Christopher was accurate in his timing for his arrival. He and his helper worked very efficiently. They both were polite.
Unfortunately the Hoa landscaping roots made it unable to finish the job today of hydrojetting. I would recommend PIC Plumbing.

The service technician did a great job. He was very friendly, and he knew the stuff very well. After I raised the complaint, they sent the technician within 12 hours. Even though it was a weekend, the technician came right on time. Thank you so much for your timely service.

Diagnosed the leak problem very quickly. Because the problem was simple , he didn't charge me anything. He also diagnosed 2 other problems quickly and didn't charge me anything for it. Very professional, prompt and affordable.I wanted a high efficiency electric Heat-Pump Water Heater, Josh was one of the few plumbers who knew about them, including making sure I got the $500 rebate.He responded quickly, gave me a much more affordable bid than another company, and got it done very quickly. Great communication on scheduling, progress, final results.This was a bit more complicated because I wanted a larger tank, and it didn't fit in the old space (a closet). He relocated it outside and put a simple enclosure around it.

PIC plumbing responded in a timely manner corrected my shower faucet. I am so disheartened to report our once infallible plumber has bit the dust. PIC is NOT the company it used to be. Having used them for rentals for years, we immediately noticed when we began getting diverted immediately to a botched call center.In our quest to converge our business with a group of plumbers we trusted, we called them out to review and estimate our latest acquisition. We had them shadow our inspector, so we could be prepared for cost of repair and immediately get the job started at CLOE. For a single section of cast iron pipe (5ft including the toilet flange), accessible through a 3 foot for crawl space, they wanted $2,800.00, almost triple what they charged for an identical job 7 months prior!Because we trusted them, we began work immediately and did not question (out loud) the exorbitant increase. I was amazed when they got the job done in THREE HOURS! WOW, they are making $999.00/hour, I am in the wrong business!Two weeks later we get a clogged toilet, so my spouse crawls under to investigate. These, now, scammers had cut the pipe at the flange! They left the 152 year old cast iron flange in the floor! When we called them out on this obvious effort to deceive, they immediately became indignant and begrugingly completed the job of REMOVING ALL CAST IRON on that floor!Days later, we get a clogged toilet! They come back out and despite HAVING BEEN PRESENT FOR THE INSPECTION AND HAVING BEEN PROVIDED WITH THE SCOPE AND NOTES FROM THE INSPECTOR DO NOT USE A SNAKE ON THESE CITY-SIDE- RELINED CAST IRON,CERAMIC, OUTLET CITY DRAINS, we come home to the guy bragging about using a heavy duty snake! He tore the lining out of the segment of cast iron at the sidewalk....!!!! We sent them the video and they have not replied.

When I expressed that I preferred to speak with a technician about my specific issue, she took my information and a plumber called me back within 3 minutes.The technician on the phone (I have forgotten his name but I believe he is the part-owner?) was very personable, knowledgeable, and so willing to help. He scheduled me for next-day service (I was making this initial call at 5pm on a Monday and I had an appointment for 12pm the following day!)The company uses a great text message feature/system that alerted me of my scheduled appointment as well as when the plumber was on the way to my house.The plumber, Josh, was 2 hours ahead of schedule and called me personally to see if the time was convenient to come early or if I'd like to keep my scheduled appointment time.I agreed for him to come early and my job was done within an hour.There are no hidden fees or gimmicks with this company. Very responsive and excellent communication skills. They didn't even charge me for a house visit when they realized my tenant didn't run the garbage disposal and that was causing the issue. Anyone else would have charged. I will definitely use them again.Update: I used PIC again. I called late at night and they not only responded immediately but sent someone out the next morning. These guys are honest, reliable and explain everything. The prices are very reasonable as well. I will definitely use them again.

Super happy with PIC. I had a slab leak that looked like it would require a straightforward reroute, but it ended up being much more complicated because of some prior plumbing work that had been done by the previous owners. It ended up taking much longer than they'd anticipated. Not only did they not charge me for the extra work, they actually lowered the price a little because of the inconvenience it caused me and my family (because they had to come back a second day). On top of that, they had the best response time of all the plumbers I contacted -- they were out at my place within a few hours of calling them. Josh and Eric were both prompt, thorough, transparent, and friendly.

If you are looking for prompt, professional service with excellent pricing, call PIC Plumbing Services! We had a clogged drain issue in our home that was built in the 60's. We did suspect it could be something more since there was water actually leaking at the bottom of the pipe from the overflow in the laundry area. When Josh from PIC arrive (on time) he promptly and professionally introduced himself. He then proceeded to spend some time trying to snake the drain before it became clear this was something more. Josh identified the problem which turned out to be the P-trap. After clearing the line and replacing the P-trap and everything else that was 60 years old that needed to be replaced, problem solved, end of leak! For the time spent on the job, we expected a pretty large bill. However, that was definitely not the case! It was a pleasant surprise and you can bet that in future we will use PIC again. Their prompt, professional service and great prices makes for a trustworthy company. Thank you again PIC!!!!

I am a returning customer. This time I had a constantly running toilet. There was an issue with the flush system, but PIC plumbing was extremely professional and quick to quickly resolve it and most importantly did not charge me a dime. That shows they are not here ONLY for the money. They believe is retaining customers for a lifetime.

Tony was fantastic ! He was professional, timely and got the job done after another company was unable to. all of our pipes from our bathroom sink to kitchen sink had clogged up, caused by issues from other units in our condo complex, and he figured out the issue almost instantly. Company 1 (who I won’t name) I called spent about it an 2 hours trying to fix the issue , when I called PIC after company 1 wasn’t able to fix it, PIC and Tony were super helpful and responsive (at 8pm on a Saturday night no less) fixed the issue in under 20 minutes. I would definitely use PIC again.

Josh at PIC plumbing was sent to me from Sears Home Warranty. Sears is the worst service ever, but Josh was beyond professional and courteous and was wonderful about the entire process. He quickly detected the problem and gave me all the details of what he needed to do. He did a quick fix before Sears authorized the job to stop the leak from damaging my walls and floor even further. He always answered my call and came exactly when he said he would. Cassandra at the main office was also very pleasant and kind. I will definitely use PIC plumbing in the future and I highly recommend them! Thank you Josh for your work and patience!

Very positive experience. Pablo contacted me at to say he'd be here shortly and showed up in 20 mins. He worked for an hour and unplugged our clogged drain expertly, not giving up until the job was done.He was professional and personable. If I need further plumbing work they'll be the first call.

We are in escrow to purchase a house. My agent set it up with PIC who quoted $350 for a sewer scope to our agent. 30 minutes before the appointment, the plumber called to tell me that the cost is $1200. When I asked why the costs went up, the plumber said it was because this was an escrow and the bid could get used for us to bid for another company to do the repair. Regardless if the home is in escrow or if a person already owns the home, a sewer scope can always be used for another company to do a repair. Bad excuse and poor business ethics. This is an attempt at taking advantage of people on a tight timeline, who may or may not be informed of what the quoted rate. A sewer scope should never be more than $400.

Pinhole leak behind first floor ceiling. Found it quickly and had remediation/repair crew on-site within the hour. Very professional and explained everything done with rationale. Finished job quickly and cleaned up site before leaving. Touch-less pay system was icing on the cake. I'd recommend this firm for your plumbing needs.

My break down for my service.Referral: I was looking at replacing 2 shower faucets due to incorrect installation when I purchased the house a few years ago, I was looking to upgrade my faucets as well. I saw the reviews from Yelp and decide to get a quote. I send quote messages to 5 companies including PIC and I received a response within 10mins of my message from PIC. I researched a few other companies and they were the best of the others very reasonable and helpful for the price and service I wanted. I received a call and text that Joshua will be my plumber.Work: I received my quote invoice and schedule texts 48 hrs prior to schedule day. On the day of schedule appointment, I received a message that Joshua is coming at the schedule time. He arrived early and was ready to assess the situation. He followed all the COVID-19 protocols, wore a mask, gloves, maintain social distance. He said that the work can be done, during the check he notice my toilet needs to replace the flushing faucet and he said he can do it too, no extra charge. He need to order the faucets as my shower faucets were older versions so the work was delayed for about 10 days to get the new faucets. I received a message from PIC that parts received and ready to schedule the work for replacement. Joshua can over and replace all the faucets and replace the flushing faucet in my toilet. He tested all the faucets but noticed that it was still off, so he rechecked and found the gaskets were off so he added the gaskets and my shower faucets are good to go. I was offered a military discount and saved some money and received a Great service.Overall great experience even though the COVID environment it was very professional. Highly recommended!!!

My sink was having issues draining and after attempting to sort out the problem on my own with a snake, I decided that I needed an expert.Nick showed up on time and quickly diagnosed and solved my problem.Now, our sink is working as good as new.I truly appreciate working with someone who is trustworthy, professional, and knowledgeable. Jose R was very diligent about getting our drain cleaned out. He initially had a shorter snake for the drain. When he couldnt get the drain unclogged he drove from La Mesa to Solana Beach to pick up a longer one. Got it unclogged right away all this within 2 hours. and they came out initially within 40 min. $89. Thank you!

During the time that he was to arrive at my house to give me an estimate, I get a call from him. Before he made the effort to come by, he wanted me to explain what I wanted done. I had already explained what I needed done when I messaged you on Yelp so I was confused. He said that way he could give me a rough estimate over the phone. If I didn’t like the estimate on the phone, he didn’t have to waste his time coming out. He was rude and condescending. I told him I would look elsewhere.

Great experience with PIC. Was able to get quoted on a Saturday night, fixed by Monday morning. They were half the price that I was quoted from Roto-Rueter and my technician, Aaron, was very professional and polite.

My Drywall is getting repaired this week and it was recommended my copy pipes are looked at before installing new Drywall. Eric came in and assessed my pipes. Notified me that he did not want to waste my money and they are fine. the decolorization is normal and it would be a waste of money to replace anything as they look totally normal.

My drain is still clogged BUT the technician didn’t try to up sell me on anything and they even said I should explore my options. Seemed trustworthy in telling me what I can do. Seemed experienced by describing similar jobs and pricing around them. I will definitely have them at the top of my list to use them again if I have plumbing issues or if I need something new installed.

I called Joshua from PIC Plumbing to inspect sewer lines of a home I was buying. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He showed me the issues and explained them to me and I intend on using Joshua for all the maintenance and repairs needed.

We had two toilets that were having problems and PIC came out within a couple of hours and fixed them both for a very reasonable price. They were able to provide a quote before coming out and they stuck to it. I would definitely use them again.

The sewage line in my house developed a Leaked and PIC had to repipe the whole house. At first it was an absolute nightmare, A plumber from another company was going to only partially repair the problem and others bid the job way too high. PIC took time to fully explain the problem and why they had to fix it and the steps he would have to go through to finish the job. The were very PROFESSIONAL! There was no selling, just solutions. They immediately started and did what they said they were going to do.I will definitely refer these guys to my family and friends. They were affordable and efficient. It's exactly what you would expect and want out of a plumber.

Nick showed up to fix a toilet that wouldn't quit running. He wanted to put a new toilet in and charge me $695. I had someone else look at it and they found a zip tie blocking the seat and pulled it out and said I was good for at least 2 more years.

Had a pipe leak in the ceiling and called for same-day service. Was emailed that they would arrive from 1-3 then changed with no notice to 3-5. Didn’t show until 5:15. Temporary “fix” of a pinhole leak cost us $225 and is still leaking. Not using this company again.

This was definitely a challenge for Christopher reconfiguring backflow main broken pipe. But gotta say he didn't give up until it was done done correctly...very happy customer!!!

Ryan did an amazing job. He was right on time, understood what needed to be done to support a new built in refrigerator install and was prompt in completing his work.

Chris was on time and was able to clear the clogged drain. He was courteous and took care of the problem.
