowledgeable and professional and quickly cleared the drain. However several weeks later, we had the same problem. This time Aaron came out. Again, personable, knowledgeable, professional and because this incident had reoccurred, he was very thorough. He found the problem, cleared the drain and offered to come back at no charge for another look with a camera should we have problems again. We were very happy with Aaron and Rooter Hero Plumbing and would use them again! It’s refreshing to see someone who is not only professional- but enjoys their job and stands by their work! My wife and I are trying to sell our home and Aaron and Rooter Hero just saved us $5000. Aaron came out and looked at everything the home inspector said needed repair and found the two actual issues and had them fixed within the hour. The company was quick to respond to our request with same day service. Aaron was professional and efficient. This experience has made a crazy process a whole lot better. Have to add more to my previous review - to again sing Mason's praises. This time was a much bigger job - leak in shower that led to kitchen ceiling on first floor. He came out on a Sunday to diagnose, then came back ON HIS DAY OFF to fix the issue. Who does that? Someone who really understands customer service. He went above and beyond, and we got a very fair price for the work done. I think he's the best plumber we've every known, and we've known quite a few. Can't thank him enough...This is the best plumbing company! We have used them various times and never been disappointed. This time, Mason came out on a Sunday (no extra charge), and was able to come 5 hours early than we expected. He wore a mask, so took care to keep safe. He did the work quickly and professionally. They sent us a $50 off coupon that was very helpful too.We highly recommended and will use them again for all plumbing needs. Given all the times we’ve used them over the years, we’ve noticed they hire very skilled, professional, technicians. We have never had a bad experience.

Mike gave us above and beyond service. He was courteous, knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done. Due to issues beyond his control he could not complete the job in one visit. However, he arranged to come back on his next availability with a technician who could help him get it done. Outstanding service at a very reasonable cost. I will use them going forward for all my plumbing needs.

I called day of and Rooter Hero was very prompt. They sent someone over within the hour. Jeffrey was our plumber who was phenomenal! He was very kind and professional. He was helpful, and showed me the issues with our drains. I can't say enough good things about him and the company!

I recently had work done by Rooter Hero. What started out as a unclog drain repair turned into a nightmare of cast-iron pipes that were old, cracked and worn out. Bryant and Dylan were the initial techs that came out and I was very impressed with their knowledge, honesty and professionalism. They quickly assessed my problem, and gave me several options as to the degree of repairs needed. I was very impressed with their neatness, sophisticated equipment and timeliness not only being on the jobsite when they said they would but also as far as the job completion date. We had a tech named Kwesi.We had a bigger clog for some reason. It was bad, like all the way bad all the way around. Kwesi worked on my house for a few days to get our home back in shape. I won't go into the scope of work, let's just say it was not a simple drain pop.Kwesi is one of the hardest working people I have ever met. He worked through his days off. He helped me calm my anxiety. It was enough work to warrant financing. He with Rooter Heroes helped me get the financing needed for the repairs.I will say, being a brand new home owner and this kind of stuff happening, I do not think I could have asked for better customer service.I could not recommend this company enough. If anyone asks me for plumbing recommendations, Rooter Heroes is who I will be recommending.

Professional, courteous and skilled technicians. They fixed my clogged kitchen sink drain in no time.

We hired Rooter Hero Plumbing to install a new water heater and had a few issues with their service. First the plumber arrived 4 hours after our scheduled appointment time. They did not provide updates on the arrival time after he missed the appointment and we had to contact them several times and beg for an update on when the plumber would arrive. The second issue is that we asked them in advance of the appointment if the water heater we were planning to purchase would be appropriate and without looking at the specifics they told us it would be “ok”. When they plumber arrived we found out that the water heater required all new plumbing and electrical work and a much higher installation price to make it “ok”. If they had paid attention to the specifics we could have easily purchased a different water heater. Do not rely on Rooter Hero Plumbing for on time service or honest plumbing advice.

Kenny is absolutely amazing! He is a true professional: extremely knowledgeable, efficient and extremely organized and clean. He is so responsive and communicative. We wouldn’t want anyone but him for a plumber ever again!

I had mixed experiences with their service. The first technician did not do a very good job so I had to recall the service. The 2nd technician Raul Mata was very professional and super friendly. I had his help with unclogging a kitchen drain and he took care of the problem in less than 30min. I highly recommend Raul.

Our kitchen sink clogged on Thanksgiving (of course). Rooter Hero sent out Dennis, who came promptly to take care of the problem. The price was very good using an online coupon, and there was no extra fee for coming on a holiday. Dennis was very polite and professional and gave some good advice for future. I would not hesitate to use Rooter Hero again.

Very quick and professional. I called on a Sunday at 3:30pm because I had a main line blockage and water coming back up through my toilet seals and showers. They had someone dispatched and to my home by 4:15. Beecher was a supervisor in the area and came right over. From that moment on everything was very professional and efficient. Daniel was our technician and he was very thorough and friendly. It is now 6:30pm and my home’s plumbing has been fixed. I am very pleased with Rooter Hero and would highly recommend their services.

Dennis was amazing! He took my call late in the evening and went above and beyond beyond to fix our water heater. We were working against a short time frame, a house full of guests and a wedding that needed to take place. Dennis was professional, cool and calm the whole time and made sure that everything worked perfectly before wrapping up.

Chris provided excellent service. He was extremely polite and courteous. He quickly gave me a fair quotation and cleared the drain in a matter of minutes. Too bad the service app had him waiting for 45 minutes to close the transaction. Recommended. Will used again.

10/10. Highly Recommend! From initial phone call to end of the job, Rooter Hero was the prime example of how a company should conduct business. After placing a short phone call the dispatch center promised my technician on site within 30 mins! Mason showed up in a clean, professional uniform and took all the necessary precautions to keep my house clean during his inspection. He was friendly, knowledgeable and transparent the entire time. After diagnosing the problem he actually called his supervisor for a second opinion because he wanted to make sure he got it right. Shortly after another gentleman came to the house in the same clean, professional uniform and concurred with Masons expert opinion. My sewer drains were full of roots, he suggested I hydroblast the lines to ensure a clean line would result and all the blockage would be removed. Almost 75 feet of pipe was completely blocked and they mentioned that simply snaking the line would clean it out and I ran the risk of damaging the old clay pipes. They showed me everything with a complimentary camera inspection and ensured me that the hydro was the best option. After a timely repair my pipes are clean as ever and water is running smoothly out of the house. Mason and his team at Rooter Hero set the standard for business practice, especially in a dirty job like plumbing. I couldn’t be happier with the result. GIVE MASON A RAISE! Thank you!

Excellent service! I called on a Saturday to get a quote on a leaky washing machine drain pipe and they sent an immediate reply and sent the plumbers immediately. I was given several quotes and both the supervisor Ricardo as well as the plumber Efrain were completely professional and courteous.
