Absolutely fantastic service!Called with a clogged mainline problem:2 hours from call to door.3 hours from call to the problem being fixed.Nathan was great. He pointed out a few things that may need attention outside of the reason for the visit which I absolutely appreciated. Super professional, respectful of the property and efficient.The total was a lot less than I thought it would be too.10/10 would recommend

They came at the time that they said they were going to report and they did the job in less than an hour and were gone. I was concerned since I thought they were going to have to cut the cabinet, instead they just drilled three holes big enough for the cable to go through to the other side of cabinet and out the other side of cabinet to where the water connection was connected to the fridge. The copper wire was leaking so they replaced it. I found the cost of repair to be on the high side, however, they did respond to an emergency and completed the job in a smart manner since they did not cut through the cabinets as I was thinking they would have to do. They also contacted a person to come and ensure there wasn't any water damage, and they came out for free.

We experienced a complete whole house plumbing stoppage and had no use of our facilities. We called our home warranty company for a plumber at 3pm on a Tuesday, and a plumber arrived the following morning, Wednesday, and attempted to clear the blockage with a snake that was too short. He worked for 50 minutes with no success. The following day, Thursday, they arrived without the larger snake or camera or hydroscrub which we requested. They just attempted to clear the blockage with a different snake, which did not look any longer, for 45 minutes and left saying he would call the Warranty Company for further advice. He never did this and we had to call and were told they would have to look for another plumber with the proper equipment. It is a good thing we called an outside plumber, Mr. Rooter, at this point as we never heard back from the Warranty Company.Mr. Rooter arrived within a half hour (11:00 on Thursday). They cleaned the pipe with a snake and used a hydro scrub, working for 2 hours. They made it to the blockage using a camera to show us the problem. They came the next day, Friday, to finish the work by digging a 5 foot hole and fixing the broken pipe and installing a cleanout at that point. They were able to temporarily repair it enough so we had facilities over the weekend and then came back on Monday to permanently complete the job.They were called on Thursday and completed the job on Monday, a total of 3 days, but we were able to use the facilities after a day and a half. It's always good to have a plumber with the proper equipment and attitude and they had both!We found them to be very responsive, professional, and sympathetic to our situation and we would highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing problems! Louis was very professional & very thorough. He did a great job. He wore shoe protectors & left my home very clean. He cleared my main pipes & cleared & shower from clogging hair.

My parents called Mr. Rooter for a drain clearing service with Jose Lopez. There was a discrepancy with the pricing of which my parents apologized and had the price adjusted based off of a coupon that they received. Immediately afterwards, Jose became hostile and rude towards my parents. Not sure if it was because he was skimming some of the cost off the top to pocket for himself. My parents are sweet individuals and would not act hostile toward anyone, regardless if it was involving money or not. I am disappointed in the so called professionalism that the company has. I spoke to the manager and all he was able to say is that he was sorry and that they will learn from it moving forward. I felt that the experience my parents had with Jose, and my experience with speaking to his manager was pointless and that our reasons were brushed off as I was continually being cut off while speaking my thoughts.We will not be contacting this company every again.

Water heater expansion tank installed. Showed up early, Very nice, competent and efficient. Everything is bid by job. Small things can cost more than they should compared to hourly companies. Depends what your getting done. Would use again

The showed up early and told me I was late to an appointmentThey did not come able to complete the appointment and quoted me 900$ to flush one drain.Highly disappointed to have my time wasted when I discussed on the phone what was needed and assisted the plumber would come ready to help.DO NOT WASTE YOUT TIME I WISH I COULD RATE ZERO STARS.Nothing worse then a trades man who cannot even do the job when the show up !I had to take time off work to meet this guy!

Came out quickly and was able to fix the leak. The cost seemed a bit high but it's hard for me to know with inflation etc. No pressure from the repair guy. They were willing to price out different options. Would call again for other plumbing issues.

Cain came out to help us with a clogged drain. He was responsive, on time, professional, friendly, and did a great job and a fair price. I highly recommend and will definitely be calling him again.

Mr Rooter Plumbing changed out all of the pipes in our house and did a great job. All of the staff were very helpful, polite and friendly. We had a great experience with them.

Doug is really helpful. He is very professional. He gave me a courtesy call prior to arrival. He is very knowledgeable and immediately identified the issue and explained to me very well. I proposed two suggestions, one of them is to get a new toilet - he kindly wrote down the toilet brand, model, and all related info. The other suggestion is to replace the valve. He gave me quotes for both suggestions and let me decide. After I decide what to do, he came to my condo the second time, and quickly installed the new valve. Doug is very reliable, very knowledgeable and I will definitely call Mr. Rooter again next time if I have any plumbing issue.

I guess it all starts with a story. It was early in the morning when I entered the master bathroom and heard water running somewhere in the house. After a search and not finding anything on I went to shut off the water main. The sound stopped. Bad news, slab leak. This is not when Mr. Rooter got involved. Had a locator service come out to locate the leak. They found it right in a 4-foot section between the main bath and the dining room. I decided on a re-plumb, and no Mr. Rooter was still not involved. The re-plumb would involve opening my utility wall between the master bath and guest bathroom. So, my thought is its time to remodel the guest bath. The wall in the kitchen was also going to have to be opened so my thought LET'S REMODEL! Nope, Mr. Rooter still not involved. Cut to the chase. My remodel contractor was installing the new shower drain in the guest bath and the main sewer drain basically collapsed. Now Mr. Rooter enters the picture. I decided on the No Trench pipe busting technique may be a bit more expensive the trenching, but you don’t have all the repair work afterwards. Omar and Jose were masters at what they do. Three holes in my slab and six days later all the rotting cast iron is now out of my house. They cleaned up after themselves and kept my house as clean as possible. Don't get me wrong with this type of work there will always be dust so you must accept that. This included changing out all drains, they even changed out the toilet pipe, and tub drain from the master bath. They even corrected the work from a previous plumber not correctly attaching to the main clean out near the street. There was a couple days they had to cut off early so the apprentice could go to school. Get this Mr. Rooter sends their people to school. Got to respect that. Anyway, to bring this to a close Omar and Jose were very good at what they do, and Mr. Rooter is now my only plumbing company. To explain the photos, the firs it he hole in the guest bath, what the largest but had to get to the master bath toilet and tub. The pile of dirt was place on a tarp to avoid messing up my yard. The last is my laundry sink, its plumbing was all messed up and the fixed it also.

Called about a broken disposal and leaking sink. Appointment was scheduled for the following day. The technician, Juan, called when he was 15 minutes away and arrived promptly. He was super professional and friendly. He was able to fix the issue in less than hour. Amazing service and quality work. We will definitely be using Mr Rooter for all of our future plumbing needs!!

upstairs shower was leaking from the upstairs down though the wall damaged the frame of the dinning room and dry wall so bigger job then we thought they took care of the broken pipe and works great happy with Anthony Bautista work 5 ?????star rating on a job well done thank you so much greatly appreciated ??

Called this morning told them I had a shower that would not drain. Schedule appointment between 2-4. Nathan showed up 3:30ish, led him inside to the bathroom where the shower was located. He turned the water on, barely, for 10 sec, shut it off and then said to me, the $89 special will not cover this. Guess what, I never mentioned any special (had a coupon but he didn't know that) or any price. It's the old bait and switch, comes in, does nothing, and tells you it will cost more. Nathan looks like he doesn't like to get dirty even though he told me all sorts of mumble jumble. Called another guy, came over, snakes my drain from the roof, $49. Unless Nathan is the exception to the norm I would never use this service ever. Coupon's a scam.

Totally waste of time. First, late for one and a half hours. Second, couldn't unplug the sink. The reason is simple: because it is a condo. But still ask me to pay $150 and gave me an estimate to install a clean out for $650. Another plumber we hired right afterwards unplug the sink easily. I will still plan to pay the $150 for appreciation that Mr Rooter did not damage my pipe and sink and thank this company for the lesson.

They came out the same day I called. The price was reasonable and the technician, Luis, was very friendly.

Mr. Rooter responded to a septic overflow in minutes. It was raining none stop and the septic started overflowing and coming through the bathtubs and toilets of the house. When they arrived they took care of it immediately. They worked on the septic, they helped us find the location of the septic tanks which nobody could find when we moved into that property, and they also helped with the plumbing inside of the house. The service was so good that we’ve called them back for other plumbing services and will continue to use their services for all our plumbing needs. Very caring company and good people.

They were able to come out on a Saturday for no additional cost and actually showed up on time, unlike some other companies. Another company quoted me 4x the price I paid Mr Rooter and had the gall to try up selling me.The tech Brenden had great service, was very polite, and answered all my questions honestly. Didn’t try to up sell me.

I am very happy I found Mr. Rooter Plumbing. I had my whole sewer drain system (old deteriorating cast iron) replaced which included pipe bursting. I am so grateful for Jose and Omar. The amount of work they did by themselves was incredible. Thank you Jose for updating me on the daily progress. Thank you Noe. Thank you guys, you have all my respect. I got the best price and the best work done.

Brenden showed up right on time and cleared my drain in less than 30 minutes i called 2 other companies before and they couldn’t clear my drain. Brenden also gave me information on how to maintain and keep my pipes clean.Very professional and informative. I will definitely call Mr. Rooter if i need any more plumbing

Nathan came out and gave us a quote and then sent the written detailed quote by email. Great! We got another well known plumbing company to come out give us another quote, just to do our due diligence. Nathan's quote came in lower than the other quote for exactly the same thing by around $700.00. I called Nathan's office and I had an appointment for the Next Day! Nathan and coworker arrived on time, installed the New Rheem water heater, and the we paid the quoted amount. They waited for the tank to fill and then lit the pilot. Done! No fuss. Great service and communication. Yes, I would use them again. Thanks Guys.

I had two gentlemen come out to my property to televise my sewer line and the whole experience was very positive. They were professional, explained to me what they were seeing, how it could be fixed, how much it would cost, and when requested they were able to give me a flash drive with the video on it of what they saw. They did a thorough job and their price for televising was cheaper than other companies I had called. They were also able to come out the same day I called them. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone.

Great prices and service. Recently called cause normal plumber was busy and wanted to charge OT rates. After calling a couple other well known companies and getting same story I found mr rooter. They will be my new regular plumbing service.

Tried calling other plumbers we had used before they either didn’t answer, wanted to charge extra for showing up the next 1-3 days, or wouldn’t show up until a week later. Francisco installed the new water heater the next morning. BTW, he took proper COVID-19 precautions, with masking and distancing

Nathan Ortiz, an independent owner of Mr. Rooter, is completely a nightmare to do business with him. He promised 3 months warranty for his service-high pressure water jet which is expensive $900 approximately. Once the job is done poorly and charged the amount, he did not honor the promise while we called him to come back to fix the problem that there are lots of oil come out from the drainage. There should not be any oil comes out from the drainage which means Nathan did not do a proper job from the beginning. And he refused to come back to fix the problem and even said he never said there is 3 months warranty for the job.Absolutely a nightmare to do business with Mr. Rooter especially this individual owner Nathan Ortiz cause they lied to customers which is not acceptable at all.STAY AWAY from Mr. Rooter

We were down to one toilet this weekend in a house of 9. I'm pretty sure my toddler flushed away a car. We waiting till Monday to get it fixed, wanted to avoid possible emergency fees (not even sure if they have them). They were the second company we called, I went with them because the were able to come out within an hour. The other company told me they'd call back. We got Carlos, he was very charismatic (even my kids commented on how they liked him and thought he was nice.) he fixed the problem for us in less than 30 minutes. We have a 30 day warranty too which is great. I will definitely use them again, but I will call them first! Price was reasonable too. FYI: don't forget to look for a coupon! ;)

Mr Rooter was quick to arrive after I called on a main pipe soft clog that leaked into my hallway through the walls. Supervisor, Javier Soto, was very knowledgeable and used a camera to show us what needed to be repaired. We tracked down the leak but had to demolish a cabinet and the walls around it to get to the problem. Old house with only one clean out in back of kitchen wall to outside. They fixed the leak and added 2 side by side clean outs in the front yard Luis was the one that did all the dirty, hard work in 90+ degree heat for 5 days straight. We had to have asbestos testing and he had to delay his work. He show up every day on time and was a true joy to work with. Very professional, knowledgeable, respectful. He cleaned up every day. He is a very hard working young man. I was almost sad to see him go when the job was finished. I will use Mr Rooter again and I will ask for Luis when I do.

Mr. Rooter is doing it right! Rob was awesome! He took the time to educate me on the reasons for repairs/replacements needed on my project and listened to my concerns/answered all my questions. The work was performed as discussed, no hassles, super convenient to my schedule, and provided at a very decent price (no inflated costs for weekend work, either). Rob is clearly a seasoned professional. His work was impeccable and he was good-humored throughout the job. I was impressed with how fast Mr. Rooter responded to my call and was surprised at how expediently the work was completed. The warranty on work is amazing yet I doubt it will be needed at my house; the new plumbing is gorgeous! I really appreciated the little extras that Rob was able to do while he was here; it was heart-warming to see the care and respect he gave to my home. I used Mr Rooter for the first time to clean out my kitchen sink that was clogged deeper than under the sink. Technician Francisco came out and was very professional and explained everything he was going to do to clear the blockage. After clearing the blockage Francisco explained maintenance that Mr Rooter could offer to help keep my drains clear. Called yesterday and tried to explain what I needed done. Dispatch said I'm just dispatch, I'll send a tech to do a free estimate tomorrow. Great. This morning, they call to let me know the tech can come early. Great. about 20 minutes later there's a message telling me the tech isn't coming, they can't do the work I tried to explain yesterday. SERIOUSLY??? You couldn't have told me this yesterday so I could call someone else? I will never use a company that can't get the most BASIC thing right. Thanks for wasting my time!

Called to service kitchen sink clog. Tech arrived and decided he had to disassemble the garbage disposal to access the line. He ran the snake up the pcv pipe . In process he damaged the end of the pipe so when he put it back together there was a leak which could not be repaired until the next day. I mentioned that I had a coupon for drain service. He said that I could not use it. Just don’t feel like I got good service from you.

Luis came early to clear a line . He worked quickly, was very friendly, understood exactly what needed done. Great!! I wish I had called him first three days ago when I called a well known company. I will call Rooter first from now on. THANK YOU

Mr. Rooter arrived quickly after my call to them. The repairs were extensive, but I was very pleased with their work. Cody and Ruben were very courteous and professional. They explained the work they were doing and answered all my questions. Xaiver, the foreman was on sight frequently overseeing all aspects of the job and helping his team perform the work.They stand by their work and I would call them again if needed.

Responded quickly to my request for service. Plumber was professional, wore a mask and put on booties before entering my home. He worked quickly and efficiently.

Service guy showed up about 90 minutes after I initially called and right on time. He quickly identified the problem and about 20 minutes later he had the drain freely draining.I was charged the exact price I was quoted. An all-around great experience.

Mr. Rooter came to replace the inside mechanism of my toilet. They charged me a very large sum of money ($423.68) that included parts and labor. But besides the large amount - they did a pretty lousy job. They did not set up the water limits correctly, nor did they test it before they finished - so when the toilet was filled, it filled too much and water was leaking from the hole of the handle. Water was leaking for a long time until we discovered it. By then, the water leaked through the walls into the first floor - and now we have a mold problem. Recovering from their lousy job will cost me a ton of money and time.

This is the best plumbing company I have ever used. Every time I deal with them the service has been impeccable. All the way from reception to the service providers that came to my home. I've worked with both Mike and Javier; they are both extremely courteous, helpful and responsive. Their prices are extremely reasonable given the quality of service they provide. I had an out door drain that needed to be cut and snaked. When I called them they came out the same day and fixed it! I cannot say enough great things about this company. I am not surprised by the multiple 5 star reviews. If I could give them 6 stars, I would. This is the only plumbing company we will go to in the future.

I cannot think of any company who has provided me with better all-around service than what Mr. Rooter and its representatives recently provided me.We were having a significant sewage back-up at our home. Based on an acquaintance recommendation, I had a company respond to assess the situation. That company identified the issue, provided two options and a quote for each. With my limited knowledge of the problem, and the amount of money to complete the repairs, I chose to get a second opinion.By chance, I saw San Diego 10 News does a short segment called Approved Home Pros, where they profiled Mr. Rooter for plumbing needs. I called Mr.Rooter to ask about their services. The phone representative was extremely friendly and informative, and offered to have one of their professionals respond to my home as soon as that same afternoon.I actually met with the technician, Luis Contreras, the following morning. He arrived and after his quick assessment, requested a supervisor with a camera. Javier (unknown last name) arrived within minutes and after a short evaluation, he confirmed the same problem that the previous company had reported. The solution he suggested was actually a more thorough fix to the problem, and what surprised me most, was the cost of the repairs was significantly less than what I had been previously quoted by the first company. When I accepted Javier's service offer, I expected that he would tell me a crew would be out within the next day or two to begin the work. To my surprise, Luis immediately grabbed a shovel and began working on the repair.Over the next couple days, Luis and his work partner, Angel Rojas, worked diligently on the repairs. My experience with prior work crews was that there seemed to be alot of down time, and little interaction. Luis and Angel not only worked tirelessly each day, but took time to explain what they were doing and they were both incredibly friendly.The repair required significant digging across the front of yard of our house. I was amazed when I came home after they finished, to find that there was virtually no sign that they had even been there. The lawn was replaced with no signs of digging, and the entire work site had been cleaned, swept and void of any marks or debris.I could not be happier with the response and the work that the team from Mr. Rooter provided us. But, for me personally, the positive attitude and the friendly, personable approach that I received from every member of the Mr. Rooter team is what I will remember most. Well let's just say that plumbing problems are NO FUN and when you need someone FAST you never know what you will get. I had what to me what was a major issue when my drains stopped up. I needed it fixed fast since a had family coming over and I called Mr. Rooter. The lady on the phone was very polite and got a plumber on his way within an hour. When the guy showed up he was very professional. He first figured out the problem and told me recommendations for getting it fixed. After explaining everything in great detail and going over what it would involve he got started right away. He was very protect full of my house and kept his work area very clean. After fixing the problem he cleaned up like he was never there. Problem solved and I am very HAPPY. The price was very fair and the service was EXCELLENT. I will highly recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone who has a Plumbing problem.

I had clogged yard drains that were backing up every time it rains. Juan came out and with a combination of hydrojet, roto-snake and just plain ol' dedication to doing a great job, managed to bust through the roots, mud and whatever else was clogging the drains. Very happy with the results.

Francisco came over to help us with a backed up sink. He patiently answered all my questions and explained what he was doing as I hovered over his shoulder. My original appointment had not been for a few hours but he had freed up early and I only waited 45 minutes after my initial call. This was a great experience.

Jesus was on time everyday. My clogged drain turned into much larger job. Jesus gave a clear explanation of what was needed, the duration of the job and the estimated cost. The job took 4 days including jack-hammering the garage and hallway floor, re-plumbing two sinks and a half bath through an interior and exterior wall, and finally filling the holes and pouring concrete. They were very respectful of our property and moved everything needed. The supervisor stopped by everyday to make sure we were satisfied and check the progress. The communication was great and they explained each step along the way. Jesus made sure to connect up my kitchen sink and dishwasher the first day.I highly recommend this company.

Mr Rooter was awesome from the moment I called through to finishing the work. They set up a time, called before they arrived to confirm they were coming, were there as scheduled, performed the work in a clean/professional manner and charged a reasonable price. Jesus, the plumber who came to our house, was great. He put on booties when he came into our house so he wouldn't bring dirt in - never seen that before. He explained everything he was doing, why he did it and gave advise about what we might expect in the future and how to resolve it.

Mr. Rooter's employee Jesus Arreola was totally focused on getting the job done. He was extremely knowlegable about tankless water heaters, and all of the codes and rules regarding their installation. He even went beyond the call of duty in a few instances, generously fixing some things that would normally be the owner's responsibility. His install was clean and straight, and is something we will be proud to show off for many years to come. Great guy, who was generous with his knowledge. I learned a lot just watching him work.

I contacted Mr. Rooter Plumbing for a clogged shower drain that store products wouldn't clear. The technician that responded was friendly and professional. He worked on the drain for about an hour before it finally cleared. He's a good man and I appreciated his persistence. The cost of the work was a little pricey, but the tech was really good.

The technician showed up to clean a clogged drain, he tried two times with small snake which was not suitable to clean roots. Charge me $150 for his time. I rented a machine from Home Depot myself and clean it by accessing from curb side. This is very shameful sending unprofessional and wasting people money.A very unhappy customer

Mr. Rooter replaced a water heater and pressure regulator for our home. Maintenance was quick and correct the first time with knowledgeable technicians who took the time to explain what was happening and why. They also took the time to show us the broken equipment they replaced so we can see exactly what happened. Technicians also showed up on time and were very unobtrusive in their work. Heartily recommended!

I had issues with my daughter's toilet not draining. I called Mr. Roto rooter and they gave me an aftwrnoon appointment. I recieved a call an hour later saying they had freed up and could make it within 30 minutes. Rep. Luis arrived on time and gave me two possible scenarios. He was able to fix the issue using the snake. I was even given a coupon to use. I am happy I used this company. It even has a 30 day guarantee!

The plumbers arrived on time and did a great job installing my garbage disposal. They explained everything they were doing and gave me tips on how to keep it working in good condition. They did their work quickly and very professionally.

Do NOT use this company!!! Called because my sewage was backing up. Technician was very friendly but after a short time he said he wasn’t able to continue due to a blockage. His Superviser came out with a camera and was Very rude and demeaning to me. The “supervisor” also wanted to sell me thousands of dollars worth of “upgrades” and when I told him MANY times he could leave me an estimate but I would not agree to the work right now, somehow a few minutes later they said the line was open and working. Well, about 24 hours later the sewage was backed up again and Worse this time and they wanted to charge me Again for the same job. When I refused to pay again and called the company the individual told me he “reviewed everything “ and they would still charge me to come out again.I have no idea how these people stay in business. Horrible costumer service and do not stand by their work. Do NOT use !!!!!!

These guys are AWESOME! Kevin and Fransisco are masters at there trade. I am so amazed and pleased at what they were able to do ...it blows my mind. I am now cast iron free of piping under my house. I was having on going plumbing issues with the old cast iron for years. Javier (supervisor) was clear on the options and amount it would cost. One call to these guys and they fixed the problems for good. If I could give more stars I would.

I was impressed with the lengths that the individual and then his supervisor went to try and fix a problem with my outside drain. They went above and beyond what was expected and left me with a way ahead for success that I didn't have before. They were much cheaper than the bigger brand Rooter service and offered a military discount. I would recommend them!

Mr. Rooter responded in less than one to our emergency sewer main being plugged. They took the time to inspect the pipe before shoving a snake down the pipe and possibly doing more damage. They did get it cleaned out and we had service in just a very short time. They delivered a very competitive bid to make the needed repairs and offered a 25 year warranty. Great guys!

I can't speak for their actual work, but this company is difficult to deal with are very clandestine about their fees. I explained a very specific maintenance request but they refused to give even a ballpark estimate over the phone and insisted on coming to my residence before giving a quote. I was well aware that my repair required shutting off water to a condo building and prior approval from an HOA, not to mention missing work to meet the plumber. I don't have time to waste not to mention the time of my neighbors to go though all that without knowing is they are going to quote something far more expensive than the competitors in the area. Ended up going with a higher rated company in my area that charged hourly and had no problem giving prices and an estimated time required. Sorry but can not trust a company that refuses to give a bit of transparency.

My 82 year old mother hired this plumbing service to get her kitchen sink to drain. She told them she did not have working email, but they continued to email the estimates to her. In a matter of weeks, the estimate went from about $1500 to over $9000. She never could get a written estimate and was asked to sign for service on a tablet without seeing the estimate of the work to be done. The owner of Mr. Rooter, Mike, bragged about how much work they had done in the area and how familiar they were about the plumbing issues in the neighborhood. One day after the work was complete, the toilet backed up and flooded the bathroom and hall. When we asked Mr Rooter why this would happen, they said we were only asked to get the kitchen to drain. That does not sound like a knowledgeable plumber who knows the issues of the neighborhood. $9000 just to drain the kitchen sink? They also said that they used a camera in the pipes. I know they didn't because there is a Y in the pipes with one side capped off. We found it when the new plumber was called out the next day. Mr. Rooter had no idea. Stay away from this business. They take advantage of the elderly. They are not good communicators. And, if you don't pay the same day, they do not send you a bill. They come out to your house over and over again asking for payment. Unprofessional and not knowledgeable.

I've had clogged toilets before. That's a piece of cake. This time it was a sewer blockage that led to a massive backflow of sewage into the toilet and back through the pipes into the bathtub. In addition, a water leak from the shower occurred and would not shut off. It was a major mess and problem. Mr. Rooter came out and assessed the problem and fixed it efficiently, even needing to go through the wall of an adjoining room to get to a difficult-to-access point behind the shower to deal with that aspect of the problem. Francisco Suarez was excellent as the technician in this phase, and throughout all the work that was subsequently done. Javier Soto, the operations manager, provided invaluable assistance.Once the acute backup problem was relieved, I had Mr. Rooter address the issue of the section of the sewer line leading away from the affected toilet. Javier was able to pinpoint the spot under the floor in an adjoining room which was the likely location of the backup. I decided to have Mr. Rooter go through the floor to repair my damaged sewer pipe, as a second phase of the work. I also decided to let Mr. Rooter replace the old cast iron pipe that lay between the area of obstruction and the toilet and shower area, as a third phase. The second and third phases added expense, but I felt they needed to be done. Javier facilitated communication with my insurance company, and that helped with the overall financing. Noe Bernes was also an operations manager who did a great job helping with my project.The project at my house had several phases and took a while till it was successfully completed. Through it all, the workers were very professional, competent, courteous, personable, honest, and hard-working. They did a fine job, and I highly recommend them, both for simple and more complicated problems. They can get the job done.

Wasted the day before waiting for another company to show/call, etc. So was very pleased to talk with Kelly who gave me a 1 hour time frame the next morning. She called that morning to tell me the tech would be here toward the end of the time frame (rain delaying) and the tech would call me when on his way. He did and told me of traffic problems. Arrived only 10 minutes after original time frame! Kevin snaked the kitchen clog at the price quoted. Very easy to talk with & was efficient. The only downside was his boss was too busy to come out to do the free sewer camera inspection because of the rain issues.

Mr. Rooter Plumbing of San Diego rescued us from a very strange plumbing problem. We had roots growing in our pipes and not only did they immediately recognize what it was they new exactly how to handle it. Mr. Lee was very fair and very precise with what needed to be done. No wondering or confusing talk into trying to manipulate us into a higher more complicated issue. They came out fixed the problem and it was done. No more back ups or need to come out to continuously fix an “ongoing issue” just one and done. No stress and no more mess. I definitely recommend them for any of my future plumbing issues whether they are rooted in small or large problems. Why be confused and used when you can trust and have no more fuss?

I recently had a plumbing issue at my home and decided to use a different company than I had previously used due to my last experience. I decided to call Mr. Rooter based on reviews throughout the internet and I must say it was a great choice. From the first phone call to the service professional leaving my home I felt like they took care of my problem professionally for a great price. This company is amazing. I used there emergency services in the middle of the night. I woke up to what sounded like running water in the wall. From the time first called to the time a tech arrived at my home was only 45 minutes. The tech quickly and quietly worked to fix the problem for the night. They arrived proptly the next morning and complete the job. Would definitely use again.

I've been meaning to write this review a couple months ago the first time I used Fast Response. Unfortunately, I had to use them again just yesterday.This company lives up to its name. I called yesterday in the morning after discovering a leak in our garage. The phone operator informed me that a technician would be out in a two hour window later in the afternoon.He actually got there an hour earlier and was able to solve my problem. Only thing that sucks is that there is a larger problem that is going on with our underground piping which means a larger job will have to be completed in the future. But, Fast Response discovered it quickly and I'd definitely consider using them again in the future.

i called them to unclog a drain in the bathtub and had a coupon for a special rate of 69.00 and when they came out first they broke their snake trying to put it in the drain and said i would have to pay 5000 for them breaking it and then they said they had to go underneath the house to clear the drain and cut the pipe clear out the drain and replace the pipe. when they finished it came to 900.00. i asked if i could use the 200.00 off labor instead but they said if i did then they would charge 200.00 to clear the drain instead of 69.00 so it didnt make a difference. i talked to another plumber from a different company and they said one thing they never charge if they break something because its not the customers fault. i feel i was cheated because of their negligence

I would like to get a refund of the $89 I paid to have my drain cleared. Here's why....Your offer of $89 was more than the cost of renting a machine from Home Depot but enticing since it would save me the time and effort of picking up and returning the rental and cleaning the drain myself. I decided to go ahead with the offer.The technician, Xxxxxxxx (nice guy), used a 3/8 inch cable and by his words only ran it 15 feet. He didn't want to use the other router he had on his truck, that has a 1/2 cable and didn't want to press the 3/8 inch cable further. As a result the drain didn't clear.The supervisor, Xxx, told me the drain required HydroScrub® jetting and it would cost $1189. He offered me a discount bringing it down to $900.Knowing from past experience, renting a 1/2 inch cable router machine from Home Depot and running the cable 20 to 25 feet clears the drain, I declined Noe's recommendation.So the next day I went to Home Depot, rented a 1/2 inch cable router, ran it 25 feet and sure enough it cleared out my drain.The above are the facts.As far as interpreting why this played out the way it did I'm sure there are many, mostly unfavorable assumptions, many customers would make. I will say I'm left with the uncomfortable feeling that the company policies of Mr.Rooter are geared less toward service than profits.

I have an older home that has many plumbing issues and I have utilized Mr. Rooter for projects both small and large. They are always prompt and pricing is below what I have found with others. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs. One area I would fix, would be the 3.5% they charge for credit or debit card use which is a bit high - especially for a debit card.

I would definately recommend Mr Rooter! Luis was punctual, friendly and knew his stuff. He was able to detect the problem quickly and was able to take care of it. With the holidays around the corner you don't want to have plumbing issues. Thanks Luis for your professionalism and caring nature!

The plumber that came out was incompetent. He tried to charge me $250.00 for a bathtub spout when the same spout costs $15.00. I googled the part on my phone and showed him that it costs just $15.00 and he got upset that i called him out on it. Matter of fact i would call that fraud since he said he was just doing his job and following company rules. In addition while trying to replace the spout he damaged part of the tub. I don't trust them and will never use them again and will not recommend anyone use them. To try to take advantage of someone because of their situation is pretty pathetic and disgraceful. They should be ashamed of themselves.

The response time was phenomenal, literally moments after clicking a computer button. Furthermore, the scheduler was ready to book us same day and finally, the technician's (Sergio) customer service was exemplary. Overall, a great customer experience!

Had a backed up kitchen drain. Called Mr. Rooter and was pleased that the technician was able to come out within 30 minutes. Raphael was able to get to the root of the problem that was 50 feet down the line. He explained that the drain line will require additional repairs for a permanent fix. We will consider the options and make a decision soon. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter for plumbing drain issues.

Kevin has gone above and beyond in ensuring that all of our plumbing needs have been met. Kevin communicates well in what the task will be tackled each day. Our kitchen sink had been draining slowly for quite some time so we decided to call a plumber. Saw an ad so we phoned this company. Jesus, the technician, ran an electric snake down the drain from a clean-out and cleared it quickly. We thought we had roots in the line from prior plumbing experiences with our drain lines so Javier, a supervisor, checked it with a camera and to our surprise the cast iron line was okay. We are likely to have our house remodeled in the future and would not hesitate to have Mr. Rooter Plumbing take care of any plumbing changes. Both employees were courteous and professional.

DO NOT HAVE THIS COMPANY DO ANY WORK FOR YOU!!!! THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF SENIOR CITIZENS!!!! My husband works fot Mr. Rooter in another state (more than 10 yrs). I am visiting my mom in San Marcos. We called Mr.Rooter and had Jose come out to change a water filter. That takes 30min. to change. We know that they could have charged us $115.00 for a diagnostic test. NO THEY CHARGED $255.00. The price should never been over $100, but would have paid it at $115. THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF SENIOR CITIZENS!!!! THEY PRICE GOUGE!!! My husband ALWAYS charges accordingly and JOSE you should be a shamed of yourself for being greedy and price gouging!! IT IS DISGUSTING!!!! YOU should always take care of your people, do you know how many referrals my husband has. He is a master plumber and has NEEVER EVER over charged. I AM disgusted in Jose and have LOST my TRUST IN this company in San Diego!!!We called several other places and our water filter and it is around $80.00!!!!!?

I had a very nice experience with this plumbing service. I called late in day and still was able to get someone out quickly to fix my shower. Very happy with service. Although prices went up so look for coupons!

I wouldn't use any other plumbing company. Actually I have and had a horrible experience. Use Mr Rooter Plumbing they are professional, priced right, and they fixed it the first and only visit. No one likes to call the plumber and this is the best it can get.

Wouldn't quote a price or hourly rate over the phone, but would quote after inspection, promised a 60 to 90 minute response, called back after 90 minutes and I was told another hour. Junior guy arrived in an hour but didn't know what was up, asked for senior guy to help. Said be here in 30 minutes, arrived 3.5 hours later, too late to do work same day.Said I needed drains flushed and would be $1200, but that they would be as good as new when finished. Also suggested I get access trap for an additional $800 (became $3300 next day).Agreed to $1200 only as I had no working shower, came back next day and flushed system, (took less than 1 hour) however said system needed major overhaul ($10k) and was unlikely to work ( don't flush tampons etc) - so much for as good as new.Left a pile of sh** on the bathroom floor.

Do not use this plumbing for drain clog removal.I used these guys and they couldn't even locate a cleanout in my place that I recently moved into. The plumber came, spent a couple of minutes using his electrical snake, telling me how this is the best thing out there and if this can't solve my clog, nothing else can. Told me I had to remove the drywall from downstair and access the pipe from under (by the way, the worst advice ever given). Left the worst mess ever, and told me I had to pay service pay even though NOTHING was resolved and the shower looked worse than it did before.I called another plumber, and he located the cleanout (not just 1, but 3 different cleanouts) the moment he walked into my place. Then he went and solved the clog not by simply turning on the electrical snake and trying to poke it through my drain. No, it was evident that the other plumber knew exactly what to do, how to control the strength of the snake, and he unclogged drain without having to access the cleanout under 20 minutes.I am still so mad at this plumbing company.

A very experienced and professional plumber was provided named Omar, who had amazing technical skills. I also appreciated that he was kind and courteous, and really worked to do a great job!

I have used Mr Rooter several times and they are always honest, timely and professional. I have worked with several other plumbing companies that are always trying to rip you off and offer services that you don't necessarily need.. that is never the case with Mr Rooter.

Our toilet got clogged and these guys were so good and made the necessary repairs to clear it very good I highly recommend them
